Natasha and Abby were a dream to work with. It’s a little nerve wracking to hire someone that you’ve never met and have to rely on reviews from people you don’t know. After our first phone call together I knew I had absolutely nothing to worry about. Natasha was so professional and completely put my mind to ease. She made sure to think about all the things that a first time bride couldn’t imagine. She had an emergency kit for both the bride and grooms suite that had everything in it you could possibly need. She kept up with communication with all of my other vendors to take the stress off of me. We had a lot of DIY items at our wedding including florals, decor, desserts, and she handled everything with such grace. By the time I arrived at the venue her and Abby had everything completely under control. She stayed pretty much by my side leading up to the ceremony time and even after when the groom and I were having our pictures done. Not a single thing went wrong on our wedding day. It was important to me that we were able to go by each table during/after dinner to thank every one of our guests for coming out to celebrate us. This through off our timeline a little bit but Natasha rolled with it all. Her and Abby started breaking down the table decor so cleanup for my family was so easy after the reception was over. If you are questioning getting help for your wedding day or even needing full planning services, Natasha and her team are definitely the way to go. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Even our venue owners and all of our other vendors said they have never had a coordinator be so on top of things and be such a delight to work with. Natasha truly felt like part of our family before the day was over.

Just4U Prioritizes You
I got to work with Natasha and Taiya for my November 2025 wedding. This team is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend them to any couple who is preparing to host a wedding.
TL; DR: However you want to celebrate your wedding, and whether you want to be super involved in planning or not, J4U is going to prioritize making your vision come to life.
I actually came to J4U after a bad experience with another wedding planner we'd booked. In our introductory conversation, I found Natasha's cool confidence and willingness to listen to be refreshing. I also appreciated her excitement for my and my husband's wedding, something that was important to us as we wanted to work with someone who'd treat our special day with care. The J4U team has extensive experience running weddings effectively, which is certainly what you want. But you can also rest assured that these planners are committed to ensuring you and your partner aren't shoved into a mold of what your day is "supposed" to be.
J4U has so many vendor contacts and organizational tools for its couples. They recommended a wonderful florist (Papparazi Glam), a DJ (Leonardo Event Group), a mariachi band (Mariachi Allende), and a bakery for us (Sweet Boom Bakery). Natasha also worked so well with the vendors that my husband and I found ourselves. Our photographers (The MacMeekens) repeatedly remarked how amazing Natasha is and that they loved working with them. So, however you approach building your vendor team, know that J4U will keep them organized.
Finally, I want to gush about the timeline they created for us. So many people said our day would fly by, but J4U put a schedule together that felt so relaxed it could have been a normal Friday. My husband and I got to spend so much time together that day. It was a wonderful gift to be able to enjoy our special day.
Throughout the entire planning process, my husband and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a certain decision. I can't thank J4U enough for the grace with which they handled the entire process.

Perfect wedding day
We needed a Day of Coordinator and booked with Just4u and I’m so happy we did!! Natasha and Taiya were amazing to work with from day one. They checked in with us, put together a very detailed timeline, and took so much off our plate on wedding day. They were very organized, timely, and professional. They even checked in with our vendors to make sure everyone was on one accord. They came prepared and met needs we didn’t even know we needed! Natasha was very hands on and got things done without me having to ask. If I did ask for something, it was already done. She was like our fairy godmother and everyone loved her!!! She definitely became part of the family that day.
Our wedding day flowed beautifully and everyone was amazed and still talking about how well organized the day was. We cannot thank you guys enough for your services! From the moment we started working together, our wedding planners made us feel completely supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. By the end of the planning process, they felt more like family than vendors.
They thought of everything—even the tiniest details I would have never considered—and handled every twist with such calm professionalism. On the day of the wedding, they literally steamed my dress and personally bustled it after the ceremony. That’s how hands-on and dedicated they were.

Our wedding coordinator dropped out at the last minute and Natasha stepped in like she had been there all along. We hired Natasha and her team for month-of services, and they far exceeded our expectations of the support that entailed. They were easily accessible in the months leading up to our wedding to answer our questions and help with navigating a challenging rehearsal dinner vendor.
Natasha has a wealth of knowledge and her expertise in her craft is inspiring! We had lots of questions about "what is normal" or "what do other couples do". She always had great insight to help guide us to making the decisions that were best for us and the vision we had for our day.
We also appreciated all the behind-the-scenes pictures and videos Natasha and Dori captured throughout the day. They were a great way for us to immediately re-live the best day of our lives while we were waiting for our professional photos.

Natasha and her team were truly amazing. We were a bit hesitant on if we needed a wedding coordinator or not. We had done most of the planning already. There are inevitably hiccups on the wedding day and vendor questions. Natasha handled them with such ease! From the onsite coordinator not showing up on time to the shuttle drivers going MIA to the MC going off script, they kept us calm, cool, and stress free. They smoothly directed all our vendors and guests and made sure everyone had everything they need. Throughout the planning process Natasha was responsive to our emails and texts. They thought ahead, such as Natasha having her car to drive me to the venue since it was so hot outside even though originally I was just going to walk the 1.5 blocks.
They had a nice PDF of vendor recommendations, and we booked linens through them, which was great.
Even though we only paid for month-of support, Natasha got on the phone with us a couple times ten months out to help us think through florist and DJ contracts, which was a huge help.
And since we didn’t get a videographer, we loved the option they offered to take short behind-the-scenes videos throughout the day.

Just4youweddingcoordinator was the best thing to happen on my wedding day (besides the actual wedding). She made it to the rehearsal dinner, took charge when needed and made sure no one asked me (the bride) a single question. I hired Just4U as our “day of” coordinators for our wedding. Ariana and Maya were assigned to us and they were nothing short of a dream team!! The Perfect Wedding Day
Natasha and Ariana really did make our wedding day perfect! We had meetings and meetups months prior to the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. Whenever we had questions they were accessible and responded quickly. Day of the wedding they didn’t allow me to lift a finger. They took care of everything from making sure we stuck to the timeline pre ceremony and after ceremony, coordinating with different vendors, helping out with the rehearsal, making sure we looked perfect while taking photos, directing guest etc Honestly I don’t know what we would have done without them. I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, but after speaking with Just 4 U and hearing more about all they had to offer, I was convinced. These women did such a phenomenal job! They helped me with so many things even months before our wedding. They mapped out reception layouts, sourced my linens, coordinated with all of my vendors (Natasha even convinced our venue rep to let us in at 8am the morning of the wedding when we weren't supposed to have access until noon), completed my timeline, helped with our reception set up, and with take down, and of course all of the day-of coordination. They were absolutely amazing and our special day could have easily been a disaster without those ladies keeping everything in line. They were the best decision I made for my wedding!

Natasha is the person you want around all day on your wedding day, and any day honestly. She’s supportive, honest, and very intelligent. Natasha shares her ideas while still encouraging yours. She thinks of even the smallest things. She cared for me on my wedding day as if i known her my entire life. I am so thankful for having her by my side the day of the wedding. And I will forever stay in touch with her as she is linked to the most special day of my life.
Only thing I would advise is meet with whoever Natasha is bringing as her second coordinator prior to your wedding day, not only Natasha. I did not do this and I should’ve because I did not recognize my second coordinator the day of my wedding and did not really get a feel for her personality.

Our Experience
My spouse and I are very DIY and were on a budget for our wedding, but we knew we at least needed a day-of-coordinator to wrangle the inevitable chaos of the wedding day. More importantly, being a gay couple, we wanted to work with vendors that are LGBT friendly and we knew we got along with Natasha from working with her during my sister-in-law's wedding earlier in the year. Though we only worked with Natasha and Just4U mostly for the day-of and the days leading up to the wedding day, it was worth it. My spouse and I feel that Natasha really saved the day with helping to handle several major issues that arose during the wedding day. We have awesome family and friends that were taking care of things behind the scenes and I know our parents were grateful for Natasha's presence. Along with generally making sure the day ran smoothly and according to schedule, she + her team go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. Natasha has this great energy and you can trust that all the little things will be handled. She even helped us out with figuring out a mix-up with our marriage license in the days after the wedding. I was so grateful and didn't even expect that from her. Overall, I would recommend anyone in the DFW area to work with Just4U and I'll be sure to point my friends her way if they get married next!

A fantastic experience!
We hired Just 4U Wedding Coordinating for event management (day of coordination). Natasha and her team were amazing! They were in touch before the wedding and contacted all the vendors. I cannot say enough good things about Natasha and her team. If you're going to hire a wedding coordination team, Just4U is one hundred percent who you want. The service they gave leading up to my wedding and the day-of went above and beyond. Taiya diligently worked to keep me on track, figure out details and coordinate with all my vendors. When wedding day came Natasha and her team were behind the scenes setting up and making sure everything came together just right. When I ran into issues with my hair and makeup vendor Natasha was there making calls to sort it out. I am incredibly thankful to have had her there and I don't want to imagine what that would have been like to deal with on my own. The rest of the evening went off without a hitch thanks to Just4U. I still hear from my family about little ways Natasha and her team helped make their experience perfect. Perfection is an absolute understatement
I literally just got back from my wedding (20 minutes ago!!!) and had to take a minute to leave a review for Natasha because I am MINDBLOWN at how amazing my wedding experience was because of her and her team!!!!!! We had a large fancy wedding and I swear Natasha was on top of every single thing!!!!!!! She took care of small little items that I didn’t even think of myself! After the ceremony, our quartet was waiting to get paid while we were taking family photos in the chapel. As soon as you book with Natasha and her team they want to know your wants, stressors and dreams for your wedding day. They help you find the best of the best vendors, venues and even help with your budget. Natasha kept me on track with paying vendors on time and even made a timeline for the entire day of my wedding (before and during). She ran my wedding rehearsal, coordinated my ceremony music with the dj/entertainment and even came with us to our caterer tasting.
If you feel like hiring a coordinating team is more than you need or too much to pay for on top of everything else I assure you the emotional cost of not having Natasha to run your wedding day like a BOSS is much higher. Life Saver!
When I started the wedding planning process, I wanted to stay within a set budget and thought a coordinator was an "extra." Every single vendor we spoke to told us that we should prioritize having a day-of coordinator in order to having everything go smoothly. We were convinced that this needed to fit into our budget and when we reached out to Just4U Weddings, Natasha was wonderful! As our day approached, we were informed that Dori would be working with us. Dori was attentive and responsive. She created a wedding timeline that was an absolute life saver for before and during the wedding! Dori was at the venue before anyone else and she helped me pack up at the end of the night. She was a perfectionist while putting together the tables and helped us with so many last minute decisions. During the cocktail hour, she saved us appetizers and brought us drinks so that we could indulge while we took photos. She ran interference all night with a very difficult DJ and ended up as MC (which she crushed!). She kept us on schedule and made it so that we could relax while getting ready and throughout the night. It's clear she is very experienced and appeared to anticipate all of our needs. Dori was incredibly helpful, calm, decisive, and just a fun person to be around! I cannot recommend her and Just4U Weddings enough. She is worth her weight in gold!

Beyond all expectations!
Natasha and her team helped our wedding go very smoothly! The wife suggested her for Full Coordinator duties and I was skeptical but I am so happy she found Natasha and her crew! She went above and beyond over a year from the wedding date! I couldn’t believe it! There were several issues that came up that they solved so we didn’t have to. We were able to completely focus and enjoy our day. We wish we had more friends getting married so we could recommend them as well! Her recommended vendors were amazing! That is all anyone at our wedding can talk about. Communication was beyond excellent. No complaints whatsoever.

BEST of the Best!
Just 4U Wedding Coordinating went above and beyond. I had general ideas of what I thought I wanted and they put the their expertise to work and gave me options to choose from. They have such an amazing report with so many vendors and made it easy for us to find a florist, cake, helped with narrowing down color schemes, deciding on decorations and they even attended our venue tours, catering tasting, cake tasting and so much more. Their website kept us organized and in task and was super helpful when we had questions, as it sent them directly to Natasha and her team; plus gave us things we never would have thought of on our own.
More than just their amazing knowledge of this business, when it came down to it they treated us like family. They reassured me when I was stressing out, they stayed in contact with us on a regular basis through the whole planning journey and made our day one we will remember. They truly are the BEST of the Best in the event coordinating business! We love you all and cannot thank you enough for making our day more than perfect!

Wonderful Team of Wedding Coordinators!
The Just4U team did an absolutely incredible job of coordinating and executing my wedding vision! They were quick and efficient with communication, friendly, professional and went above and beyond. They are very detail oriented and made my day as stress free as possible (even with rain intermittently throughout the day of a planned outdoor ceremony). I cannot recommend this team enough!! Exactly what I wanted & needed!
I want to start off by stating that I planned my wedding from 1,000 miles away with Natasha's help. She was a huge influence and help with vendors, as I am not familiar nor have connections with vendors in the DFW area. Throughout the whole wedding planning process Natasha was always a quick call or text away to answer questions, give recommendations on vendors, keeping me on top of getting things done in a timely manner, and give advice on wedding details that I would have missed or not thought of. Her and her team were a pleasure to work with and I absolutely love Natasha's personality and vision for weddings. She truly loves what she does and is great at it. We did run into a few issues right before the wedding- not involving Natasha directly, but I brought the issues to her attention and she handled it professionally and everything ended up working out just how I envisioned it. So thankful for this team for making my wedding day everything I wanted and more!

For my daughter's wedding, best decision of the wedding for helping manage the event and ease the stress. Natasha and her team were professional, responsive, friendly, and very well organized. The stress factor went down 100%. They handled issues with the caterer and photographer that could have spelled disaster at the wedding. They helped things run smooth and ensires that the wedding was fun and beautiful and that the guests were blessed. Natasha is awesome and I would use her again without even a second thought. Very reasonably priced and worth every penny and more.

Getting to work with these lovely gals was amazing, I was a photographer at a wedding in October and they were all hands on deck at all times ready to help with whatever they could. Their personalities play in so much when noticing that they love what they do. Their not there just to get the day over with, they enjoy it all and soak it in with you. 10/10 recommend hiring for your wedding if you’re on the search for wedding coordinators 😍

If you haven't already hired these ladies, you need to just go ahead and do it, like yesterday. Natasha and Ariana were fantastic. Natasha worked with me on pricing, as I was on a tight budget, and Ariana was the lead coordinator for our wedding. I did most communication with Ariana, and I can't stress enough how amazing she is. I feel like I forgot she was hired and she was just part of the wedding party. This girl was THERE for me. She responded to my messages and calls promptly and had a solution for any and all bridal delimmas I had. I had Natasha and Ariana at my wedding, and they made sure everything went smoothly and kept to the timeline. I was overwhelmed and exhausted trying to plan my own wedding while keeping up with work when I received a recommendation for Just4u. I knew after the first call with Natasha that she and her team would be perfect. She responded right away which help to put my mind at ease. I was surprised at how quickly things started to turnaround once they got involved. I began working with Taiya who was equally as great and very attentive! She responded to my many text, calls and emails and worked tirelessly to ensure I was happy with the finished product. She typed up a detailed timeline of the wedding ceremony and reception which really helped to make sure everyone knew what they were doing and when. I overheard one of my vendors mention how they wish all of the weddings they serviced were as organized and I can only attribute that to Just4u. I also really enjoyed how well Taiya worked with me and my family at the wedding rehearsal. My day turned out amazing and I was able to enjoy it! I just wish I would have brought them in a lot sooner and saved myself some stress. This company does not disappoint. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth experience with event planning. You will be glad you chose them!

I dont know where to start with Natasha and her team. I have been mostly in touch with Natasha starting early 2019. Natasha was a pleasure to work with from the start. I had to move my wedding 3 times due to Covid and she was accommodating each time. I had hired her for a Bengali wedding which is more complex than a regular American wedding. I was skeptical at first. Just as the 4th time wedding data rolled around, she was the one to reach out and make sure everything was good to go and stayed on top of vendors. Her and her team arrived right on time for set up for the first day of events and welcomed us with an emergency bridal kit and an overall warm presence. She was on top of dress rehearsals to make sure that everyone knew their cue. Due to poor DJ performance, her and her team also took the part to babysit my DJ and make sure he didnt miss his cue. Saturday, she brought more people to help manage a big Bengali wedding (which is not easy to do). There were so many small glitches that she and her team took control of right away and made sure everything went perfectly. If you are South-Asian and reading this, I highly recommend Just4u Wedding. They really are there just for you. I don't know what I would have done without her and her team during my big brown wedding. She was amazing throughout my 2 year relationship with them and very sweet. She blew me away in her organization, personality, and her friendliness towards all my friends and family. I left my wedding with some new amazing friends and truly miss working with them.

I hired Natasha less than a month before my weeding as a wedding day coordinator and I'm so glad I did. My wedding was planned in 2 months period so I had so many unfinished wedding things to do up until the day of. However, Natasha and her team (Dori and Ariana) made sure the day went as smooth as possible. They navigated and adjusted through the many changes; and did so with a smile on their faces. They were hands on and nothing was off limits. I mean they were setting up, decorating, steaming, making drinks, fetching kids from places they shouldn't be, l but took over the decorating They arrived at the venue They surpassed all expectations regarding their organization, responding and filling for any gap. One word… A.M.A.Z.I.N.G! I truly appreciated Natasha and Adriana and all their hard work. I hired them about a 3 weeks before my event. I was having an after wedding luncheon at the house. Natasha transformed my backyard— organized all the vendors, heard my thoughts, stuck to a budget, and helped setup and clean up during and after the event. She literally became part of the family! Amazing!!!
Natasha and her staff were absolutely amazing! I had a lot of hiccups with my wedding being that my venue (Noah's Venue) was abruptly shutdown, and having to push my wedding back due to covid. Natasha and her staff stayed professional through it all, and assured me that everything will turn out great, and it did! She's very informative, patient, and overall it was a pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend hiring Natasha and her staff if you want a smooth and very organized wedding!

Just4U is the Best -- Highly Recommend!
My husband and I could not be happier that we hired Natasha and her team! They are seriously the best and our wedding would not have been the same without them. Planning a DIY wedding is hard enough, but planning one from across the country and during Covid was even harder, which is why I'm so thankful we hired Just4U Wedding Coordination and More. Natasha and her teammates met us in advance of our wedding to get a feel for our space. They kept us on time and on track along the way. And, when it came time for the wedding, they were in full "game time" mode. Ours was not a normal wedding. We were getting married "backyard-style" at the top of a hill/across the street from my dad's house near White Rock Lake area in Dallas. I had a bunch of "stuff" (boxes with decorations, sanitation station signs, random plants and trellises I hadn't quite figured out where they'd go, cloth for an aisle way, centerpieces, 27 full-size pumpkins ... etc. -- the whole works!). Natasha's team was on it, picking up things from my father's house, bringing everything to the top of the hill and setting it up better than I could have imagined myself. They coordinated with all of our vendors so that I could get ready and not worry about what was going on at the venue during the day of, and they helped us make sure we got to do everything we wanted to do including pictures we wanted, special requests and more. Thank you so much for making our day problem-free and unforgettable in all the best ways! We highly recommend hiring Just4U!

It was a complete pleasure working with Natasha and Ariana! I worked directly with them to plan and host a wedding as I’m an Event Manager at a wedding venue. Natasha was incredibly helpful. Also her positive attitude made the planning process seamless! I highly recommend her company and team.

She did a great job.
My daughter hired her to help with the wedding which was held in Dallas even though my daughter lives in DC. Natasha provided an amazing level of comfort to all. She made several trips to the wedding venue, advised us on the setup, and stayed with her assistants through the entire wedding. My daughter and I could not have been more pleased. The wedding was perfect.
