Jordan was absolutely amazing! We had her as our day-of wedding planner, and everything ran smoothly and completely stress-free. She created a detailed timeline for the day, shared it with all of our vendors, and used it to ensure everything went exactly as planned. She was both professional and friendly, which made working with her such a great experience. She took the time to include all of my details in the timeline and executed everything just as I had envisioned. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and talented wedding planner! -

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Emylie, our wedding coordinator through Venue 1902's partnership with Just Marry!. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly on top of everything. During our phone calls leading up to the wedding, she patiently clarified details, answered all of our questions, and adjusted our timeline as needed to make sure everything felt right.
At the rehearsal, Emylie offered helpful tips. On the wedding day itself, she somehow managed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them—placing my veil perfectly, making sure we (couple) always had a drink in hand, and being calm, present, and ready for anything. At one point, a bridesmaid casually mentioned she had forgotten deodorant, and Emylie immediately had a deodorant spray on hand. Later in the night when I cut my finger, she had bandages ready. My matron of honor also noted that she was very helpful during the decor setup.
Emylie was also incredibly flexible and open to last-minute requests, whether it was passing along announcement requests to the DJ or discreetly handling behind-the-scenes situations, like ensuring the bridal suite stayed reserved for the bridal party. She handled everything seamlessly and respectfully.
Those little moments made such a big difference and allowed us to fully relax and be fully present. Emylie truly went above and beyond— we are so grateful for her care, professionalism, and attention to detail. -

Ellis was fantastic. Was able to manage a very detailed day (and rehearsal) with a very large group of very scattered wedding party members and guests. She made sure our even was seamless and tackled all aspects of my daughter’s very special day.

My husband and I had a destination wedding at Paddlefish located inside Disney Springs, we knew we wanted a Disney wedding and decided on this location since I wanted to incorporate a Little Mermaid theme. After speaking with a few of the preferred planners recommended by the venue I decided to go with Just Marry as the girls I spoke with were kind, caring, professional and most importantly fun! I can’t imagine my day now without them!
Diandra was my assigned planner and was such a blessing in all of my wedding planner. Honestly, to this day I genuinely miss our calls and e-mails because she became more like a friend than a professional I hired. Diandra went above and beyond and made sure our special day was flawless and magical. She was beyond caring and just fun to talk to and be around. I was nervous about traveling and getting married but she was so confident and an asset to have in my corner. I loved the portal they use for communication and Diandra was always willing to also hop on a call and talk things out, calm my stress and make me laugh. She made our ceremony and reception space look stunning and was such an Angel thru the whole process. She even put a special brooch I had brought in my bouquet and presented it to me in such a sweet way.
Diandra and her team did so so much and I still can’t believe they pulled off my perfect little mermaid themed wedding with such perfection and grace. I’m type A and like things perfect… People warned me no wedding is perfect but they were all wrong because ours absolutely was ❤️ thank you Just Marry and Diandra…you better be around for our 5 year Disney vow renewal at Swan and Dolphin because you’re hired 🤣 -

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Ellis and the Just Marry! team! From the very beginning of planning through our wedding day at Evermore (a brand-new venue!), they were absolutely incredible. We were so grateful that Evermore paired us with Ellis and her team as our planners and coordinators—it was one of the best parts of the whole process.
Even with the venue being new, we immediately felt comforted with Ellis’s experience. She offered helpful advice right from the start and made sure we were set up for a perfect wedding day. There are so many moving parts to planning a wedding, and we’re so thankful Ellis kept us on track with clear action items along the way.
She also had fantastic vendor recommendations and helped us come up with thoughtful, specific questions for the vendors we had already chosen. On the big day, Ellis and her team were everywhere they needed to be—making sure everything stayed on schedule and checking in with us constantly to make sure we were good.

I truly don’t have enough words for how much Emylie Rose meant to us during our wedding planning process and on the big day itself. If you're lucky enough to be paired with her, you can breathe easy—you've just won the wedding planner jackpot.
From our very first interaction, Emylie made me feel completely supported, heard, and taken care of. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered every single question I had (and trust me, there were a lot) and guided me through the things I didn’t even realize I needed to think about. She struck the perfect balance of warm and professional—like having your most organized best friend by your side, with wedding superpowers.
At our rehearsal and on wedding day, Emylie kindly but firmly managed some big personalities in our party—keeping things fun, but making sure everyone stayed on track. Most importantly, she constantly redirected the focus back to us, the couple. She made sure our voices were heard, our priorities came first, and we felt centered and celebrated through it all. That kind of quiet advocacy is something we’ll never forget.
On wedding day, Emylie was nothing short of magic. She handled everything with such ease and intention. She was constantly checking in, anticipating needs before I even had them, and pulling out fans, water bottles, tissues, and anything else like a wedding-day fairy godmother.
She and her team were even more than willing to help install our aisle runner (a task that ended up being trickier than expected!), and did so without hesitation or stress. I never once felt like I was “asking too much”—Emylie made it all feel possible, and done with joy.
One of the most emotional moments of the day was the room reveal. I gave her and the team extremely detailed diagrams and a full breakdown of how I envisioned things—and they executed it perfectly. I cried big, happy tears when I saw it all come to life. It was even better than I imagined, and that’s entirely thanks to Emylie and her flawless coordination.
She also worked seamlessly with Hannah from the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress team—as if they had worked together for years. Their coordination and mutual respect behind the scenes made everything run so smoothly for us in front of the scenes. That invisible magic is something you feel, and we felt it all day.
While I know a thing or two about weddings myself, nothing prepares you for how overwhelming it can feel once you’re actually the bride. Having Emylie there to keep everything grounded, beautiful, and running like clockwork is something I’ll never forget. She was one of the most vital and cherished parts of our day.
Our relationship with Just Marry started even before we chose our venue—after touring the Swan and Dolphin and meeting Mairead DeLuca early in 2024, we knew the Just Marry team was something special. When we decided not to go with that venue, we were genuinely sad—mainly because we thought it meant not working with Just Marry. We even joked we’d hire them anyway. So when we found out they were already partnered with Hyatt, we were overjoyed. It was fate.
And while I have no doubt anyone on the Just Marry team would have been wonderful, Emylie was our person, and I couldn’t imagine going through this without her. She is calm, capable, kind, and absolutely exceptional at what she does.
To the entire Just Marry team: thank you. And to Emylie—thank you for being the heart of our day. You gave us peace, presence, and magic when we needed it most. We’ll be singing your praises forever. -

We chose Just Marry! because we needed boots on the ground and local experts in Orlando as we live in New Jersey and were having a 115 person destination wedding in Disney World. Mairead and team hooked us up with the best vendors, were extremely communicative and patient, and we could not have pulled it off without them. The portal they used allowed us to always be in the know, and easily pay invoices for vendors. Mairead would schedule us inteviews with multiple vendors to see if they aligned with our needs and she would even be on the calls to ask questions we didn't even know to ask. She was amazing, as was the rest of the team the day-of. It would have been a disaster without her and it was money so well spent! -

I worked with Krista Hickson at Just Marry! throughout my planning process and had her and her team for my entire event. Man am I glad she was on my side! There was multiple personnel changes with my venue and if it wasn't for Krista keeping everything in check I would have lost my mind. She helped me feel reassured that everything would be okay and my wedding was always safe and on track. Then the big day came and Krista made sure it ran smoothly. She actually did so much there were parts of the day that I sat ideal wondering if I needed to do anything...nope! I just needed to relax and be present! Ceremony was great, reception was fantastic, and even clean up was a breeze all because of Krista and her Just Marry! team. She was always there when I needed her and was such a happy and warm presence to have at my wedding. I highly recommend Just Marry! because of their tech that helps with planning, but if you get a choice on who your planner will be...ask for Krista! -

Team even helped connect us to our violinist! We had an amazing experience with Susan and her team, specifically Ellis! Ellis was a ray of light and was both an emotional support & incredible planner making sure that everything was flawless on our wedding day and just as we envisioned. My wife and I had a great experience with Just Marry as our wedding coordinators. Jordan worked with us all through the planning process and made what is normally stressful something much more enjoyable. What makes this team extremely special is what happened the day before and day of our wedding day.
Jordan unfortunately caught the flu the day before our wedding and informed us she would not be able to support our wedding. She quickly arranged for replacement coordinators. Within hours we had a coordinator to run through the rehearsal and another coordinator for the day of the wedding. Honestly I was extremely concerned with this because we had always worked with Jordan and now we would have a different coordinator for the rehearsal and an entirely different coordinator for the wedding itself. After the wedding concluded I have to admit I am so impressed with the Just Marry team. Our timeline stayed intact and on schedule. Their team was so supportive for all of our needs and our guests needs at the wedding. Jordan had done such a great job planning with us that our new coordinator who we hadn't ever worked with was able to keep everything running smoothly. It was as if we had Jordan on the day of.

We are so so lucky that we got to work with Kaitlyn for our wedding! Our wedding package included Just Marry!'s services, which we were told we would get to leverage for the last 3 months leading up to the wedding. Kaitlyn reached out closer to 6 months before the wedding and she was the PERFECT PERSON TO WORK WITH! We had some vendors who ended up changing things last minute and were difficult to get in touch with and answer questions promptly, but whenever we looped Kaitlyn into the conversation, she helped us resolve literally everything. She has a very calm demeanor, which was so important on wedding day. She also tackled every problem. Most importantly, she know what to bring to me as the bride on wedding day (very little) and what to make a last minute decision and move on. We are so grateful for Kaitlyn and would 100% recommend her to anyone! -

Where do I start? Danielle from Just Marry made me feel super secure in the fact that everything was going to go without a hitch on my wedding day. I was confident all details would be well communicated to the vendors and guests and they most certainly were. The onsite team on my wedding day was awesome - Danielle, Krista, Jordan, and Iva killed it and did not miss a detail. I always knew I could come to them for help and any last minute requests and questions. Danielle was very open to all my questions throughout the process. She was super helpful. If anyone tells me that they need to plan a wedding in Orlando I won't hesitate to recommend Just Marry! -

Words cannot describe the gratitude and appreciation I have for Jordan. She is incredible!
Our wedding story is a bit different. Hurricane Ian had other plans for our wedding day. We planned to get married October 1 in Bonita Springs. Hurricane Ian ripped through Wednesday Sept 28th and sadly we had to cancel our original wedding. Not knowing how or where we would get married, we just knew that we were going to get married one way or the other. We were determined. The day we canceled our wedding, we said the heck with it, we’re going to Disney World!
The next day, Friday afternoon, the day before October 1, I got connected with Jordan through the Walt Disney Swan hotel where we were staying at. She came in like superwoman. She reassured me and said “Girl, I got you!” Within an hour she had found us every venue possibility nearby and we were able to get a new wedding booked for the very next day, Oct 1st! She went above and beyond for us! She helped me get the flowers of my dreams and a wedding that was beyond beautiful! The day of our wedding (the next day!!), she had everything handled, she made it all happen and was so calm and collected, she put my nerves at ease. Jordan you are incredible—thank you! Do not hesitate to book Jordan and her team, they will take amazing care of you! You can’t even tell we planned that wedding in 24 hours!! -

I highly recommend Just Marry! and specifically Kristen. I had Kristen as my wedding planner/coordinator and oh my I don't know what I would have done without her. She was so helpful and friendly, even as I pulled boxes upon boxes of wedding decor out of my car to give to her. I told her my vision and how I wanted everything to be and she executed it perfectly. She made sure my day ran smoothly with no issues, and if there were any big issues I surely didn't notice. At the end of the day she packed all my stuff back up. She was there for me for whatever I needed during my planning, and then of course on the big day itself. I can't recommend Kristen with Just Marry! enough. -

We got married at the Omni in ChampionsGate and Just Marry! was part of the package - we had Mairead as our wedding coordinator and she was great right from the beginning! Having someone to help guide you through this process was awesome - not to mention, day-of! I would definitely use them again and if you are in need of a coordinator, hire them and ask for Mairead! Trust me - it will make the big day a lot less stressful so you can enjoy it yourself! -

I had the pleasure of working with Ellis for my wedding on November 18. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. She recommended and secured vendors for me that were professional and great to work with. She made sure to schedule our rehearsal around the same as our wedding so we would know what to expect and on the day of the wedding Ellis and her team member were right on time and helped set up the final touches to make my wedding a dream come true. She even hid me from guests in the side corner prior to the ceremony lol. All in all, the Just Marry team and Ellis were a blast to work with. My husband and I got married at Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and as part of our signature wedding package, we were provided with a wedding planner, through Just Marry!. Our original wedding planner got a different job about a month before my wedding and I started to panic a bit, but our final planner, Kaitlyn, stepped in to replace her and did it with ease! Kaitlyn was much more responsive, she helped me get my spray tan and last minute steaming for my dress scheduled. She answered me right away any time I texted her. I designed everything for my reception and brought all the supplies with me to FL, and Kaitlyn and her team did a beautiful job following my instructions and setting everything up. I worked with Mairead. Let me start by saying that I had major anxiety about planning this event. I couldn’t even begin to comprehend how to start. Luckily, my venue included day of services through Just Marry! After meeting with Mairead, I decided to go full force and hire them for full planning services. Best decision ever. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times sweet Mairead talked me down and out of a panic. She didn’t miss a detail, not a beat. She was always available to me; everything was documented and organized; she was in contact with all my vendors whether she hired them or I did. Absolutely fantastic. On my wedding day, I worried about literally nothing. After our ceremony, Mairead was by my side whenever I needed her. I worked with Jessica from Just Marry! and she was FANTASTIC. On top of everything so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. She is extremely responsive, reassuring, and helpful. I do not know how I would have gotten through the entire planning process and event without pulling my hair out if she was not by my side. She made sure every detail that I mentioned was there and was perfect, even things that I had added or mentioned the day before and even the day of. I cannot say enough good things about Jessica and her team. She helped carry my dress around while we had photos taken and was so patient even though I wanted to have pictures in multiple areas, she walked me down from my room to the ceremony venue and made sure everyone was in place and knew what to do. She and her assistant remained through the entire reception to make sure that everything went smooth and the entire night was absolutely perfect! -

The Just Marry team was so organized and incredibly helpful! Danielle Palmer was our main contact for several months leading up to the wedding, and our Day Of Coordinator was Shannon Jones. They made me feel relaxed and confident that everything would be ready to go! They were also very responsive and answered all of my questions in detail while putting together the day of agenda. Danielle from Just Marry did such wonderful job on our wedding. We just had my wedding on 09-24-2021 in Reunion Resort. Danielle is so professional, easy to communicate with and responsive through the whole process. During the whole wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for us and was very thoughtful about little details we didn't foresee. She helped me to hold my bouquet, handed me water and helped me carry the train of my long wedding during photography session among many other things. At the same time, her team did a wonderful job for our reception. We couldn't thank them enough to make our big day stress free and memorable. -

Leanna from Just Marry! was an absolute god-send. Leanna was our “day-of” coordinator, but she truly did so much more! She was there for us every step of the way – from our tasting, to confirming our vendor contracts, to getting 20 bridal party members ready to go, and obviously to taking care of all of the day-of coordination for our big day. Leanna was always so polite, professional, and calming to work with – she knows her stuff! Leanna was always there to provide support and ensure that everything was perfect. I am a very detailed-oriented and organized person (I contracted and scheduled all of our vendors and did 95% of all the planning). But even with that, I cannot express how grateful I was to have Leanna with me the day-of. There were so many little things (that could have very quickly turned into big things) that she expertly took care of, almost before I was even aware of them. From (multiple) wardrobe malfunction saves to whipping up a new pocket square from a linen, Leanna resolved every minor issue that arose – allowing me to just enjoy the entire day as a bride! I cannot speak highly enough about Leanna. If you are on the fence about needing a wedding planner – you definitely need a day-of planner and you definitely need Leanna. No one wants to deal with minor (or heaven forbid, major) hiccups on their wedding day, and Leanna is the best at ensuring everything goes perfectly. -

Danielle was incredible! With everything going on in 2020, I couldn't have done it without her! The original wedding was in March, when everything in the country shut down. She quickly jumped on and was able to change all the vendors to the new date in September. Our 8/3/2020 wedding was cancelled due to COVID, but due to time constraints, we really needed to be married on our original date. Just Marry! stepped in and helped us plan an entire wedding in a month, and it turned out better than the wedding we'd originally planned could have ever been.
We worked with Danielle, who was incredibly helpful and alleviated so much of the stress that came with planning a full wedding last-minute. She responded to emails within just a few hours, and sometimes even minutes. I sent pictures of the overall feel I wanted for our wedding, and she brought in vendors who brought my exact vision to life. Everything was perfect!
The Just Marry! team made the whole day run smoothly, and we didn't have a single snag. They did everything we needed day-of and more- they brought us waters when it was hot outside, they set up the decor I brought from home, they made sure our vendors were coordinated, and they even bustled my dress before the reception! I was able to just enjoy the day without having to worry about someone being in the wrong place.
Overall, Just Marry! is the main reason our wedding was as perfect as it was. All of our guests couldn't believe the whole event had been put together in just a few weeks. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding in the Orlando area. -

We feel so fortunate to have worked with Just Marry! to plan our destination wedding! We started the process two years prior to our wedding with a site visit at the Swan and Dolphin with Victoria. In that moment, we knew immediately that this was the place for our ceremony and the team that could make our dreams come true. We couldn’t book until a year out, but in that time, Victoria answered all of our questions and helped point us in the right direction as we were planning from out of state. Susan was also incredibly helpful and responsive and set up a room block for our guests in addition to answering all my questions. A few months before the wedding, we had a planner change, but Danielle stepped in and was absolutely wonderful. She was so attentive to every detail I ever mentioned and responded quickly to my numerous emails (especially as it came close to the big day). Our rehearsal was executed flawlessly, and Danielle was sure to fill us in on all options and details in case of rain on the big day. On the day of the wedding, her and her team helped ensure everything was perfect. She anticipated every need and question we had before it happened. Knowing she was there and taking care of everything helped me relax and actually enjoy the moments. She gave us a sense of calmness and truly made our day unforgettable. Susan Southerland of Just Marry! was our wedding planner for our daughter’s wedding on 12/14/19. She was fabulous and made the planning process so easy and worry free. We hired her for day of which included several meetings through out the year and consultations two months before the wedding, plus on site staff day of to make the day go seamlessly. Our only regret was that we didn’t hire her for the entire planning process. That is the advice I would give to anyone hiring a planner....pay the extra money for the extended service. Susan is an authority in her field and knows everyone in the wedding community. Her attention to detail kept everything running smoothly. She is a delight to work with bringing many years of experience to the process. The best wedding coordination in Orlando!
I hired Just Marry! for our wedding coordination, and was absolutely blown away. I've been in the events industry for 10+ years now, and Just Marry is hands down one of the best wedding planners in town. We had a backyard wedding reception at the house my husband grew up in, which is definitely a "non-traditional venue". We literally had to create a venue from scratch- Tent, tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, restrooms, power, lighting... Not to mention all the vendors we hired plus the actual event flow for the wedding day. There is no way I could have done it without Susan and her team. Susan anticipated and took care of details I didn't even think of. I am sure she took care of even more on the back that I'm not aware of to this day. She saw my vision for our wedding reception, and knocked it out of the park. You can just tell the entire JM team has so much knowledge in the wedding industry, they ended up saving us money in the long run! Susan, I cannot thank you enough for all that you've done. I am definitely not one of those brides that has been planning their wedding since they were 5 years old, so the idea of planning my wedding was super daunting. I knew that I needed a planner because of a) my crazy work schedule and b) my lack of knowledge about weddings & wedding planning. I went with the full-service whole shebang. It is expensive if you are on a budget (full-service is $5,000), but I ABSOLUTELY needed it.
My planner was Victoria and she did a fabulous job! I gave her my budget, then she gave me a budget plan with estimates for each vendor. After, she gave me 2-3 choices for vendors within each category within my budget. This definitely helped save me time and my sanity because I’m the type of person who has to look at ALL the choices before making a decision. Whenever we decided on a vendor, Victoria negotiated the contract for us and some of the vendors even gave us a discount because we were working with Just Marry! Additionally, Victoria did any necessary meeting scheduling with the vendors. The most helpful thing that Victoria had was the Wedding Agenda worksheet in which she documented all the decisions made for the wedding and reception (vendors, music choices, schedule, speeches order, etc.), and any things we still needed to get done were highlighted.
I was very happy with how organized, professional, and helpful Victoria was. Thanks to Victoria and her team the wedding day went very smoothly and was exactly what we wanted! -

Back in early 2017, well over a year ahead of our wedding, I contacted Just Marry and began correspondence with Leanna McDonald. From day one she was incredibly helpful with recommending vendors and offering to do as much or as little as I wanted her to. I felt more comfortable contacting potential vendors on my own, since it was hard enough to plan a wedding 1300 miles away and I didn't want to feel out of the loop. However, in December 2017 my now husband and I were supposed to meet with a videographer in Orlando while on vacation and he stood us up. I immediately emailed Leanna and asked if we could arrange to meet Steve Graham from Cinemedia, one of her recommendations. In less than two days she arranged the meeting and set us up with who would be our wedding videographer. Leanna provided so much support and advice throughout the planning process, most notably when we had to change the location of our ceremony due to a conference that was to be happening at the hotel the week of our wedding. At first we thought we were going to lose the date that we wanted, but she worked to ensure that we not only would have a place to hold our ceremony, but keep it on the day that we chose. Eventually, Leanna introduced me (via email) to Sarah Escamilla, who would be our day of coordinator. Sarah was amazing from day one. She was so helpful and sweet; she kept me calm through the last bit of planning and preparation. We even requested a last-minute change (to have the swan fountain turned off for the ceremony), which Sarah happily accommodated. She and her two assistants made sure our wedding day was flawless, and I cannot thank her enough. In fact, I was sad to say goodbye to her as we were leaving the venue because even in a short time, she had built such a wonderful rapport with me and my husband that we knew we were going to miss her. I cannot recommend Just Marry enough. If you are going to be planning a wedding at one of their venues, you are in for a real treat. They are not kidding when they say they handle all the details, you literally just have to show up and get married! Thank you, thank you, thank you to the whole team!!! You made our Disney wedding truly magical!
