Our wedding day was even more perfect than we could have ever imagined. We can't even express how much we appreciated everything Julie did for us leading up to and especially on the day of our wedding.
She recommended the most amazing vendors, attended meetings at our reception venue on multiple occasions with us and helped us make important decisions along the way. She was there to decorate the church and coordinate the rehearsal even though it was her birthday. She spent all morning decorating the ballroom for our reception which was absolutely magical, then spent all afternoon and evening making sure everything went perfectly at the wedding and the reception. There is definitely no way we could have done it without her!
We are so very thankful to have met Julie and to have put our trust in her to make our wedding day perfect. She definitely went above and beyond from start to finish and every single thing about our day exceeded our expectations.
Julie started out as our wedding planner, but ended up as our friend. We would highly recommend choosing her to help you plan your special day! -

Julie and her staff were absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough great things about them. It’s only been 3 days since the wedding and I’ve had many guests compliment their attention to detail. From the planning to the event itself, Julie and her crew were rockstars. Our day went so smoothly and I have them to thank for that! They were behind the scenes helping with everything from bandaids to table settings, decor, greeting guests you name it! They were on top of it, lol! So many unexpected things can happen on your wedding day and I can assure you that Julie has it all covered. I so enjoyed working with Julie to plan and execute my recent fall wedding event that came together SO beautifully thanks to her help! I would describe her as very calm, level-headed, organized, experienced, responsive, and helpful beyond words. My father and I could seriously have never pulled it off without her. She kept track of so many details, guided me with lists of things that needed to get done, and completely took care of managing the flow of activities on wedding day. Highly, highly recommend her from my own experience. If you book her, you won't be disappointed. -

I cannot recommend Julie enough! She is so experienced, wise, and kind that I always felt I could count on her. Whenever anything came up, it was such a relief to know Julie would be able to handle it. My husband and I never had to worry with her there. When there was potential that our ceremony would be moved inside due to rain, Julie's calm demeanor was incredibly helpful and she gave the best advice. In the end, we had the exact wedding we hoped for and it is absolutely thanks to Julie. We couldn't have pulled it off without her! -

Julie met the challenge of our COVID-revised wedding, i.e. from a large church venue with 75+ people to a small (21 guests) backyard ceremony and reception. We were living out-of-state, and that made communication more difficult. She was flexible, knowledgeable, and patient with our changes, “special” requests and COVID accommodations. Julie was quick to respond to emails or other communication throughout the planning of our wedding. Our other vendors were comfortable and confident in working with Julie. She had valuable suggestions and paid attention to the details. We especially appreciated her calm and excellent organization. -

I could not be happier with our decision to choose Julie as our wedding planner. She was with me every step of the way with understanding and extreme professionalism. She helped me through every step of the planning - choosing vendors, creating checklists and timelines, communicating with vendors, and especially decorating! She is phenomenal with decor and elegant details. She was always very responsive and e-mailed or scheduled calls upon every request. Even when we had to change our plans last minute due to COVID-19, she somehow pulled everything together and was there on the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. She truly made it the best day of our lives. Thank you, Julie! -

I'll be honest. I balked at the idea of having an event planner for my wedding because I didn't think I was one of "those" people. But, my wedding was out of town from my home and I knew I wouldn't have the first clue about which vendors to use. Julie came highly recommended and after speaking with her just one time, I knew she was perfect for me! She's calm, collected, extremely professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every single vendor she recommended did an outstanding job. She is so accommodating and genuinely gets excited at the creative ideas generated. This lady knows her stuff! Highly, Highly, Highly recommend. Oh, and all the other vendors were soooo relieved when I told them Julie was my coordinator. They know how good she is too! -

I can’t put into words how much I loved working with Julie. She was on top of everything involved with my BIG day. She ensured everything was what I envisioned. Julie was just as excited about our wedding as we were and that made our experience with her that much more special. -

Julie was PHENOMENAL to me and my husband. She went above and beyond all the way up to the wedding...she helped brainstorm and set up with my shower, answered any questions we had VERY promptly, checked in on us and our planning often, did everything she could to make sure me as the bride was never stressed out with planning, and was ON TOP OF IT the day before and day of the wedding.
Our day honestly would not have gone the way we dreamed of without her help. Thank you so much Julie for your generosity and passion for helping plan the PERFECT wedding!!! -

Ashley Sent on 01/16/2018I cannot thank Julie enough for helping us with our wedding. From the get-go, Julie’s calm and cool demeanor helped keep any worry away. Throughout the planning process, especially the week of, people asked how I was so calm. I have Julie to thank for that. She answered every question I had along the way with ease, no matter how big or small. Her attention to detail will blow you away. I like to think I was a rather “unorthodox” bride as I did not have my wedding envisioned in my head for years like most other brides. In many ways, I gave Julie the reins and trusted her judgment. That proved to be the very best thing I could do as she did not disappoint with decor, floor layout, etc. On the day of, it was very hard for me to sit around and relax as I preferred to help with setup, but once I had to leave for hair and makeup, Julie completely transformed the room with a beautiful touch. I feel she knew me better than I knew myself when it came to decorating. It could not have been more beautiful. Everyone at our wedding, including friends, family, and our vendors raved about how smoothly it went and we have Julie to thank for that. Thank you for helping us have the best day we could have ever dreamed of. You will always have a special place in our hearts. Brides, if you are wondering if you really need a planner, think no longer and contact Julie. You will be SO thankful you did!
