  Working with JohnLo was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. I do not think we could have done any better. John Lo was prompt with responding to our initial inquiries and through this process if we had any questions, ideas or thoughts he was always just an email, phone, or delicious dinner meeting away. One of the many things we loved about JohnLo was how he took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for our day; this translated into having to spend less time taking endless shots and maximized our time we had to spend enjoying the wedding. We took some of the most incredible photos together and with our family and we were finished with time to enjoy our cocktail hr and mingle with guest! During the reception John blended in so well that at times we did not even see him; but when we got our wedding cd back we were so amazed at all the amazing pictures he took of us and our guest without ever feeling like we had to stop our celebration. We never felt like just another wedding couple he had to shoot. I KNOW just how busy his schedule was the month of the July but because of his genuine interest in his clients he made sure our photography experience was flawless and made us feel like we were his only clients. John Lo is a true story teller and will become a friend after the wedding process. His passion for photography is undeniable. When you get your photos back {and quickly) and see how well he captured those tiny moments that you would have for sure forgotten without him, you will be planning your vow renewals just to get the chance to work with John Lo again.

  John Lo was our wedding photographer. He is so freakin awesome. He is super friendly; A fun person to be around. He is very professional and with great passion doing what he does best. I highly recommend him to any bride who is looking for a wedding photographer. His prices is pretty reasonable. We even got a free gift from him months later in the mail.

  JohnLo is an amazing photographer and did the best job capturing all the important elements of my wedding day. He was able to serve as a photographer on short notice after my previous photographer canceled and he did an excellent job of staying in touch before the wedding and making sure I had all the information I needed about his services and photography style. I LOVED the pictures and would highly recommend him.

  If you are looking for a professional photographer who takes pride in his work and knows exactly what you want then I would highly recommend JohnLo. I have seen him work twice.Once for I wedding and another for my trash the dress session. He is very talented and shoots amazing photos! During my trash the dress session he knew exactly what I wanted and had some great ideas that turned out to be fantastic photos! The overall session was fun, comfortable and a great experience.

  John Lo was very professional and seemed to really care about what was important to us. He made us feel like our special day was his special day too. He was very clear about the services he would provide and the cost. It was very helpful to us and to our budget to know everything upfront when planning our wedding. He was quite patient with all of my questions even when I knew I asked him the same question multiple times, but had forgotten the answer from being a stressed bride.
  
  We wanted more artistic style pictures and he delivered. His wife Amanda, who was the second photographer, has a wonderful eye for angles and is able to capture pictures that tell a story. We were very impressed with her female viewpoint.
  
  John's warm personality captured the hearts of many of my friends and family, so much so that quite a number in our wedding party ended up facebooking him to stay in touch!
  
  It took me quite awhile to order my prints (new job, new house, etc...), but when I did John delivered them so fast (within a week!) it was great that I didn't have to wait one minute more to have pictures from the best day of my life.
  
  I would highly recommend John Lo Photography to any bride who wants great service and someone who really cares about what he does.

  On behalf of our families, I would like to thank John Lo for the absolutely amazing photographs he took of my daughter and son-in-law's wedding in Prospect Park in Brooklyn and at the reception that followed at the Water Street Lounge. He and his assistant took so many wonderful candids capturing the expressions of the family and the general atmosphere of celebration. In addition, John took beautiful family groupings. The detail and quality are superb! Before the occasion he was very available for discussion and throughout the event he and his assistant were discreet and invisible as they worked. He offered some additional artistic work in the form of black and white and sepia on some of the photos and the delivery of all work was prompt. We are all so pleased and can't thank John enough.
