The Best Wedding Planner!!

Val is amazing! My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better planner!
We are from Georgia and Val worked tirelessly to ensure that we had a flawless destination wedding in Bal Harbour. She collaborated with us for months to learn us as a couple and provided excellent vendor management services, recommendations, advice, and more.
On our wedding day, everything went perfectly. I was so relieved that Val and her team had everything under control. There's no way we could have done it without her.
She's extremely detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about her work. She's mastered the art of wedding planning.
She's also such a friendly and lovely person to work with. If you're working with Val then you are in great hands!!!

Val is amazing!

Valeria at JV Wedding Planning was amazing! She and her team orchestrated our destination wedding in Miami this past weekend. She was patient, responsive, professional, detail oriented and had great suggestions throughout the entire process. She kept us on time throughout the entire wedding day. She even made sure we actually sat down to eat our dinner so it didn’t get cold. The guests loved the experience and we were impressed with how everything came together. We stayed at the resort where the wedding took place and we saw her leaving the ballroom around 11 PM the night before the wedding to make sure the setup was on track! We would highly recommend her and JV Wedding Planning!

From start to finish, Valeria was essential to ensuring the success of our wedding. My Very Own Fairy Godmother!

No words! I decided to hire a wedding planner when I was a little bit more than two months away from my wedding date. Because we had so many items to set up and so many people involved in our wedding, I thought that hiring a planner would help take some of the wedding day stress away. Best decision ever! Val was our assigned wedding planner and has been nothing short of amazing! She is literally my fairy godmother. As we got closer and closer to the big day, her attention to detail made me feel at ease and took away lots of the worrying and anxiety I had leading up to the wedding. Her timeline was absolutely perfect! We were able to get everything done and do all the photos and videos we wanted without feeling rushed. Our reception was also set up exactly how we wanted and looked beautiful! Val and her team were absolutely perfect, professional & efficient. Forever grateful!

Amazing coordination and assistants

Jessica was hired to be month off day of coordinator. Let me just say her and her assistant went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect to the tea. I loved my wedding I definitely couldn’t have pulled it off without their help.

Best Wedding Planner Ever!

We chose Jessica's Events for our wedding and couldn't possibly describe how amazing Valeria was! We originally had a 60 person wedding scheduled for May 2020, but had to postpone to November 2020 due to the pandemic. We downsized to 20 people (it was a destination wedding for us). Valeria was everything you could ever ask for in a wedding planner. Extremely responsive, thorough, supportive, positive, organized, kind. We could go on and on! She never missed a single detail and went above and beyond for what we paid for! There was a tropical storm on our wedding day, so everything was moved indoors at our venue. It was beautiful and perfect! Valeria and Karina helped on our wedding day. Karina was so wonderful too! We could not have done it without them! Thank you so much for making our wedding dreams come true! We will miss emailing with Val all the time! Look no further for a wedding planner and use Jessica's Events!

Jessica, Valeria , and Karina, I need you to run my life! I chose Jessica and her team when I booked my wedding at the double tree, I chose her for the month of coordination, they were so helpful. I had a very busy schedule while wedding planning and the months leading up the the wedding I really needed them. Everything Was so easy with them, it was like working with friends, whatever I wanted to do they were there. They kept everything under control and on time. My family and I partied and had an amazing time. Even my guest were saying how great they were. My husband was even shocked when Karina sewed a button on his suit right before being introduced! The most exceptional planning team

I wish greater than 5 stars was an option. If you want everything you ever dreamed of in a planner/team and so much more than you knew was possible, look no further. Though by career I am a nurse, by my personality and everyday life I am very much a “planner” and have an extremely difficult time giving over details to someone else. But, I knew in order to enjoy my wedding day I would have to find some help. Jessica’s Events came highly recommended to us by another trusted vendor of ours who ensured us that every wedding she plans is amazing... which I can now testify is true. I booked Jessica’s Events for month of/day of coordinating and immediately knew I was in the very best hands and trusted her right away. She is so quick, sweet, personal, and professional in her response to any email/text/call and is ALWAYS on top of every last detail, including any last minute changes I made. It is insanely impressive. Not only is she on top of everything but she is the glue that keeps all the other vendors on the same page as well. She truly makes your wedding feel like the sincerest team effort between all vendors in order to make your day the most perfect, which is exactly how our day turned out. I went into my wedding day with full knowledge and preparedness of “It’s not a matter of if something goes wrong, it’s when” because I had heard that advice from so many brides. I can actually say that I can’t think of a single thing that went wrong on my wedding day, it was a fairytale. I can also say… I fully attribute that to Jessica and her team (Val and Karina). Around her, Val, and Karina, I felt so calm all day and knew everything I had planned was happening exactly how I’d envisioned it, which allowed me to completely relax and simply enjoy every second of the best day of my life. She is also a true friend, wise counselor, and honest opinion throughout the process. I can only fathom how incredible her full service planning is since she blew me away in just the short time we had together. To top it off, her pricing is so unbelievably fair, especially compared to other planners I looked into who often offered lesser options.

Best decision I've made was hiring this team!!!

Jessica is truly a godsend!!! If I could give her 10 stars, I would!! The moment we decided to do a destination wedding in Miami, I knew that we would need a planner. With a very demanding job that keeps me busy countless hours a week, I knew there would be no way that I could plan this once in a lifetime event alone. I interviewed a few wedding planners to get a feel for their personalities, style and work ethic and after my initial conversation with Jessica, I knew in my heart that she was the one. Jess was always VERY responsive which was something that I really appreciated, considering she is so busy with many other brides!! But you wouldn't even know it!

I had no clue where to start with the planning process, but Jess put us at ease and walked us through every step of the way! She saved us so much time with helping us search for venues within our budget and ALL of her vendor recommendations are top of the notch!!! I only needed to come down to Miami twice, once to look at venues and second time to meet with vendors. We were so surprised by how efficient our meetings were, but it's because this woman knows her stuff!!!

I am getting so emotional as I write this review because I am still blown away by the exceptional service that we received throughout the entire planning process and the day of. Jessica has the sweetest personally and she truly cares about making sure that your day is perfect. Jess and her team truly paid special attention to every detail and it showed because everything turned out so beautifully!!! I am still getting so many compliments about how beautiful everything looked and how smoothly the flow of the day was. We shipped some boxes of decor/personal items to Miami and I was so grateful that Jessica and her team packed up all our items so carefully back into each box at the end of the night!! It saved us so much time the next day when we needed to send everything back to Michigan! These are just a few examples of how awesome Jess and her team is. They truly go above and beyond. If you want a stress free wedding planning process, someone who is personable, professional and works hard to make your dream wedding come true...look no further. You will be in great hands with Jess and her team!! They are THE BEST and you will have no regrets!!!

Highly recommended!!

While it has been 1.5 years since my wedding, I have wanted to share my love and gratefulness for Jessica and her team every day since. I hired Jessica’s Events for the "day of" package. I hired most of my own vendors, as I had them booked prior to even hiring Jessica. However, Jessica and her team worked flawlessly with them, even though she had never worked with my vendors before, and assisted in making all my wishes and requests come true. Her own team was timely, organized, knowledgeable, and passionate about their careers in wedding planning. Jessica is so obviously an expert in what she does, as she does it flawlessly!! Planners with Passion

What sticks out to us about Jessica Estrada and her team is not just that they bring your wedding dreams to life (they definitely do that) but that they are passionate about doing so. It was such a joy to work with somebody as passionate about our wedding as we were. From the initial phone call through to the big day, Jessica treated us as if she was planning the wedding of a close family friend.

While I was born and raised in Miami, my husband (still weird to say) and I have been living in Washington, DC for several years. We were overwhelmed by the prospect of having to plan a wedding from far away, which is why we thought a wedding planner would be helpful. Jessica came highly recommended from our venue (Briza on the Bay) and it's easy to see why.

Since we were planning the wedding from out of town, we relied heavily on Jessica for vendor recommendations. We chose our DJ, florist, videographer, photographer and cake based on Jessica's recommendations. Given her experience and strong connections, we received discounted rates from a number of vendors which saved us a significant amount on the bottom line. We could not have afforded some of the vendors without Jessica's preferred pricing and help in negotiating contracts. And most importantly, we were thrilled with all of the vendors we hired based on Jessica's recommendations.

Jessica also has great design instincts. We are definitely an opinionated couple, and she was always respectful of our preferences. But when we asked Jessica for input, she was quick with an opinion on everything from napkin color to floor plan layout. Without fail, her opinions ended up being the right call.

On the big day, Jessica and her team (Valeria & Belinda) did an outstanding job anticipating our needs, dealing with the unexpected, and maintaining a warm and positive attitude that helped keep us and our family at ease. One example: my bustle on my dress broke during the first dance. Jessica pulled out the biggest safety pin I had ever seen to pick up and bustle my dress, and I was able to dance the night away without issue. In addition, the venue set-up was beautiful, and delivered on our vision flawlessly. And Jessica's coordination of, and partnership with, our vendor team was excellent and helped make the day go smoothly.

In the end, what really set Jessica and her team apart for us was their passion. Their attitude and energy were a huge factor in making our wedding day the best we've ever had. They have a true passion for wedding planning, which comes through in every interaction we had with them. Thank you so much to Jessica's Events for guiding us through the process and giving us the wedding of our dreams.

Fairy god mother to the rescue!

Jessica, Valeria and the team are great! Long story short; I met Jessica 5 years ago when I began my journey in the event field. Working under Jessica I learned so much and grew significantly as an event professional. Weddings and social events require a certain attitude and personality. You truly must be a people person, nurturing, understanding, patient yet firm and confident… all of which describe Jessica! Fast forward I shifted from the wedding and social industry to the corporate side of events. Yet, I knew that when my special day came along, I needed her by my side! As a Bride you have a vision of your wedding; constantly worrying about so many aspects of the day. Despite your worries and nerves Jessica has the ability to place you at ease. Her cheerful attitude and willingness to go above and beyond make you feel extra special. She just gets it! Although she does this for a living and has seen plenty of couples get married, she still treats you as if this is the most important day in the world. Her confidence, assertiveness and positive attitude will allow you to truly enjoy yourself throughout your event! I have now hired Jessica and her team for not only my wedding but my mother’s as well! As if Jessica isn’t enough her team is amazing too! Valeria is extraordinary! Since Jessica was booked for my mother’s wedding, we ended up working with Valeria. She is truly the epitome of what Jessica and the company stand for. You need these women in your life! I’m SO glad I had Jessica and her team helping with all the coordination of my wedding day. Jessica is super knowledgeable, detail orientated and bends over backwards for her brides. Her team is also A++ and were so helpful my day of. I actually had a few of my guests who came up to me during the wedding to compliment me how attentive they saw Jessica and her team were. They knew I needed something before I even asked. They handled any situation that happened and kept me calm. They made sure every detail was perfection. It has been exactly a month since the best day of my life and I can honestly say it was Jessica and her team that helped in making it so amazing. From the day we first met I immediately connected with Jessica. It was like she was the long lost sister I never knew I had. Guiding me and advising me every step of the way not only on wedding stuff but even on personal things, Jessica was always there when I needed her. You really don’t realize how much you need a planner until you get one and I encourage all brides to get one and if your in Miami to get Jessica! Jessica & her team were AMAZING! From the moment we had our initial conversation to the day of the wedding, Jessica put me at ease with all of the dealings with the vendors and ensuring all of my questions were answered. She gave great input and insights and suggested some great vendors that we ended up using for our day. She was a HUGE help for the walk through, and our rehearsal , and really made us feel very comfortable like we had known her forever. The day of her team was extremely professional, and they are all so nice and such a pleasure to work with. They worked EXTREMELY hard and ensured in every way that the event ran smoothly, and any hiccups that were encountered from the vendors, my husband and I had NO idea they were happening and were able to enjoy every single minute of the wedding. The only regret I have is not hiring Jessica for the entirety of my planning (I had the day of package). Booking Jessica and her team will be the best decision you make throughout your entire wedding process! She was so easy to work with, checked in with me throughout the day and made sure every detail of our day was taken care of. A few problems came up and Jessica took care of them without me even knowing about it! She was a fabulous person to have by my side all day. I hired Jessica and her team as my day of coordinator at the Hilton Doubletree Grand Biscayne Bay. She was one of the preferred vendors for that venue and her reviews and social media made me fall in love with her work and capabilities.

She was so easy to work with and was on top of every little last detail. In my every day life I am pretty analytical and critical on details and organization but when it came to my wedding I had a very calm demeanor. Jessica gave suggestions and helped organized my large bridal party that had an uneven number of bridesmaids and groomsmen. Working with her the day of and along the way she makes you feel like if you have known her for the longest she is so easy to talk to and can help calm you down if necessary.

Her team member Valeria was also so sweet and nice! She was always making sure we were ok and if we needed anything she would bring it right to us whether it was changing my shoes (yes they literally got down on hand and knees under my dress to change my shoes - I was going to have my husband do it but before I knew it they were already strapping me out of my shoes!), bringing us food or drinks, or setting aside any major goodies they were both right there to make sure nothing went wrong and literally not one single thing went wrong that day!

Jessica makes sure that she explains exactly what she needs from you for the wedding to make sure that she can get everything done exactly as you wanted it. I followed her requests and it made the whole set up a breeze.

If you are open to decor placement and the like Jessica and her girls will know exactly what to do with everything you can trust them to get it done right and make everything look spectacular. They are truly amazing! I am so glad I picked her as the planner!

Fairy Godmother/Miracle Worker!!!!! If you want a wedding planner that will go above and beyond your wildest dreams then you need to Hire Jessica right now!!! The woman is a godsend and truly special. She worked with me for over a year and a half to plan my dream wedding and no request was ever too big. From countless phone calls at 1a.m. (because this is when I did most of my planning after work), to multiple meetings with the same vendors, she was there for it all, with a smile on her face and so much enthusiasm. OUTSTANDING! Really sums up the overall performance of Jessica and her team! My daughter's weddings day was perfect. My stress level was zero. All because of Jessica and her professional team. From picking up platters for the entire wedding party to setting up the room EXACTLY as I had requested. The day was flawless. Jessica and her team made us feel like we were celebrities. Jessica is beyond amazing. I couldn't have planned the wedding without her! From day 1 I knew that Jessica was going to be an asset but she went above and beyond any expectations I had. I wanted an outdoor wedding but with it being in Florida, I was a bit skeptical about the heat and every factor involved. Jessica took my vision and helped recreate it in an indoor venue. The wedding was everything I dreamed of and more. From answering all my calls, emails, and texts immediately, to meeting me at every appointment, keeping all my balances in line, and the day-of-coordinations Jessica was very professional and great at what he does. Jessica and her team are simply AMAZING and the best to work with. No words can describe how happy I am with her amazing talent and dedication. She is so sweet and down to earth! Jessica and her staff were AMAZING. They were incredible with helping to plan our dream destination wedding, from meeting at the hotel during our planning trip, being available throughout our planning and beyond. Any minor issue, they tackled right away, taking away all of our stress and worries. Nelly handled our rehearsal and was amazing...so patient with our wedding party (they were easily distracted!), but Nelly kept us on track, making the rehearsal process a breeze! Jessica and Nelly were both there on our wedding day, and were the definition of professional. I did not have to worry about a thing with these two there. They are both absolute sweethearts. Honestly, I cannot say enough about Jessica's Events and would not hesitate in a second to book them again! <3

Jessica embodies everything that you desire in a wedding planner! She's professional, responsible, accommodating and reliable. She worked diligently to ensure I had very little to worry about, which made it possible for me to actually enjoy the process. Jessica even had to do some last minute putting out of fires on my wedding morning when the photographer and hair/makeup artist mistakenly changed our start time by several hours. Our wedding was scheduled to be at a hotel on Fort Lauderdale beach on October 7, 2016. 48 hours before the wedding, we received notification from the venue that our event was cancelled due to hurricane Matthew. Luckily we were able to find a new venue at the last minute. Jessica worked with all of our vendors to coordinate the new space, and went above and beyond to make the room look incredible in less than 24 hours. In such a chaotic situation, Jessica made sure the wedding went smooth and flawless. Jessica and her team are absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Jessica to any bride.

Exceptional is the word that comes to mind when I think about Jessica and the team at Jessica's Events! I actually went to a wedding a few years ago and Jessica was the wedding planner at that wedding and I knew then that when it was my turn I would want Jessica and the team! I currently work in the events business at a major hotel in Miami and I knew that I was a little OCD or controlling from the start but Jessica was always so clam and helpful and by the end I really was able just to let go and enjoy with my hubby. I had no doubts that the day that we planned would be so elegant and romantic and exactly what we wanted. Maybe there were some challenges on her end but I never knew it and my now husband and I got to enjoy the day with no stress and lots of love! Where do I even begin? I luckily ran into Jessica's Instagram one day and loved everything I saw. My mom and I went to her website, and we absolutely knew we had to contact this lovely lady! BEST DECISION EVER !!! I am a control freak, a perfectionist, and a lover of details. Jessica completely understood and saw my vision. We hired her and her team for my bridal shower (which was almost a mini wedding). Jess's team kept EVERYTHING under control. From putting all of the decor up (and let me tell you, there was TONS and TONS of decor), to keeping almost 70 women happy and everything organized. They helped with all of the games and just the overall flow of my bridal shower. They even helped clean up afterwards. I can't tell you how STRESS-FREE I was on that day!! On to the wedding .. our wedding was an absolute dream come true. Jessica knew what I wanted and made it happen. From contacting all of my vendors( so I didn't have to worry about ANY of that), to setting up appointments, to being there 100% whenever I needed her. Jess and her amazing team set everything up so beautifully, and everything went perfectly smooth at the church and at the reception. She has such a wonderful personality and was super easy to get along with. MAJOR PLUS when you've got your wedding day coming up and you tend to be a nervous wreck, it's awesome to have someone so sweet to count on. Anything I needed, she was there. She also developed a close relationship with Mother of the Bride who is also a perfectionist, and a huge detail freak lol, and I can't thank her enough for bonding so well with my mom. My mom is my right hand, my best friend and was completely involved throughout the whole process and she can't express just how grateful she is to Jess. We absolutely love her & her team and there is no doubt that when I start popping babies .. she will be the one I contact to help plan and coordinate all of my future events :) Love you Jessica!!!

If there is anyone you want next to you on your wedding day other then your significant other is Jessica! During the whole planning process she was always there to help you. She knows how make your's and your fiance's visions come to life, she is very talented and unique in everything she does. She was right beside me from the very beginning to the last final touches and details even the ones I forgot to do, in which she made sure I didn't stress over it and as amazing as she is she was able to complete or order them for me on time even with a week left of the wedding. Every month she is emails you with a to do list to make sure you are on tract and that everything is completed in a timely matter. Jessica and her team are all very sweet and trustworthy girls, anything I needed on our wedding day the girls were always there to make sure I was comfortable and happy, even when I took time for myself to let everything sink in they were next to me taking it all in with me. No words can truly describe how blessed and thankful I am to have been given the opportunity to have met Jessica and her team and get to know them on personal level. Jessica is incredible and you will not be let down or disappointed by her, I would recommend her to everyone. She is simply amazing. My wedding is still being talked about by everyone and there has not been one negative thing to say about it and I can only thank Jessica for that!!! Oh and if you are looking for flowers, search no more Jessica is amazing mine and my bridesmaids bouquet's came out gorgeous and the flowers for our reception and men's boutineer's were just gorgeous. We hired Jessica as our day-of planner and she was nothing short of amazing. She was there from day one of hiring her, checking in and making sure you were on track with decisions that needed to be made. She promptly responded to every e-mail and made herself very available. My husband and I planned everything ourselves, but she made sure everything came together and contacted all of the vendors beforehand. The day of the wedding went perfectly thanks to her and her team. I was the most relaxed I had been during the entire process because I knew we were in great hands. I am so blown away with the service, the quality of work and also the passion that Jessica and her Girls have. The day of our wedding was so magical. To start I began my wedding planning with the assumption that I would have 150 people at the event, however 3 months into my planning process I discovered that my guest list increased to 250 people. At that point I already chose the vendors but I needed someone to help execute the day of the wedding. I read every wedding planners reviews on the knot from Ft Lauderdale to Miami, and went on each of their wedding websites to get a feel of their style and passion. I am social worker by profession so personality is a big thing for me as well as follow through. I have had several friends who had horrible experiences with planners who don't follow through with what they said they would do and have had some interesting experiences. Well that is not the case with Jessica's Events. They are amazing! When we spoke with Jessica I felt rest assured that she would handle my Nigerian/Costa Rican Wedding with grace. She recommended the month of planning due to the amount of things needed to pull the wedding off and it worked! She helped me with my crazy guest list went to every meeting for the event and also was there to assist when I had a unannounced change in banquet managers at the hotel that I contracted for the entire wedding. She brought everyone up to speed the month before the wedding and was amazing. She recorded every detail took pictures at the tasting to ensure that everything was prepared as requested. As for the day of the wedding I have no words for the amount of support and also care her team had the day of our wedding. I had one of her event planners by my side in the brides room with the bridesmaids, another with the groomsmen, and Jessica reinforcing all the agreements of the vendors the day of the wedding, My wedding started on time! There are so many great things to say about Jhoana at Jessica's Events it's hard to cover in this short review. Jhoana was the absolute perfect wedding planner. She is energetic, passionate, thorough, responsive, creative, patient, positive, etc.. Thru the planning process she was always keeping us on schedule and ensuring all the important things were completed. BEST WEDDING PLANNER IN MIAMI! After several phone calls and emails back and forth with our top 5 choices, our decision was seamlessly made the moment we spoke with Jessica Estrada. I could tell by just speaking to her on the phone that I would be in good hands. What I remember the most is, Jessica telling me during our first in person meeting, "We will become best friends throughout the wedding planning". Sure enough, I can now call Jessica a friend.
The strongest quality Jessica’s Events holds is their availability for their brides. Jessica’s Events made themselves available every time I reached out. Jessica truly gets to know you and recommends vendors based on your likings.
Each time I sent her emails asking something, she had already done whatever I was asking about or had a plan in place. She kept me on track with what I had to do and made sure it was done on a timely manner. Jessica has built an impressive team through her career. There is not one team member that is any better than the other. Everyone puts their heart, soul, time and effort into everything done. I was lucky enough to get a preview of their work because they also helped me plan my Bridal Shower. To summarize this, I cried the moment I walked into it…happy tears, of course. I hired Jessica last minute as a day of wedding planner. She was the day of wedding planner for my sister's wedding two years prior, but I did not think I needed a wedding day planner because I thought I had everything together already. Closer to my wedding day, things began to get very hectic and it was hard to keep up with all the follow up calls with the vendors while at work during the day. Jessica had previous arrangements for my wedding day (I called very last minute), but somehow she managed to fit me in and pretty much relieved all my stresses immediately.

She contacted all of my vendors, made sure they produced what was discussed in the contracts, she gave me lists to use so that I didn't forget anything for my wedding day. Even though she was a day of wedding planner, I must say, she did more than just fluff my dress for the ceremony. She continued to check up on me, make sure I was comfortable, saved food for me and my husband because we missed the cocktail hour, her and her team came to my room to get all of the items for the church and venue, I mean the list goes on. I really don't know how I would have gotten through my day without her.

For the reception, I did not have time to oversee the setup, so Jessica took care of it, as I trusted her to use her own discretion for some a lot of the setup, and it turned out lovely. She even showed me pics of the reception on her phone while I was waiting in the limo for all the guest to arrive at the church.

I definitely recommend Jessica and her team for event planning. I live out of state, but I will be recommending her to my friends and fam in Miami.

P.S. – my fiancé (now husband) was anti-hiring a wedding planner, but during the wedding reception he leaned over and said..”Good call on hiring the wedding planner!” :-D

Hiring Jessica's Events was one of the best decisions my hubby and I could've made during our wedding journey. I was an out of town bride living in Chicago and planning a Miami 200 person wedding. Jessica was a blessing to say the least. Her fees are extremely reasonable, she has amazing reviews, and so much talent and experience. Jessica and her team went above and beyond to be my ears and eyes the day of the wedding and gave us an abundance of help leading up to it. I literally had her on speed dial, and I cannot recall a time she did not answer my call. I can't say enough about how responsive and hard-working she is. She constantly kept me organized and sent me to-do worksheets with deadlines to make sure I kept up with the planning time-frame. She contacted all of my vendors and made sure she had a copy of all of my agreements in her binder so there were no misunderstandings on wedding day when I was getting ready. Jessica created a detailed itinerary of our wedding with all of my notes and instructions and made copies for each vendor. She also decorated and prepared our candy station at the reception. She was beyond organized and prepared. Jessica always made me feel she genuinely cared about my wedding and wanted it to be perfect. Best part was that day of, she did not contact me once, so I could be stress-free drinking mimosas with my bridesmaids as I got ready (my dream come true). I recommend her as a wedding planner without any hesitation, I simply couldn't have done it without her and her amazing team.

Where do we begin? From day 1, I think Jessica knew I was a high-maintenance bride, a kind/sweet one, but I am more detailed than anyone I know, and I think she could tell. She and her team handled all of our ridiculous requests from the beginning with grace... by ridiculous, I mean a u-haul FULL of my mother's family china, centerpieces, and special decor for all over the ceremony/reception. We had a very specific plan for the day of the wedding, and we were totally ready to execute. We had crossed every t and dotted every i, even with 7 last minute cancellations. However, we did not have a solid "rain plan.” I guess we all just figured it was South Florida, and how bad could it really get? We expected a shower, but nothing more. Boy, were we wrong. The entire day everything looked fine, and then, right as our guests boarded buses to come to the venue, the rain came pouring down... on top of EVERYTHING. Our entire reception was set up outside, and had to be rushed into the mansion at Vizcaya. Jessica and her team had to figure out how to selvage all of our items and have a ceremony, seated dinner, reception, band, and dj all inside of the small courtyard at the Vizcaya mansion. Tears began to fall down my face as I realized our dream wedding was now "ruined" - or so I thought. Jessica came and found me, and told me not to worry, that they had everything under control. She and her team flipped the entire space upside down in a matter of about 45 minutes. It wasn't at all what we had planned... but it was as beautiful as it could have possibly been. I have no clue how they did it, but they solved our nightmare and made it into a magical, perfect evening. Our guests were so delighted that they cheered as we finally made it down the aisle inside of the mansion. Jessica and her team handled chaos with grace and composure. We cannot thank them enough for being the perfect planner. Do yourself a favor and don't choose anyone else :). WE LOVE YOU JESSICA!

Since the moment we decided to tide the knot, I started looking for a wedding planner. A friend of mine recommended me Jessica. Immediately, I started to at through her pictures I was amazed about everything I saw. The first time we met, I knew that she was the right person to work with us in our special day. We had Jessica for a day coordinator for my daughter's wedding. We are from out of town and Jessica handled everything for us! Gave us great vendors. They all worked really well together. Answered all our questions (which were plenty) and very quickly. She let us mail favors and supplies we needed to her instead shipping to hotel. She took care of all the vendors the day of the wedding. She had the room set up beautifully. All we had to do was show up! If there were any problems, we didn't know about them. The whole event went smoothly. She kept the night on schedule and running smoothly. Jessica made my daughter's day perfect. She is very organized. Knows her vendors. Being from out of town and not knowing anyone could have been a disaster. Every vendor she recommended was professional and prepared. We couldn't have done it without her. Wow what can i say about Jessica and her tean, these girls are like a brides fairy God mother. Wedding planning can become very stressful and irritating because at moments we forget this is our day and I thank these girls because they really help to reaffirm that and give you the support you need to excute the things you want on your day. We felt we put together a great set of vendors but Jessica was the glue that pulled them together on the day of the wedding. We debated whether we needed a day of coordinator and we are now very happy that we pulled the trigger. Jessica and her team came early, left late, were available at our convenience leading up to the day and really allowed us to enjoy our day without worry.

Not only was she the best coordinator we could have hoped for, I feel like I also made a new friend along the way.

If there was no word limit I could go on for days about Jessica. I was living in CT trying to plan a wedding in Miami. I hired Jessica for Month-of planning and it was the best decision ever. Even though I hired her for month-of, the year before my wedding we were in constant contact. I have never met someone so dedicated to what they do. I had absolutely no idea where to start and Jessica made sure everything was on schedule. She recommended some fantastic vendors who gave me discounts just for knowing her. And if she thought I deserved an even better deal than that, she told them so and got it for me.

Jessica had the daunting task of managing MANY contracts and an insane number of details and somehow kept track of it all. I know I asked more of her than she signed up to do, yet she made everything happen for us and then some. She expertly handled some very difficult clients and won over the biggest skeptics with her professionalism and tact.

Jessica transformed the ballroom into exactly what I imagined. It was beautiful beyond words. Nothing was overlooked. Every centerpiece perfect, every menu straight, every candle lit, every favor expertly placed. And somehow, all these different vendors came together and converged seamlessly thanks to her coordination. There were a million last minute details to finalize and Jessica handled them all, which I appreciated immensely. She personally lent me a bunch of items that I forgot about completely (cake stand, ring pillow, candy station). She was the 1st person at our rehearsal, the 1st one at the church, and the last to leave the reception. I wish I could share my wedding photos here; in all of them you'll see Jessica in the background making magic happen.

She is so thoughtful, selfless, generous with her time and energy and heart. I've never encountered anyone so willing to work so hard to make someone else so happy. She is a rare gem in this industry. I'm very lucky and honored that she did so much for us.

Jessica was such an awesome wedding planner!! I was living outside of the US during the last two months of my wedding planning and she pretty much took care of anything and everything that needed to be worked out during that time that was hard for me to do from afar. During the several weeks before the wedding, she was really great about reminding me of deadlines and sending timelines. On the week of, she was a HUGE help with putting together favors and other last minute details. First and foremost, I have to start by saying that I reached out to five different event planners on a "wedding site". Jessica was the only one that responded, and she on maternity leave with a new baby just a few weeks old. At that point, I knew she was the one. Once I gave her my vision, she made it happen. I hired her for the "month of" services, and I am so glad I did. She has alot of knowledge and connections in the industry. But, she made the last few weeks of my wedding a breeze...I completely trusted Jessica with everything, she pays so much attention to detail...and dealing with the vendors can be a headache, but she got everyone in line. I seriously don't know what I would have done without her. Our day was perfect.

I met Jessica four years ago when I first started dating my husband and I have really enjoyed getting to know her over the years. So naturally when we we got engaged, I contacted her to help with my wedding planning. She was an absolute doll from beginning to end. I'm not just saying this because she is a friend, she is a true professional and is AMAZING and what she does. She is very knowledgable and made the process seamless. She was always available to answer my 20 million questions and responded to emails and text in a timely manner. Jessica is dedicated to what she does and is very hardworking - someone you want to have in your corner. Overall she made the planning process easy and fun and was a joy to work with. I'm truly grateful for her time and help and could not have done it without her. On my wedding day, Jessica and her team, "THE DREAM TEAM" were there to assist me every step of the way. I was not nervous or worried about anything as I knew everything was in there very capable hands. Thank you ladies for making my special day even more special!!!!!

Jessica is the best coordinator! She’s very detail and organized.
She works with you and truly becomes your friend through the process.

Where do I begin? Amazing! From start to finish the work that Jessica does is simply put - amazing! She is patient, she is comforting, she is supportive, but most importantly, she is dedicated in ensuring that all of her clients receive first class service from her and her staff. Jessica goes above and beyond. She totally outdid herself at my wedding. She understood the look and feel that I wanted and she executed everything to a T. I'm probably one of the pickiest people I know. I would be lying if I said I wasn't worried how the finish product would look. But Jessica reassured me that everything would be perfect; and PERFECT it was! I honestly can't imagine how everything would of turned out if she wasn't our planner. I highly recommend Jessica to be your planner. I promise that you won't be disappointed. Planning a wedding is very stressful and it makes a HUGE difference to know that you have someone you can rely on to see things through perfectly for you. Jessica was heaven sent and my wedding would not have been as perfect as it was, if she had not been a part of it. My husband and I are so thankful to you Jessica! You helped make our wedding a dream come true!!!

Vendors photo, video, chairs, linens, decor was excellent, my planner made sure what was order was delivered, my planner was on the ball/ check n double check everything would recommend her to any one planning any event. My planner Jessica from Jessica's events was the best i called her my fairy godmother she made all my wishes come true, she answer each and every email phone call or text, Jessica is a professional but I have made a lifelong friend, when I was In a car accident prior to wedding she was there to cheer me up, she give from the heart, All my friends are in Awe of her work, already they want her number for events they are now planning, Jessica makes each bride's day magical and makes you feel like a princess. Jessica is Awesome!! I loved working with her, she helped me set up all of the decorations I had done myself (it was hard to find a planner willing to help me put up my own centerpieces, table decor and all around decorations at a reasonable price!). The only small thing I would say is that I would have loved to have her all throughout the wedding instead of switching to the other girls after the ceremony. Sandra was helpful and calm, but Jessica definitely had a little more coordinating skills! :) :) Overall would definitely hire them again :).

Jessica was by far the best wedding decision I ever made!! Planning a destination wedding is not easy, I constantly was stressing and decided I needed a day of coordinator so I went with Jessica's events and if I could have I would have hired her for the whole planning process. Through the whole planning process Jessica continued to keep in touch and we talked not only about just the wedding, I always felt like I was chatting with a friend. I ended up having so many problems with my venue and Jessica took it over for me. From the moment she started dealing with "50" I was stress free. I was finally able to sit back and answer any small questions and just enjoy the last few days before the wedding. She took on all the venue headaches with grace and I could never tell her enough how thankful I am for that. When it came down to the rehearsal, Jessica was bomb!! She had everything under control and I just showed up. On the wedding day-I was always at ease, I don't think I worried about a single thing. I walked into the reception and was blown away, she knew exactly what I wanted and did everything perfectly. Jessica has become a friend and i am so blessed to have met her. She truly cares about you and not the $$ she will make. She has a heart of gold and truly loves what she does and it shows. Jessica is by far the best wedding planner on the planet- you will not be disappointed!! We love you Jessica. Thank you for everything!

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Jessica and her team. Hiring Jessica's Events for my wedding was the smartest move I could have ever made. I hired her 12 months before my December 21, 2012 wedding and she was wonderful to work with. I had a vision of what I wanted for my special day and Jessica was there to help me execute it. I wanted gold, brown and ivory with a honey theme that was elegant and regal. When I needed recommendations on florists and officiants she pointed me in the right direction and made sure I got the final outcome I was looking for. I had issues with my venue and Jessica stepped in to relieve the stress off of me and contacted them directly when I was having trouble getting answers a week before the big day. Thanks to her I was able to avoid the frustrating feeling of dealing with a venue that was too busy with “other weddings” to answer basic questions a week before my event. On the day of the wedding Jessica and her team went above and beyond my expectations. This let me relax on my wedding day and I was able to spend it with my loved ones making memories and knowing that everything would be exactly how I had envisioned it. When matters came up that needed to be addressed Jessica was right there. Her team was excellent in helping set up the various surprise elements throughout the night, helping me change into my second outfit, making sure all my items ended back up in my room, and they even went as far as to make sure my dog made it to his pet hotel on time after the wedding. I really can not say enough about Jessica and her team. She is a joy and has become someone I know I will be in touch with for every event!

Best wedding planner in Miami. She will go above and beyond for you. She has several packages and even lets you create your own which is what we did. She did not hesitate to ever help us beyond what we originally had asked for. Her team is extremely wonderful as well. She will fight for you like nobody and she will make sure your day is even better than you could ever have imagined it to be. Do not hesitate to hire her as a wedding planner. You will not only get a tremendous planner but a friend which is what every bride needs in those hectic wedding planning days. Absolutely the best! Can't rave enough about her.

I hired Jessica for day of coordination services and I am so glad I did. This was by far one of the most important vendors I hired! Knowing that she was taking care of all of the small wedding details the day of allowed me to relax and enjoy the getting-ready process. When I walked into the ballroom she had arranged everything the way I wanted. The ballroom looked beautiful! She also arranged my engagement pictures, candles, place cards, champagne flutes, and cake cutting items. With a good eye for design, Jessica knows what looks good. Jessica is also a very sweet and caring person. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, and was a calming presence the day of. Thanks to Jessica, my wedding flowed smoothly. The dinner process was quick and went off without a glitch! Thanks to her, I was able to sit back, relax, and take everything in. A true professional that enjoys what she does. Look no further then Jessica for your wedding coordination services. Excellent!
