  Jess is absolutely wonderful. I was initially thinking I could just do all the planning on my own since I am creative, like planning, and love doing DIY stuff. I am so happy that we decided to hire Jessica. She handled everything from dealing with the vendors and the business end of things (or boring details as I called them lol) to the challenges of in laws and timelines. It was nice having that professional, sound opinion on things I had no idea how to go about. I would have been a crazy lady the last month before the wedding if it wasn't for her. The ability to enjoy the weeks leading up and especially the day of due to having Jess made our wedding that much more special. I would (and have) recommend Jess to anyone planning a wedding.

  We highly recommend Jessica Kate Productions! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She helped troubleshoot a snag a couple of days before the wedding, and it was resolved before we even knew about it! It was an absolute pleasure working with Jessica and her team!!

  Jessica was the best choice I made for my wedding!! She is truly what allowed my day to be as amazing as it was! I hired Jessica as my day of wedding planner, but she was so much more then that. Jessica was at my final meetings and met with me two weeks prior. From that two week mark Jessica took everything into her own hands, vendors and all!! I never had to call them to tell them when and where to be, she did it all!! Then she dealt with me changing my mind every five seconds!! I could rave about Jessica forever, she made me time lines for my rehearsal dinner that matched my invitations then she even brought in more decorations to the venue to make it look even that much more amazing!!!
  
  Last minute I decided to not rent linens to save on some money and just use the ones I had purchased for the guest tables and then the ones the venue had for my head and side tables. Well when I showed up at the wedding my cake table had the gold linen I wanted and my head table was dressed beautifully with pink and ivory linens, I still don't know how Jessica did it but it was the greatest surprise :) Thennnn Jessica dealt with all the issues that came up through the night, I never i mean NEVER had to deal with any issue or question. And let me go on because she gets even more amazing.....We had a hotel room down the street for the night, when my husband and I got back Jessica had snuck out and decorated it for us with candles and rose petals and our cards so we could go through them together the next morning!! I LOVE JESSICA AND EVERYONE SHE WORKS WITH!! I will be telling every girl I Know about her because she is more amazing then I could ever put into words!

  Hiring Jessica Kate Productions for our wedding was by far the smartest decision we made for our big day. Initially, we were anti-wedding coordinator. We decided that we didn't need a coordinator & planned our wedding without one for over a year. Afterall, we had a venue coordinator, a ton of helpful friends, & thought the money could be better spent elsewhere. . .WRONG! JKP proved that their service was invalueable & we're so glad we wised up & hired JKP. If we had known just how valuable JKP were, we would have hired them for our coordinator from day one. At first, we hired Jess as our day of coordinator mainly to handle difficult family members & so that our friends/wedding party could enjoy the wedding instead of running around for us. She went above and beyond what was in our contract. . .from running errands all over town for us to handling difficult vendors. Even with everything planned (or so we thought), there were many unexpected things that came up (transportation vendor no longer available the Monday before the wedding due to an accident, reception venue issues) & Jess was always available/willing/able to help. Oftentimes, Jess was so on top of the game that she knew problems that had come up before/during the wedding & took care of them before we even knew about them. We loved her so much we hired her for our post wedding brunch too. Jess was incredibly helpful to us before, during, & even after our wedding. It was so nice to be worry free on our wedding day knowing that Jess & her staff had everything take care of. Jess & her staff are absolutely amazing!

  We can not say enough about Jessica Kate. As a couple we travel a lot so our first priority was to find someone who could help us plan a wedding while on the road. Jessica was able to recommend vendors, set up meetings, go over contracts, and make many suggestions. This was invaluable as we ended up conducting a lot of planning from the road for most of the year. We also needed someone who knew the ins and outs of the industry. Her knowledge of vendors allowed us to quickly narrow down our options. We were happy with every single recommendation she made. She not only made smart recommendations but was able to tailor those recommendations to fit our personality and style of wedding. We also came to realize that most of our vendors were excited when they found out that Jessica was our coordinator and mentioned how much they enjoyed her and her staff as well.
  
  We really felt as if Jessica was our personal guide through wedding planning. Jessica was able to guide us step by step, often times reminding us about things we would have never thought of. All the while her calm, friendly, and approachable personality kept our ship on an even keel.
  
  The day of the ceremony was flawless. Never once did anyone ever wonder where we were supposed to be or what we were supposed to do. While it was busy, it was never hectic. We had one minor speed bump at the beginning of the day and she was able to put everyone's mind at ease and there was never a worry. This was a real testament to her professionalism and experience. This act alone made what would have been a great day a magical one.
  
  In conclusion, Jessica Kate, was the wisest choice we made throughout our process. Everything else stemmed from that. She is a great coordinator and a great person. We would gladly recommend her to everyone.

  Having Jessica as my wedding planner was the best decision I made throughout the entire wedding process. Jessica was so so so helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfect. I would recommend every bride have her for their wedding process regardless if the wedding is large or small. I had no stresses at all on my wedding day because I knew Jessica had all the details figured out, and I mean details. She has everything figured out down to the minute which made everything run so smoothly. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be and handled everything with all my vendors. She set up everything for the ceremony and reception. All I had to do was show up! I was able to truly enjoy the entire day thanks to Jessica and her team. :)

I used Jessica's day-of coordination services and she took care of everything! I never had to worry about anything but myself- and on the busiest day of your life, that's nearly priceless. I didn't even realize until the next day all the little extras she added, like signs for the favors and cards tables, where she used the exact graphic from my programs and even tried to match the font! She also came to the rescue with tons of safety pins when my bustle kept breaking during the reception. She is wonderfully organized, was always available for questions and advice, and made the entire experience so easy for us. Thank you, Jessica, for a simply perfect wedding day!

  Hiring Jessica Kate Productions to coordinate my wedding was THE best decision I made in the wedding planning process. Our wedding would be nowhere near the same caliber if it weren't for Jessica!
  
  Communication with Jessica was wonderful! She was so timely and discussed in detail any concern I had. Jessica is such a kind and thoughtful person, and it definitely shines through in her work! She went above and beyond with everything! She is so detail-oriented and made sure everything was carried out to perfection. She even created additional details for the wedding I never expected or even thought of to do!
  
  Jessica is also organized! From her bridal survival kit to providing me with my own personalized binder… she has it all!
  
  Hiring Jessica relieved SO much stress! I was actually able to enjoy my wedding day and didn’t have to worry about a thing.   Jessica was so great. My now husband didn't want to hire a planner at first because of cost and our "do-it ourselves" attitude towards our wedding. WOW!, was he so glad he changed his mind. Best money spent, even though we had to squeeze some finances around. Jessica was so willing to work with us on payment and budgeting. If we didn't have her, we would have had to put out so many fires on our own that we just weren't prepared for. From huge deposit issues months before, down to the smallest shoe emergency the morning of, Jess was prepared, calm, and pulled every situation together. I loved her structure and organization, yet her ability to remain flexible and switch gears in a flash was so impressive. I had 8 maids that day and somehow, my day went off on time, with all my girls where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be, all because of Jessica and her staff. Aside from her awesome planning and craft skills, I also feel I became great friends with Jess and I really felt like she cares about what she does. She even bought us and my parents small Christmas gifts, even though our wedding was over by then, and we had paid in full. I really felt taken care of and it was very refreshing. Highly recommended and worth every penny :)

  We decided last minute (2 weeks before) to hire her and I can not believe how unprepared we were for our day! Jessica and her crew were incredible! She worked so fast and tied up all of our loose strings and did it with such grace.
  
  We tried to have a low budget wedding and do all of the food, drinks, centerpieces, and favors ourselves. What a disaster until Jessica came along. Not only did she prepare our whole family for that day, she also found a way to make our food and drink nightmare work without a hitch! AND, she helped fix all of our centerpieces (which I tried to make), AND she even found time to personalize a monogram for us and incorporate it into our wedding decor. We didn't even have a DJ. She pulled some strings and booked us an AWESOME live band and MC! I couldn't believe it!
  
  I had a total melt down the week of and she was very comforting. She went through the check list with me and reminded me of everything we had already accomplished and made me feel so much better. She was so detail oriented and organized.
  
  My family couldn't believe how fast she worked and yet seemed so calm. All of my guests said how amazing everything was. I even invited her to my rehearsal dinner. I though she wouldn't come because I knew she had so much to do to get ready, and she had already spent the afternoon getting ready for the actual rehearsal. She showed up and really made an effort to bond with my family to build trust and companionship (which really paid off with Will's mom!). My bridal party loved her! They all said how easy she was to understand and they were so glad they had someone to direct all of their questions to.
  
  You will never once, second guess your decision to hire this woman! She is incredible!

  We decided last minute (2 weeks before) to hire her and I can not believe how unprepared we were for our day! Jessica and her crew were incredible! She worked so fast and tied up all of our loose strings and did it with such grace.
  
  We tried to have a low budget wedding and do all of the food, drinks, centerpieces, and favors ourselves. What a disaster until Jessica came along. Not only did she prepare our whole family for that day, she also found a way to make our food and drink nightmare work without a hitch! AND, she helped fix all of our centerpieces (which I tried to make), AND she even found time to personalize a monogram for us and incorporate it into our wedding decor. We didn't even have a DJ. She pulled some strings and booked us an AWESOME live band and MC! I couldn't believe it!
  
  I had a total melt down the week of and she was very comforting. She went through the check list with me and reminded me of everything we had already accomplished and made me feel so much better. She was so detail oriented and organized.
  
  My family couldn't believe how fast she worked and yet seemed so calm. All of my guests said how amazing everything was. I even invited her to my rehearsal dinner.   I hired Jessica to help coordinate day-of services for our Colorado wedding with the hopes of easing some stress and allowing the day to run as smoothly as possible and got exactly what I needed. I planned the majority of my own wedding, but Jessica was there willing to provide the extra support wherever it was needed.
  
  During the planning process, Jessica checked in a few times to see how I was doing with specific tasks. We had also asked for her to help coordinate guest accommodations (highly recommend this one). Jessica was receptive to my suggestions and thoughts about hotels and took care of every bit of those accommodations. Two weeks out from our wedding was when Jessica really stepped it up. She was very organized, with paperwork and thoughts and provided suggestions on how to run things as smoothly as possible, but she was also not too pushy and accepted when I didn't want something a certain way.
  
  On the actual day of, Jessica arrived on time (actually before), was calm, cool and collected and professional. She helped ensure members of both parties had what they needed while making sure vendors were on time with set up. Jessica brought her husband along to help her through the day, he himself was also professional and helpful. During the wedding Jessica did not hesitate to make sure the vendors got their butts into gear about set up, clean up and during service. She was responsive to any requested I or my family made about things going on. Jessica also was organized enough to know where every bit of decor, food, gift, box and whatever else I had went at the end of the night.
  
  I really don't think my day could have run anymore smoothly, and it is largely due to Jessica's hard work. Thank you for all you did, it was a wonderful day!

  Jessica was such a lifesaver at our wedding! She litterally saved us hundred of dollars when it came to tips on negotiating our contracts and wedding insurance, ect....She also saved my sanity and my sleep! If it weren't for her, the hours that i spent worrying about my wedding would have been doubled. She was not afriad to get dirty and help with creative, time consuming tasks. Her craftmanship was amazing and her attention to detail was so appreciated. We built these tissue paper starbursts and people really thought I had bought them pre-assembled and had them delivered they were so perfect! Also, my family loved her. My crazy mom said how happy she was that Jessica was there! I love that she bonded with all of us and really cared about making my day perfect. I would recommend her to anyone. No one can keep you organized and on time like she can!
