Jamie is the best of the best.
Jamie could not have been a more perfect wedding planner. She is the best at what she does. She helped us navigate COVID-19 and move our large gathering at a venue to an intimate ceremony at our family home. She is professional, organized, comforting, and extremely knowledgeable. Jamie has a way of keeping all the details straight and reminding you of any decisions that need to be made. Having Jamie walk through the entire planning process with us made it SO much better. She is willing to do whatever needs to be done to insure you are comfortable and confident on your day!
Jamie feels like family to us now! We would recommend her over and over again to any potential bride! -

An Essential Addition to Any Wedding
At first, we were a little skeptical about using a wedding planner, but, boy, were we wrong...
Jamie was recommended to us after helping out some friends of ours with their weddings. They had nothing but praise for her professionalism, organization, insights, and communication. We, too, can wholeheartedly attest to this; however, we would also add that her warmth and reassuring demeanor was a constant source of calmness during times of stress. Suffice it to say, our wedding would not have been as phenomenal as it was without Jamie's guiding hand.
Hire this woman. You won't regret it. -

I cannot even begin to express how thankful I am that we made the decision to hire Jamie Mostofian Design. From the day that my husband and I met Jamie we knew that there was something special about her – you could see the drive and excitement in her eyes. We knew that she understood who we were, both as individuals and as a couple, and she understood what we envisioned for our wedding. We literally met her, chatted with her, shook her hand, and before the car doors shut we had already decided that we just had to work with her.
My husband and I were married in Trinity, North Carolina on May 18, 2019, and we live on Long Island in New York. Within the first 2-3 months of hiring Jamie we made SO many wedding decisions and hired on SO many vendors, and not a single second of it was even slightly overwhelming or stressful. When my friends would ask me how it was working with a wedding planner, or “what does Jamie do,” I would typically say – “Working with Jamie is a literal dream come true – she is my wedding Angel. I cannot imagine planning our wedding or remembering every single detail myself – I have a whole new level of respect for those who plan their own weddings, and I literally think that people who have the means but make the choice not to hire “a Jamie” are INSANEEEEE. Jamie is a true professional and she is well known in her industry. If it’s time to hire a vendor, she reaches out – gives me choices, and I pick. Simple as that. She keeps the lists, the timelines, the budget, the contacts, the to-dos. I reach out if something comes to mind, but otherwise I do my life, and she contacts me when it’s time to make a move. SO. FREAKING. EASY.”
When I needed a vendor, Jamie would reach out and provide 4-5 contacts/pages for me to review. She asked that I review their work, reach out and schedule meetings if I wanted, and to let her know if I needed assistance or had questions, or if I wanted her participation in the meetings. What’s the most important thing about this- is that Jamie wasn’t just giving me a list of 4-5 vendors out of thin air on a whim, she was literally giving me the very best of the best and keeping our budget in the back of her mind. Weddings are a lot of money- and I cannot imagine doing all of the research, the price comparisons, the interviewing, and reading millions of reviews – only to STILL cross my fingers and hope and pray that I made a good choice. Hiring Jamie eliminates that stress and that fear right off the bat- every choice she presents you with is the crème de la crème – the best of the best – you cannot make a bad choice with Jamie on your side, because she would never present you with one. This is how I felt with every single vendor presented and every dotted line that I signed. I signed with confidence, and I was never for a second stressed.
The day of my wedding, I remember feeling anxious because I was about to do the damn thing, but not at one point was I worried for a single second that something was going to go wrong in terms of my vendors – because I was beyond confident in the team of professionals that Jamie and I had put together. I 100% believe that I had THE BEST florist, THE BEST beauty squad, THE BEST officiant, THE BEST rental company, THE BEST caterer, THE BEST DJ. THE BEST WEDDING PLANNER. My biggest fears were that I would trip down the aisle, or that one of my friends was going to act up, or that someone was going to show up uninvited – and those fears remained miniscule because I knew that if anything remotely unplanned were to happen, Jamie would handle it. Jamie is a fixer, a doer, a multitasker, a great time, a sweet human being, and a strong independent woman who will give you the wedding of your absolute DREAMS if you sign her on and allow her to.
She was absolutely THE #1 BEST decision that I made in terms of our wedding – I do not know what I would have done without her, or what kind of a mess my wedding would have been. She has wedding planning down to an absolute art, and there were numerous times throughout the process that I was blown away by her attention to detail and extremely high level of organization. I am forever grateful for her talent and for all that she did for us, and I am happy to have made a friend in the process. Jamie, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You designed and executed the literal wedding of my dreams. -

Jamie is a must have
Jamie Mostofian is a MUST HAVE to plan your wedding. We bought the partial services package where she helps plan the wedding, meet with vendors, and coordinates the rehearsal and day of timeline. My husband and I planned our wedding in 4.5 months, so Jamie’s organization and experience was essential. She is sweet, professional, and a great communicator, helping give ideas but also executing our vision. It was such a pleasure to work with her and she made our day stress free. She is punctual, thorough, organized, accommodating, and lovely. She worked well with all of our vendors and made sure all of the details of our wedding was well thought out. She is reasonably priced and well worth the money. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and will be wonderful memories that my husband and I cherish forever. Thank you Jamie! -

Jamie was absolutely IRREPLACEABLE for our wedding. She has been there, right beside us for the last 10 months, providing us with the most detailed timeline broken out by 5-min increments, navigating the dozen vendors with ease, helping me & my mother from freaking out on a regular basis, even finding us a new florist within 3 weeks of our wedding when our first florist ghosted us. She thought about every little detail, and had so many ideas for how to make our day even more special. But always, her first priority was us and our happiness. On the wedding day she handled the bar running out wine, a dance floor knee injury, and a violently ill babysitter with efficiency and a smile on her face, solving each problem like *that.* She checked on us throughout the day and night to make sure we had everything we needed and I think at one point I told her I loved her... All this to say we are so grateful that she was our wedding coordinator -

I've had several guests comment on how organized (some even used the word flawless!) my wedding was, and that was 100% due to Jamie and her team. She gave me excellent vendor recommendations, helped me navigate some delicate family situations, and managed to keep my rather rambunctious wedding party (including bride and groom) organized and on time during the wedding. Jamie is meticulous and always had a creative solution to any problem I encountered. I felt so much more confident with Jamie on my side helping me to make the 1,000,000+ decisions that come with wedding planning. I seriously don’t think I could have survived this entire process without her. -

Running my own business I didn’t have any time to plan my wedding or even a vision, once I met Jamie and spoke with her I knew I was in the best hands. I trusted Jamie’s decisions 110% on vendors and gave her the reins on the decorations for the ceremony and reception. Walking into my wedding was incredible as Jamie did the most incredible job with the little vision that I had and keeping everyone inline.

Madison Sent on 06/13/2018The moment I talked to Jamie on the phone I knew she would be the perfect planner for our wedding. I had a vision in my mind of what I wanted my wedding to be, and she executed it perfectly! She was very quick in responding to emails and setting up meetings with vendors. Before I even talked to any planners I was stressed about how everything could possibly come together. Jamie and her husband made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. I had no anxiety that day because I knew if there were any issues she would be there to handle it, which was a very big relief. I had a lot of personal details I wanted to include and she was on board with everything and suggested ways to incorporate them. I can not thank her enough for making my dream wedding come to life!

Lauren Sent on 10/31/2017You know how when you are engaged, suddenly everyone has a horror story to tell you about their wedding or advice to give about how they didn't even get to eat their cake? From the moment we hired Jamie any worries we had disappeared. It is amazing how put together someone can be. I have no idea how anyone can pull their wedding together by themselves. Jamie was on top of every tiny detail the whole time. On our day, we got to experience and enjoy EVERYTHING. She has the best personality and makes you feel like one of your closest friends is helping you plan you wedding. She makes everything that is important to you important to her. Her guidance helped us stay in our budget without sacrificing the details that really mattered to us.

Jessica Sent on 10/09/2017My husband and I hired Jamie as a Day-Of Coordinator for our Harry Potter themed wedding at the Biltmore Estates, and we couldn't be happier about our decision. We contacted quite a few Wedding Planners throughout the North Carolina region and were a bit disappointed, it was hard to find someone within our price range. A few of them were a bit stuck up and kept trying to push more expensive packages on us, which quickly turned us off. Our experience with Jamie, however, was just wonderful from the moment we got a response to our contact form on her website. Her prices were extremely reasonable, and honestly, I felt like she went above and beyond and did more than what we paid her for.
We were a bit lazy and were doing everything last minute, and she made sure to poke us with a stick to get things moving and kept making sure we were on track the entire time! She brought up a lot of questions and planning details that we never even THOUGHT of, and we are very relieved we had someone guiding us through our wedding. The wedding industry is definitely something we were newbies in navigating. She kept in contact with all of our vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page and clear on the timeline.
Jamie was wonderful on the day of our wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. I had a lot of DIY wedding decorations, which she set up PERFECTLY and people were pretty impressed with everything. Long story short, we loved working with Jamie and ended up adding her on facebook to keep in touch haha. I HIGHLY recommend hiring her for your wedding, as she is the sweetest, most responsive person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing!
