If I could give them 10 stars I would. Mella makes you feel so comfortable from the moment you meet her. She makes promises and then delivers them 1000%. You can see that she genuinely loves doing what she does and she cares about EVERYONE who is involved. She is a literal blessing to have on your wedding day. We are beyond grateful and so thankful for J.R. Events for making this day so special and one that we will never forget ❤ -

Jade and the staff of J.R. Events are exceptional! Jade really went above and beyond for my wedding! Two days before my wedding we had an issue with our baker not being able to deliver our cake and cupcakes to our venue. I was really stressed out about it. I talked to Jade about the situation and she took all of the stress away. On our wedding day, Jade went to the bakery and picked up our wedding cake and cupcakes and brought it to the venue. I will forever be grateful to her for saving the day! I had so many guests come to me after wedding and say how well organized everything was and how much they loved Jade and her staff. I highly recommend J.R. Events and will use them for future events! -

Stress free
I spent the night enjoying my wedding because Nicole and Donna took over EVERYTHING. I did not have to worry about anything. Even the small details like having our presents moved to our hotel room, getting us both to-go plates of food into our hotel room mini fridge, and keeping our beers refilled made our day!! We were so impressed and couldn’t thank them enough. We had to make last minute changes due to weather, but they took the stress completely off of us and handled it all. Would absolutely recommend and use again!! -

J.R. Events is always so professional and on top on things! AJ was the best wedding coordinator I could’ve asked for. The patience and attention to detail that these ladies have is phenomenal. Our whole wedding went smooth and on schedule from start to finish with my minor meltdowns and requests in the mix! Everyone was comfortable and amazed that they were running the show behind the scenes and checking on tables the whole time! Thank you ladies for your hard work and dedication to what you do! -

My son and (now) daughter-in-law had their wedding here, and it was perfect.
The staff of J.R. Events (Jade & Mella) Rob were awesome. They helped really put all issues that came up, including some high-stress moments that had the bride worried, to rest and made everyone feel as though it was no big deal! "We have you covered" seemed to be the mantra they worked under. Literally no issue was too large or panic-inducing.....they covered it with calmness and ease. Awesome Work! When a smudge was noticed on brides dress....Panic ensued. But these staff members were quick in resolving it and getting the dress dirt spots cleaned up before the ceremony.
I cannot say enough to great support, hard work, and dedication that this group of people had for the entire outcome of such a beautiful wedding. They truly went above and beyond, every step of the way.
Thank you to Jade & Mella for making a highly stressful day, PERFECT beyond expectations. -

We had the pleasure of working with Jade and she was phenomenal! I am very “Type A,” and she was understanding and quick to answer all of my wedding questions before the date. My family and precious brides in my bridal party were all impressed with her work. If you want a reliable wedding coordinator, hire her company. I had high expectations and she exceeded them. I cannot say enough good things about her! -

I could not have asked for a better coordinator for our wedding day! Something I didn’t think I even needed but will 100% recommend going forward to any new brides I know! Jade and her team helped to create the most wonderful day for my now husband and I. She was there to calm my stress through some of the toughest moment and worked so hard to be sure I was happy and content. I was so thankful to have Jade there to help everything run smoothly and talk me down when I was on the verge of being overwhelmed. She has such a calm demeanor that allowed me to put my full trust in her! Every time someone asked me a question my response was, “I don’t know, ask Jade” because that’s how much I trusted her and her decision making! I knew she had my best interest in mind and would make all of my dreams come true. She even joined us on the dance floor to sing along to Lizzo and dance to the Wobble. She was the perfect mix of fun and down to business! I couldn’t have dreamed of a better coordinator for my day. Having Jade and her team there made me feel completely at ease and I am so so grateful for her! -

Jade and her team are excellent!! Any little thing that you need they are there with a quick response and a smile. Jade and her team were my day of coordinator and the day only went flawlessly because of them. I highly recommend them, you definitely would not regret it!! -

Honestly, we thought we could get through our wedding without a coordinator. and, phew, I had no idea how wrong I was.
We hired Jade a couple of months before our wedding as I began to realize we would want/need help the day of our wedding. Jade was personable and helpful from the start. However, she made herself invaluable for our big day. Jade and her assistant, Lisa, the "Professional People Wranglers," allowed our wedding to go smoothly. They helped both myself and the groom along with all of our guests to relax and enjoy the day. Jade and her staff go above and beyond for her clients and have both the big picture and the details down pat. Simply put: you need Jade and J.R. Events! -

Jade is amazing, so easy to talk to, super personable, will run to the store at the last second to get you what you need, just the absolute greatest coordinator you could find. It was scattered thunderstorms the day of our wedding and I really wanted to be able to have our ceremony outside. We made a plan B just in case by Jade new my dream and didn’t let me down. She made sure everything went perfectly and any hiccups she came up with a solution that made us all happy! She dealt with absolutely everything and her staff was so incredible! If you want a stress-free wedding with a coordinator that will know and love your vision... there’s no other choice. ALSO an awesome price to top it off! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better! We love you Jade!!! -

Jade and her team were absolutely amazing!
From the very first time I had a conversation with Jade and Nicole, I could tell that I would be in good hands. They were organized, asked good questions, and helped me feel totally at peace about my day-of coordination. They went above and beyond whenever they could, and basically made it so that I had a worry-free wedding. We had a few schedule adjustments during our reception and they handled it with ease. Our guests had an amazing time and I know it was partially because Jade and company pulled everything together so seamlessly. Not only are they professional and great at what they do, they are all so pleasant to work with. They are amazing people and professionals. I highly recommend Jade and her team to take care of your coordination needs! -
Cynthia Sent on 01/03/2018Where do I start? With the immaculate execution? The attention to detail? The professionalism and punctuality? No, I’ll start with the friendship.
Working with Jade while planning my wedding was like working with a friend, if the friend were organized, punctual, creative, and goal oriented. I have zero tolerance for arts and crafts or party planning. However, Jade and J.R. Events made everything great. We had fun from start to finish and Jade always made me feel like my opinion mattered the most. I consulted other wedding planners who required that they have final creative say so. Jade valued my input and gave suggestions where needed.
Jade and her staff went above and beyond the details outlined in their contract. They provided full service from beginning to end. Jade worked with our church to coordinate the ceremony. She volunteered to decorate the church. She helped us find a venue for the reception and assisted with all the decisions and negotiations that were involved with decor, catering, music, etc. Other contractors (photographer, cake designer) were recommended by Jade and each one has done a phenomenal job.
At the end of the night Jade and her staff even packed up our goodies and cleaned the venue so well that we got our deposit back immediately. There was a little hiccup with the caterer not delivering the appetizers and dinner as agreed upon. Jade and her team corrected the issue without anyone knowing there was a problem. I didn’t find out until we returned from our honeymoon. She also helped us get a refund for services not rendered.
Jade did all this at a price that was well below reasonable and with a positive, friendly attitude. We got along so well I even invited her to my bachelorette party. She came and brought even more goodies with her.
I can’t say enough good things about J.R. Events. I can’t wait to throw another party just so I can work with them again.

She would even think of us while planning other weddings. The ceremony and reception were set up beautifully, thanks to them. I would recommend them to anybody who is getting married. They are very reasonably priced and well worth it! -

Having the help took so much stress away from a potentially stressful day. Not only did they help me with my wedding, they have coordinated several charitable events throughout the community that I was able to attend. I am appreciative of their help and the support they continue to give to those in need.
