  Passionate and Kind

  Working with Ivory Events was amazing! We hired them for month of planners for our wedding in October 2021, but they truly helped out since the time that we booked them in August 2020. They responded quickly to every email and question I had. We would have monthly check-ins to see everything was going well. When it came to the wedding weekend Emily and Mireya were absolutely fantastic. They were attentive and professional, but also passionate and kind. They made my husband and I feel so special and loved the whole weekend!

  Working with Ivory Events was amazing! We hired them for month of planners for our wedding in October 2021, but they truly helped out since the time that we booked them in August 2020.   The Best Decision - Absolutely WOW

  Wow!!! Amazing! Spectacular! Where do we start! So much to say! Words can’t express what an amazing job Ivory Events did. From venue searching, to coordinating and communicating with vendors to day of coordinating, budgeting, creating a perfect vision - they did it all! Wedding planning is definitely a stressful time and an anxious time but they made us feel calm the entire time! They made our vision a reality and even though the magical day is over, they are still making sure all loose ends are tied up! Thank you Ivory Events you were the BEST

  If you are reading this, slightly worried about who to trust for your big day, you can stop searching now! The Ivory Events team are incredible. My husband and I got married in Colorado and I can honestly say, the day was perfect and beyond perfect!
  Most of the dealings prior to the day were organized and kept up to date. They kept in touch and let us know timescales so we knew what was happening and when each step would happen. We were very anxious about leaving all the plans to someone else, especially when they are so far away (we live in New York), but we needn't have worried. The day was better than we could have hoped for.
  These amazing ladies went above and beyond for us and we genuinely can't thank them enough for making our day perfect. All the vendors they recommended were perfect and matched our style and budget. We have the most amazing memories of our day thanks to Honey and her team! Thank you so much. If getting married was more frequent than a once in a lifetime, I'd definitely use this team again! Thank you so much!

  Hiring Ivory Events was one of the best decisions I made during the wedding planning process – seriously!!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about this team. They made my wedding day a dream – I was confused, overwhelmed and they took care of everything and kept everything on track. If something didn't go according to plan, I certainly didn't know about it! They made the day feel seamless and I got to soak it all in and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. I cannot recommend them enough!

  Ivory Events, Honey and her team are beyond words INCREDIBLE. From the very beginning which was a year and a half prior to our wedding, they were extremely accessible, detail-oriented, communicative, creative, and just an absolute joy to work with. The entire team, was amazing throughout the entire planning process and Honey who was by our side the entire day of, was absolutely amazing. She has developed such a knowledgeable and capable team, which makes the whole process that much more seamless. She is so well connected in the industry and whenever you tell someone you’re working with her - they say the same thing: do not worry - your wedding will be perfect and it was! She connected us to the ideal team of vendors that were each better than the last and she is extremely knowledgeable about every facet of the process from the nuances of every single venue to the best band who will ensure the dance floor is always full. We would recommend Ivory Events to anyone and everyone and only wish we had another event coming up so we could work together again - it was truly such a fun, rewarding, seamless and exciting process - and most importantly the best day of our lives!!

  I cannot rave about Honey and Ivory Events enough!!!!!! Having our wedding last year after being postponed, presented obstacles we weren't prepared for, however Honey helped us adjust as needed and navigate through all obstacles seamlessly. Honey and her team are reliable, responsive, and most importantly, a trusted source for anythingggg and I mean ANYTHING wedding related! Ivory Events and Honey communicated with all of our vendors and all of us throughout our planning process and made suggestions that added special touches to our special day and made us feel amazing and special!!. It's clear that Honey's experience, knowledge and passion for weddings/wedding planning is what sets her apart!   Above and beyond

  I found Ivory Events online and let me just say if I didn’t have Ivory and the amazing team, I don’t know what I would have done! They are so amazing and so on top of all the details! Not only were they so helpful throughout the whole planning and organizing process, they were always there if I had a question. They thinks of all the things that you don’t even think about and takes care of it all. My wedding day went so smooth and I had no worry in the world! They helped set everything up and I even forgot to put somethings together and they said she would do it no problem! They really are awesome and I definitely recommend them for your wedding! Money worth spent!

We contacted Ivory Events about 3 months before our wedding and we were very lucky they were available. Honey set up an initial meeting with us, and from the beginning was so detail oriented. She helped us create our entire timeline for a stress free day. She thought of so many things that I would have never come up with on my own - ever. We never felt overwhelmed and above all she was organized. She even helped us find a photographer and all our other vendors who were perfect for us. The day of, the Ivory Events team took care of so many things and kept constant track of the timeline, we so very appreciate her help.   The best decision! Amazing

  Wedding planning is exciting, but also incredibly difficult and stressful, especially since people have no contacts in the wedding industry and there are so many options (meaning planning a wedding afresh with no idea where to start is stressful). Ivory is the best choice you could make to guide you through the process and make sure your wedding day is the day of your dreams. We brought them on board after we’d already started planning our wedding, so it would be expected to have a transition period for them to catch up, but that wasn’t necessary. They were on top of things from the day we hired them, as if they had been part of the team since day one. They suggested things to us, big and small, that we’d never even thought of that made a huge difference for the ceremony and reception, and their contacts and knowledge of the industry ensured that everything we chose was right for our wedding. We did a lot of things that people might consider unconventional but they never pushed back and were even excited about some of the different things we wanted to try. The team was also both respectful of our budget and very upfront about where we should spend our money to maximize the look and feel of the wedding. On the day of our wedding, they supervised everything from vendor deliveries to getting everything broken down after the reception and even handled some small issues during the reception that we didn’t even know about until days afterward. The team was always there when we needed them and had a fix for every problem, including an unexpected guest who had a table setting ready at the reception within minutes. It’s important to have someone you can trust planning your wedding, and we were so happy that we put our trust in them.

  Working with Ivory Events was amazing. The team took care of everything from talking with vendors, picking floral designs to helping us with lighting and drapery, and just the little details I did not have time to think about! They made my wedding dreams come true. From the beginning, my vision was understood and they ran with it, and it was absolutely perfect.   We worked with Ivory Events for our wedding and cannot recommend them enough. We did an intimate wedding with 40 guests. Before working with Honey and her team, we were nervous about planning our wedding — we’re both organized and comfortable communicating with vendors, but we’d never planned a wedding before! We knew there were logistical elements we wouldn’t be able to foresee, and we were overwhelmed by all the vendor possibilities available in Colorado (we live in LA).
  They gave us the framework to make sure we had all our bases covered and they had great vendor recommendations! they gave us the confidence to make sure we were on track for a wedding day that was organized, fun, and worry-free. Whenever we ran into questions, whether logistical or even etiquette-related, Honey was quick to reply and so helpful. She made a very helpful client portal for us that included checklists, organizational tools, and lots of helpful reference resources. She led our ceremony rehearsal with grace and made the entire wedding party feel confident in how everything would go. On the day-of, Honey was calm, collected, and flexible.

  Ivory Events - Honey, Kourtney were a lifesaver! They were available throughout the planning process with recommendations and advice. Day of the wedding, it was so relaxing to show up and know everything was being handled. If you are considering a coordinator, don't think twice about booking them... it is the best money you can spend in your budget!

  Amazing - perfect

  What an amazing day - you should literally look no further. Ivory Events are the best choice you will ever make. My husband and I were a couple New York, trying to plan a wedding in Colorado, with no family or friends from there – literally no one! I was the first in my family to get married, and they were beyond patient with me. They all went above and beyond in areas they didn't need to. I was able to ship things to Honey’s house, let me call/text as much as I'd like, and they even met us at the hotel after the wedding to bring me all my belongings so I didn't have to even think about it (midnight) All the guests at our wedding thought that they were amazing, running around, making sure the day went as smoothly as possible. My day was PERFECT - no hiccups (and if there were, I didn't even notice because they handled it)!! Besides their skill, their personality and they kept a calm peaceful atmosphere around them which is so needed. Not only did I get a wedding planner and day of coordinator , but a good friends as well! I seriously can't thank them enough .Hire them!

  Exceptional - Amazing

  Ivory Events were exceptional. They were the absolute best decision we made for our wedding. They were amazing every step of the way, guiding us with selecting our vendors to weekly calls, they were so helpful and so patient and they went above and beyond for us, we couldn’t have imagined that our wedding could have happened like it did! We have unforgettable memories, thanks to them! I can be a type A person and they were so patient with me. They were punctual, polite, professional, and were an absolute joy to work with. The day of the wedding they were essential. We didn’t have to worry about anything although the Type A in me wanted to jump in and control the situation, however, they were there for us both and made it seamless. We are so grateful. We didn't realize the amount of work that went in to planning a wedding - Ivory Events worked SO HARD to make sure everything came together

  Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended

  We loved working with Ivory Events! If you are looking for a flawlessly executed and incredibly creative wedding, you should choose Ivory. We just had our wedding in Boulder with 175 people in May 2022, and this amazing team made our dreams come true. When we were originally interviewing wedding planners, we wanted someone who would be creative and dream with us; they started doing that on our very first zoom interview, almost a year before the event. They understood what we were looking for, who we were, and ran with creativity, bringing in small details to the event that made it special and us. They totally "got us" and helped us save money where we could. They also know and work with the best vendors. Having connections with and knowledge of the best of the best, they listened to us and made a potentially overwhelming process, totally manageable, and completely fun. We trusted their taste and judgement, and appreciated the options. Having ideas of what we wanted our wedding to be was not always easy to translate after meeting many planners. They executed the wedding weekend with such attention to detail and confidence. The entire staff worked all day to make sure everything was perfect, but more than that they made sure that my husband and I enjoyed the day, too. They made sure we had something to eat and that we had time alone to enjoy amidst the craziness of the wedding. Their professionalism and creativity are completely unmatched. They were blast to plan a wedding with-- we were warned it would be stressful, and largely thanks to Ivory Events, it wasn't. Go with Ivory !you won't be sorry!!

  Couldn’t ask for a better coordinator

  Honey and her team were able to help us plan our dream wedding on a somewhat short timeline. We contacted them in January to help coordinate our May wedding. They went above and beyond in every way possible! They helper us narrow down vendor choices and gave recommendations when we weren’t sure who to go with. They have worked work so many vendors in CO, so it was great to know that the vendors we were choosing were trusted by our coordinators! All of the coordinating before the wedding was very smooth and Honey made sure that everything was taken care of and that we knew exactly what we needed to do and when.   I cannot say enough good things about Kari, Megan, Honey and the Ivory Events team! They were amazing to work with from the very first contact up until our wedding day.   I could not ask ask for a better team planning and for the coordination of our wedding day. I was so calm and comforted in the fact I knew I was in the BEST hands possible. It was no comforting as a type A bride to know that literally everything was taken care of and before I could speak it the team thought of it. They were so thoughtful and kind the day of. I appreciated the constant communication throughout the entire planning process. I was so comfortable with both Megan and Sayanna as soon as I met them. Honey and her team are unbeatable! I wish we could do our do all over again because of how perfect it was. We talk about how everything literally went to plan and even better the day of. I owe it all to Ivory Events!!

  Having Ivory Events a part of our day was the BEST decision we made! I didn't know how much I needed them until I started working with their team! I cannot say enough good things about them. Kari was amazing and thought of every little thing and made the day SOOOO stress free! They are the sweetest, nicest, most helpful people ever. I cannot recommend them enough! Kari was with me every step of the way and answered ALL my crazy emails, texts, and phone calls. It was the perfect day thanks to them! Truly cannot thank them enough for everything! LOVE them!

This was probably the most difficult year to have a wedding and they delivered the most perfect day for us. All of the vendors they connected me with were amazing and reliable! The entire process was so easy and enjoyable. The day of coordination was much appreciated too! I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was more perfect than I had imagined and I got to enjoy my day. I can’t say enough good things about them! They are the reason I was a very relaxed bride :)
