  Dream wedding with Isle Love Weddings!

  Where do I even begin?! Any couple would be so lucky to work with the team at Isle Love! I could have never accomplished anything about my wedding with out Lauren, Crystal and Hailey. Planning a wedding that you know nothing about the area could end up a total disaster, but not when you are in the hands of these ladies! From start to finish they are amazing partners during every step and every detail. Every vendor I chose was at their recommendation and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding. They have such strong relationships with the local vendors and venues that it made the whole process so seamless when deciding who to go with. As a plus, knowing how close they all are makes for a really fun wedding day getting to see everyone interact together! Lauren was my thought partner throughout the process. Always an amazing sounding board to run my ideas by and let me know her honest opinion and offer suggestions. She helped keep me so organized, I often found my self thinking there HAS to be something I should be doing right now. But 90% of the time, there wasn't because she helped me check off all the boxes in a timely manner. The amount of detail these ladies put in to helping couples feel confident in their day with providing detailed agendas, walking through the day multiple times, and any little detail you can think of is unmatched. I was able to walk into my wedding knowing everything was taken care of and all I had to do was show up! Crystal and Hailey helped me stay calm and present throughout my entire day, making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Above and beyond, Crystal was my biggest cheerleader reminding me to advocate for myself when conflicting opinions arose from family members due to weather issues out of our control. I didn't know how much I needed this, but her words put me at ease in feeling confident in choosing what I wanted. Even with the issues with the weather, they were able to pivot quickly and make the changes needed to still have a beautiful wedding. Knowing that I did not need to make these changes myself and having such an amazing team kept me fully in the moment. Which is more than I could have asked for. Amazing professionalism and passion for what they do aside, they are also just SO FUN to work with. I enjoyed taking moments to the side with the team just as much as dancing with my guests at my wedding. If you chose to go with Isle Love, you truly are in the best hands for a Hawaii wedding. They have it all: Amazing local and industry knowledge, great connections to local vendors, amazing thought partnership through every step of the way, a calming presence, passion about what they do, and an over all fun time and an unforgettable wedding to cherish forever!

  Isla Love Wedding were an amazing team of planners. They were quick to respond to all forms of communication, supportive, and very kind. Lauren walked us through how to plan a wedding, providing guidance, suggestions, and allowed us to individualize certain aspects. Throughout the entire process, we felt at ease with Lauren’s support.   Grateful to have Lauren on my Wedding journey

  I have been planning my wedding for almost 2 years, and Isle Love Wedding was one of the first decisions I made, so Lauren and I have known each other for that long amount of time now, and I'm so glad to have her on my journey. I had already decided I was going to have my wedding at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, and Isle Love Weddings was actually the preferred planner, so it was kismet that it all came together.
  
  I chose the full-service wedding package. For me, that was so useful since having to do all the legwork on your own can be so time-consuming and exhausting. Lauren made it so easy on me. She was only ever an email away. She helped me find all my vendors and coordinate the pricing, introductions, contracts, and payment reminders. We were constantly chatting back and forth about details around signage, menus, flowers, etc. I was sending packages of favors, bubbles, props, etc. It was really helpful having a partner to assist with all that back and forth, especially with the wedding being a destination one. She always made me feel tended to and special, even though I'm sure she was dealing with so many other fellow needy brides!
  
  There was also a time where I was so stressed because the live performer, entertainment, and DJ could no longer make my wedding date, so she quickly found alternatives and within the week, everything was figured out and turned out even better than I expected!
  
  And of course, the rehearsal and day of support was so essential. Thanks so much for everything Lauren! Thanks for being my partner on this journey and helping to take care of all the planning and coordination so we could just enjoy our day as stress-free as possible. It was one of the best weekends of our lives, and we are so grateful for your immense contribution to it!

Her attention to detail is impressive and not a single thing was overlooked. She made everything so easy which allowed us to enjoy every moment. Crystal is well connected with venues, vendors, and entertainers and pulled together an incredible team for our events. From our initial conversation, she understood exactly what we were looking for and the type of experience we wanted our Ohana to have. Living in California and planning a larger destination wedding on the Big Island, I felt confident and deeply appreciative of Crystal's efforts. She made herself readily available to plan during the week, even attending a Sunday mass to send me photos and videos of the church where my husband and I would be married. Crystal was an incredible liaison between the vendors (hair and makeup, band, florist, hotel coordinator, rentals, etc.), ensuring everything was perfect for our big day. Our wedding was a dream come true thanks to her and her team. We are forever grateful. If you're looking for a wedding planner, look no further!

  Ed and I were SO happy with Isle Love, they have such an incredible team. We worked especially closely with Crystal who was an absolute lifesaver! We felt like we made an instant friend :) Everything went so smoothly, the team was very professional, responsive, and so sweet! We highly recommend having Isle Love for your special day. We would do it all over again!

  The Perfect Experience!

  Crystal went above and beyond our expectations in so many ways. She didn't miss a details and was very thorough with making sure we were getting the wedding we wanted.   Best decision I ever made! Crystal was so helpful and professional throughout the whole planning process, and our wedding day was just perfect. She is highly knowledgeable and had great suggestions, yet she also really listened to what we wanted for our wedding. She arrived early to all of our meetings and the wedding day. She really went above and beyond. I highly recommend Isle Love!

  Destination Wedding Hawaii

  Last summer my husband and I celebrated our 10th Year Wedding Vow Renewal anniversary in Hawaii. I always dream of having a beach wedding. With Kristal's help our destination wedding came true. We are still in awe looking back on how our special day turned out to be so beautiful. Everything went amazingly well. We are from New York but the distance did not hinder the planning process. Crystal and her team are very professional and well organized. They provided us with the lists of amazing vendors from flowers, makeup artists & videographers. Her team knows the best in the area.
  
  Crystal, we can't thank you enough for making our day so magical and special. Thank you for being so kind and friendly to us and to our whole family. We can't wait to visit Hawaii again and will definitely grab that beer when we get back.

  Bride / Sally

  Lauren and Crystal were amazing to work with. They thought of all the little details that I had overlooked and made us feel comfortable and excited all at the same time. Truly down to the last moment, they were there guiding our squirrely bunch into an organized flow that was beautiful and memorable. We would recommend both of them in a snap!

  Best planners ever!

  I live in Alaska, my daughter lives in Texas and yet Isle Love did the best job at coordinating and keeping us totally in the loop. Day of service was incredible and all the things they thought of made our entire experience very special. Love Lauren and Crystal!

  Beautiful wedding

  I recently attended a wedding planned and presented by Isle Love. I was impressed with the seamless flow of the day: never a dull moment, and the bride and groom even had time to sit down and eat. Everything was set up beautifully.

  Presently Surprised

  Being this was our first destination wedding and being totally clueless and frustrated with all the COVID restrictions, we had no idea what we were getting into. We knew it would be a roller coaster but Erika from Isle Love Weddings put us at ease. Our contract did not kick in until 3 months prior to the wedding date so I found it difficult to wait until then with so many questions unanswered but Erika promised me it would go smoothly, flawless and wonderful in which it did. Erika was truly professional and ON IT! One disappointment, Erika did all our planning and was unable to attend the wedding, another consultant that lives on the island was there on our day. I had the connection with Erika. Isle Weddings ARE EXPERTISE on every vendor, site, etc. regarding your special day.

  As easy as a trade wind breeze

  This team was recommended by the Hilton Waikoloa Village staff and they didn't disappoint. Every detail was handled and it required almost no work by us. We did have a simple wedding, but they make it feel very special.

  A truly beautiful and unforgettable experience

  The wedding was one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. Everything was perfect. I am pretty detail oriented but I’m not one of those brides who has pre-planned every detail from girlhood so I had quite a bit of anxiety about planning a wedding (a destination wedding to boot). Isle love weddings swept all of that anxiety away. They held my hand the entire way and made the process so easy and stress free. The end result exceeded even the fantasy in my brain.
