We had the absolute pleasure of working with Isle Love Weddings for our special day, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very first meeting Crystal at Isle Love Weddings exuded professionalism, creativity, and a genuine passion for making our wedding dreams come true.
Every detail was meticulously planned and executed to perfection. Crystal took the time to understand our vision and brought it to life in a way that we couldn’t have imagined. The decor was stunning, the timeline flawless, and every vendor they recommended was top-notch!

We had our wedding on November 11th (a very long over due review oopsie), and we truly couldn’t be more grateful to have had Hailey as our planner. From the very beginning, she was incredibly organized, communicative, down to earth, and thoughtful, which made the entire process feel so smooth and stress-free. No detail was overlooked, and she always made sure we felt confident and taken care of, even when nerves were getting the best of us. Planning a wedding comes with so many decisions, and having someone who is transparent and straightforward is incredibly important. She always gave thoughtful, genuine guidance, whether it was about timelines, logistics, or what would realistically work best for our day. That level of honesty built so much trust and made us feel confident in every choice we made. On the wedding day, everything went perfectly and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing everything was handled so seamlessly behind the scenes. We feel so lucky to have worked with her and can’t recommend her and the team enough. We truly had a five-star experience in every way! -

We run our own business so we know how important it is to help someone feel like they’re heard and that their needs are being met. Isle Love did all of that! We even provided most of our own aesthetic elements and they made sure to work with us incorporating all of them, just how we had intended. Crystal and her team were absolutely amazing. She helped me plan a 3-day destination Hindu/Indian wedding in Maui at the Andaz Wailea - but most of all, she planned it in 4 months!!! It was truly a dream experience! I loved all of my vendors. They were all incredible, easy to work with, and exceeded every expectation with the final product. I'm so glad we could trust her expertise. Both my now husband and I have really busy jobs, but she was able to keep us on track during the planning process without feeling overwhelmed. Her creativity is amazing, and she is really thoughtful about picking and choosing details that allow everything to not get out of hand with the budget but still remain true to the themes of the events. All we really had to do was come up with themes we liked and she would provide different options to choose from - this was really helpful because I did not have to make calls and she did all of the legwork and communication. Most of all, she helped maintained the authenticity of a Hindu wedding that honored both our families' religious and cultural values throughout the whole week, and it was more beautiful than I can imagine while still representing the natural beauty of Hawaii! During the week, Crystal and her team kept everything so organized and calm. I just felt so relaxed because they had everything under control. I truly just got to be a bride and show up and be wow'ed! They were such a loving and caring team and were so kind to all of our family and friends.

We highly recommend the team at Isle of love weddings! They made planning a wedding from out of state super easy. Hailey was great at keeping us on track with booking all of our vendors and creating a schedule of events. We were in a more remote venue and finding vendors on our own would have been difficult. They work with an excellent group of vendors, who made our event very special. They also provided great day of support, which ensured that everything went off without issues and with no stress on us. -

Everything was absolutely amazing. Crystal and her team did a phenomenal job with everything. From ideas, to coordinating, and doing the setup. Taking extra photos and videos. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with to make this dream proposal come to life. They were able to work with my budget and everything is reasonable. Isla Love Wedding were an amazing team of planners. They were quick to respond to all forms of communication, supportive, and very kind. Lauren walked us through how to plan a wedding, providing guidance, suggestions, and allowed us to individualize certain aspects. Throughout the entire process, we felt at ease with Lauren’s support. If I ever had a concern or issue with anything, she was quick to jump in and resolve the issue. I couldn’t have imagined planning my wedding with her. On the day of the wedding, Lauren and her team were absolutely perfect. They helped guide our guests through the itinerary and everyone just raved about how nice they were. Best. Wedding. Planner. Ever!
Words cannot express my gratitude and praise for Isle Love Events. Living in California and planning a larger destination wedding on the Big Island, I felt confident and deeply appreciative of Crystal's efforts. She made herself readily available to plan during the week, even attending a Sunday mass to send me photos and videos of the church where my husband and I would be married. Crystal was an incredible liaison between the vendors (hair and makeup, band, florist, hotel coordinator, rentals, etc.), ensuring everything was perfect for our big day. Dream Come True
My husband and I got married in March 2021 and Crystal and Erika from Isle Love coordinated every detail of our dream wedding. We began our journey with a dream board where my husband and I presented photos and ideas of what we wanted for the wedding. Over the four months of preparation, we exchanged ideas and Crystal and Erika provided guidance and suggestions. They were with us every step of the way. The wedding was hosted at my aunt and uncles house, and when I arrived at the house the day of the wedding- I can tell you my dream wedding came to fruition. From the flowers, the arch for the ceremony, the photographers, the lighting, the place settings, the organization. All of it was perfection!! One thing I was incredible impressed with was the tables and place settings. We have little guidance and only a few photos and aisle Love’s creativity and style was incredible. Everything was so beautiful and I would suggest any bride getting married on the Big Island to use them!! -

Last summer my husband and I celebrated our 10th Year Wedding Vow Renewal anniversary in Hawaii. I always dream of having a beach wedding. With Kristal's help our destination wedding came true. We are still in awe looking back on how our special day turned out to be so beautiful. Everything went amazingly well. We are from New York but the distance did not hinder the planning process. Crystal and her team are very professional and well organized. They provided us with the lists of amazing vendors from flowers, makeup artists & videographers. Her team knows the best in the area.
Crystal, we can't thank you enough for making our day so magical and special. Thank you for being so kind and friendly to us and to our whole family. We can't wait to visit Hawaii again and will definitely grab that beer when we get back.

The wedding was one of the most beautiful experiences of our lives. Everything was perfect. I am pretty detail oriented but I’m not one of those brides who has pre-planned every detail from girlhood so I had quite a bit of anxiety about planning a wedding (a destination wedding to boot). Isle love weddings swept all of that anxiety away. They held my hand the entire way and made the process so easy and stress free. The end result exceeded even the fantasy in my brain. -

This team was recommended by the Hilton Waikoloa Village staff and they didn't disappoint. Every detail was handled and it required almost no work by us. We did have a simple wedding, but they make it feel very special. -

Crystal & Lauren @ Isle Love Weddings are the BEST! They were there with me from beginning to end . Pre-pandemic and during what was the most difficult wedding planning possible. I live in New York and we chose the Hilton Waikoloa Village as our location for our ceremony & reception back in December of 2019. In March of 2020, everything went super dark and uncertain and had no idea if we would be able to get married in Hawaii - it was much harder to plan not being from the island or having any connections..but they swooped in and saved us! Isle Love Weddings was there to hold our hands during all of this uncertainty, helped us with SO MUCH and were super compassionate and gracious. I think I drove them a little crazy as the bride making/planning and decorating everything herself lol but they listened to my ideas and put everything together exactly how I wanted it to be and they made our ceremony and reception PERFECT. Thank you ladies so much from the bottom of my heart for everything that you did for me and Danny! We could not have had the perfect wedding day without all of your assistance! Wedding of my dreams
Crystal and Lauren were absolutely wonderful! Our wedding was so dreamy thanks to them, I feel like it could have been in a magazine! The pictures of our receptions site still take my breath away. They were really flexible and patient going through multiple details and quotes, readjusting out budget trackers and counts back and fourth. We had our 2nd Honeymoon at Hilton Waikoloa about 40 years ago, and decided to renew our wedding vows on our 50th anniversary. We met with management at Hilton Waikoloa and they recommended Isle Love Weddings as the planner/coordinator for the event.
Isle Love Weddings were absolutely awesome. they handled all of the planning, scheduling and vendor contracting, including hotel, chapel, minister, florist, music, photography, reception, food and beverage... even the private boat cruise through the resort.

My ceremony planning started 3 months ahead of the actual ceremony Crystal assisted me with arranging all the details for a destination wedding including answering all of my questions. I had a limited budget and she worked with me to identify vendors who fit within my budget. Crystal provided me with assurance throughout the process. -

Exactly What We Needed
Honestly, I don't know how our wedding day would have come together without the help of Crystal and her team. Especially considering I was planning the wedding from Australia, having the help of someone who was in Hawaii to hire vendors and make recommendations was incredibly helpful. Crystal was always patient, organised and calm, which was exactly what I needed during the planning process as well as on our wedding day. Your wedding day isn't meant to be spent organising and stressing over vendors or details, and Crystal was there to make sure everything was taken care of so I could enjoy it.
A little example of her going above and beyond: At our rehearsal I couldn't decide if I wanted the guests to throw flowers in the isle as I walked down or if I wanted them to toss them at the end. I chose for them to toss them at the end, but Crystal could tell I was torn on my decision. So as a surprise she got extra petals for the day and sprinkled them in the isle beforehand so that I could have a bit of both. It was such a nice surprise!
I couldn't recommend Isle Love Weddings highly enough. They will surely make your day more seamless and beautiful than you could have imagined! -

Crystal and team were fabulous! We planned our wedding from Oregon and we could not have done it without Crystal. Crystal from Isle Love Wedding & Events was absolutely fantastic to work with! There were some problems early on with our venue and she went above and beyond to help ensure that things went smoothly and were sorted out. Communication and coordination was seamless, despite being many timezones apart for the majority of the planning process. On the day of our wedding she helped the day go flawlessly! My wife and I would definitely suggest using Crystal's services to plan a wedding or any special event.
