Kim is who you need!

Kim was so helpful in planning our destination wedding! Her and her vendors she recommends were a dream to work with. She was prompt to respond to all emails and questions I had (and there were lots)! Our wedding day was perfect thanks to her and expertise. Hire Kim as your planner!

Best decision was hiring Kim

We hired Kim with IWM to be our wedding planner. She was essential in planning a wedding from another state. Kim has amazing tips, ideas and connections with everyone on the island. Unfortunately, our wedding was forced to cancel due to Covid, but Kim again stepped up and went above and beyond to help retrieve our deposits. Kim always did more than she needed to and we cannot say enough about her. We would definitely recommend Kim as a planner.

Flawless Wedding Day!

My husband and I can't thank Kim and Kama enough for making our special day so magical.

First off, my husband and I live in California, and we wanted to get married at Olowalu Plantation House in December 2019. We contacted Kim and a few other wedding coordinators to set up meetings for February 2019 because that was the only month we could go to Maui before the actual wedding.

We met with Kim first, and my husband and I basically fell in love her right away! She came so prepared, and even got us a goodie bag. She answered all our questions and concerns, and recommended great vendors for us like florals, decor, photography, officiant, Dj service, musician, caterer, bar service, and entertainment! We wanted full event planning, and her pricing is very reasonable. We showed her ideas on what we wanted at our wedding, and she gave us her honest opinion on what the rough budget would be. During our meeting, she had told us that she would send us an idea on layouts, and vendor contacts. After the meeting, we got the information emailed to us even before we confirmed we wanted to work with her. The next day we met with another planner, and they didn't want to give us any information until we gave a deposit on their service. On top of that, we got a very basic print out sheet about what they offer. They weren't as personable as Kim was. Kim was very sweet and warm upon first meeting.

After this first meeting, everything was smooth sailing for us. She would send emails to make sure I took care of certain things prior to the wedding, and a timeline on when to book vendors. She negotiated vendor pricing, and did a lot of the communication directly to the vendor, so I didn't have to. She also answered my questions and concerns so quickly whether by email or text. Not once did she get annoyed with my emails or the many inspiration pictures of how I wanted the florals and decor to be. She also helped me create my reception layout, and our day-of timeline.

The day of our wedding, I was a little nervous to see how everything was going to be set up, because I was afraid that there would be things I wished I had, or if there would be enough florals/decor for the ceremony and reception. Right when I arrived, I was speechless! She had worked so closely with Noni from Maui Palmtree, and had everything I requested and more for the setup. It was absolutely beautiful! There was not one hitch during our whole wedding. My husband and I were able to enjoy our wedding with our guests, and never had to worry about one thing.

If you are looking to have a wedding in Maui, I would HIGHLY Recommend Kim and her team. Pricing is very reasonable for everything they do for you, and she really takes great pride in what she does. I feel like communication is key, and she did a great job in doing that. Thanks to Kim, I had the wedding of my dreams !

Incredible!

I contacted Kim at Island Wedding Memories more than a year before our desired wedding date in Maui. From the very beginning, Kim was easy to work with. Throughout the planning process, she was accommodating with our needs and quick to make helpful suggestions. She was also quick to respond to all of my emails, answering my worried questions about details with ease.
I was somewhat nervous about the idea of a destination wedding, specifically not being able to meet any of the vendors or see the venue or even meet Kim before the big day. But I had no reason to worry, because Kim and her team pulled together the most beautiful wedding we possibly could have hoped for. She gave me a by-the-minute breakdown of the wedding day well in advance so I knew exactly what to expect, and so I was able to keep the wedding party and immediate family apprised of how it would go.
Kim was also our wedding photographer (Aihara Visuals Photography) and she produced the most beautiful previews for us just five days after the wedding, and anyone who has been married knows that family and friends begin to ask about photos pretty much immediately after the wedding, so this was so appreciated.
I cannot speak highly enough of Kim as both a wedding planner and a photographer. If you are considering a Maui wedding, I know from experience that with Kim you will be in excellent hands. My advice would be to trust her and enjoy the process.

Island Wedding Memories truly made our wedding dreams come true! I can’t say enough about Kimberlee Aihara and all that she did for our big day. She has such great vision and talent, is extremely professional and experienced, super responsive (even in the middle of a hurricane!), calm as can be, and very kind. She is exactly what we needed to plan the wedding of our dreams and actually make it come true. I was nervous about planning a wedding from thousands of miles away and Kimberlee really put me to ease with her wealth of knowledge and experience, her creative vision, her attention to detail, and her prompt responses to my hundreds of emails asking about everything. She was always two steps ahead of me in planning our wedding. She worked so hard to make everything perfect on our wedding day, even when a hurricane was supposed to hit Maui. We ended up having our dream outdoor wedding thanks to Kimberlee. I would use Kimberlee again in a heart beat! Thank you, Kimberlee for making all of our wedding dreams come true. You are the best!

If I could give 10 stars I would!
I started planning my wedding a year ago. I contacted Kim with island wedding memories, and within an hour she had already responded. I was of course nervous about having a destination wedding and not being able to meet anyone before hand. But, she blew me away with how on top of everything she was! She was so friendly and helpful with the organization process all the way down to setting up a Pinterest account for me to keep ideas for her to use for the big day. Every recommendation she had for florist to makeup artist couldn't have been more perfect! She also made perfect recommendations for the beach ceremony site and reception venu! She was also my photographer and I cried seeing my photos! The preview of them were available to me the very next day! Kim was the most amazing person in this whole process and my husband and I couldn't have done this without her! Thank you so much Kim for giving us this unforgettable moment in our lives!!

Kim was our photographer for our wedding. We couldn’t have asked for better! We were comfortable with her right away, and we didn’t feel forced or awkward in our pictures. She took such a variety of pictures, it’s hard to narrow down our favourites. She helped make our day perfect!

Having a destination wedding requires a lot of trust. I trusted Kim every step of the way. After our first conversation, I knew Island Weddings was the right choice! She made me feel comfortable with what I was asking for and responded with good ideas when I needed them. She kept me calm during stressful times and even had the florist mimic my late mothers wedding bouquet, which took my breath away. Our day was all we wanted it to be and we will forever be grateful for Kim and Island Wedding Memories!

I worked with Kim for our Hawaii elopement and I have to say it was completely stress free. Prior to finding her, I had email communication with other planners but she was just different. Her initial email response back was welcoming and after our phone conversation it was decided that she was our gal. We also used her for our photos and I can’t wait to see how they turned out.

Leah was an amazing Wedding Planner and helped to plan everything with precise accuracy and detail.
I highly recommend her if you want your wedding to go smoothly and not have any issues ;)

We had ~8 months to plan everything and it was more than enough time as she works with the best in industry (Anna Kim Photo, Jordan from HI Focus, DJ Dan, beautiful florists, etc.)
We had our wedding at Gannon's (where she has a great relationship) and used the Molokini Lookout for ceremony and Lower Lawn for Reception. Everything was beautiful, food was delicious, and DJ Dan payed great music and helped to MC the wedding!
I loved everything about our special day - our quotes and estimates didn't exceed what Leah presented us with, all in was a great experience and I would highly recommend her to everyone!

Leah did an amazing job for our wedding back in July within a really short time and notice, in exactly two weeks time.

My fiancé and I decided to get married a month after our engagement on Maui. Not knowing a lot of wedding venues and vendors on Maui , we were fortunate enough to have found Leah. We only envisioned a small and intimate beach wedding with families. After preliminary discussion with her, Leah recommended the perfect place Makapu beach for a sunset ceremony. In a short time, Leah was able to obtain a marriage license for us , as well as sourced excellent and reasonably priced florist, make up artist, hair stylist, and photographer. She knows everyone in the wedding industry on the island , and would only recommended the best according to our needs. She is absolutely a pro for custom planned weddings. Big thanks to her.

Now we are happily married for 3 and half months. :)

I can't recommend Leah enough when it comes to planning a destination wedding! She was AWESOME to work with while planning our destination wedding on Maui! Our wedding day turned out so much better than either of us ever imagined, and Leah was there the whole way making sure we didn’t have anything to worry about. She was also very prompt with responding to any calls or emails I sent to her. We can’t thank Leah enough for the wonderful and beautiful wedding we had!

From the very start all the way past our wedding date, she was always very accommodating and easy to work with. One of the things that set her apart from other places we checked into was that she stayed within the budget we requested and did not try to push more things on us that we didn’t want/need. Other places, in comparison, had given us quotes several thousand dollars more than our budget, and were not understanding of why we wanted to keep to our budget.

Leah also let us customize our wedding package to exactly what we wanted, unlike other places. We were able to add and remove things from the package without any issues, all the way up until a month before the wedding – she was very understanding of the fact that things may change from the time you select your package to the time of your wedding, so allows you to make these changes along the way. Because of all this, we were able to have the wedding we dreamed of!

When my husband I decided to have our wedding in Maui, we researched different vendors. We live in New York, so finding a wedding planner who we could trust was very, very important to us. Leah Robb and her company, Island Wedding Memories, was an absolute dream to work with. From the very first conversation, she made us feel comfortable and special. She was attentive, which is crucial when dealing with a bride--especially one who lives all the way on the other side of the country. Because we paid for our wedding ourself, her prices were perfect for us. We spent about $2,000 on a package--you can create your own package and add as many things as your heart desires. We got a beautiful ceremony for 6 people ( us and 4 guests) for a very affordable price. And can we talk about her team of people who she works with?? They are amazing, funny, and courteous. The whole group really made our big day fun. Leah took care of our marriage license appointment and even got us reservations to a wonderful restaurant. We had a little reception dinner there.

I would recommend Island Wedding Memories to anyone!! Thank you Leah for for giving me my dream wedding.

We came to Maui for our wedding on August 16, 2015. Leah coordinated the officiant, photographer, guitar player, and hair and makeup. Everyone was just wonderful. Leah, owner of Island Wedding Memories, was remarkably genuine, helpful, and professional from the start! She promptly responded to emails and answered my unending questions. She took a personal interest in our private, beach ceremony and worked tirelessly to make our wishes come true! She arranged countless aspects of our wedding including the marriage license application and appointment, wedding officiant, photographer, gown pressing and personal delivery to my hotel room, hair and makeup done in my hotel room, wedding cake, wedding bouquet and leis, and dinner reservations. She offered advice when requested but never pushed us to do something we did not want. In addition, her talent with flowers is unmatched; the bridal bouquet she created was exquisite!

Leah went above and beyond what I expected of a wedding planner! She met me the day before our ceremony and delivered a personalized cake topper to the cake bakery and ensured my family heirloom brooch was attached to my bouquet. Furthermore, she repainted my finger nails minutes before my ceremony and attached my rhinestone sandals to my feet! Leah was more like a friend than a wedding planner and I hope to visit her when we return to Maui!

Let's be honest here-- Weddings are expensive. My husband and I had a vision of having a destination wedding, married on a beach in an intimate setting, but not break the bank. We are from Coquitlam BC Canada. We've never been to Maui and we chose this place because most of our guests haven't been either and they were super excited about it as soon as they heard our ideas. It was the perfect excuse to travel. We did our research a year before our set wedding date and after contacting several wedding co-ordinators over the phone, I felt most comfortable with Leah Robb from Island Wedding Memories and we booked her right away. (Here's a tip brides-to-be... Don't wait!! The best vendors get booked up a year before!) She was responsive and you could tell she's very experienced. I don't typically trust vendors easily but I could confide in her after a couple messages back and forth. She was genuine and patient. We gave her a budget and she was able to stick to it closely, while updating the cost every time I've requested a change. She was very organized and that chimed well with me! The electronic package she had provided us was most appreciated. It had the day of schedule and I didn't even need to create my own Excel files. She is a one stop-shop! Our wedding day took place on Mokapu beach right before sunset. It went smoothly and we couldn't have asked for a better setting. We had our reception at the Upper Pond at Gannon's and Leah coordinated really well with the restaurant. She decorated the table exactly how I would've liked and her floral arrangements were gorgeous. Choosing Leah as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we've made as it took the stress out of the wedding planning process. I wouldn't have been able to organized this on my own and had so much local knowledge as first-time visitors, had we not asked Leah to assist us. Thanks Leah for making our day memorable! Mahalo~

Leah and Island Wedding Memories was highly recommended by a coworker of my husband's. And wow, did she ever live up to the recommendation! She was so friendly, took a genuine interest in us, and was eager to make our day the day of our dreams. She got back to us in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable and informative of both wedding ideas and also on the island of Maui, which was so reassuring to us as we are from the landlocked state of North Dakota! We couldn't be happier with how everything went. We had a very small wedding with only our immediate families, just 15 of us total. Everyone was so impressed at how smooth the wedding, pictures, and reception went. It was the most stress free and easy wedding experience I could have imagined and it turned out absolutely beautiful and so very special. I contacted multiple wedding planners prior to asking Leah to help us plan our Maui wedding (all the way from North Carolina). She was fabulous from start to finish. Everything was perfect... with a special mention to the super talented ladies she arranged to do my hair and make up! My husband and I literally just showed up.... she even took care of my dress at the last minute after I failed to ship it to her ahead of time!!! Everything was perfect, she is even sweeter in person, you will be so happy you chose Leah!!!

Being from Canada, my husband and I put all of our faith in Leah and her team. To be honest I was nervous that the vision we describes to Leah via emails and pinterest photos was one that she might not be able to replicate and one that could not be delivered within our budget.
Our criteria was that we wanted a beautiful, elegant wedding that was full of dancing, laughter, great drinks, and fantastic food. We gave Leah a vision and a lot of freedom to deliver an unforgettable experience for us and our guests and she did just that. Leah not only delivered, but excelled with everything. Our wedding day was perfect! Not only were her staff fantastic, so were all the vendors. The flower arrangements Leah created for us where absolutely stunning and captured exactly the style I was hoping for.
Leah removed all the stress from us and our guests and allowed us to have a beautiful and memorable time. We would highly recommend Leah and her team if you are looking for an extremely talented and lovely wedding planner.

We had the good fortune of working with Leah for our wedding back in September. We had 150 guests total and several different events over the course of three days. We had a welcome party, a Korean Paebaek, a rehearsal and brunch, a ceremony, reception, and an after-party. Leah helped us pick our vendors, coordinated all the events, took care of flowers, gift bags and also helped organize the transportation for our guests (to and from the rehearsal, the wedding, and the after-party). She even helped us ship things to and from Maui!

Leah and her staff did an excellent job of coordinating all the events, making last-minute preparations, and ensuring that everything went smoothly.

Here are her best qualities:

Responsiveness. You will feel like you are Leah's only wedding. She always responds quickly and thoroughly.

Patience. No matter how many questions you ask or how times you change your mind on something Leah will always be kind and courteous.

Enthusiasm. Leah clearly has a passion for what she does and even though she has done a LOT of weddings you will feel like she is genuinely excited to be working for you.

Attentiveness. The advantage of going with Leah is she really pays close attention to what you want and how you want it done. With the huge amount of decisions we had to make on this wedding we always felt like it was our wedding and we were getting to do what we wanted (with her support).

Flexibility and Work-Ethic. Our wedding had a few last minute issues (all out of her control) including a major weather-related one. She and her staff worked tirelessly in the days leading up to the wedding to make everything go as well as we could expect.

We (and our guests) had the time of our lives and couldn't be happier!

Leah and Island Wedding Memories was fantastic. My husband and I really wanted to make the day about us, we wanted to get married on the beach, just the two of us. After deciding on Maui we needed to figure out how to make everything happen remotely from California. We first starting contacting hotels to have them coordinate everything, but it just didn't seem right, so I kept searching for other options. That is when I found Leah. She instantly responded to my initial email and I knew that I had found our coordinator. Leah did everything for us, from flowers, transportation, licenses and permits, officiant, photographer, videographer as well as coordinating in suite hair and makeup for me. It made the whole process so easy for me and my husband. It was a little bit of a leap of faith to put all of our trust in one person whom we had never met and a wedding venue we had never seen. But everything turned out beautifully and beyond our expectations. We loved everyone of the vendors that Leah coordinated for us. It was the most stress free day, aside from some threatening rain, by Leah was extremely flexible and responsive as we had to make a lot of last minute decisions. Ultimately we kept everything as planned and avoided the rain. I would absolutely would recommend Leah and Island Wedding Memories to anyone looking for coordination services in Maui. First class all the way!

Leah and the Island Wedding Memories team plucked my dream wedding vision right out of my head and made it a reality! I was nervous about planning a destination wedding for 70 people over the phone/email but Leah made the process seamless. I explained to her what we had in mind and she ran with it. She found us the perfect venue (Olowalu Plantation House). Our catering (Cafe O'Lei) was divine and both the photographer and videographer were fun & professional.

Our guests are still raving about the event!

Leah kept in contact with me on costs, budgets, scheduling and details all along the way so I never felt out of the loop. She takes care of every last detail from scheduling the marriage licensing appointment to seeing us off at the end of our perfect day.

She was quick and responsive to all inquiries and far exceeded our expectations! I felt like I was working with one of my best friends.

Island Wedding Memories did just an amazing job with our vow renewal. Ideal. Perfect. Excellent. Wonderful. Pick your superlative!! Leah was fantastic, Kale was a perfect person to perform the traditional Hawaiian Ceremony and Tad was great as a photographer. They do not do a high number of ceremonies in order to spend more time with family, something we totally connect with. Plus they are local and focus solely on Maui. Just what we needed and hoped for.... and then some. They were so in tune with us and understood our hopes and dreams for this ceremony. They live the true Aloha spirit, and are very special people. What a beautiful experience! Leah is the best and I'm so happy we chose Island Wedding Memories. We live in Virginia and once we decided upon a destination wedding in Maui, I knew I needed to hire a wedding planner. The time difference alone would have been a major handicap to planning the wedding myself. I chose Leah after extensively reading any and all reviews I could find. She was responsive throughout the planning process and the wedding was perfectly executed. Everything about the experience was picture perfect. Even though our wedding was small (just the two of us) and I didn't add a lot of al a carte services, I would have been stressed planning the wedding. I have a Type A stressful personality and Leah is the classic Type B....laid back and calming. It was a great match. Bonus: Leah ordered perfect weather for us. :)

Working with Leah was a breeze! She was very flexible and friendly and completely dedicated to fulfilling all my beach wedding dreams! She is very knowledgeable of the Island and is more than happy to answer questions and offer advice above and beyond your wedding plans. She truly works to ensure you have the most memorable wedding AND trip to Maui possible!

She helped us choose Mokapu Beach for our wedding location, which was more private and beautiful than I could have hoped for. We had Kale the preacher do a traditional Hawaiian style wedding ceremony, (also recommended by Leah) which fit perfectly with our desires to immerse ourselves in the culture, while still holding true to traditional wedding honors.

On top of all this, the best part was how easy it all was... for me anyways. ;) Leah allowed me to express to her exactly what we were looking for, what I saw in my head, and she made it happen. Called to ask a question or two about a detail choice here and there, and ABRA CADABRA my dreams were made a reality. Just like your fairy Godmother, for your wedding. :)

Wow where do we start! Island Wedding Memories went above and beyond our expectations! We were so happy with the service and personal touches that they provided. We were very happy with Leah and Island Wedding Memories! Leah really made the destination wedding planning process stress free with prompt phone calls and emails and by coordinating all of our services for us. I was really impressed by the professionalism, talent and kindness of everyone we encountered- from the make up artist (my makeup was SO pretty and seriously lasted all day rain and all), hairstylist, minister, photographer (Anna Kim Photography), flowers (beautiful bouquet arrangement and Gardenia flowers to put in my hair-both chosen by Leah), to the clerk at wedding license appointment-all of who were set up by Leah. Leah was fantastic, she kept everything very organized days leading up to the wedding and she was very flexible and we felt she really cared and wanted to make our day everything we hoped it would be. For instance, 10 minutes before our wedding ceremony was scheduled to start, Leah (who was soaking wet and holding the umbrella she brought for me-I told you she was awesome) wanted to know if we wanted to drive south to a different beach because it was raining and windy at our beach location. I did not want to change beach locations (I was okay with a little rain on this beautiful beach in Maui as long as my husband to be and guests were). Leah, was sensational! Professional and kind right from our first conversation! She was so prompt in replying to me! She would always get right back to me even with 3 hours time difference, that truly put me at ease and I felt total trust and confidence she would have everything run smoothly and do whatever it takes for that to happen! I know she had many other brides and weddings she was working on, but I always felt like I was the only one!
She was highly recommended by a co-worker of my husband. I hade looked online and had talked to several wedding coordinators that were alright, but I just didn’t feel comfortable with any of them! This is one of my favorite things about Leah: she planned my husband’s coworkers wedding over 20 years ago, and Nicole (my husbands coworker) said did such an amazing job, made her special day perfect! And the fact that when I mentioned it to Leah, she remembered her bride Nicole and I was like WOW, look at that personal touch for her to still remember all her brides, even one over 20 years ago! Leah completely knocked all the other wedding planners out of the water. As soon as I got off of the phone with her, I called my husband and told him, nice work babe! She is amazing and cant wait for her to plan our wedding!
Also, I wasn’t used to someone saying to me “sure whatever you would like we will make it just what you have always envisioned” Leah made me feel like a true princess, she went above and beyond, and was attentive to my absolute every need and request! She is top notch, I recommend her to anyone!

Leah Robb of Island Wedding Memories truly made our day perfect! We had 30 people including our wedding party travel from across Canada to the beautiful island of Maui for our wedding. We had never been to Maui, and had through the Island Wedding Memories website and communications with Leah made all the arrangements sight unseen. The day of the wedding I was the most stress free bride I've ever known. I had a swim in the ocean followed by hair, makeup, cake delivery....everything went like clockwork! The Ceremony was incredible, and the photography/videography to complement our day could not have been any more stunning had they been cut from a magazine! I would not have changed a thing! Once the ceremony was over my guests could not stop complimenting the most beautiful and moving wedding they had ever attended and many expressed that they wished they had done this exact same thing. I would recommend Leah and her expertise to anyone who dreams of a wedding in paradise. Such a great experience working with Island Wedding Memories!

Leah Robb was very friendly and professional, getting back to me with any questions or concerns within one day, even while she was on vacation! Other companies didn't even get back to my initial inquiries for weeks. We planned our wedding on short notice, which was no problem for Leah, who got started booking our vendors the same day the deposit was received, which was also the day before her wedding anniversary cruise!!!

I have zero complaints about my wedding in Hawaii.I was married April 25, 2013 on Secret cove beach in Maui. A year before my wedding we decided we wanted to get married in Hawaii. I spent a lot of time on the internet researching wedding planners as we were in Canada and were worried about the distance and the planning. After narrowing it down to four different companies. Island wedding Memories , Leah was the only one to get back to me right away with email questions and phone calls. There was a time difference but I never had to wait more then a day to hear back from her at most. She made me feel very comfortable. We decided to have a circle of flowers to stand in for the ceremony that matched my bouquet. Kimo was our minister. He was great. Made us feel comfortable and laugh.My hair and makeup were done at 5am. I decided on a morning wedding so I would beat the crowds to the beach for the ceremony and was able to go to a luau for the reception.The girls were great even though I made them get up so early. They did an awesome job. We decided to go with Olanani Videography to film our wedding. She was awesome. She came to our condo before hand to film both my husband and I .She filmed the wedding and then she filmed after the wedding while we had our photos taken. She also stayed after the photos to get couple more shots of us. We provided her three songs for our video and it turned out amazing. We showed the video at our reception when we returned and everyone loved it.. Our cake was amazing. Our cake was dark chocolate with vanilla and Lilikoi filling with chocolate buttercream frosting. I do not remember the name of our singer but everyone was giving him compliments .He had a great voice. Leah was waiting for us at the beach the morning of the wedding. She got there early to save us the best spot on the beach. I am so happy with my decision to go with Leah. She is a wonderful person. Even being so far away I had great trust in her to pull it off and she did.

We had a beach wedding at Mokapu Beach in Wailea and it went perfectly! We couldn't have asked for a better ceremony. We were stressed that it might not turn out how we had wanted because we didn't get to see and plan everything since we live in California, but Leah and her husband did a fantastic job and we have lasting memories and amazing photos. If you are on the ropes about where to have your reception, the Grand Wailea luau was AMAZING!

We couldn't imagine taking on such a big task as long-distance wedding planning with anyone else. Please beware of this company and PLEASE book your wedding through the hotel you are staying at not a private wedding coordinator like Island Wedding Memories. I work in the travel industry and this is not supposed to be the way a company operates and runs their business. Island Wedding Memories is extremely unprofessional and very misleading in the products they say they offer.My husband and I had nothing but issues with our wedding and the items we paid for. Our transportation to/from our ceremony site was supposed to be ONE 25-pax van but instead we received TWO 12-pax vans which made my wedding group have to split into 2 vans which were very uncomfortable. We were not notified of this change until we ARRIVED to Maui, 2 days prior to our wedding! My bouquet was completely wrong and looked nothing like the photos I sent Leah in fact it was very cheesy and half the flowers were wilted and old. We were overcharged for the reception she booked us and she charged us for flowers and candles that were already provided by our reception venue free of charge. Leah Robb booked a luau for us and did not disclose that we had to prepay gratuity until 2 weeks prior to our wedding, the list goes on and on. We trusted her because she was very responsive via email and the phone at the beginning but as soon as she got her money she was not so easily reached. Her company had good reviews on the Knot but come to find out and by the wording on a lot of her reviews it seems as though the reviews were written by LEAH herself and not by her clients. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for your once in a lifetime wedding. We have asked her for a refund for the numerous things that went wrong and services we paid for that were not received but she refuses. Leah will not admit she did anything wrong when she RUINED our wedding. My husband and I will never be able to get that day back and for her not even to OWN her mistakes is unethical and wrong.
