We were referred to Intuition Events and Florals (Michelle) by a venue we didn't actually end up using, but I cannot say enough good things about her and her team. She completely brought my vision to life. I know nothing about flowers or event planning and just through a meeting with pictures and pinterest boards, she nailed it! Thanks to her, I didn't need to waste time or money buying a bunch of stuff to create table centerpieces. She has so much stuff you can rent and never have to worry about reselling or setting up! Two weeks before our wedding, our transportation company turned out to be a complete sham and wanted to cheat us out of what we agreed to, but Michelle saved the day! She made some calls and found us a much better company and we signed the contract and paid the deposit that same day. On the day of our wedding, she set up and broke EVERYTHING down, transported me and my small bridal party from our getting ready location to the venue, swooped in to put my veil back on when it fell off walking down the aisle, and probably a million other things I never saw or had to worry about thanks to her and her team. I cannot recommend Intuition Events and Florals enough!

Michelle from Intuition Event Coordination & Floral Design was excellent. We spoke with several other vendors, but Michelle stood out to us with her kindness, honesty, and hands-on approach. Michelle made my husband and me feel at ease and excited about our flowers. She was extremely flexible and worked with us on our budget. For my vision of flowers, I sent Michelle pictures from my Pinterest Board. I can honestly say that she made these pictures come to life! When my husband and I walked into our Reception to get a first look at the space, we noticed immediately that Michelle went above and beyond to make the space gorgeous. Michelle and her team at Intuition were wonderful to work with! My wife and I hired Intuition to provide coordination and flowers for our wedding. The whole team was very friendly, welcoming, and eager to make our day special. We met with Michelle to discuss our planning process each month leading up to the wedding, and her recommendations and willingness to talk through questions were incredibly valuable. On our wedding day, the Intuition team set up and decorated the venue beautifully, and made sure to incorporate our own personal touches and decorations from family members and friends. The flowers Michelle designed for our bouquets, table vases, and arbor were lovely, creative, and perfectly matched the “wildflower” look we asked for. The team’s coordination helped the event run smoothly from start to finish. Having them on hand to manage the setup, logistics, and breakdown gave us the space to be present and enjoy our wedding day. We’d highly recommend working with Michelle and the Intuition team!

Michelle and Wendy from Intuition Events & Floral Design did nothing short of an amazing job on my Wedding flowers and I received so many compliments on them! Throughout the planning process, they did an amazing job communicating with me to make my visions come to life. They designed 2 arbors, several bouquets, boutonnieres, a beautiful garland running across our sweetheart table, and added in amazing/romantic touches such as adding floating candles on our table and incorporating lanterns and rose petals going down the aisle for our Ceremony. Michelle was recommended to us by our venue; at first I thought I could do everything on my own, but decided to meet with Michelle to see what she could offer. After sitting down with Michelle and talking over my vision and ideas for our wedding day, I knew we couldn't do it without her!!
From managing all our vendors (some new to the wedding scene), to coordinating my colorful floral request, meeting the vision of my "garden wedding" and keeping our NINE ring bearers and flower girls organized! The decor was everything I could have imagined, the tables set perfectly and the barn covered in lights making the day magical.
Michelle kept the day moving and kept everything on time; everything was covered. I knew we were in good hands with her and her team and never had to worry. My husband and I were able to relax and have fun, which is exactly what we were looking for!!

Michelle was recommended to us by our venue, and from the very first conversation her expertise, advice and guidance was invaluable in planning our wedding. We hired Michelle to do all the on-sight lighting design, florals, and wedding coordinating. I'm particular about aesthetics, and had a very clear vision for how I wanted the space to look and feel. Michelle executed that vision *perfectly*. When I arrived at our venue for the wedding day I was overcome with how perfect and beautiful everything looked.
Michelle also was a tremendous asset in coordinating our many vendors and keeping things on the backend running smoothly. I first became interested in Intuition Event Coordination & Florals because I was looking for “minimalist” floral design for our wedding, which wasn’t really an option for many florists in the area. After our first phone call I knew I wanted Michelle’s help in coordinating our whole day in addition to designing our floral arrangements. Wonderful event organizer
My daughter decided she needed additional help besides her mom to help organize her wedding. I was so glad she did. Michelle kept everything moving smoothly from rehearsel to end of reception . The brides and attendants flowers were gorgeous, table decor lovely, and she was wonderful with children as we had two ring bearers and a flower girl. Stunning florals - a must hire!
If you want gorgeous, artistic florals and solid planning for you wedding, hire Michelle! Our guests are still talking about how stunning the flowers were!
From our very first call, I knew Michelle and her team were going to work wonders for our wedding, and they absolute did. I had a few vague ideas for the flowers, and Michelle turned them into a full vision! She provided a lot of pictures to pull ideas from and we worked together on what elements we wanted to incorporate based on our color scheme. She took care of everything, from assembling gorgeous arbors, setting up lanterns and candles, resetting the room between ceremony & reception, bringing bouquets directly to our suite - we didn't have to do a thing! Plus, she knows a ton of vendors in the area and can provide excellent recommendations if you need anything.

Absolutely a dream to work with!
Michelle is amazing to work with. I had no idea what I wanted for my flower arrangements and she magically created perfection. Everything she made was incredible and way more than I had expected. Additionally, the day of our event she went above and beyond to make our day special. She ensured everyone got their boutiques and boutonnieres, as well as, creating a magical ambience in the dining room. My only concern was that the corsages for my mother, mother inlaw, and grandmother fell apart before the ceremony even began. The hot glue didn't keep the flowers secured to the bangle. They fell off seconds after they were taken out of the fridge. Honestly I should have went with bouquets instead.

Made the Complex Easy!
Michelle was a phenomenal partner all throughout our wedding planning process! As a dual-military couple living in separate locations - and on the other side of the country and at times world from our venue - my wife and I simply could not have put together our ceremony and reception without her help. She took our desires and ideas and transformed them into an amazing event with incredible attention to detail. I would recommend her to friends and family without hesitation, she truly made our day.

The best decision we could have made
Michelle is seriously the best! We had a very large wedding that would not have been possible without Michelle. I had people ask me throughout the planning process how I was so calm, and it's truly because I knew Michelle would make sure we had everything done on time and we weren't forgetting anything. She was so communicative and so incredibly organized from when we first starting planning until the weekend was over. Not to mention how gorgeous her floral arrangements are! I couldn't believe she had the time to finalize all the small details and still create the most beautiful centerpieces and bouquets. Trust me, hiring Michelle will be the best decision you could make for your wedding!

January Wedding
Michelle was responsive in a timely manner. The first meeting she asked to see my Pinterest page and looked at it with me. She was able to bring our vision to light. Bride had cascade waterfall bouquet which turned out amazing! Bridesmaids bouquets weren’t overwhelming big. Our ceremony and reception were in two different places. They brought flowers from the ceremony to the reception so we didn’t have to worry about it while we were switching locations. She was in contact with our other vendors on the day of the wedding too so we weren’t the middle person. Great service! Beautiful floral arrangements!

Michelle was an absolute dream to work with; she is multi talented as a florist & designer, wedding planner, and day-of coordinator. The flowers and decor were stunning; she really took my design vision and brought it to life. We had so many compliments on them! Michelle was such a pleasure to work with - she spent a lot of time with me reviewing exactly what flowers/greens I wanted, and everything was incredible. Amazing Wedding Planning Experience!
Michelle and her team are the BEST. My husband and I originally reached out because we were planning our wedding from out of state and needed lots of help. We booked for wedding planning as well as floral design and it was the greatest decision we made. I honestly don’t know how I could have managed the wedding without her!! Michelle was very flexible and very reassuring when I felt stressed about time, and she always responded to my MANY questions. She also reached out to the greatest vendors for us, we felt so lucky. She knew exactly what my vision was and our day was beyond easy and beautiful. To top it off she is just the sweetest person and it felt like she was part of the family. I can’t thank her enough! If you are on the fence about hiring a coordinator, this team is more than worth the investment. I would recommend them to everyone.

Michelle did such an incredible job with our wedding! From our very first meeting, Michelle was so professional and organized. She was so knowledgeable, offered great design ideas, and also was very mindful of the look I was envisioning for our wedding. The bouquets were beautiful and the ballroom looked so elegant. I came upon Intuition and Michelle through a friend. She raved about her and let me tell you she wasn’t wrong! From the beginning, Michelle was there for my daughter. She offered some of her wedding planner ideas as well as her beautiful floral arrangements . She was totally flexible and easy to communicate with. Wonderful ideas and made wedding planning easy. On the day of the wedding, Michelle was on site doing her magic. The flowers were absolutely beautiful! Michelle was busy all day busy putting things together. Michelle was a wonderful person to work with and was so accommodating for every curveball that 2020 threw at us. It was really easy to adjust our contract as we changed our plans over and over, and she even did a walkthrough of the venue with us the week of the wedding so we could put our visions together in person. Every centerpiece, bouquet, and boutonniere was flawless and she brought to life the ideas we had when we first sat down together a year prior. I highly recommend her and the Intuition team to anyone putting together an event, large or small.

Delivers Excellence at a fair price
My husband and I had a venue that was a bare bones barn. We had a lot of work to do to make it look wedding worthy. I shopped around and kept getting astronomical quotes. Everyone told me go check out price chopper so I did an I got a quote from them. Intuition was my last stop and I wish I had talked to Michelle sooner. Their prices were the most fair I had scene. Every idea I had she said "Yup we can do that!". When I emailed her just weeks before the wedding and said actually I do want a flower display at the alter, she said no problem! Our wedding was breath taking. She captured the fall authenticity while making the venue you fancy. She coordinated with my other vendors. She really didn't put anything on my shoulders. I was so impressed. Our flower display at the birch arbor alter is still talked about a family gatherings. Do not hesitate in hiring Michelle and Intuition events. They know exactly what their doing, they took our breaths away! The price posted included :All the various flour arrangements (decoration and for bridal party), lighting in a tree grove, ceiling fairy lights in the barn and wall lights, cake decoration, candles, lanterns, etc I am sure I am missing something.

Beautiful Flowers & Amazing Service
When we first sat down with Michelle, we had absolutely no idea what we wanted. We had one idea in mind and she took our idea and turned it into something spectacular. She was able to show us pictures based on the ideas that we had previously given and she was so easy to work with. We knew after we first met Michelle that we wanted her for our wedding. We ended up having to cancel our reception (i.e. centerpieces and what not) and Michelle was so understanding and was even able to refund us what we "overpaid." There were a few minor bumps along the way but they were fixed and we were able to get married with the flowers that we wanted. Michelle and her team brought in all the decorations while we were getting ready and they were in and out, you didn't even know they were there. We had a great experience and we loved working with Michelle!

Planning AND decor AND flowers!
Michelle and her team were wonderful to work with. We had some unconventional requests for our ceremony and decor, and didn't want a real traditional look. She came up with some really creative ideas and helped us eventually settle on black tablecloths with super cool greenery and candles. She's also a florist and put all the greens/flowers together and it all looked gorgeous. On the day of, she took care of everything seamlessly and her team were delightful as well. It was so easy to have one person in charge of all coordination, planning, and decorations, I HIGHLY recommend Michelle! She's super nice and highly competent so you'll have no worries at all if you hire her :)

It was one of the best decisions I made to hire Michelle to do the flowers for my wedding reception. My husband and I live in Iowa and had a destination wedding in Jamaica, however we planned on having a reception in Albany due to family. From day one, Michelle understood my vision and worked to create my dream of an eastern/western culture infused reception look. LOVE LOVE LOVE Michelle Dischiavo! We used her and her team from Intuition Events and Floral Design and the work they did was amazing! So easy and friendly to work with and she made me feel so at ease in a time of chaos. I was born and raised in Upstate NY and moved to FL about 6 years ago. I knew from the moment I said "yes" that I wanted to have a fall wedding in NY but trying to plan a wedding 1300 miles away was terrifying, I had no idea what things were going to taste like, look like, feel like etc. Michelle answered all of my ridiculous questions no matter how many emails I sent she was always quick to respond. I was getting a little nervous about a month before my wedding and she assured me that everything was going to look amazing and that I shouldn't worry. We had our "final" phone call about 2 weeks before the big day and we went over each flower, the colors, and how I wanted the barn decorated. She took the time to let me google each flower (since I couldn't actually be there to see them) and explained why some flowers worked better than others. She also assured me that the decor would be just as I imagined it to be.
Well the big day arrived and the only thing I could say was WOW! I was in awe at how amazing everything looked, every flower was AMAZING every decoration was perfect it was like she somehow read my mind!
Thank you so so much for helping me on my big day and for turning a plain old barn into a magical back drop for our wedding day, we really can't thank you enough.

Michelle is super friendly and sweet. As indecisive as my husband and I were at the beginning, she patiently helped us brainstorm ideas, and pick the best arrangements for our style.

She helped me feel at ease and gave me complete hope that she was going to make my vision come to life! Seeing everything come together on our big day was just beautiful. Despite the 95 degree heat, our flowers looked absolutely stunning! Walking into the venue and seeing these arrangements and our bouquets, absolutely took my breath away! I would choose intuition event over and over again! Thank you guys so much for helping make our memories so beautiful!

Michelle and her team were amazing. She was there for numerous consultations, and happy to answer any questions. We got married at the Pruyn House, where she is a preferred vendor and she was amazing. She was happy to stay within our budget, and totally worked with the vibe we were going for. I have had three people that my wedding looked like it could have been on a pintrest board, and I give that credit to Michelle. She was a steadying hand when things got stressfull, and I am very grateful

Michelle and Wendy are an AMAZING team!!
They transformed our venue into a work of art! She took my goofy pumpkin centerpieces and made them look like works of art!
They decorated the beautiful arbor outside and lined the aisles with little white pumpkins filled with seasonal blooms.
she set up a memorial table for us to display photos of loved ones and made a fun "hashtag" sign for us!
She decorating with these beautiful lanterns and flowers all over-people were stunned at how amazing the barn looked.
The flowers that Michelle designed for me and my daughters were STUNNING.
She literally thought of everything so I didn't have to worry about anything on our big day.
Michelle and Wendy constantly checked in on us and kept everything running on time and smoothly. They brought us drinks, food anything we wanted!
Michelle even put my daughter into an uber to make sure she got home safely!
You might not think you need a wedding planner- trust me, you do!
You should get to enjoy the big day, not fuss at table settings, decorate the venue or worry about difficult family members.

I cannot possibly give enough praise to Michelle Dischiavo and Wendy DeFazio for their amazing work helping me to plan my wedding. I booked Intuition Event Coordination and Floral Design for partial day-of coordination, flowers, and decor rentals.
As I began the long process of planning my wedding, I quickly began to realize how utterly overwhelmed and stressed I was feeling, especially getting into the finer details, where I was being something of a perfectionist, not to mention that I was planning an Albany, NY wedding from out-of-state. Two of my friends had used Michelle's coordinating services for their weddings in the past, and absolutely raved about her work, both telling me flat-out that it was the best planning decision that they made. I didn't need more convincing than that - I emailed Michelle, and right from the first email, she put me at ease. When we had our first phone consultation, we talked about my vision, theme, flowers, everything. Michelle was incredibly thorough and detail-oriented. In the months leading up to my wedding we had additional phone conversations and emails, each one was received with kindness and eager help.
The day of my wedding was flawless. The flowers were exceptional - my bouquet was one of my favorite parts of the day–stunning! The centerpieces were beautiful and elegant, and the vintage-themed rentals were perfection. Everything was completed with great attention to detail. I was paired with Wendy DeFazio, Michelle's assistant, for the day-of. She was kind, helpful, and worked tirelessly to ensure that the day went smoothly. I was so grateful for all the hard work she put in during the day. My husband and I felt relaxed and knew that we were in excellent hands.

We used Intuition for our fall themed wedding and to say that Michelle and her team delivered would be an understatement. Michelle was responsive and helpful every step of the way. She was receptive to every idea that our families came across. Once the big day came we were in awe. Guests were telling us how much they loved all of the detail. The flowers, the arbor, and the floating candles above the head table all came out perfectly. It wasn't just the ascetics that impressed us. There were barely any questions that we needed to ask that day since Michelle and her team were on top of everything. We look back and say "Wow it was such a well oiled machine!" and none of that would have been possible without Intuition.

We were confident from our first meeting with Michelle that things would go well because it is obvious that she loves her work. She is reassuring and easy to work with. Her tagline should be, “We worry so you don’t have to!” Two of the vendors we hired made mistakes that complicated our plans. Michelle and her team were like the agents in the movie, “Men in Black”, swooping around in the background, combating extraterrestrials while ordinary citizens went about their day, unaware. I feel like they really saved the day so we could enjoy it entirely! In addition, we received many compliments about how beautiful and uniquely decorated our reception venue was. We really couldn’t have had such a wonderful day without their help.

We loved Michelle, friends of mine had used her for their wedding and I knew that I just had to work with Michelle. Not only was she our florist but we also had her as our day of coordinator. Michelle helped us every step of the way for months leading up to the wedding. The week of the wedding she made my life so calm and easy and took on the task of working with all our vendors to ensure that things were ready to roll the day of the wedding. Our flowers were amazing and held up all day and into the night. She was so accommodating and helped to create my vision with colors and florals, she and her team even created the most perfect flower collar for our dog. We worked with Michelle for our decorations and everything look absolutely amazing on our wedding day. Our day of coordinator was Wendy and we could not believe how amazing and helpful she was! She was so on top of everything so we didn't have to be! She told us where to be and when and what was coming next etc. Her presence allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our wedding day.
We had rented a heater for our venue and it was malfunctioning during the reception. Wendy took care of it completely by contacting the heater rental company and having them come to fix the heater! She also made sure people were signing the guest book and coordinated calling peoples tables for dinner and so much more I can't even express/remember! She even made our ring bearer her helper since he was clearly getting bored with the wedding in general. She made sure that all of our gifts ended up in our car before we left and cleaned up everything so that we could go to our after party. The next day we just returned to the venue to pick up the things we had left and she had piled them nicely in one area so we didn't have to go searching around for everything. Wendy was truly amazing and made our wedding day the best that it possibly could be. We couldn't be more grateful for her!

We used Intuition Events for both Day of Coordination and for our flowers. Both services were amazing. Michelle was able to stay within our budget for our flowers and candles while still giving us the look we wanted. She even did a table mock up for us using the linens from our caterer. Her Day of Coordination was perfect as well. I felt like a guest -- not an event planner -- at my rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. I was able to enjoy every moment of our wedding without worrying.

We just had our wedding on Saturday 9/17/16 and we used Michelle and Intuition Events for our planning professional extraordinaires. To say we are ecstatic with the service they provided would not really be giving Michelle and her team the credit they deserve. We were just blown away. Our wedding was everything we wanted it to be and everything we didn't know it could be. The decorations and set up were perfection and the flowers and bouquets were unique and just stunning. I got as many compliments from guests on my bouquet as I did on my dress! We planned our wedding over 2 1/2 years and Michelle was patient and accommodating with questions, advice and meetings. She found us the perfect barn space in Saratoga. I had the most worry and completely stress free day. Few people can say that their wedding was perfect and nothing went wrong, but I can! I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Intuition Events to anyone I knew. They are true professionals with a great vision and ideas. I can't thank Michelle and her team enough for their service, it was truly above and beyond.

We worked with Michelle for our annual corporate event. It’s not too often that someone can totally exceed our expectations, especially when your expectations are already pretty lofty, but Michelle did just that! We usually do the typical formal dinner, band and dancing for our corporate event. This year we wanted to switch it up with a more casual event. We had, what I like to call, a “what if” party – “what if we add this?”, “what if we add that??”... We ended up with an impressive event that included food trucks, fireworks, a band, photo booth, bars, casino games, door prizes and giveaways, etc. This was hands down the best party we’ve ever hosted and many of our colleagues said it was the best party they’ve attended EVER. Michelle was able to pull rabbits out of hats and made it totally fun along the way. She always kept her cool, which put our minds at ease, and even steered us away from some ideas she knew wouldn’t work. She’s the type of event coordinator you want to be best friends with – she’s personable, she knows a ton of people and all the best spots in the area, she has amazing ideas and can execute and adapt when needed. We look forward to working with Michelle and her amazing team again, and we highly recommend her for your event!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Michelle was!! From the very beginning she understood and worked with us to make our visions a reality. My husband and I told Michelle we wanted a very relaxed wedding, something that felt more like a backyard party then a wedding, but that still had touches of beauty and romance, and that's exactly what she delivered. On the day of our wedding, when I arrived at the barn for our first look, I was completely blown away with how she (and her team) had transformed the barn. The wildflowers she used to design our bouquets, centerpieces and wedding isle were stunning, and exactly what I had hoped for. Inside the barn was exactly how I had envisioned, with globe lights and candles making the space warm and romantic. My husband and I had also made some of our own decorations and Michelle was able to include them into her overall design flawlessly. I truly couldn't have asked for anything more. Not only was she amazing when it came to the design, she was also there to accommodate our (and our guests') every need. From the moment I arrived Michelle was right there, making sure I was doing ok and asking if she could help with anything. As soon as pictures were over she showed up with a drink for both my husband and I (which is exactly what he needed after all those pictures haha.) I can't even tell you how many times she came to the rescue when my train came unbustled. Throughout the night (and this past week) our family and guests have commented about how incredibly helpful she was. At one point I even saw her taking pictures of the dinner menu and getting orders from my elderly family so they didn't have to get up and wait in line for their dinner. The next morning my husband nicknamed her "superwoman," because she always showed up out of nowhere exactly when one of us needed her. Michelle was amazing, attentive, accommodating and responsive. Her sense of humor and upbeat personality made her a pleasure to work with.

Michelle was SO great to work with. I was planning our wedding from North Carolina, but Michelle was so easy to communicate with from afar. From our first meeting, I knew that she would make sure everything went off without a hitch on our wedding day. Michelle is absolutely the only person you should have run the show if your wedding is at the Pruyn House. She knows exactly what will work in that space. I could not believe how perfect the barn, the grounds, and our flowers looked the day of our wedding. Michelle's assistants, Wendy and Michelle, were with us day-of, and they were great! My husband and I hired Michelle after seeing her "in action" at a friend's wedding. Prior to hiring Michelle, my husband and I had a few worries: the location for our reception required us to contract out for nearly everything- catering, chairs, entertainment, etc. which takes a lot of coordination, and we decided to have a very large bridal party- which also takes a lot of coordination! We decided to hire Michelle for her "day-of" services...but she did so much more. We met with Michelle twice, she coordinated the rehearsal, and was instrumental in timing and coordination of events on our big day. I can't say enough about Michelle!!! She was an absolute dream to work with. I had a specific vision and with Michelle's brains and talent involved it became a perfect reality of my most beautiful dreams. I had a pin board that Michelle only had to view for a moment before she completely understood where my mind was in the theme and feel for my wedding. Michelle shared my excitement and every other emotion a bride to be feels in the weeks and days leading up to my fairy tale. The instant I saw Michelle walk into my bridal suite at The Lighthouse in Glenville, my nerves were at ease. Her spirit and smile can't help but keep you perched on cloud 9 the day of your wedding!! She handed me the most spectacular bouquet dripping with the exact flowers I had shown her months before. She outdid herself and put Pinterest to shame in that moment, and people are still talking about how gorgeous my flowers were on my wedding day!! Let's talk about the room. When I set my sights on the romance and the abundance and thickness and layering of each and every single table scape that was my room, my eyes and heart filled up. It was the most stunning, perfectly twinkling, magic, most romantic, beautifully placed thing I've ever ever seen. Each table was more lush and full of flowers, candles and definitely finished off with a touch of love!! Her visions and talents can't be explained in words. Michelle's attention to detail and ability to listen and then deliver the most immaculate and perfect version of your heart and mind's desire is paramount. Her personality and sense of professionalism and humor wrapped up in one person makes me want to get married every weekend!!! Or at least have her plan every other event I'll ever have. We hired Michelle about 6 months before the wedding initially for decor and then when we walked out of our first meeting I knew I needed her as a coordinator. She was available any time I needed her with questions and ideas I had and I mean EVERY idea I had and she made everything come to life. My decor was everything I had hoped for and more. From the beautifully written chalkboards to the lanterns she hung on two floors I was literally speechless when I walked in our venue. The day of the wedding I relied on her so much. I was so excited to write a review for Intuition Event Coordination and Design. There are always hiccups along the way while planning a wedding, but Michelle and her team were always there for me and my now husband, guiding us and giving thoughtful suggestions and advice. The day of the wedding, I felt totally at ease and Michelle and her team worked around the clock to provide such amazing care and thought into the flow of the wedding. She was right there next to me when I needed her and she took charge when I needed her. My husband and I felt so blessed and happy to have her and her wonderful team by our sides on the biggest day of our life! Michelle and her team did an amazing and beautiful job decorating and provide beautiful flowers. Thank you Michelle! It was truly a pleasure working with you!

From our first meeting with Michelle my daughter and I knew we had to have Michelle be our wedding planner! Her vision for our daughter's wedding was everything she wanted! Michelle met with us several times to make sure everything was perfect! The wedding bouquets were absolutely the most beautiful I have seen and were exactly what my daughter wanted! Michelle worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect! My family is still talking about how beautiful Michelle decorated the Pruyn House! Most importantly Michelle is a sweet, down to earth person and I feel like she has become a friend to the family. We can't wait to work with Michelle on our next daughter's wedding!!

We cannot begin to say enough about how wonderful Michelle is.
From the moment you meet her you know that she is a fun, down to earth, and talented wedding coordinator! She made the process so stress free!
We live in NYC and we got married up in Berkshires (Old Chatham, NY) and Michelle provided day of coordination and flowers for our wedding...and so much more.
She put me know contact/recommended all of the other vendors that we used for the wedding (photographers, hair and make up, DJ, baker) and we loved every single one of them. She quickly responded to all of my e-mails and was professional and fun through the whole planning process.
I was so relaxed the weeks leading up to the wedding because I knew Michelle had everything under control. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and perfect...I have been a bridesmaid many, many times and I honestly don't have any friends that weddings went off completely without a hitch! Ours did...or even more importantly...if it didn't I don't even know because Michelle handled it all!
Michelle also was my go to person if I had any questions regarding other vendors, my venue and what the industry norm was. I knew I could count on her for an honest answer and completely trusted and respected her opinion...on every detail!
The flowers and décor was also completely in Michelle's hands and everything was breath taking and stunning. From the moment Michelle and I started talking I knew she understood my vision and I completely trusted her. My bouquet was even more beautiful than I can ever imagine! She truly has an eye and a talent for brining everything together in the most beautiful way.

You can tell that Michelle is truly in the business because she loves it and you never feel at any point that she is doing her job...because this is clearly a passion.

Working with Michelle was an absolute pleasure! She helped to make our day just right. From helping us to plan our centerpieces and making all of the beautiful flower arrangements to hanging lights in the barn, Michelle came through with everything we needed. She helped to bring our vision to life while working in our budget. We also had Michelle on site to help on the wedding day, and her help was invaluable. She helped to wipe rain off of the chairs after a rainstorm happened right before our outdoor ceremony, bustled my dress, and ran around helping wherever and whoever she could. No matter what she was helping with, Michelle had a wonderful attitude and a smile on her face. She took off a lot of stress for me throughout the planning process and especially on our big day. I would highly recommend working with Michelle and her staff!

We hired Michelle for the flowers at our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. First let me say that we met with two other local floral companies that had good reviews prior to meeting with Michelle. After telling all vendors our same vision, Michelle was the only one that responded with a quote in our range, almost a third less than the other two! I gave Michelle a description of what we wanted and gave her a few pictures of what we were thinking and WOW did she deliver. The colors and flower choices for the bouquets and centerpieces were spot on. It was everything we invisioned and beyond!

Michelle helped me make my vision for a romantic, "rustic chic" wedding at Pruyn House a reality. Flowers were one of my priorities, and Michelle and her team made the most beautiful centerpieces and bouquets I have ever seen! Michelle was also enthusiastic about trying new things in terms of décor- she made us beautiful, huge burlap curtains for the barn door that looked amazing! Michelle took time to understand my vision and incorporated all of my ideas and suggested her own, which fit in great. I also got a chance to meet Michelle's team the morning of my wedding during set-up, and they are very talented, friendly, and flexible. Michelle had no problem making some last minute changes that morning and when I saw her beautiful work, I knew our wedding would be gorgeous- and it was : )

I cannot say enough about our experience with Intuition. They did our flowers as well as day of coordination. My experience began with a first meeting that made me feel at ease and comfortable about their professionalism and quality of service. In our follow ups and interactions, Michelle was responsive and always a pleasure to talk to. The day of, I cannot express how stunning the flowers were, exactly what I wanted and then some. Then, the coordination that day, the support from Michelle and Wendy was crucial and multiple guests came up to me asking about them and commenting how great they were. Michelle first went above and beyond when she drove my Mom and me to the venue and later running back to the hotel for a missing marriage certificate and many times during the night. Every time Michelle or Wendy approached me, it was to make something that crazy day easier, smoother, and give us more time to focus on our guests and having a great time. My husband was skeptical about the need for event coordination, but we both could not be happier these ladies were present, not just due to their services, but their great personalities and positivism.

Michelle did the flowers and lighting decor for my wedding this past May and I must say there are no words to even come close to how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING her work is. She is not only such a talented visionary but she works so well with people and her clients! From the beginning Michelle has been so patient and helpful with my constant changes and questions. She was also super flexible in working with my budget and giving me tips to make it the wedding of my dreams! The centerpieces and Flowers for my wedding were STUNNING! So creative and synced beautifully with my theme! The lighting she set up for my venue was the biggest transformation I have ever seen!! Without her impeccable work and talents my wedding hall would have been boring and a bit plain. She turned it into an elegant and gorgeous reception hall, my guests were in complete shock! She is truly THE BEST florist, decorator, and coordinator you can find and I would definitely recommend her for your next event! Thanks Michelle!

Michelle is fabulous and made our wedding absolutely perfect! I was given Michelle's name for flowers and my center pieces. and knew from our first meeting that she was the right fit for our wedding. Just from listening to my vision she was able to create gorgeous center pieces that incorporated all the small, personal touches I was looking for! After meeting Michelle, I decided to hire her as my day of coordinator and this was probably the best decision I made! She was efficient in answering my phone calls and emails when I had any questions about timelines, vendors, anything. My rehearsal was quick and stress free with Michelle's help, and I was confident our wedding day would be perfect.
The day of my wedding was perfect! The center pieces were amazing and my flowers were more than I could have imagined. Michelle made sure that we were on time, that my ceremony was flawless and that all of my guest had the time of their lives. My reception was perfect. I would hire Michelle again in a heartbeat. If you want to ensure that your wedding is perfect and that you have beautiful, affordable flowers and centerpieces hire Michelle. She will ensure your day is perfect!!! Thank You, Michelle.
