A wedding planner should be the first vendor you hire once you are engaged. Integrity Events and Design should be the wedding planning service you should choose! Shannon and her team were with us from day 1 of planning our epic wedding. No wedding is too big or too small (ours was $100K) There is no way we could have had the epic wedding we had without her leading/guiding us every step of the way. She does a great job of recommending vendors and styles based on your vision. Even with her recommendations, she will work with whatever you ultimately decide. For example, she recommended a photographer and we ended up finding a different one and choosing them instead. No worries! She can work with pretty much any vendor. That one example aside, her recommendations for vendors are ones you should very seriously consider. She's been in this business for years and knows and has worked with just about every vendor in the DFW area. Once vendors are selected, she keeps up with each one, especially when the date gets closer, and makes sure all vendors are where they need to be when they need to be there. She is very personable. She makes you feel like she is just your good friend who is going to do whatever it takes to make your special day as special as it can possibly be. We had SO many moving parts to our wedding. Vendors started showing up at the venue at 6am to make sure everything was ready to go at 3:30pm. She was there the whole time and stayed all the way to the end of the cleanup so we didn't even have to worry about that. If you want a worry-free wedding day knowing the everything is going to come together without a hiccup, then this is the wedding planner you need to hire. Hire Shannon immediately! One extra advantage to hiring Integrity Events & Design is that Shannon's husband, AJ, can be your bartender (bartending service), and his attention to detail is at least equal to Shannon's. -

As a wedding planner, I’ve worked with many vendors, and Integrity Events and Design truly stands out. I recently hired them for bartending services for one of my clients' weddings, and the experience from start to finish was outstanding.
From our very first interaction, AJ was incredibly prompt and professional in his communication. He provided a detailed and well-thought-out shopping list for my clients (something I rarely see) and maintained consistent communication leading up to the event. He followed up multiple times to confirm that there were no changes, ensuring his team was fully prepared.
During the event, AJ's bartending team reflected his same level of professionalism and attention to detail. They arrived on time, were organized, and kept the bar lines moving smoothly throughout the night. Their workstations remained tidy, and they took care to check in with me during the event to see if there was anything else I needed. At one point, they even offered to help cut the cake during some downtime—an unexpected but much-appreciated gesture.
At the end of the evening, the bar area was spotless, and all unused liquor and mixers were neatly organized and ready to load into my clients' car. Integrity Events and Design went above and beyond, and I highly recommend them to other planners or couples looking for reliable, professional bartending services. -

Should be 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shannon & the team at Integrity Events made my wife's 40th birthday party one of the most special days of her life. Shannon is an expert in her field but very easy to work with. The entire process of planning a major event can be stressful but they streamlined the tasks, organized all the vendors, designed the perfect experience and executed with excellence! The online portal she uses is very convenient as well. Shannon made sure I looked like a rockstar 😬. I'll definitely work with Integrity Events again. -

Shannon and Hailie took over the planning process 4 months before our wedding when we were stressed out of our minds. They were professional, caring, and easygoing. It is my pleasure to provide a five star review of Integrity Events & Design based on my experience working with Shannon and her team. You are going to spend a lot of money, time and energy on your wedding and a great planner may be the most important investment you make. Shannon is someone you can count on to be your guide and guardian angel as you navigate the adventure of planning your wedding and this grateful bride recommends Integrity Events & Design without reservation.
We took full advantage of Shannon’s established relationships. I can’t overstate the value of having a coordinator who has a network of wedding vendors and service providers. Especially helpful was Integrity's extensive experience with our venue, Lucky Spur Ranch and Retreat and our florist, Coco Fleur. At the same time, Shannon was able to work well with our DJ who was new to her. Shannon took the time to understand our vision and then orchestrate the players who brought that vision to life. Our “Tis the Season to be Married” winter wonderland was beautifully realized.
During the planning process, Shannon kept us on track with regular meetings, checklists, and reminders. She provided helpful guidelines, timelines and tools. Even though I can have a tendency towards procrastination, we got things done according to schedule.
I can’t imagine a wedding day without Shannon and Hailie on site. It’s more than coordination. Shannon was our ringmaster, managing lots of moving pieces and people to ultimately deliver an unforgettable event. There were some minor bumps, but those things were dealt with. Shannon is a creative problem solver. I think it would be pretty hard to phase her.
Working with AJ to come up with a bar menu was fun and inspiring. This was one thing we added later as we discovered coming up with signature cocktails, a shopping list and understanding how much we needed to purchase for our bar were harder than we thought. AJ to the rescue. Our only challenge was selecting the perfect cocktails from the amazing options he provided. It was hard to choose! Guests loved our cocktail selection and we came in under our bar budget.
The biggest compliment I have is that I had an amazing time at my wedding, as did my groom, our families and all of our guests. With Shannon taking care of all the details, my only job was to celebrate. Thank you, Shannon, AJ and Hailie! -

Working with Shannon and AJ at Integrity Events & Design was absolutely amazing! Not only is Shannon so kind and fun to work with, but she is also so on top of everything. She always helped keep me on track with planning and the decision-making process. Anytime I needed something or had any questions, she was quick to respond or get it done. On the day of the wedding, she worked hard to make the day go seamlessly! No matter what was thrown at her, she took care of everything!
AJ was great at helping us form our perfect signature cocktail. He was willing to send us so many options for us to try until we decided on the one for us! He was super responsive and helpful in talking us through everything. He helped us narrow down what types of alcohol we wanted to serve, provided great recommendations, and helped us determine the appropriate quantities. Their day of service was top notch and our guests highly enjoyed their drinks!
I would absolutely recommend working with Shannon and AJ at Integrity Events & Design to anyone! -

Amazing!!!
Shannon and AJ are amazing! They helped us throughout the entire wedding process and have have amazing taste! I loved working with Integrity Events and Designs because of how organized they are and also because they have really good suggestions. AJ helped us make amazing signature cocktail with beautiful garnishes( Grapefruit Paloma, Smoked Chocolate old Fashioned, & Peach Rum Punch!). Shannon was amazing to work with throughout the entire process helping us stay on track and find the vendors that we need! She is so calm and bright and upbeat! As a 2 full time engineers, it was wonderful to have their help to put on our beautiful large Catholic Ranch wedding. Our Friends and Family were impressed. They had so much fun and loved the surprises that we provided throughout the night :) -

I hired Shannon with Integrity Events for month of coordinator and light wedding planning for my daughter’s wedding. I could not have done the wedding without her! I live out of state and started the process very late so we were already behind when I hired her. She was so responsive and did so much and really kept my daughter and I on track. There were things that I needed to do last minute and I ran out of time and she jumped in and handled them without complaint. She recommended great vendors and the wedding went so smoothly. If there were any issues the day of I have no idea because she dealt with everyone. She was also very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend hiring her. -

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Shannon and Karissa to plan my wedding reception. Through the entire process, Shannon was always there to answer any questions that came up and also give the best suggestions. I planned this reception while pregnant/during postpartum and there is no way I could have pulled it off without their help! The day of the reception, I didn’t even need to contact them while they were getting everything ready because I knew it was all in the best hands. It was the windiest of days which could have been chaos, but they helped make it a smooth and beautiful celebration with my husband, son, and 300ish guests. I would definitely recommend them for any special day! Thank you guys!

Shannon was a GODSEND in helping my fiancé, my mom, and I plan our wedding! She met us where we were in January and was the magic we needed in aligning all of the many, many moving parts. She even went the extra mile when one of my bridesmaids had an alterations snafu and managed to find the last dress in her size and color in the DFW metroplex! Shannon and her team bring a wealth of knowledge, kindness, and know-how to the table. She ran our rehearsal dinner flawlessly and our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to her hard work and meticulous planning. We love Shannon and would recommend Integrity to anyone who's in the market for a month-of, partial, or full wedding planner. -

I hired Shannon to be my wedding coordinator and it was one of the best decisions I made. Hiring a coordinator was so essential and worth the money. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She took care of every detail. She was very responsive, answered all my questions even before the month that we hired her for, and was extremely organized. I didn’t have to worry about anything the day of - I sat there in my chair getting hair and makeup done, and she took care of everything else. The groomsmen even commented on how organized and helpful she was. Her and her assistant were both super sweet and easy going, very calm and collected, and made the day go perfectly. The few hiccups we had she handled without my even knowing so as to not put extra stress on me. The decorations she set up were gorgeous, and the decorations we needed moved between the ceremony and reception got there perfectly. I would absolutely recommend her! -

Integrity Events and Design - Shannon and AJ - are exactly what anyone would want in a wedding planning service. What we didn't expect is that we would be good friends when all was said and done. We had previously used Shannon for a 50th birthday celebration which went perfect. Since my wife and I work very demanding jobs, the thought of planning of wedding was, well, overwhelming at best. We started the process a year in advance (our choice), and from the beginning we knew we made the right decision. We went with her highest level of service which was the best money we could have spent. From the organization and layout of the planning website, to site visits, zoom calls, in person meetings, vendor suggestions and vetting, to putting up with our “needy” questions at odd times, Shannon and AJ were patient and empathetic yet decisive and on point. Indeed, planning got to a point where Shannon knew exactly what we wanted which made decision making even easier. Their hard work made the normal stress of getting married not nearly as stressful and we feel sincerely blessed we made the decision we did and, as I mentioned earlier, gained great new friends in the process.
