Rachael was awesome to work with for her client’s wedding — super organized, easy to communicate with, and just genuinely kind. She made everything smooth for vendors and the couple, which made our job at Fine Music Entertainment so much easier. Would happily work with her again and recommend her in a heartbeat. -

Rachael was an incredible planner. She consistently went above and beyond with every single aspect of the wedding. We hired her for the entire process of the wedding planning and she did a phenomenal job from start to finish, making sure that we were not overly stressed but also pushing us to make sure that we made the necessary decisions in time (we tended to be procrastinators). She perfectly threaded the needle between making sure all of the major decisions were ours but taking care of small details herself to keep the process rolling smoothly. She showed adaptability and flexibility throughout the whole process which led to significantly lower stress and anxiety on our end. She also had excellent insights into additional details that made our wedding more interesting and fun. For example, she brought up the idea of an audio book so we can have the voices of friends and family on our wedding day remembered forever.
Our wedding went off without a hitch and I know without a doubt that this would not be the case without her. She made all of our desires for the wedding come to fruition regardless of how common or unusual they were. By the end of the process, we became true friends with her and her husband and we look forward to continuing that friendship. Would strongly recommend Rachael. She is truly phenomenal. I can say without reservation that she will do everything in her power to ensure that you have the day of your dreams. -

From the very beginning Rachael was a dream to work with. She spent time getting to know us, learning about the vision of our day and helping support us along the way. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail was beyond helpful. She frequently checked in and helped us navigate the process. Our wedding day ABSOLUTELY PERFECT and we 100% are thankful for Inspired Events. Bonus was Rachael’s baking skills and her strawberry cake as our wedding cake. Rachael with Inspired Event Planning was my lifeline the whole week of my wedding!
Back story: I had a wonderful family friend who did wedding planning as her side hustle and she was going to do it for us. Unfortunately she unexpectedly passed away, and it was absolutely heartbreaking for my husband and I on a personal level. With that said, we knew we couldn’t do this on our own. We had a month and a half until our wedding and had to think quick. I reached out to Rachael with Inspired Event Planning and she was extremely responsive. We set up a call immediately and just talking with her calmed my nerves. I knew she was the one I needed.
From that month and a half before our wedding to even days after our wedding, she has been in constant communication with us. She was there for the rehearsal, offered to set up the rehearsal dinner, and was truly our saving grace on our wedding date. She set up most of everything that we DIY’d and was in constant communication the whole day. Anything that I forgot and was like “oh crap!” she was 5 steps ahead of me. We had 2 *almost* mishaps that Rachael saved. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better. And now we’re Facebook friend! Do yourself the favor and hire her IMMEDIATELY! -

Rachel was exactly what we were looking for in a wedding coordinator.
Excellent time management, organized, and efficient. She handled our day effortlessly and even captured videos/photos throughout the night without me even asking or knowing. It was a nice surprise. If you're looking for a budget friendly coordinator, she is your gal!

We decided to hire Rachel because we needed help getting our decorations set up. We both agreed it was completely worth it. She reached out at key times, helped with so many more random little things throughout our day, and took some beautiful pictures for us! She was very attentive on our wedding day and helped make sure things ran smoothly! Would absolutely hire again and recommend to others! We were looking for a day of coordinator that would help to make our vision come to life. I planned to be my own florist and decorator which meant I needed someone to set everything up for our ceremony and dinner, Rachael was up for the challenge and executed my vision beautifully! She was there when I needed her but moved through the event without drawing attention. She helped to time out our rehearsal and was a POC for our vendors on the day! We are so lucky to have had her be part of our day and when we went to bed that evening we were so thankful that not a single thing went amiss on our day! -
