The ambiance of the inn and the Ladies Parlor made for an intimate and memorable celebration. The food was superb, our server was courteous and attentive and our cake and sweets display was lovely. It was a pleasure working with Abbye who was helpful and accommodating throughout the planning process.

The venue was beautiful and the team at the Inn on Broadway were very professional and helpful. The food was delicious and everyone had a wonderful time!

My husband and I pursued the Inn on Broadway as the location for our wedding because we wanted a classy venue that was unique. We chose the Inn on Broadway because of their dedicated staff and their commitment to being there for us throughout the wedding planning process. We loved the warm feeling at the Inn and the hospitality we received. We loved having everything in one location, the ceremony, the reception, and the ability to walk upstairs to your room. Abbye and her team made our requests a reality and were so on top of everything. I knew I could trust the wedding in their hands. After all of the decisions were made, my husband and I were able to enjoy our day. The food was incredible and I know our guests enjoyed everything so much. The desserts were perfection and presented so sweetly. I wish I could do it all over again and relive those memories. I'm grateful our venue is also an Inn and has the restaurant so we can relive our wedding again on our anniversary. Thank you Abbye, Lynn, and the staff for making our wedding so beautiful.

From excellent service, to delicious food, to great attention to detail, the Inn on Broadway exceeded our expectations at every level! The Inn coordinated with all of our vendors to create a hassle free day for us. Abbye did a great job of helping us plan, organize, and execute on our vision for the day. The staff covered every detail we requested and went out of the way to make sure our guests were taken care of, including special requests. The Inn was flexible in putting together a customized package that accommodated our preferences. We could not be happier with how our wedding day went and that is a credit to all the hard work that Abbye and her team put into our event. he IOB was exactly what we were looking for in a venue- a classic look with everything all in one! We had our ceremony in the ballroom with beautiful curtains to separate the room and it was wonderful to have fantastic food from Tournedos, a beautiful cake from the bakery and the hotel rooms all right there! The day was a dream come true and exceeded our expectations. Abbye was a great wedding coordinator who kept in touch throughout the pandemic during our planning process and helped to make sure everything went smoothly when some of our rooms booked got mixed up. Our wedding was PERFECT! Heartfelt thanks to everyone who made everything happen at the Inn on Broadway- we are so grateful!

We got married at the Inn on Broadway October of 2021 and wouldn't change a thing. We began our planning process in August of 2020, we were undecided on who's hometown we wanted to get married in. Over the course of several weeks we easily saw over 15 venue's between Rochester and Buffalo.

Abbye and her team at the Inn on Broadway were so patient with us as we compared venues and asked numerous questions. We visited the Inn many times before making our decision, the staff their always gave us a warm welcome making us feel at home. We brought our parents along for our final tour and decided to end our evening at Tournedos, the quality of food was amazing and we could see it representing us on our big day. Food was a very important part of our big day, throughout the planning process Abbye worked with culinary team to accommodate our vision and find solutions to our dietary restrictions. Our guests were truly amazed with the quality of food from the hors d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and not to mention our farewell brunch.

As a bride with a hectic schedule Abbye was so accommodating. She always responded quickly and made time to meet with us. She remembered all of the small details we discussed in our meetings and executed them. Her attention to detail was so reassuring, when it came to the day of, we weren't anxious about the setup of ballroom at all. Abbye was certain to ask all of the questions in advance and really took the time to get to know us as a couple and our vision. We were so excited to see the ballroom and the reception, as soon as we walked in it was instant tears of joy. We loved and appreciated every small detail that went into creating our perfect reception.

It's been over 4 month and we are still so grateful for Abbye and the team at the Inn on Broadway for our perfect day.

We held our rehearsal dinner (for 30) followed by a welcome drinks party for all of our guests the evening before our son's wedding. Abbye Schmitz, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful in helping us make decisions and was always responsive to all my questions. The rest of the staff was lovely and efficient. The L-shaped ballroom was perfect for our events. The space was beautiful, and the lantern decor we added made the space and table look elegant and cozy. The food was great -steak lovers were thrilled!--and beautifully presented. Dinner was an excellent value, and there were options for different dinner packages. The displays of spiced nuts and popcorn and cheese platters we added for the drinks portion were beautifully presented. Our event was a great success. Everyone loved this beautiful, restored, historic, venue.

Our daughter was married on June 5th, 2021. The Inn On Broadway helped us create our daughter's dream wedding. Every aspect of our experience was positive. Abbye, the events director, was responsive to every question, organized and on hand to help during our event. The food, venue, (flowers and decor, by Erin McDonald), and service were excellent. We are beyond satisfied.

The Inn on Broadway, especially Abbye and Erin, went above and beyond for our wedding, especially since we customized so much, brought in our own decorations, and were the first couple ever to be married on their front patio! They were so accommodating, flexible in working with us, and made sure our day was perfect. I didn't think I could ever have a wedding at such a beautiful and wonderful venue as the Inn on Broadway, so it was a dream come true. It was so elegant, vintage, classy and magical, just what I was hoping for. Thanks again to everyone at the Inn on Broadway that made our day so amazing! It was absolutely perfect!!!

We had an amazing wedding experience at The Inn on Broadway February 22, 2020. Decorations, tables, ceremony, drinks, appetizers, meal, dancing, music, late night burgers. All fantastic. Brenda, Abbye, and the rest of the folks put on an unbelievable show for my daughter.

Sure, it initially seemed expensive, as all weddings do, but the value was truly great for the event. I wish I could share more pictures of the venue and the decorations and the food. It was perfect for our 75+ people, although they could have easily accommodated many more. The amazing windows and views in winter alone was worth choosing this hidden gem.

You must check this place out for your wedding! Once you walk up from the beautiful downstairs areas at Tornadoes restaurant, and see this ballroom, you will be sold. And once you talk to Brenda, you will be doubly sold. She worked so hard for us, with any available deals she could muster, and then working with our own provided decorations folded in with theirs, they ended up with magical and beautiful tables, the fireplace mantle, and everywhere else. The food was top notch, truly worth the whole evening. Everyone was buzzing about the pastries and deserts. The late evening burgers and fries were delicious and a great welcome surprise. They took care if everything. Congratulations to my daughter Tiffany, but also to Brenda, Abbye, and The Inn on Broadway , or a truly spectacular, unforgettable evening! Thanks Brenda!

Sara and the entire team at the Inn on Broadway were wonderful. Even with our wedding taking place during a snowstorm, staff were attentive, kind and made it a lovely event for our guests. Easy and responsive communication with Sara and her eye for how to make things look beautiful were highlights. Everyone commented on how lovely the space was and the food was a huge hit.

Our wedding was absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere was perfect for Christmas. Everybody raved about the food and I'll be dreaming about the baked mac and cheese for the rest of my life. Sara was a fabulous coordinator and a wonderful person. Many thanks to all the staff, the servers and bartenders were amazing all night. Honeymoon suite was AWESOME. Wish I had that bathtub in the apartment :P

The Inn on Broadway provided for an outstanding wedding experience! The ballroom is breathtakingly beautiful and presents a unique setting. Our guests were very impressed with all the details that the team was able to execute -flawlessly. And the food is absolutely delicious. By far the best of all three venues we have had for our three daughters’ weddings in Rochester-no comparison.

The Inn on Broadway was the most ideal location for my wedding ceremony and reception!! It’s gorgeous and I could immediately see marrying my husband in the ballroom in front of the fireplace. The classy, vintage feel isn’t just an esthetic choice. It’s a beautiful old historical building! It was so nice to have the ceremony and reception all in one place! The suite you get at the inn when booking your wedding is amazing and so convenient! Price is on par, if not less than, with many of the nicest venues in Rochester. There are so many picture opportunities there too! the food is to die for! Everyone raved about it. Lynn did a great job on our dessert table, as well!! But the real gem of this place is Sara the event planner. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and calm. She’s so experienced and went above and beyond for us!! I truly couldn’t have made it through the wedding planning process without her! The staff delivered my dream wedding and did it in the sweetest way. I can’t express my thanks enough!

Hands down, the best venue for a wedding reception or any type of celebration! From the beautiful chandeliers, to the intricate murals on the wall, everything about the ballroom is simply breath taking! The Staff are all accommodating and give the best service making you feel like a king or queen on your special day! Jessica and Alyssa Klein, the wedding coordinators, take care of every detail leaving you to the fun part of planning! Right down to the very moment before the entrance, they were helping to bustle my dress for the entrance! They are simply an amazing team and a huge asset to the Inn on Broadway staff! All Inn on Broadway staff were amazing during our weekend stay, from the front desk clerk to bartenders and kitchen staff! Highly recommend for your wedding reception and/or ceremony site!!

I cannot say enough good about The Inn on Broadway, as well as Alyssa and Jessica. Because of Alyssa and Jessica, we had our dream wedding and the entire night went ridiculously smooth. From the very beginning at our first appointment, Alyssa was organized and knowledgeable. She was ALWAYS accessible and answered every question I had quickly and comprehensively. For each table we had for our wedding, the centerpieces were all different- I can't even describe what a wonderful job Alyssa and Jessica did. Every table was stunning; guests are still commenting to me about them! Alyssa made sure everything was on time and running smoothly and she often checked on us throughout the night to make sure we were ok. The venue itself is absolutely stunning; and at the end of the night, we came back to our room to find leftovers wrapped neatly and waiting for us since she knew we hadn't been able to eat much. I cannot recommend this venue enough; if you are lucky enough to work with Alyssa and Jessica, you will not be disappointed!

We were so incredibly happy with our wedding and stay at Inn on Broadway. The dessert was incredible, and Alyssa and Jessica were so wonderful and incredibly helpful with everything and helped us stay organized throughout the evening. When we told them we wanted end of the night garbage plates, they made it happen and they were delicious! Our event looked timeless and romantic as we had hoped and dreamed it would. Our complimentary room was beautiful. They saved our meals and dessert and brought it up to the fridge in our room! All around 5 star for sure!

We loved the Inn on Broadway! We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with. Alyssa was amazing throughout the whole planning process and was her and her team did an amazing job of running the reception. They were nothing but professional, responsive, and accommodating. We could have not asked for a better venue to hold our reception!

It is truly bittersweet for me to write this review. While it means that I can now reflect on and share what an amazing experience we had with the Inn, it also cues the reality that my time working with Alyssa and Jessica has come to an end.

Let me first note that my family and I cannot say enough good things about this venue. When searching for a location for the reception we had extremely high expectations. My husband and I live in NYC and knew that we wanted something fabulous and of Manhattan standards for our wedding in Rochester. The Inn is just that. It exudes a vintage, classical, romantic feel, and provides an intimate and warm setting for what will be the most special day of your lives. There is absolutely nothing like it in the area. Friends and family raved about the unique and adorably decorated hotel rooms and thanked us for the convenience that having a reception in the same venue provided. We loved the historic feel but appreciated that everything was in tiptop shape for us and our guests.

Now let me get to what really drove me to write this review. Alyssa and Jessica are absolute angels and beyond wonderful to work with. I just checked and we have exchanged over 115 emails since I first inquired about availability. These ladies are beyond responsive and accommodating. No question was too silly and no request too outrageous. Being an out-of-town bride I was worried that coordinating with my contacts at the venue would be difficult but instead, communicating with A&J was usually the highlight and easiest part of my day. These women are professional, experienced and ensured that every wish of mine was not only granted but executed flawlessly. I couldn't have asked for a better duo to work with - I will forever appreciate the time, dedication and love they put into making my dream wedding come true.
