They make enchanting weddings happen
My husband has stage 4 pancreatic cancer. My daughter just got engaged and needed to have her wedding quickly. She wanted her dad to walk her down the aisle and father daughter dance. My wedding planner worked with the Langham hotel and created the most beautiful wedding for my daughter in 30 days. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Every detail they were on top of. It was a lot of work to create a major wedding event in 30 days. They were one of the reasons that it was perfect. I thank them so much. -

My husband and I married in October 2023 and we used Ink & Rose Events. Cindy and her team kept the event running smoothly and we actually barely noticed they were even there. We really appreciated their professionalism. Cindy helped me personally with little things you wouldn't even think of on the day of the wedding. She even held my heavy bouquet to give my arm a break during photos! Thank you again for all of your hard work and dedication. -

Thank you Marina and Lily at Ink & Rose Events! We hired Ink & Rose as our day of coordinators for our wedding at the Maxwell House. We originally thought this service wouldn't be needed for our intimate-ish wedding but we are SO glad we did! This took so much pressure off of us and helped us to be more in the moment on our day. Marina and Lily were our day of coordinators and they went above and beyond- they were the reason everything went so smoothly. Marina reached out a few months before and helped us with our timeline, vendors, and small details that I didn't even think about which was so helpful. They left no detail overlooked. They were absolutely amazing and made our day extra special. If I could do it all over again I would have hired them for full on planning! Thank you so much! -

Working with Cindy & her amazing team at Ink & Roses was like working with dear friends. They made the wedding planninng process joyful and fun. I work full time and I’m extremely detailed Virgo. Cindy made sure No detail was left undone. In fact, the end result far surpassed my wedding dreams. It was just perfect. Two weeks later I am still getting compliments on the planning, decor, vendors and venue. Cindy helped navigate me through each decision, allocate monies in my best interest and streamline the whole day. She even attended my dress fiiting in New York, which was such a special treat. I would highly recommend her outstanding services. -

We could not have planned our wedding without the amazing help of Cindy, Marina and the team. We planned our wedding from the other side of the US, and through her clear communication and regular check-ins, we knew we were in great hands from the very beginning. Ink and Rose clearly has a lot of experience with planning weddings, from asking us questions we had never even considered, listening to all of our individual concerns, and reliably taking care of any sudden problems. If it were possible, I'd even think they made the rain stop for our wedding day. We could not be happier with Ink and Rose as our wedding coordinators, and they are worth every penny of their already reasonable cost. -

HIRE HIRE HIRE from the start!
Cindy was AHHHHHMAZING! I told my wife when we planned our wedding I wanted to have zero regrets. But there was one big one and that was being "cheap", not understanding the value of a wedding planner or coordinator for the ENTIRE event. My focus was and so I thought it should be only the day of and making sure my wife was attended to and everything was perfect the day of. Honestly you can not put a cost on having someone so experienced as Cindy and her team to help and guide you through the entire process. If I could turn back time would have hired Ink & Rose from the beginning. She will save you money with her knowledge, tips and tricks that will in turn pay for her services and then some. Not to mention saving you all the headaches of trying to set up vendors your self and get everyone in line.
Cindy was so unbelievably easy to work with, get a hold of and completely understood our needs. My wife is the type that can't explain her self but wants everything a particular way and I am super detailed that I have to do it my self. Simply said we are two control nuts that Cindy saw our vision and executed our day to the tee and dotted the I's.
Cindy's attention to detail, overall experience, partnership with other vendors and most importantly Cindy as a person is a great and kind individual that shows and is felt when working with her. Thank you for our wonderful day that we will never forget! -

I'll be honest, me and my wife thought we could do a lot of the planning ourselves, but we knew we needed a coordinator to help with the day-of work. Little did we know how vastly unprepared we were for it. That's where Cindy stepped in and, without her, we're not even sure if our wedding would've happened at all. We encountered so many obstacles we weren't prepared for and Cindy and her team saved our hides in ways we'll be forever indebted to her for. Her experience, organizational prowess, and calm, yet stern, and positive demeanor is exactly what we needed to guide us in having the best wedding day possible. When our wedding day had to unexpectedly shift, it rocked us to our core, and she was there to hold us together to give us the motivation and boost we needed to keep going. Cindy was an invaluable person to have our back, from offering helpful suggestions for set up at our venue to presenting new ideas that we never thought of to help save our original dates engraved on our rings to stay true. On the day of, everything ran like clockwork. Even our DJ told us how shocked he was with how well everything was ran, and you know that he's seen plenty of wedding stories. This is all before I even tell you that a portion of her fees go towards donating to a local pet shelter in your name. Cindy rocks and was hands down a major key player who was excellent through and through. -

Cindy was amazing to work with, and I truly feel like we could not have had our wedding without her! We really felt like we were in over our heads, and Cindy guided us through it all, from excellent vendor recommendations to last minute touches (literally the day of the wedding) that we had forgotten. If I could back in time and do it all over again, I would hire Cindy for the full coverage package, as opposed to the middle package that we used. Absolutely recommend Ink and Roses for your wedding coordinator! -

Cindy is a dream to work with, and she helped us plan the most incredible wedding. From the first moment we met, I knew she got exactly what we wanted for our wedding at Villa Del Sol D'Oro, and she had my vision. She was with us throughout our planning process, and we loved getting to work with her and her team.
She is a fantastic planner/coordinator who will ensure you feel like your wedding is the most important thing in the world; she also has impeccable taste and will pay attention to every detail. I consider myself relatively picky and knew exactly what I wanted our wedding to look like. I was very nervous about handing over the reins for all of the ceremony and reception details, but it was clear that Cindy got our vision and brought her design talents to make it even better. I still remember walking into our reception space and being shocked that she took exactly what had been in our heads and created it live and in person. In addition to the beautiful setup, she ensured every moment of our big day went off without a hitch (at one point, even DoorDashing us White Claws).
If you want your big day (or weekend) to be beautiful and you want to feel like every detail is taken care of, Cindy is your gal. We adore her, and I cannot recommend her enough! -

Cindy, Karla, and the entire team at Ink & Rose Events are an absolute joy to work with! Throughout the entire process, from the beginning of planning up through our special day, they were incredibly organized and detailed, taking so much stress off our shoulders. They're well connected to other wedding vendors in the LA area and assembled an all star team of florists, rental companies, cake bakers, and photo booth vendors to bring our wedding to life. Cindy and team are also sensitive to difficult family dynamics, as well as the needs of LGBTQ+ couples like my partner and I.
We really couldn't have asked for a more professional, compassionate, and kind wedding planning team. Ink & Rose is the best! -

We hired Cindy eight months]before our wedding — we wanted someone who could help us stay on target in the weeks leading up to the special day, but also someone to be there “on the day” to make our lives easier and take the stress off our shoulders. And we got exactly what we wanted and MORE from her and her team of professionals! Cindy’s planning system involved monthly phone call check-ins where she would get to learn about us, our wedding, and what our vision was. She brought a wealth of experience, knowledge, and respectfulness to these conversations and always had helpful tips and suggestions for things we should be considering and working on to get ready for the big day. The month of the wedding, she became fully involved in the prep phase. She came to our venue for our tasting and fostered a good relationship with the location rep. And afterwards, she reached out to all of our outside venues and helped coordinate them. Cindy’s big focus is on creating a perfect timeline and schedule in advance so that the day goes off without a hitch. She is very detail oriented in the best way, and takes many variables into consideration that will make your eventual wedding day run so smoothly — you’ll be very glad you have her there. At the wedding, Cindy presented herself as a delightful and courteous professional who kept us on schedule and always made sure that we were having the time of our lives, while her and her team facilitated all the behind-the-scenes magic.

Cindy is amazing!!! Wouldnt change a thing!
Working with Cindy was an amazing experience! We had no clue where to start once we started planning and she was our guide through everything!
Cindy was great through planning and the day of the wedding! We had a last minute wardrobe malfunction with the cape/veil and she was able to fix it within minutes!
Every second (even the stressful ones) spent with her was great and fun! She will always be a part of our special day!! -

Ultimate Wedding Experience
Cindy was hired just 6 weeks before my daughter’s wedding, when we realized our existing coordinator was not working out. She is thorough and supportive from start to finish, and immediately relieved the stress that had been building up before the big day. She has an abundance of vendor connections, and she and her team allowed us to enjoy the greatest day of my daughter’s life, with no worries about set up, decor, photography scheduling, or even packing up at the end of the day - they handled it all. No task is too small or too big - and there is nothing else to say except that this was the best decision we made for the wedding. -

Cindy was my day-of wedding coordinator for our wedding on 5/16/2021. Throughout the process planning the wedding, it was so nice to have her on my side as I navigated the process of putting on a pandemic wedding where the rules were ever-shifting! Professional, Experienced & the Best!
We spoke to at least 10 wedding coordinators and Ink & Rose Events was by far the best company. Prices were reasonable/fair and truth be told, I would gladly have paid more for such an amazing service and perfectly executed event. The staff was so helpful and on top of everything. It felt as if they were family wanting the best for us instead of a business transaction. Cindy spent so much time with us and guided us along the entire way even through multiple date and venue changes. She is so experienced and helped so much with venders. She knew all of the great questions to ask! At the end, probably saved us a fortune, especially during the pandemic. We plan on using her company's services for all future events and have already recommended Ink & Rose Events to multiple friends. -

I highly recommend Cindy as your wedding planner. She was so wonderful to work with. Very understanding and most of all very patient and efficient. Planning a wedding is very hard to do, without Cindy i don't think my wedding would have been soo beautiful. She definitely went above & beyond for me! Cindy's got this!
Hiring Cindy was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
Honestly, I didn't actually want to hire any coordinator at all. I was so worried about giving up control. What if they didn't understand the unique touches that we really wanted? What if they just added to the stressfulness of the day?
Fortunately, I didn't need to worry about any of that. Cindy was everything we were looking for. She's insanely organized. She's so easy to work with, both before and during the big day. She's very warm and very welcoming. Cindy helped me put together exactly the kind of wedding I wanted.
And day of, she was wonderful! My husband and I had nothing to worry about. We were so well taken care of. Cindy really let us sit back and enjoy the moment. She was exactly what we needed to have as great a time as we had.
And it wasn't just us. Our guests loved her. Everybody who talked to Cindy said they really liked her. They said she was really on top of it. Anyone who needed anything had it taken care of very quickly.
Everybody said really positive things about the flow of the wedding. Several of our guests specifically told us it was the smoothest, best-paced wedding they’d ever been to (and no, they weren't just being nice).
I thought I could do it all on my own… but I was terribly wrong. I think I would have been WAY more stressed out. I think half of the things we wanted to get done would not have gotten done. We would have had no decorations, no flowers, no DJ. We would have struggled wrangling people for photos, keeping things on track, etc.
Cindy added value everywhere. She really took the stress out of making this wedding happen. She handled all the million little details that would have eaten up all my time.
The best part of working with her was being able to say: “Cindy’s got this.”
It was seriously so nice having a super reliable person who cared about the event as much as I did. Her heart and soul was also in this.
If you’re thinking about hiring Cindy, or if you're not sure if you even want to hire a planner/coordinator, PLEASE do yourself a favor and hire Cindy.
Seriously, if you're lucky enough to have found Cindy and be reading this, reach out to Cindy right now. She'll take care of you. You won’t regret it.

Cindy made us feel like our wedding was as important to her as it was to us.
She met with us on multiple occasions to create and discuss the timeline. She went shopping with us for wedding items. She let us borrow decorations that fit our theme. She made amazing recommendations. She was extremely competent and professional, while being warm and kind.
We really appreciated how she was crystal clear in communication, highly responsive, and available.
She handled the coordination of all our venders and the venue, and we felt very safe that she was quarterbacking everything while we got to enjoy our own wedding. She understood every detail of our special day, and was able to roll with a few unexpected punches. Day of, she brought two assistants to help decorate, clean up (and herd the group of friends and family that elected to help).
Our wedding went off without a hitch! We couldn’t recommend Cindy more highly. -

Cindy was absolutely perfect! She was recommended by a makeup artist who is well known in the industry and I am so grateful we connected! It was a roller coaster due to venue and vendor issues but she balanced everything so well and professionally. I was in WAY over my head and that's when amazing Cindy at Ink and Rose Events stepped in. Not only did she help us to find all of our vendors with only a 6 week lead time!! (a GORGEOUS wedding dress from www.saintclarkebridalsuite.com; beautiful bouquet from www.belleterrefloral.com; a beautiful cake from www.RayCakes.com), she went above and beyond what we had expected and ran to the flower mart the morning of the wedding all of the way up in LA, drove down to San Clemente from Pasadena twice, dealt with all of my questions (and questions, and questions!! LOL). She was just so so helpful the entire time before the wedding and the day and night of. There are not words to thank you Cindy at Ink and Rose Events!! We hired Cindy for our Kansas wedding while we were living in Tennessee, she planned our whole wedding via distance, hired my vendors, sent me photos, organized deliveries, and planned our day perfectly down to the second. Cindy is a real go-getter, if ever I was unsure of something or needed help making decisions she was just a text or a call away. She was in constant communication with our vendors so I didn't have the extra stress. We had horrible weather on our wedding day and she made due, keeping the wedding party in order and the guests in the loop. We could not have done it without her and soooo glad we chose Cindy. Ink and Rose Events really took our vision and brought it to life on the most wonderful day ever!
