    Absolutely the BEST!

    Autumn is absolutely wonderful to work with! She communicates well leading up to the event, does amazing work, and has a quick turnaround time. My sister hired her for her 2017 wedding and, after raving about her to no end, my fiancé got in touch with her to secretly photograph his proposal. I had absolutely no idea and was in love with the images she was able to capture. I would recommend her a thousand times over for her professionalism, easy going demeanor, and quality of work!

    Simply the best

    Autumn was simply the best. She gave excellent direction and made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera. I was BLOWN AWAY by the pictures. She captured every detail of the most wonderful day of our lives perfectly. I can't recommend her enough.

    Professional and Quick

    Autumn was so professional and she valued our time. She made everything go so smoothly and was very quick. Not to mention her eye for taking photos. Autumn and her assistant Star really captured my special day with the photos. They were the best vendor that I worked with for my wedding. I would highly recommend and I plan to contact her again in the future for other photograph needs.

    Amazing photos and wonderful photographer!

    Autumn was awesome on the day of my wedding. We discussed the important shots before hand and when it was time to get down to business she was organized and handled all of my guests wonderfully! I had tons of great pictures to choose from when she posted my gallery. I had an amazing experience with Autumn and would definitely recommend her for your wedding or any of your other professional photographer needs!

    Autumn was truly amazing and sweet. She worked with us to make sure we got the engagement photos that fit us as a couple (we're gym rats, so we had our engagement photos done in a gym). Autumn was considerate enough to listen to my mother's concerns and made sure the mother of the bride was happy as well. The wedding pictures are absolutely stunning (and my mom was thrilled with them too). I can't say enough kind things about Autumn and her work.

    I could not have asked for a better photographer for my wedding day! Autumn was fantastic from meeting with me before the wedding to working around the unexpected rain during our outdoor ceremony. She was so much more than a photographer and helped by coordinating with our DJ and helping to get everyone where they needed to go. She was also very communicative before the wedding, during and after while waiting on our pictures with letting us know updates. Would definitely recommend Images by Autumn for any event!

    Autumn took my engagement and wedding photographs. All of our photos were perfect. She was amazing at finding the best places/ positions for us in order to make our pictures the best. She made sure that we were getting as many pictures as we could in the amount of time we had at our venue. I really loved the fact that she took time to make sure she got any specific photos we liked from Pinterest. I would highly recommend her for your photographer!

    I was very pleased with my experience with the services I received from Images by Autumn. Autumn was great to work with and she really made me feel like she truly cared about my wedding. I not only received great pictures but I met a great person and friend!

    Autumn was a great photographer for our wedding and out engagement pictures. She made you feel comfortable around her and trying new poses when taking pictures. She has an amazing talent and I am so glad that she was able to share that with my husband and I. Thanks so much girl!! :)

    There is nothing bad to say about Autumn! She did everything she said she would do and more!! I absolutely love all of my wedding pictures and she had them to me so fast. I can't wait for her to photograph more of my life events!!

    Wedding planning can be a stressful process at times. I emailed several photographers, but Autumn was the first one to respond that same day. From the start, Autumn went above and beyond. She was always willing to be flexible, work with us, work with our budget, and was genuinely excited to photograph our wedding. She is extremely professional, knowledgable, down to earth, and easy to work with. What sold my husband and I were not only all these great qualities, but her BEAUTIFUL photographs. She has an eye to capture all the special moments in a wonderful way. We had numerous compliments on our engagement, bridal, and wedding pictures. When it came time to pick photographs, I'd often not be able to decide because there were too many great pictures. All this to say, if you consider Autumn as your photographer you will not be disappointed. With Autumn, photography will be one aspect of your wedding that you'll feel confident about and not stress at all.

    Amazing photographer

    Autumn shot our engagement photos outside in 30 degree weather with no issues and they turned out wonderfully! For our wedding she drove 3 hours to our wedding location at a historic movie theater. Autumn was flexible and worked with us when we decided due to the weather to move our wedding group photos inside instead of outside by the water. She is the sweetest person and was willing to help out anywhere to make the wedding go smoothly. We love our photos and our experience was phenominal! A few years ago she shot my sister’s wedding and the pictures were amazing. It unexpectedly started raining right before the wedding and at the last minute the ceremony had to be set up under a tent. Autumn was out there helping everyone get things set up. She is a wonderful person and an outstanding photographer. You won’t be disappointed!

    Autumn did our engagement pictures, my bridal portrait, and photographed our wedding day. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy, and even replaced my bridal portrait. She is very personable. Her products are very high quality and if I had to do it over I would choose Autumn again!

    Autumn gives the whole experience the personal touch you only see in a small mom and pop shop. She worked out a very fair price for my event, coming in under what others around town were asking. The quality of the photos is exceptional and the detail outstanding. We had a small issue surrounding the bridal portrait session which cost us extra, that accounts for the 4.5 on professionalism. She apologized and gifted me a special photo for my mom to compensate me for the inconvenience. I recommend any one in the triangle or surrounding area check her out, don't be fooled by the triad address. She traveled for our event and was on time and stayed till close to end of reception taking photos of my crazy cousins on the dance floor. Above and beyond the call of duty!!!

    The quality of the pictures are great but the content is lacking. I am the mother of the bride and Autumn took a picture of me lacing up my daughter's dress and one putting on her veil. That is the only 2 pictures taken of me and my daughter! Further there were no pictures of me, my husband and my daughter alone. At the reception the photos where of people dancing but no crowd shots so there are no pictures of the majority of our guest. I called Autumn to advise my disappointment and asked her to please check to see if perhaps there were photos not in the collection that she may have missed. Autumn's response to no pictures of me and my daughter were "where you there when we were taking photos?" And that the bride had not given her a list. There are standards photos that every photographer takes and the bride and her mother is one of the standard shots. I am now paying for hair, make up and a new photographer to take pictures that should have been taken that day of my daughter and myself. I am so very upset that I have to try and recreate a once in a lifetime event. Autumn was to call me back after our conversation it has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for her call.

    I have never been so disappointed! First, she showed up to a chapel wedding in flip flops which was tacky and unprofessional. We also had an agreement that there were supposed to be 2 photographers, but she showed up solo. She took over half of our pre-wedding time taking pictures of the groom's side of the family. There were at least eight pictures of the groomsmen with one of the groomsmen's girlfriend! (Meanwhile, I have no pictures with the groomsmen). No where on the list that I spent hours making did I say that I wanted any shots of the groomsmen holding up this girl I barely knew. I was horrified and angry when I saw the pictures. When she finally got to my side of the family, we hardly had time to take any pictures. After the wedding was over, she threw the list that I typed for her down on a pew and wanted me (the BRIDE) to call out the pictures I wanted. There were only 2 pictures with the groom's grandparents and no pictures with both families because I couldn't remember everything from the list.

    At the reception, there were no pictures of my (the bride's) family. We had a gorgeous venue, but only two pictures were taken of the decorations. She ate steak while the guests talked and danced.

    Finally, two years after my wedding, I received the wedding album. I emailed her many times asking her about it until I finally had to contact her more directly. She claimed that she never received any of the emails. The wedding album was thrown together. Pictures with many people in them are tiny, and pictures of one-three people take up 1/4 of the page or more. The cover is dark blue, but it was supposed to be a pale yellow. I specifically said in writing that the pictures were not supposed to touch, but she didn't make that change. All the pictures in the church are dark because her lighting was not properly adjusted. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. I wish I could go back in time and pick someone else, anyone else. Just don't do it!
