Michele is an amazing wedding planner. My wedding planning process took over a year and Michele made the whole thing very easy. At every step of the way, she held my had and walked me through everything I needed to do, and her vendor suggestions were on par with what I was looking for.
The day of the wedding went as smoothly as the planning process. Michele had everything under control. If there was an issue, I didn't hear about it (as the bride, that's a good thing) and I felt relaxed the whole day.

Michele is truly the best wedding planner we could have asked for. She was so organized and kept the pacing of planning at a very manageable level, knowing which vendors to prioritize at what time. She helped set up multiple vendor "interviews" for us because we wanted the chance to get multiple quotes for things like our caterer and DJ, and she joined all of those calls with us helping to bring up topics we might have forgotten to ask about. However, if that's not something you want to take the time to do, she makes some incredible recommendations and has so many relationships, so she can save you this step and advise on her best choice for you.
On the wedding day itself Michele was amazing. She ensured our venue was set up perfectly, and made the vision come to life. During the wedding she was always "on" making sure that every aspect went to plan smoothly. Her energy is so calming and she never seemed stressed out, and even saved the day when my dress was giving my girls trouble bustling correctly.
Michele is such a joy to work with, an absolute 10/10 and I would recommend her to anyone. She's amazing! -

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Michele as our wedding planner for our September 2024 wedding at the Highgrove Estate. I was a bride that didn't have an exact vision for my wedding, and felt very overwhelmed by wedding planning. Michele was so amazing in finding vendors for us within our price range, keeping us on time to find the vendors we wanted, reminding us of upcoming deadlines, and setting up meetings and consultations for us. As someone with a very high stress job, having her during this time was such a lifesaver and she helped make our wedding everything we wanted! On the day of the wedding she organized and coordinated everything for us. I was not stressed about the timeline or the flow of the day at all due to my trust in Michele's expertise, organization and experience. I could not recommend her more highly!
She was extremely professional, organized, easy to reach, and we didn't have to lift a finger on our wedding day. She took care of everything! -

My Type A girlies, thinking they can do it all, this review is for you!
When it comes to planning, I'm very type A. So when it came to my wedding, my organization meter was through the roof. Let me set the scene, we wanted to do a two year engagement to save and plan in advance; to minimize rushing and last-minute stress. I thought I could do it all, but it became very difficult to balance my wedding , my life and work to do lists in my mind.
The first thing I loved about working with Michele was how she offered various options of how involved you want her to be! THIS WAS MUSIC TO MY OCD EARS!
I was able to show up to our meetings with my quirky/unique ideas and PowerPoints, and know that I could trust Michele to put everything into action.
Michele also has a wide range of vendor contacts. We were not only able to find vendors that meet our budget, but had meetings set up by Michele to ensure they were a good fit for us. Once they were selected, she stayed in close contact with them, dealing with emails and seeting up check-in meetings.
Both of these things gave me peace of mind throughout the day to focus on everything else.
Now let's talk "day of"...I warned Michele at the very start that I can't help myself when it comes to making sure everyone is taken care of. I asked her for during the wedding, all I wanted was to care about being in the moment and not being a host.
Let me tell you, she balanced this overly involved bride like a pro. While everyone was getting ready, and I was waiting my turn, I was able to be involved with some of the items and tasks that meant a lot to me. I know the bride doing work on the wedding day is highly frowned upon, but it brought me so much happiness and a sense of calm. For that, I'm extremely grateful for Michele allowing me to be a contributing factor.
Once it was game time, I didn't lift a finger. Everything went so smoothly, and I got to enjoy my wedding day without being a host!
Thank you, Michele, for organizing my dream wedding! I'm so thankful.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Michele as our wedding coordinator, and I can't recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, Michele was an absolute lifesaver and made our wedding day truly unforgettable. From our first meeting over a year before our wedding day, Michele was very organized and attentive. She took the time to understand our vision and desires, and it was clear that she truly cared for even the smallest details about our day. Michele was incredibly receptive the month leading up to the wedding, taking over communication with our vendors, creating a timeline, and ironing out all the details. She was quick to respond to emails and texts, answering any questions or concerns that I had. On the wedding day itself, Michele made sure everything went perfectly! Her attention to detail was impeccable, and she ensured everything ran according to the schedule. Many of my family and friends commented leading up to the wedding how relaxed and stress-free I seemed about wedding planning, but it was truly Michele that made this possible! She allowed my husband and I the ability to be present and enjoy the day, which we are forever grateful for! -

Michele was an outstanding wedding coordinator, and we couldn't be happier with her. Her services were for the day of the event only, but from the moment we started working with her, she already provided invaluable ideas for the vision of our wedding and a cohesive flow.
You think as a bride you have planned for everything ahead of time, but trust me you have not. What truly set Michele apart was her ability to handle any last minute issues that arose with grace and expertise. Drawing on her experience, she suggested solutions to several kinks that came up, keeping everything on schedule and running smoothly.
If you stop for a moment to actually look at what is happening behind the scenes of your wedding, you will see what an undertaking is needed to bring together all the components within the duration of several hours. This is where Michele exceled. She stayed calm but assertive with everyone involved, maintaining a positive atmosphere while ensuring all vendors were on track, and all aspects of the wedding were executed seamlessly. Her organization and communication skills were top-notch, which made the entire process stress-free for us.
Thanks to Michele, our wedding day was nothing short of magical. Her dedication, professionalism, and warm personality made the entire experience enjoyable. Michele was instrumental in making our wedding go smoothly, and we can't thank her enough for her incredible work. She delivered beyond our expectations. -

Michele is extremely professional, knowledgeable and organized. She is personable and easy to talk to. I could text or call her at anytime and she would answer. She went to my vendor meetings with me, gave me ideas on good companies and people to work with, and reached out to them for me. She was honest about pricing expectations, helped me keep in my budget, and gave outstanding advice for someone like me who knew nothing about the attention to detail needed for a wedding!! Michele is a rockstar of a wedding planner. We met Michele at a bridal expo back in 2019 when we originally had our wedding planned for 2020. Up until COVID happened, she had already done a huge amount of work in helping us look for venues and vendors. We had everything picked out and then BOOM, everything shut down. During these unprecedented times, Michele went above and beyond in helping us navigate and plan what we should do. She met with us multiple times, we re-evaluated the risks and rescheduled the wedding TWICE. We also had a few changes in vendors by the time 2022 rolled around and she was instrumental in helping us find new vendors under a time crunch. Most importantly, Michele was the voice of reason and wisdom when I was panicking about all the changes. She gave her opinions when we asked for them and respected the decisions we made. When the big day finally came, Michele worked her magic and made sure that everything went smoothly and that we were as stress free as could be! If you are looking for an amazing, friendly, organized, responsible planner...Michele is your person!! Highly highly recommend :)

Michele is fantastic! My husband and I hired Michele about 18 months out from our wedding to be our “month out” coordinator. I told Michele at the time that I wanted her to take over planning a couple of months before the wedding because I would be studying for my residency board exam prior to the wedding. We made plans to meet up and have her take over closer to the date. From the get go, Michele was on board to support me fully during the exam studying and not contact me unless necessary. The three of us met up for a meeting prior to starting my study block and then for 6 weeks while I was studying, she and my husband handled everything. Michele is experienced and initiated all contact with vendors and knew exactly what to-do items needed to be completed and when. She was happy to handle things and visit the venue prior to the big day!
In regards to the actual day, Michele was very detail oriented while still being able to see the big picture which allowed the event to run smoothly. Michele kept us on our timeline while still being flexible and allowing us to linger when necessary, that meant we could actually enjoy the reception portion. Michele would frequently check in on me and my husband to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She was skilled at delegating tasks to others but also willing to get her hands dirty to make things work (moving tables herself, carrying chairs and setting up) even if physical manual labor was required to get the job done! The entire time she maintained a great attitude and was also funny so it made the weekend even more enjoyable. Our venue (The Pavilion at Nicks Road) was extremely challenging and difficult to work with - she still handled so much that I think only the rest of my family knows about so that my husband and I could enjoy the day. Multiple people came up to me during my wedding weekend to say I was the most calm looking bride they have ever seen - I am sure that can be attributed to the fact that Michele was in charge and when people would ask me something I would just point them towards Michele. You should absolutely hire Michele for your wedding. We had so much fun and our weekend was perfect. My only regret is not considering full wedding planning services with Michele - I am sure she would do an amazing job in that scenario too.

Hiring Michele to help with wedding planning was hands down the BEST decision we made regarding our wedding. We had a two year engagement and hired Michele about a year in when we were still thinking "oh it's so far away!" But the date snuck up on us little by little and without Michele we would have been OVERWHELMED with all the things we had to get done! Michele not only helped us find other vendors she personally knew, loved, and recommended (all of whom were AMAZING!) but also kept us on track with everything on our timeline - sending out save the dates, getting the bridal party together, deciding on linens and renting glasses, picking our perfect menu, and on and on- every step of the way she was willing to send an email, hop on a phone call, go see the decor, and so much more. Even things I had totally forgotten were part of the planning process, she had taken care of without a problem! She was instrumental in making sure everything got done on time both before the wedding and the day of! Since she had worked at our venue before and knew all our vendors, she had everything running super smoothly without a hitch. We are so thankful to have had someone so knowledgeable about every little detail that we could turn to anytime we had a question or concern. We were honestly blown away by how much she did for us and how bubbly, kind, upbeat, excited, and pragmatic she was throughout it all. I cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Michele is the best!
Originally, as we began planning for our wedding, we were not sure if we wanted to spend the money on a planner. It was one of the best decisions we made around the big day (except for choosing each other)! Michele was great to work with and helped us tremendously to stay on schedule with all of the details surrounding the wedding. We were able to relax in the days leading up to wedding (as much as anyone can) because of her guidance and the confidence we had in her. She was always available whenever we needed some help and really did everything she could to let us enjoy our wedding weekend.
Our wedding was right before everything shut down with the wedding and we could not have had as special of a day without her guidance. Michele's communication with all of the vendors as we were making last-minute adjustments because of COVID really made the difference for us to enjoy the weekend and have as safe of an event as possible. -

If I could give Michele a million stars, I would! Michele was an honest to goodness life saver in every form! From our first conversation on, I knew I had made the right decision to work with her. She is knowledgeable, personable, professional, everything you need when looking for someone that you want to work closely with to plan an event that is so important to you.
Michele and I quickly figured out that planning a wedding during this crazy time (covid-19) was challenging. Without Michele, the wedding wouldn't have turned out the way it did. We went from originally having a wedding in North Carolina with most guests traveling to us to replanning the wedding in New Jersey about two weeks before the wedding date. Michele not only continued to help with the planning from afar, but made the last minute trip to New Jersey to make sure the wedding went off without a hitch. She did an AMAZING job! So many people came up to me to compliment how awesome Michele was and how she did a fabulous job coordinating everything.
I could not be more grateful that I had Michele to help me from the start! I will recommend her over and over again. -

The best decision we made during our entire wedding planning experience, was hiring Michelle!
When we started planning our wedding we were so overwhelmed when it came to all of the small details that needed to be figured out. When we met Michelle and hired her as our day-of-coordinator a HUGE weight was lifted off of our shoulders. Not only did she make the day of our wedding go seamlessly, but she also made sure that we had nothing to worry about the month leading up to our big day. Even though our wedding was right during the holiday season, Michelle was always super responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. There are not enough words to describe how amazing Michele is!!!
As a photographer, my husband and I were so lucky to have Michele as a planner at many weddings we have done together. Our brides only have great things to say about Michele as well. On the month of the weddings, we sit together with the couple to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, run rehearsal, and of course bring it all together the day of the event. We can't be happier with the job she does creating timelines where the couples and the vendors feel comfortable about, and seeing how she turns everybody's vision into a reality to make the rehearsal, ceremony and reception pure perfection! Michele is always super nice and friendly and easy to work with. She has a smile on her face 100% of the time. She is very organized and listens to what the couples want, and really makes sure that the wedding day is beautiful and perfect! When we have Michele as a wedding planner of the weddings we photograph, we are never worried about a single thing the whole day & night. I highly recommend her!
