  We got to turn our brains off on wedding day and let Michele take care of everything!

  Michele was an incredible help while we planned our wedding. Very knowledgable about the industry and had plenty of recommendations / answers to any questions we had. On the day, we didn't have to worry about a thing! Michele was able to keep up with changes and avoid disasters. We highly recommend her!

  Michele was incredible to work with. She is kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. We used her full service planning and Michele made the planning process as easy and fun as possible. We especially appreciated her guidance as we compared quotes and booked other vendors. Every time we had a question about something she was a step ahead of us and she had so many great ideas for how to make our wedding just right for us. I would absolutely recommend Michele to others looking for a wedding planner!

  Michele was so professional and such a joy to work with. Not being from NC, she made this so easy to plan a wedding with not knowing any vendors. We loved working with Michele and she made this the best day of our lives!!

  Organized Day-of-Coordinator!

  Michele did an amazing job as our day-of-coordinator! She was on top of communication and answered every email I had with all of my questions during the planning process as well as coordinated all the last minute details with each vendor leading up to the wedding. Michele was there for us throughout the entire day of our wedding making sure we were good and everything was happening when it needed to. It was a pleasure working with her!

  Michele was an amazing day-of coordinator for our September wedding at the Stockroom at 230 in Raleigh! She was very responsive and on top of every detail in the weeks leading up the wedding, so we felt very comfortable working with her from the start. We didn’t have any worries on the day of the wedding and we were assured that all was taken care of because of her help with organization and preparation for the day. She did an excellent job connecting all of the vendors ahead of time so that all went smoothly on the day of the wedding and all we had to do was enjoy the day. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator :)

  Michele was our day-of coordinator and did an amazing job. Our caterer was med deli, which caught on fire the day of our wedding. Michele managed to find another restaurant to fulfill our original menu last minute and dinner was only a little late. She also didn't tell us (the bride and groom) until she had already sorted everything out, which we both appreciated. We knew that Michele was on top of everything, which allowed us to relax and enjoy the day. We'd give her 10 stars if we could, thank you Michele!!

  Michele was a wonderful day-of coordinator for our wedding! It rained the day of and she had to change a lot of our plans last minute, but remained calm and professional throughout it all. She has a warm personality that makes working with her easy and definitely helped make our day perfect! Having her there ensured that we could relax and truly enjoy our big day!

She was so helpful in the months leading up to our wedding and answered a million questions, and thought through every detail with us! The day of went super smoothly and we were so happy with how everything turned out. We were able to truly relax and enjoy our day to the fullest with Michele running the show :)

  Michele was just the person we needed as our day-of coordinator! Her energy was so positive and encouraging, while also calming and centering on the day of. In the time leading up to the wedding, Michele jumped right in and helped us navigate our decision-making (including last-minute changes). She offered suggestions when needed, and communicated so helpfully with our vendors. Several vendors commented that Michele is their favorite coordinator to work with, and I can see why! :) I was able to just jump in and enjoy the wedding day, beaming the whole time, knowing that things were taken care of!!! :)

  Mother of the Bride

  As Mother of the Bride, I highly recommend Michele. She was friendly, low-key and efficient. She was flexible about our choices even when they were 'unique'. I think she worked very well with all of our vendors as well and recommended a couple that were absolutely great.

  As Mother of the Bride, I highly recommend Michele. She was friendly, low-key and efficient. She was flexible about our choices even when they were 'unique'. I think she worked very well with all of our vendors as well and recommended a couple that were absolutely great.

  Michele was the perfect coordinator. We hired her to take over the month of our wedding and from our first meeting we knew we were in good hands. Michele is the perfect mix of high-energy and calming presence. She handled every issue on the day of to the point that we didn't even know about them until after the fact. She helped us plan and execute a magical and intimate wedding ceremony and dinner of 15 people with only a 2 month timeline during the COVID pandemic. From beginning to end she made the experience seamless and all tailored to what we envisioned for our special day with our family. My fiancé and I had no idea about all the many different moving pieces, vendors, and details that make up a wedding and Michele had all the answers and handled all the challenges that came up. I highly recommend getting the full package where she can work with you from the beginning of the planning process to the end result. It just took a huge weight of stress off my shoulders from the beginning to know that an expert I could trust with this very important event was handling the details. Our wedding was perfection thanks to her!

  Michele is a rockstar of a wedding planner. We met Michele at a bridal expo back in 2019 when we originally had our wedding planned for 2020. Up until COVID happened, she had already done a huge amount of work in helping us look for venues and vendors. We had everything picked out and then BOOM, everything shut down. During these unprecedented times, Michele went above and beyond in helping us navigate and plan what we should do. She met with us multiple times, we re-evaluated the risks and rescheduled the wedding TWICE. We also had a few changes in vendors by the time 2022 rolled around and she was instrumental in helping us find new vendors under a time crunch. Most importantly, Michele was the voice of reason and wisdom when I was panicking about all the changes. She gave her opinions when we asked for them and respected the decisions we made. When the big day finally came, Michele worked her magic and made sure that everything went smoothly and that we were as stress free as could be!   100% Perfect Wedding Weekend

  Michele is fantastic! My husband and I hired Michele about 18 months out from our wedding to be our “month out” coordinator. I told Michele at the time that I wanted her to take over planning a couple of months before the wedding because I would be studying for my residency board exam prior to the wedding. We made plans to meet up and have her take over closer to the date. From the get go, Michele was on board to support me fully during the exam studying and not contact me unless necessary. The three of us met up for a meeting prior to starting my study block and then for 6 weeks while I was studying, she and my husband handled everything. Michele is experienced and initiated all contact with vendors and knew exactly what to-do items needed to be completed and when. She was happy to handle things and visit the venue prior to the big day!
  In regards to the actual day, Michele was very detail oriented while still being able to see the big picture which allowed the event to run smoothly. Michele kept us on our timeline while still being flexible and allowing us to linger when necessary, that meant we could actually enjoy the reception portion. Michele would frequently check in on me and my husband to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She was skilled at delegating tasks to others but also willing to get her hands dirty to make things work (moving tables herself, carrying chairs and setting up) even if physical manual labor was required to get the job done! The entire time she maintained a great attitude and was also funny so it made the weekend even more enjoyable. Our venue (The Pavilion at Nicks Road) was extremely challenging and difficult to work with - she still handled so much that I think only the rest of my family knows about so that my husband and I could enjoy the day. Multiple people came up to me during my wedding weekend to say I was the most calm looking bride they have ever seen - I am sure that can be attributed to the fact that Michele was in charge and when people would ask me something I would just point them towards Michele. You should absolutely hire Michele for your wedding. We had so much fun and our weekend was perfect. My only regret is not considering full wedding planning services with Michele - I am sure she would do an amazing job in that scenario too.
