Look no further if you want to work with an amazing wedding planner and rental team. As a prior event planner myself, I knew I needed an amazing vendor team to help me plan and execute my wedding. Right off the bat, I hit it off with Rachael. She is down to earth, responsive, detail oriented, fun, and creative. Planning a wedding during COVID the was intense but she was right there supporting me through everything. Whenever I needed a therapist or cheerleader she was there to listen and encouraged me. We had a home wedding and that means a “new” venue for catering, DJ, bathrooms (water and electric hookup), decor, photographer and videographer. She orchestrated them all seamlessly. In addition to planning, we also used her for our rentals: tent, table, chairs, candles, and vases. It was so easy to have her be able to provide all those things to our wedding. Plus they were all in brand new condition. Rachael also was there for our rehearsal and the set up for rehearsal. She took so much stress off me. I’ve heard brides say, “My wedding was the best day of life” but never truly believed it until now. Rachel, Chris and the I DEW Team really brought our vision to life and our wedding was the best day of our lives. We are so lucky to have worked with you! 5 stars doesn’t even cut it, they are 10/10!!!

The I Dew team is unbelievable at what they do and exceeded all my expectations. From the planning stage all the way to my wedding weekend Rachael and her team were amazing. I used them for my rentals, flowers, and day of coordination and it was one of the best decision we made (our flowers turned out unreal!).
We also had Anjie as our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic! She had everything under control and left me with no worries on my wedding day. I cannot recommend the I Dew team enough!!

Great Communication, Great Results
For my wedding on 12/17/2022, we rented dinnerware and table décor in addition to all of the flowers for the event, and they delivered beyond expectation. The biggest tip I can offer is to let the florist craft the flower color scheme, because they came up with stunning bouquets that we couldn't have ever thought of! Rachel and her team knocked it out of the park.

Wedding Planning Made Easy
If you want a wedding planning experience where you can truly feel stress free and cared for then hire I Dew Events! Rachel and her team were so kind and really helped all the final details come together. Our day-of coordinator was Anjie Flores and she really was great. She made our rehearsal a breeze and was there to answer any questions we had. She was able to take all of the personal items I had collected throughout my 3 year engagement and place them beautifully in the venue with attention to detail. We couldn’t be happier!

The Best Team!
Rachael and Catie were absolutely phenomenal. We had already booked all of our vendors by the time we chose to look at Wedding Coordinators so chose to book their services for 6 weeks out and thank god we did! Everything ran so smoothly and completely stress free. I truly cannot imagine the stress day of, of making sure vendors are set, arrived, etc. and am so thankful they were there. Highly recommend!

We were unsure if we needed to hire a wedding planner, being such a planner myself. Even though I had booked all our vendors prior to hiring Cate with I Dew, this was money VERY well spent! Rachael is the best wedding planner we could’ve asked for! She was extremely flexible throughout the planning process (including a 2020 COVID postponement), & very responsive when it came to communication. She brought our vision to life— & it was even better than we could’ve ever imagined! Behind-the-scenes, she did whatever it took to make the day run as smoothly as possible, collaborating with & directing all other vendors on-site. Seamless Day of Coordination
Rachael and team did a great job with our wedding for month of / day of coordination. I barely saw Rachael day of the wedding - but thats a good thing! She and her team were running around interacting with vendors and setting up so all my now-husband and I had to was sit back, relax, and enjoy the day. We ended up having a very windy day with last minute challenges like table cloths wouldn't stay down, candles had to be switched out to flameless or couldn't be lit, other decor things like pillars / runner / table numbers etc. not staying down, glasses breaking, and they made it all work so even if things couldn't be perfect they were as close to perfect as possible so the the guest and our experience was not impacted. They even worked with the venue to have the food and bar transitioned indoor to a foyer area so food stayed warm. Things will never go 100% according to plan and you don't want to have to worry about it on your day. It was great to hand all that over to Rachael and team and just trust they will do the best they can to make everything go according to your plans. They did a great job and as cliche as it is, it was truly the best day ever. Definitely recommend I Dew!

Amazing work by I Dew Team
We hired I Dew Events for month / day of coordination, event rentals and their sister company River District Floral for the flowers. Rachel was very knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions from the very first meeting. Open communication is very important for me as I was planning the wedding from afar and you can trust I Dew to always answer your questions and respond to your emails promptly.
Our day of coordinator was Monica and I cannot say enough great things about her. She kept everyone on schedule from rehearsal to the end of the wedding on the day of. The rental items were exactly as I ordered and the bridal bouquet was out of this world. Thank you I Dew for making our day run so smoothly. I would definitely recommend hiring them!!

Oh my goodness.... do yourself a favor and hire I Dew ASAP. Rachael and her husband are a dream team. Every part of our planning process that Rachael touched turned to gold. She made sure that the rehearsal and wedding day flowed seamlessly, and that I as the bride did not have to worry about anything going wrong. Having her around gave me ultimate peace of mind that I needed to fully enjoy the day. I cannot say enough how wonderful Rachael and the rest of the I Dew team are. Booking I Dew Events for our big day was the best decision we made. We worked with Rachael as our month of and day of coordinator/planner and also used their sister company, River District Florals as our florist. And, we had all of our rentals through them! This is the best one stop shop for all brides!
Rachael was our saving grace for wedding planning! The planning was extremely overwhelming in itself, but adding covid into the mix and the uncertainty of each day made everything 100x more stressful. I cannot tell you how RELIEVED I was when we added Rachel to our team!! It really felt like a trust fall to me. I knew if anything were to go awry during planning and/or the day of, I knew I could lean on her and that she had everything perfectly under control!! Rachael worked tirelessly with my mom and I, always just a text or phone call away! She was extremely professional and responded almost immediately every time! And let me tell you, when you are stressing over details, an immediate answer is the the most amazing relief for a bride!
From the beginning, I was struggling with putting together my vision for the decor of the day and Rachael took the reigns and completely captured my vision PERFECTLY!! She was also kind enough to work with our budget, so incredibly flexible and always had incredible ideas flowing! Every little detail was absolutely perfect and everything I had dreamed of and MORE! I remember arriving at my venue and just being in awe of the magic she had created!! Rachael had ideas I never would have dreamed up in a million years. It was so relieving to take the little details off of my plate and having someone I trusted take over. Rachael helped me with every detail, every decision, music, timeline, dress issues, literally everything that is part of the day. She also communicated everything with all of our vendors which took a huge burden off of me!! Once we hired Rachael, I didn’t have to stress one bit. Instead of dealing with every tiny detail, I attended my wedding and was fully present, which is the most priceless gift!
The day of, Rachael helped me remain calm and held my hand through each step of the day. She will be your best friend in the planning process and during your day.
Most importantly, everything Rachael did was perfectly tailored to US. Our wedding guests still (2 months later) compliment every detail of the day. It really was the most beautiful day we have ever witnessed, all thanks to Rachael at I Dew Events and their wonderful florists at River District Florals. I give ALL of the stars to Rachael!! Rachel was amazing! She worked well with us and our needs to make the night perfect! She is quick and responsive! She can see your vision even if you don’t really have one. After helping out in several weddings without a wedding planner, I knew I had to hire one right away. As a bride, you don't want to worry about the little details...you should enjoy the moment and defer the tasks to the professions. They took away A LOT of stress away from me the day of the wedding and made everything run smooth. I did back-to-back Asian and Christian ceremony which is not an easy thing to plan but the planners were just so attentive and made everything transition so smoothly. They helped set everything up just the way I wanted. They made every effort to make sure I was taken care of (they even brought me a plate of dinner and refilled my cup!). Beach Elopement Perfection
I initially contacted Rachael from I Dew for my large wedding on 9/26/2020 - she was so easy to work with and had wonderful insights and ideas. That bigger wedding was postponed but we did still decide to do a smaller elopement style wedding on the beach on that day. I truly cannot say enough great things about Rachael and her team. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for our small beach ceremony. Her rentals and florals are amazing - the attention to detail was incredible, she turned my small ceremony into what felt like a full fledge wedding. She didn't have any direction from me aside from a few inspo photos and everything was perfect. "I Dew" Events provided an excellent customer experience for us throughout our wedding day and throughout weeks leading up to our wedding. Rachael was amazing in all aspects and even took on our wedding on a short notice due to our original coordinator disappearing on us! She was very straightforward about what the guys/girls needed to do and pays close attention to detail. Would 10/10 recommend to a friend!

Literally couldn't have done it without Rachael!
I cannot emphasize enough how great Rachael was throughout the entire wedding planning process. We had a short 6 months to plan it and she made it look like cake! My husband and I live in Texas, and so we didn't have the opportunity to go seek vendors and such, nor did we have any idea where to start! Rachael, knowing this, made it so so easy for us! Recommending her vendors with our vision in mind, all we really had to do was sign the paperwork and say yes! When it came to the big day, she handled everything exceptionally well and everyone at the wedding complimented us on her and her team and what a great job they did! We absolutely loved working with her. She is incredibly easy to get hold of (even with her newborn and a wedding almost every weekend!!) and gets on any task you ask right away. There were so many things that went on from forgetting to put together the photo booth props to the caterer/bartenders not doing their full responsibilities and these women just jumped in and did what needed to be done and I had no clue until the next morning. I HIGHLY recommend "I Dew" Events for anyone's wedding, that is if you want to actually enjoy your night and not worry about a thing. They truly saved our reception and our guests never noticed a thing.

I was debating hiring a planner since my destination wedding was small - 30 people, but wanted to relax the "day of" and enjoy the moment. So I hired Rachel to help coordinate the final pieces and for the wedding day. She came recommended by other planners that were already booked for my day, and I am so happy that she was available! She is easy to work with and gave me great ideas and insight from the moment we spoke on the phone. She helped coordinate with the venue and other vendors, she kept the wedding party in line as well as helped my cousin who was officiating for the first time! She knew how important an outside ceremony was - so when the rain began to fall, then pass, she was there helping to ensure everything was perfect when I walked down the aisle. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help with our wedding. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a planner.

It was amazing working with both Melody and Rachel. We got in contact with them after we had already booked our venue and catering but realized it was going to be too much to do on our own. They walked us through everything that needed to be done and were always responding to all of my texts at all hours of the day. We were in the final hour- just 3 weeks before the wedding when I called Rachael. I had gone back and forth for months as the venue had someone who would “coordinate” the wedding and our wedding was very intimate- just 60 guests. Here’s what I learned- hiring Rachael and her team means you have someone in your corner. Rachael was there to put us first. I hired I Dew Events for my day of coordinator and I could only say great things about my experience with them. Not only did they take the stress away from the little things just days before the wedding but the day of went so smoothly. We left for the church ceremony in the pouring rain but when we got back, Melody and the girls had everything set up perfectly and I am so thankful for their help. The Perfect Wedding Day
I can’t even imagine how things would have been without Rachel. Always answered calls/texts made calls for me for any changes or additions. Wedding day I didn’t have to do or worry about a thing. I spent the entire day in the bridal suite with my daughter on her special day and with the bridal party. Rachel and Melody did a wonderful job handling all the vendors and making sure the ceremony and reception turned out perfect. It was a stress free day! Will definitely recommend I Dew over and over again. I would include a bunch of photos but they are not back from photographer yet.

Rachel is awesome! My mother and I met with her a bunch of times before the wedding, and everything looked and turned out exactly how I wanted. To I Dew Events, Alex and I cannot thank Rachel and Melody enough for all their hard work and dedication to their job! I was on the fence with hiring someone for the day of coordination, but had a very large amount of self made decorations that I needed set up at our venue. Rachel got back to me right away, and was able to answer any questions I had almost instantly. We decided that she would be a perfect edition for our wedding, and she was! Not only did Rachel create a day of timeline and coordinated it with all the vendors, but her and Melody decorated everything flawlessly, and Rachel was even supposed to be on bedrest. You will never regret having I Dew Events as your wedding planner
If it wasn’t for Rachael and Melody my husband and I literally probably would not have had a rehearsal dinner nor such a successful wedding. Melody and Rachael literally went above and beyond more than I feel they needed to do, but I guess that comes from someone that LOVES their job! Rachael did such an amazing job at making me feel totally comfortable when I thought everything was falling apart. Issues that I thought were HUGE were made into small issues. They were able to organize and facilitate everything that needed to be done and they traveled to my location in Tampa. They were able to coordinate and manage all sorts of different issues from far away with vendor issues such as: not being able to contact the DJ, changing contracts with different vendors that I had already signed, working out issues with the landlord of the property when rules were changed LITERALLY THE WEEK OF MY WEDDING! While I was losing my mind they remained calm and collected and helped me regain my sanity.
The day of the wedding they both knew what was important to me for my big day and made sure everything stayed on schedule in order for my main events to occur ( I had a surprise for guests and my husband of Brazilian dancers plus me in full costume as well!). My husband and I are BEYOND grateful for having Rachel and Melody plan/coordinate our wedding. I seriously have no idea what we would have done without them! I applaud them for the work that they do because it’s not easy and when the time comes there are some many different issues, scenarios, questions etc that have to be thought of and handled. They were both beyond prepared to handle it all and handle it with a smile.

Hiring Rachel as our day-of planner took so much stress out of me on our wedding day and leading up to it! As soon as the month of our wedding cake she called me to find out what I needed help with and to start making our timeline. Rachel provided prompt response throughout the wedding planning process. My husband and I enjoyed everything that she put together. Her ideas were perfect with my theme. Rachel was always very pleasant and cheerful and made us feel like a part of her family. The day of the event I honestly had nothing to worry about everything fell into place and everyone had an amazing time!

Rachael is phenomenal. I have worked beside her for two years and can only say great things. Her attention to detail, love for planning, and passion always delivers. Rachael was amazing! We lived out of town, but she made it easy for us to plan everything from Chicago. When we came everything was ready to go and we Didnt have to stress about anything and could enjoy our day. She made everything simple and perfect especially for someone who knew nothing about weddings and where to start. Our day was perfect because of her!

I am so pleased that I went with "I Dew" Events. This was my first time ever using an event planner- and going forward I will use for all my entertaining. She is very knowledgeable in her field and had a variety of ideas, although I never felt pressured and she went along with my ideas and worked from there. Her fees are very reasonable for the dedication and time that she put into my event. I would "Dew" it all over again, my wedding day was perfect!

Rachael and her team made our day perfect. We used her company for day-of planning/design, rentals, and her floral company River District - with all that to manage her team was prompt and so well organized I could truly enjoy the moments of the day. From some inspiration images and a few calls, her team created a ceremony piece and reception environment that completely exceeded anything I had envisioned. Highly recommend her and her team!

My husband and I both want to pass along our most heartfelt gratitude to I Dew Events, for all of your guidance, persistence, recommendations, attention to detail, and last minute adjustments for our wedding. Our wedding was beautiful, and I Dew Events deserve just about all of the credit. Due to COVID-19, we dropped our head count to about 1/4 our anticipated guestlist 2 weeks before the wedding, I Dew Event's professionalism and ability to adapt in such a small time frame was incredible, and we are so so so grateful!

I used "I Dew" for my husband and my anniversary party celebrating 25 years. It was a breeze having someone with the experience to make my day perfect- took a ton of worry off my shoulders. This vendor was recommended to me by my friend who works in Hospitality. I was not sure I really needed someone to do all the planning for me - and I like to be in control and am pretty creative myself. I called just to get information, but after speaking to Rachael and realizing how much experience she had along with all her contacts, including a florist who does beautiful work- I thought I would give it a try- I have reserved her for the day of my wedding- however recently started thinking maybe I would hire her for a little more than the day of... her prices are reasonable in comparison to others- and her and I clicked right away. She wants me to share my ideas - and between the two of us I can not wait to see how perfect my day will be.

We hired Rachael to be our day-of-coordinator and her help made our destination wedding day go so much easier! She scouted our venue and came up with a creative idea for where to hold the ceremony that even the venue never considered. My wife explained all the decor ideas we had the day before and she did a great job of making the venue look beautiful. Rachael also has great vendor connections who were so helpful with our rentals. Once we chose what we wanted, they all collaborated so well that my wife and I didn’t have to think about it twice!

Worry free wedding day!
I used I Dew Events for full service planning. Rachel helped a lot with vendors and budgeting..and was very responsive to questions throughout the planning process! With the help of I Dew Events our wedding day went smoothly. From decor setup to keeping vendors on track with the timeline, it was all taken care of. We were able to enjoy our wedding without any worries thanks to I Dew Events!

Be weary of this company and I suggest you have an attorney review contract before you sign
From my experience I would be very weary from contracting with this company. We were having a destination wedding and retained "I Dew" for the florals and several incidentals. Unfortunately, due to the hurricanes which hit southwest Florida, our venue was unable to accommodate our wedding due to damage to the resort on two separate dates. (The initial date and then the rescheduled date since the venue was not going to be repaired in time) Despite having to cancel our wedding due to no fault of ours and entirely due to mother nature, "I Dew" has refused to return our deposit and will now require litigation. "I Dew" advised that monies had been spent to purchase items already and when asked to see receipts or we even agreed to allow them to keep that amount of our deposit to cover the items purchased provided they gave us those items, Rachael flat out refused and advised to deal with her attorney. Not only have we had to cancel our dream wedding, but now Rachael is taking advantage of the situation and keeping our money despite not having to perform the services contracted for. Be very careful with this company and individual before giving any money.
