  Best choice we made

  Booking Jamie was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. She was proactive, professional, and incredibly easy going and fun to work with throughout the whole process. Having her on the day of our wedding allowed us to fully enjoy every minute of our wedding which is a precious and priceless gift that we were so lucky to have.

  Hire Hype now!

  Jamie is INCREDIBLE!! We booked weekend-of coordination and she was so helpful leading up to the wedding, she doesn't charge for recommendations like other planners (which is insane!) and always gave me honest advice. The weeks leading up to the wedding she was always in touch to gather all of the information she needed and took everything in stride when I was really stressed out. Then, on the weekend of the wedding she ran our rehearsal (while I was freaking out because my brother was nowhere to be found after arriving from Spain and missed the entire thing), set up and took down all of our DIY decor, and coordinated the event. Jamie brought in assistants when needed and didn't make me feel guilty about it or try to charge me more. I will never know the extent of the things that she or her assistants handled on the day-of, and that's the way it should be!! Thank you Jamie! Raise your prices! :)

  Absolutely amazing!

  I don’t even have words to describe how wonderful this service was. After many months of planning, I was feeling a bit stressed. I booked Jamie for my weekend of coordination and she was phenomenal. She was extremely helpful, detail oriented, organized and flexible. She helped us set up, run through the rehearsal, stayed after to help clean, talked to all vendors and everything in between. She went above and beyond and for such a reasonable price! I am so happy with my experience and would highly recommend hype even planning to anyone who would like to enjoy their wedding day as much as I did.

  I hired Hype Event Planning for the "day of" coordination for my daughter's wedding. Both Jamie and Stacey were a delight to work with. They each attended meetings with me at the venues and took detailed notes. They then did a timeline for all of the vendors and followed up to make sure they were on time. They came to the rehearsal the night before and helped all the attendants with their places. They arrived at 2PM the day of the wedding and stayed until almost midnight!   Made it a worry free wedding day!

  My husband and I got married at his farm and did all the coordinating ourself up until the weekend of the wedding. Our largest worry was getting sucked into the coordinating details during the wedding and not getting to have fun and enjoy the party. Thanks to Jamie we had an amazing time and didn't have to worry about a thing! She made sure all our vendor were set with anything they needed, set up all the food, and made it so clean up the next day was a breese. She was a pro when it came to our rehearsal too. She can organize the rowdiest of wedding parties! Jamie truly made it a worry free wedding day.

  Working with Jamie and Hype was worth every penny! Hype took all the stress out of the day of our wedding and allowed us to really enjoy every minute. Having done the planning myself, it was really wonderful to be able to hand off everything the weekend of the wedding and know that our big day was in capable hands. A huge thank you to Hype for ensuring our wedding truly was the best day of our lives!

They responded to my calls and text quickly. They came up with great ideas and completely understood my vision. The distance was hard, not being able to meet Face to face as much as i would have like to but we did a lot of communicating over the phone . Hype event panning was very responsible priced and was worth every penny! My day turned out perfect thanks to them !
