When we met with Steve at the Hyatt Regency he told us that his location dose not do a lot of social events, but since recent renovations have completed they were trying to make it a bigger part of their business. Well we couldn’t tell they didn’t host a lot of receptions, because it was incredible, their service was top notch and I cannot speak highly enough of their staff. Chef Tom made some delicious meals and our guest raved about all our food, we had two of our vegetarian’s say it was one of the best vegetarian meals they have EVER had. We had a few problems with our flower vendor and the Hyatt staff stepped up and fixed our issues and no one could even tell we had any issues. From the handling of our room block all the way through to the days after our event when we were picking up vases and other random items the whole team at the Hyatt was amazing! I wish I was better at remembering names so I could thank each of them by name but all I can say is everyone from the bellmen at the front door all the way to the banquet managers were courteous and professional and we could not have had a better experience for our reception. Thank you all!
