Honestly I couldn’t of done it without Suzanne!! She was wonderful, attentive, reliable, and very sweet!! Honestly there when we I needed her is an understatement!! The Hilton Garden Inn Virginia Beach Oceanfront was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive. Suzanne was great to work with from the start. She was personable and went above and beyond. The rehearsal, ceremony and reception were beautiful and everything I could have ever imagined. -

Beautiful Wedding, excellent service
Katelyn and her team were awesome and attentive. We had our ceremony on the sundeck with our reception in the ballroom. The guests are still raving about the food! Destination Wedding-The Ebrons
This was the perfect venue for our destination wedding. Katelyn & her team did an amazing job at helping us pull together our dream beach wedding. Despite having to plan during a pandemic & from out of state, Katelyn made the process smooth & less stressful. The venue was flexible & allowed us to change our wedding from March 2021 to May 2021 at no cost due to Covid restrictions. The staff went above & beyond to meet our needs. Originally we booked with the Hilton in April of 2019. Lynell and her team was phenomenal with helping us through the process. Come March of 2020 there were a lot going on in the world that impacted many things. Well Wendy became our main point of contact and she helped work out everything and was completely flexible with making our day magical but also safe for the times. Wendy and the Hilton went above and beyond for us, the level of how they worked with us is unheard of. We absolutely loved Wendy! The service team was impeccable, Damien was phenomenal and so was Mary! We got so many compliments about the Hilton and guests felt taken care of and my husband and I felt like celebrities! The venue is gorgeous, everything turned out beyond perfect! The food was so good, we had tons of compliments on how yummy the dishes were from guests. The Hilton took care of everything! We had our rehearsal in the garden grill, ceremony in the sundeck and the reception in the ballroom. It was so nice to have the board room rented out too, we had appetizers out in there by the service team. We even highly enjoyed the suite room for our stay, perfect also for getting your bridesmaids hair and makeup done because it was so spacious. We had the time of our life and the Hilton was exceptional! This is a top notch venue with the best service team you’ll ever find. Special shout out to Damien and Mary! Lynell and her team were just hands down the best!! From valet all the way to the wait staff, they were so nice, professional, and very helpful. My guest are still talking about the venue and how the staff was so nice and the atmosphere was breathtaking. Lynell and her staff know exactly what they are doing. I was very comfortable with her through the entire two year planning process especially with me being an out of town bride. I had no doubts in my mind about letting her take control and I trusted her opinion and judgement all the way. This venue and team were exceptional. We had an amazing beach wedding without the sand. Lynell and Kaitlyn were both great in helping to make the wedding of my dreams come true. They were extremely responsive to all questions, never got mad about last minute changes that came up, we’re extremely organized and were easy to work with. Jennifer Sent on 10/10/2018The Hilton Garden Inn VA Beach Oceanfront was AMAZING!!! Lynell, Katelyn and team were very attentive, proactive and such a pleasure to work with! The staff at the hotel the entire weekend was better than I can review!! I can't rave enough about them!! Every single staff member was fantastic! It truly says a lot when the staff remembers our guests names and go out of their way to ensure our guests had everything they needed. The customer service was perfect, AND the hotel itself is so beautiful!! We were supposed to have our ceremony on the 3rd floor sundeck (which is gorgeous) but due to the weather, it was held in the ballroom. We are so impressed with how smoothly the transition went from the ceremony to the reception. The entire weekend was seamless, including the rehearsal dinner! I can't say enough about the team at the Hilton Garden Inn! I would 100% recommend this team, and the property!! 5 stars from my husband and me, as well as all of our family! Thank you, Lynell!!!

If you are looking for an Oceanfront place to host your Virginia Beach wedding, you found it! I am a professional DJ and I work a few wedding events here every year and already have some lined up for next year. Before this year is over, I wanted to take the time and share with all review readers how grateful I am for the opportunity to be able to collaborate with such a great venue and the talented team that makes magic happen every time I am there. A special shout out to Katelyn who I worked with closely, she was able to answer all my questions. They communicate well with vendors, everything is always clean and looks amazing, and the layout options are awesome. They surely go above and beyond for their clients to have the best time ever. We looked at so many reception venues and because our wedding is small, approximately 50, most venues wanted to place us in a conference room which looked horrible. The Hilton Garden Inn has an amazing space for small weddings. There is the separate space for cocktail hour, which was important to me, with a gorgeous view of the oceanfront. We looked at the guest rooms and they are just as nice. Our questions are always answered promptly and could not have asked for a better experience thus far. -

The whole planning process was fun and stress-free thanks to Veronica and Hope. They were great at communicating and were very accommodating. I don't know what was better between the catering, event planning process, or the views. Every guest said how delicious the food was and how "cool" the servers and bartenders were. I recommend every bride get married here! -

They were in constant contact with me, and quick to respond to any questions I had. The food and staff were excellent-my guests couldn't stop raving about the buffet. I would highly recommend this venue for any bride who needs that personal touch. I didn't have a wedding planner, but between Hope and Veronica, I didn't need one. Great experience!

We held our 40th Wedding anniversary celebration at the Hilton Garden Inn. We had a wedding ceremony (vows renewal) a pre-ceremony cocktail hour with live music and a plated dinner service following the ceremony. It was elegant and personal. Our coordinator Katlyn Topping from banquet services was so excellent, I cannot say enough about her. She was always available, professional, detailed and flexible. Katelyn was invested in our event and she made us feel as though she wanted it to be as beautiful and special as we did. The food was excellent too! We gave some feedback about the "special vegan meals we ordered for a couple of our guests being disappointing and she relayed the message to the Chef so that they can do better next time. The wait service was excellent all around. The Hilton Garden Inn Staff made us feel special and valued. It was all around a wonderful experience. Great Venue!
Katelyn was such a pleasure to work with. She made my planning and day of experience easy. She had great attention to detail and was very accommodating with each request. I had a small intimate wedding and the staff ensured set up was done properly and the dining experience was great. Highly Recommended! -
