    Best Wedding Venue Hands Down, 100% Recommend!!

    We had an amazing experience working with Leandra, Karla, and the rest of the Hilton staff. We could immediately tell when we first spoke with Leandra that she is very experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about her work. She always communicated and listened extremely well to everything we wanted. She was also very prompt and responsive to any questions we asked. Leandra was also so creative and thoughtful in helping us plan our reception, she went well above and beyond our expectations. When we had to postpone, she was extremely accommodating, flexible, and understanding in helping us navigate our wedding planning through the pandemic, and she was excellent in working with our vendors to make sure no extra fees were incurred. Our guests repeatedly raved about the food, drinks, decor, and all the other top notch services provided by Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax and the entire hotel staff. Everyone commented how much they loved our wedding, and we cannot thank Leandra and her team enough. We 100% recommend Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax to anyone seeking to host a wedding or event. The quality and value of their services cannot be beat!

    Perfect Wedding Venue

    Absolutely wonderful!!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Leandra and Jeremy are a joy to work with and made everything so easy for us. Everyone of our guests LOVED our wedding! I can't thank them enough for making everything so wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    AMAZING , I love this place so much

    I had an unfortunate experience with the previous venue people that put me in a total panic situation a month before the wedding. I was so devastated by everything that had happened and I called around to see if there were last minute venues available. Hilton Garden Inn happened to be one of the places that was available for some reason. After comparing nearby event venues, we decided that Hilton was at best choice. AND LET ME TELL YOU that was the best decision I made when it comes to our wedding. Within a month of craziness and last-minute planning, Leandra the venue manager did everything in her power to put me at ease and make everything smooth. She was so responsive with both email and phone replies. I am a little bit of an OCD person when it comes to planning anything in my life and Leandra was able to to everything. I really I cannot say it enough how much she put me at ease. The price was affordable and she worked with my budget. If the website price is out of your budget, trust me and contact Leandra. She will work with you to find a good solution. I decided to do the rehearsal dinner at this venue too and she organized my rehearsal dinner also with my budget. Leandra got a list of my vendors and contacted all of them to make sure they were on track and understood how things are going to work on the wedding day. On the wedding day, I did not feel worried at all because Leandra and Jeremy were there. They made sure to all the decorations were in the right place and they had even set up everything the day before to my liking. They really made the venue so beautiful and people complimented so much after the wedding. Jeremy played every role in the wedding, including bartending, decorating, helping guest to the right place, etc. As I look at the wedding photos today, I am once reminded of how much they did for our wedding. My husband and I talked about how choosing Hilton Garden well what's the best choice and I am still so grateful that Leandra was there for everything. Thank you so much Leandra and Jeremy. I recommend this place 100000%. I seriously cannot thank this place enough.

    Stress-free Wedding at Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax

    Had a great wedding event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfax, Virginia in June 2019. Jason was the on-site coordinator and he helped make the decision making process that takes place before and during a wedding easy. I think the fact both of us were organized helped greatly reduce any potential stress for this event. We had the ceremony and reception at the hotel. As we also had individuals coming over from all over the USA and the world, it made it easy to accommodate everyone in the same location as the venue. The outside ceremony space was gorgeous in the summer with the garden space in bloom. The reception space was just a nice and large to accommodate approx. 150 guests. The setup for chairs, tables, centerpieces, table cloth were all inclusive of the price, so I used what was available. They were able to accommodate a specific napkin fold I wanted. The food was great and everyone enjoyed it. We ended up doing wine, beer, and sodas which worked out fine for all. We ended up buying a wedding cake and sheet cakes from Walmart and my sister-in-law added gorgeous gum-paste flowers for the guests. We were able to deliver the cakes the previous day and have them ready to cut by the hotel kitchen staff during the ceremony. I did see that perhaps one of the sheet cakes may have been too close to a hot area in the kitchen before serving (some of the flowers "melted". Overall the staff were friendly and accommodating, the space was just right for our needs, the food was delicious, and the sound system worked great for the hours of dancing at the reception. An overall fun experience we had.

    Great Service, Great Food, Great Atmosphere!

    We had our recent ceremony and reception at the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax, and from start to finish, it was AMAZING! We planned our wedding from about as far away as you can get, and Leandra was there to help us every step of the process to ensure that everything went smoothly. The pricing is also very reasonable. The first time we actually met Leandra in person was the day before the ceremony, and from the beginning we felt comfortable and like we were in good hands. The courtyard where the ceremony was held is beautiful, with lots of flowers and a fountain, perfect for an intimate ceremony like we had. The reception hall was gorgeous, which was wonderful, especially considering that we went with almost all standard options for the decorations. The food was delicious (get the Arancini Balls! Do it if you know what is beautiful in this world!). Everything ran to plan and timing, and we really appreciated the kindness and reassurance of Leandra and the oh so helpful Jeremy that made us all feel less stressed than we would have otherwise. The whole team was very accommodating even at the very last minute, when we made an error with the guest count and had to rejig things. Our day could not have been better, and none of it would have been the same without Leandra, Jeremy, Kat, Jason, Zakia, and the rest of the team!

    Great Service. Awesome Staff.

    Holiday Garden Inn Fairfax hosted our wedding. We were impressed by the attention to details and thoroughness in the service provided. The food was delicious and set up was superb. Their ballroom is neat and beautiful and they have a beautiful patio if you need a church ceremony. And they have in-house chiavari chairs. You should definitely check them out if you are planning to hold a wedding in that location.

    Beyond professional!

    Jason and his crew did fantastic job on my wedding day. He was not only being so professional but also very caring. He genuinely made sure everything was running smoothly and helped me coordinate everything on my wedding day. Wedding planning is stressful to anyone but it was such a big relief working with him. I did not need to hire a wedding coordinator on the day since Jason did know about my wedding plan ins and out. He stayed on my wedding day from the start to the end. He and his crew were very easy to work with. I got so many good compliments from my guests. Foods were in great quality. I highly recommend who plans to have intimate wedding with great service and stress free plus on budget. Cannot thank enough on this venue.

    Seamless !

    I found this vendor through wedding wire and ultimately chose them because I loved the fountain in the back. I was a bride on a budget and had about 50 people. The staff was so friendly and everything looked absolutely perfect. Leandra & Jeremy were great to work with and answered all of my questions and made the process so easy. My wedding went off without a hitch and I can't thank everyone enough. Affordable, Awesome & Attentive!

    Wedding Perfection!

    I don't even know how to being to say what an amazing experience we had having our wedding at the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax! Jason was absolutely wonderful through the planning process and perfectly handled our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception including details I hadn't even thought of.

    Jason and Jeremy and their entire team took such great care of us and our guests. Our entire wedding day ran so smoothly and stress-free thanks to them. The food was great, the ballroom and courtyard were gorgeous. My husband and I planned our wedding from out of state, and the whole process could not have been better. We just can't say enough great things about this absolutely fantastic venue and team!

    had a wonderful experience having my wedding at the hilton. Leandra and Jason are amazing to work with. They helped me sooooo much; my wedding would not have been the same without them.     Amazing!

    Leandra was great! She was super excited to help us with our wedding, and so helpful! She helped me make decisions about things I didn't even know went into a wedding! That day the staff made sure everything was perfect. I busted the hook on my dress and they helped me fix my dress just minutes before I was supposed to walk! Leandra and her team are magical!

    Good location, excellent catering, perfect service, low price

    The Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax is located close to Dulles Airport, which is convenient for out of town guests. It has a beautiful courtyard to perform outdoor ceremonies, and provides a second ballroom in case of inclement weather. It has a large main ballroom capable of holding I believe 180 guests for the reception.

    Crucially for us the staff maintain a closet full of wedding decorations, so you won't have to go find your own fancy chairs and chargers and other stuff nobody will even remember anyway. We asked them to handle all the decor as they saw fit; we only provided two small floral arrangements. The hotel staff did a spectacular job for both the ceremony and the reception.

    The catering is top-notch. Having attended my share of weddings in the past, I would have been happy with anything at least Applebees quality. But I'm happy to report that the food genuinely was good. We had strip steak, salmon, and tortellini, and all three were exquisite. My brother got married two years ago; he and his wife paid considerably more for worse food.

    When we signed the contract, the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax promised us excellent service at a lower cost compared to other hotels in the area. It delivered. We couldn't be more pleased.

    Incredible service, beautiful venue

    Having our wedding at this location was the best choice we could have made. Leandra James is incredible and our big day would not have been the same without her. She was very responsive to any request or question I had. She and her whole team, especially Katherine and Jason, were so helpful in planning everything from start to finish. They helped with every single detail of the day including the rehearsal, reception set up and execution and making sure everything ran smoothly and on time. The food at the reception was phenomenal. The garden patio was beautiful. I seriously can not thank these guys enough.

    Hilton garden inn is amazing. Jason and Katherine were a pleasure to work with. We had our wedding there and everything was perfect. Our every little concern was addressed and the venue was amazing. We highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn. They helped make our wedding reception perfect.     HGI Fairfax was a perfect venue for my daughter's wedding - the ceremony space was beautiful, the outside garden where we took pictures was beautiful, the guest enjoyed the cocktail hour and the reception space was done with superb elegance. And on top of that, the staff at HGI Fairfax was AMAZING (they were attentive and extremely professional); not only did they work within our budget but they offered up great ideas to make my daughter's special day even more SPECTACULAR. I highly recommend this location!

    Had my big fat Indian Bollywood wedding here! Loved working with coordinator Sarah Jordan and other to coordinate this big day! Super accommodating and went above and beyond to give us what we imagined on our big day! Highly recommend this venue! Favorite things abut this venue are the outdoor courtyard area, and the chandaliers and wall mirrors in the Potamoca ballroom we used.

    Our son graduated from George Mason University and we held his dinner / party at this location. The location was perfect in terms of distance from George Mason. I worked closely with Sarah Jordan. I know for a fact that Sarah was planning other functions while she was planning ours but she made me feel like I was the only person on her schedule. She responded quickly to all of my emails and phone calls. Sarah is great at her job, she pays great attention to detail. She was very helpful with the color scheme, set up of the room and lots of other personal touches. The dinner staff was also very professional, pleasant and attentive. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

    Our son and now daughter-in-law were married in the garden area on April 7th, 2018. The reception was held in the location's large room. A smaller room on the garden level floor (lower level) was used for the bride's dressing area. Another meeting room was used for the wedding party to meet in after the ceremony to take pictures.

    Preparation of the Garden Area: Excellent. They place a nice set of barriers to cordon off the garden area from the parking lot making the event location intimate. The fountain was not operational on that day because of the treat of freezing. It would add a nice touch for a summer wedding.

    Preparation of the Reception Area: Excellent. There were the typical few last-minute things to take care of. They have a very nice standard setup. We augmented the tables with our own flowers. The dance floor is a nice size. Our event used the larger tables for about 110 guests. The room will hold more, we had plenty of space to move around. Wait staff very experienced at supporting wedding events.

    Food: Excellent. We selected the Rose Package, with additional upgrades for the wine and bar that were very affordable. Chef Martinez does an excellent job. I would argue that his offerings rivals that of any venue at a very affordable price. Everyone enjoyed the meal. Their accommodation for vegans/vegetarians was well received.

    Venue Coordination: Excellent. The staff takes care of making sure everything is to your expectation. However, as with any wedding, we recommend a wedding planner to coordinate all of the wedding party and take care of any last-minute issues.

    Hotel: Higher-end service than a typical Hilton Garden Inn. This particular location is rated very high. The hotel manager is engaged and want to make sure her team addresses your needs.

    We had a perfect reception at the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax. We could not find the right venue and finally with 2 months to go we lucked upon this venue. From our first meeting with Leandra we knew we found the one. Her attention to detail, and her personal touches allowed us to have the peace of mind for our big day. she was there from day one , personally handles our tasting and went above and beyond on our wedding day. I dropped off all our centerpieces, and favors and she took care of everything. I honestly didn't have a care in the world. All our guest raved about the food and the service of all the people who worked at our wedding reception. I want to say a big thank you to Leandra and her staff for making us feel very special on our day. We will remember it always.

    Sarah and Jeremy were both wonderful to work with. They were so accommodating to all our requests, and the event could not have been a bigger success. We are so pleased with their attentiveness and willingness to help in any way they can to make sure were happy and satisfied. They treated our event like it was their own, and we could not have asked for a better venue and group of people to work with.

    Leandra James is an amazing general manager! We really lucked out when we met Leandra, and in the year she spent planning our big day, I got to know her and consider her my friend as well. She's a consummate professional, with a talent for getting the details done right. I enjoyed every encounter, and she made everything easy for us in terms of menu and determining color schemes for the room. We had both the ceremony and reception there and all our guests remarked how beautiful everything looked outside and in, and how professional the staff was. Leandra and her team are top notch in making everything go smoothly, so all you have to worry about is having a great time and creating memories!

    We held our parents’ 50th Anniversary party at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfax, VA. From our first meeting with the General Manager/Planner we knew wanted to work with her and her staff. We were very concerned about pulling off the party in 5 weeks. However, we were put at ease and convinced it would be perfect. We were treated like we were their only customers. Working with the staff at Hilton Garden Inn was an absolute pleasure. They were accommodating throughout the planning of the party. If you are in need of vendor recommendations for your event, the staff is able to assist. The room looked amazing on that night. A huge “Thank you” to our planner, Leandra, for her hard work; and, to Luis and staff who worked the room the night of the party. We highly recommend this venue for your special occasion or wedding reception.

    My daughter was married on July 1 at the HGI in Fairfax. The ceremony was held in their beautiful courtyard followed by a dinner in their lovely reception hall. We used all the wonderful services provided by the hotel for the this once-in-a- lifetime event and for the rehearsal dinner the night before - delicious appetizers, meals, desserts, linens, table decorations, romantic lighting options and the expertise of the manager, Leandra. Our photographer told us it was one of the best organized weddings he has ever done and my family can take no credit for that. Leandra and her staff kept us on track from the beginning stages of planning to the final cleanup the day after. Every email was promptly answered , every call quickly returned, every meeting efficiently handled and all with kindness, grace and reassurance. Jeremy and Leandra were right there helping with every tiny detail as we put up decorations and arranged all 162 cupcakes in the best possible presentation. When the garland arrived from another vendor and was shedding leaves all over the place, Leandra quickly thought of a place to use it where "shedding" was no issue. The folks at HGI were so flexible and worked with us considering our wishes and our budget. They provided our wedding guests with fabulous service even going out to get a newspaper for one when he simply asked, "Where can I get a morning paper?" A wedding is a glorious happening, but we all know it can be a stressful excitement. Hilton Garden Inn at Fairfax made it all quite manageable and absolutely beautiful and to be honest, it was hard to say good-by to Leandra, Jeremy and all the attentive people we met at HGI.

    My husband and I would highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax. From before we were even engaged and looking into different locations to have the ceremony and reception, until we actually decided 100% that Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax beat out all of the competitors we looked at, the staff here are beyond amazing! We first spoke with Rachel Carpino, and when she relocated, we worked very closely with Ayse Kahyeri, Jeremy, and Luis Farach. These individuals went above and beyond for us and treated us like family, not just another face that comes and goes. They are quick to respond, being very proactive and ten steps ahead of anything you think of or anything that concerns you. Our wedding was very small, but unique and intimate, and the service and detail was immaculate. The ceremony in the courtyard provides a very intimate setting with a gorgeous fountain in the middle along with several large potted flower arrangement. The ballroom we had our reception in (Prosperity Ballroom) has a large window that allowed a lot of sunlight to illuminate and reflect off of the mirror above the dance floor. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax employees. Each and every one of you are the absolute best, and our day would not have been the same without you.

    Jeremy was awesome, he made sure our event turned out perfectly. our guest were impressed with the high quality of the venue and the service. He thought about all the details even those that seem small and that gave our event that personal touch and made it so special. His services made my husband's surprised birthday party to be a perfect event.

    Best advice: Use the services of the Hilton staff to assist you in planning the details of your event. I found all staff eager to assist in meeting the needs of all in attendance at our event which involved planning two evening meals/banquets and lodging for three nights for 22 guests. The catering staff was most helpful in arranging gluten-free and peanut-free children's menus during our stay. Not one complaint was voiced during our stay. Quite the contrary: guests noted the friendliness and professional manner of the staff.

    I wanted to host my wedding somewhere unique that had the charm of a traditional experience but all with a touch of modern. The Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax fit the bill perfectly! The outdoor garden Patio is so unique and absolutely beautiful for our pictures ( we had the ceremony our church).
    Our best experience, was really the peace of mind we had because our all our wedding details were personally being overseen by Leandra who runs the entire hotel. Rachel who handled all our day to day details was professional, and very sweet. However, we had the personal number of Leandra as a backup and if we needed an answer in seconds, she was our go to person. Throughout our planning process, Leandra was always a quick text away.
    Everyone, did a great job. you can really tell that the staff really enjoy their jobs! Louis, oversaw our wedding and was charming as ever. Our food was perfect! all our guest raved about how yummy it was!
    If you are deciding on a venue, this is a must for all brides. I am so happy that we celebrated our special day at the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax! Thank you for everything!

    As we were planning for our wedding, my husband and I visited quite a few venues before deciding to go with the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfax. Choosing this location was definitely one of the best decisions we made! Choosing a venue that offers food and beverage services allowed us to relax and have the staff make sure that all of plans were carried out according to our plan. The entire staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax was so friendly and helpful! Most specifically, we are so grateful to have had the help of the Catering Sales Manager, Rachel Carpino. She is absolutely AMAZING and was truly great to work with! She helped keep us calm and on track throughout the course of our wedding planning! She is professional, friendly, and helped answer all of our questions in a very timely manner! She made our whole wedding planning process so much easier, and we wouldn't have been able to do it without her! We would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax to couples that are trying to find a venue! As an added bonus, it was so great that our reception and the hotel accommodations were in the same building!

    Hilton planners and staff were just the best! Our 40th Anniversary Celebration was the best it could be based on the support of the Hilton Garden Inn! Everyone attending commented on the great food, supportive staff, clean and easily accessible facilities. Out of town guests stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and loved the convenience of staying in the same location as the Dinner/Dance! Thank you to each and every member of the Hilton Garden Inn for helping us make a lasting positive memory! Nancy and I recommend the Hilton Garden Inn for your next event without reservation!     The Hilton Garden Inn was able to help us plan a wedding reception in less than 2 months. The place is beautiful and working and planning with Rachel was a pleasure. Food was great too! I did not have one guest who did not like the food.

    The Hilton Garden Inn is amazing. Rachel is absolutely the best. She is quick to respond to emails and very knowledgeable. She will definitely assist you in going all out or getting the best bang for your buck. Our wedding was relatively simple, but everyone loved the decor the Hilton provided as well as the food that was catered. The staff during our wedding reception went above and beyond for me and my husband as well as our guests. Everyone had an amazing time. I highly recommend HGI for any wedding needs!

    We celebrated our two daughters's graduation here on June 18th. Based on that experience I would strongly recommend the propert for any event hosting. Their service is without par and in particular Catering Sales Manager Rachel Carpino went above and beyond to make our event very successful. She is easily approachable and was always available for any questions and clarifications and held our hands all the way. Without her and general help and guidance from Leandra James, the business manager our event would not have been a grand success. My special thanks to Rachel and Leandra. When it came to the actual serving of food and clearing the tables without the ever smiling and helpful presence of Jeremy nothing would have fallen in place and he is a phenomenal asset. Since Jeremy was doing slightly more than food related work, his able team consisting of Amado, Avelina, Maribel and Yessenia provided excellent support in clearing the tables during and after the event. If I were to choose this HGI again I would do so in a heart beat. Once again our heart felt thanks to Rachel, Leandra and Jeremy in making everything work. The front desk too was immensely helpful. My daughter by mistake surrendered breakfast coupons meant for 2 days for one day and come second day she had no coupons and was expected to pay. However, Patricia of front desk was kind enough to understand it and not charge us. Nadia of front desk too was helpful when we were checking in. All in all having seen about 10-15 marriages in similar hotels and having been a platinum member with Marriot I must confess the quality of service this Hilton property provided convinced me to sway towards Hilton group.

    This venue was amazing. It is a beautiful hotel with a very perfect outdoor area for an outdoors ceremony. The event staff are super helpful and caring. Rachel, the catering sales manager, is absolutely amazing. It is obvious she LOVES her job and has a true passion for helping to make your wedding day a complete success. I have dietary concerns and she was more than willing to help make changes to the menu so that I would be able to enjoy the dinner as well! Also, we wanted a special tequila for our best man toast and Rachel made it so seamless and made sure we had what we wanted on our special day. She made herself available to answer questions and provide help in any way she could at all hours. I felt comfortable calling her from a craft store one night at 7 pm and since she was still in the office she answered the call and was happy to help me right then and there so I made the correct purchase that day. Rachel is so sweet and amazing, as is the entire staff! I would recommend this venue in a heartbeat to everyone!

    My fiancé and I started a looking for a venue and the first place that we checked out was HGIF. As soon as we walked in the lobby, we thought that this hotel was very warm, pleasant and inviting. Rachel, the social event manager did an exceptional walk through, she took her time and answered all of our questions. We left the hotel with no doubt that this hotel was perfect for our special day.
    Our second visit was even better. We met with Leandra, the GM, and after she explained every possible detail of the event, we could not have been more pleased. She had us meet her staff who will also be part of the services. She even personally helped us connect with vendors who will be participating in our special day.
    So, today which is exactly one month before our wedding event at the hotel, we were assured that all of the arrangements and facilities will be perfect for us!

    I had my wedding reception there on March 19, 2016. I cannot say enough GOOD things about the staff there! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100% happy with my reception and our stay there. I worked closely with the reception coordinator Rachel. She was pleasant, kind, attentive and always had the answers to my questions. My guests loved their accommodations there and the hotel's convenience to the surrounding areas (I.e. Shopping centers, grocery stores, major roads etc). Now that my wedding is over, I can honestly say that I'll miss speaking with Rachel on a almost daily basis:-) HGIF definitely gets a 2 thumbs up in my book!

    Seriously, could not have asked for a better place. All of the staff was super helpful and really friendly! I kept changing things and they were so accommodating and polite about everything! The person we were working with, Rachel, even came during the set up the day of to make sure everything was where it needed to be and that I was happy with it! The food was fantastic! The Garlic chicken was the bomb! In our room, we were presented with a fantastic fruit plate and a bottle of champagne, it was a wonderful way to end a magical day! Highly recommend!

    My daughter and son-in-law had their wedding ceremony and reception here. The Catering Manager, Rachel, and the banquet staff went above and beyond our expectations. Luis was exceptional! We received so many compliments about him throughout the evening. He really made it so easy to relax and enjoy our day. He was always one step ahead of everything we needed.     My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfax, VA and we could not be happier. The place is absolutely gorgeous and very elegant with a beautiful and colorful garden for lovely wedding pictures. I have worked with Lizzy, the catering sales manager, and she was a delightful to work with, she was professional and able to answer every single question I had in no time. With her help, I was able to prepare the wedding of my dreams in less than 4 weeks!

    In terms of service and food, the waitstaff was attentive and accommodating all night long. They were very professional and able to take last minute requests with a cheerful smile. The food was absolutely delicious; I got so many compliments on the food all night long.

    Overall, we are very pleased with the Hilton Garden inn in Fairfax, VA and will definitely recommend it to all of our friends who want an absolutely beautiful wedding.

    I had my wedding and reception here back in October 2014. The minute I walked in I knew it was where I wanted to get married. It has such a warm feeling to it. I had wanted to get married outside and the garden was perfect for what I wanted. The staff was so friendly. They took care of everything. They really took all the stress off my plate. Would recommend this place to anyone.

    Hilton Garden Inn - Fairfax was a great choice for our wedding reception! You really can't beat the value in the surrounding area, and the ballroom and courtyard are great! I had a vision for how I wanted everything to look, and Un and Heathr made sure it happened. They worked hard to make everything come together for us. During the reception, Jeremy and Luis were fantastic, and I couldn't have wanted anyone else helping us through the evening - they made it very easy! Our guests still comment on what a great time they had, how good the food was, and how fun the Martini Bar (with ice luge!) was (seriously, the Martini Bar was a HUGE hit, if you have the budget, or need to fill your budget, I definitely recommend it). I more than recommend checking out the Hilton Garden Inn - Fairfax for your reception!

    We started working with the HGI Fairfax for two year prior to our Vow Renewal. As soon as we met Virginia Perry, we knew we were in great hands. Before we have the opportunity to have the event, Ms. Perry left but she left us in the good hands of Un Lee. She step right in and was wonderful. She provided a level of expertise to help throughout the planning process. Another helping hand was Jeremy, he was with us from the start until the end of our party. He was awesome and really made sure we were taken care of and had a fantastic time. The compliments were overwhelming from our guest on the food, the space, and the phenomenal jobs of the staff. I can't say enough great things about this venue. Un Lee’s attention to detail ensured the event went smoothly and they far exceeded our expectations.

    We had our reception at the HGI Fairfax and it was the best planning choice that we made. As soon as I met Virginia Perry, I knew we were in great hands. She is wonderful and provides a level of expertise to help throughout the planning process that can't be beat. She really took the time to get to know us and understand what we wanted our reception to be like. We got so many compliments on the food (and we agree - it was delicious!), the space is just beautiful and everyone there is phenomenal and great at their jobs. We did have a few crashers from a smaller event that was going on at the same time, but one quick mention to Luis and the bartender and it was taken care of right away. Luis was with us from the start of cocktail hour until the end of our after party at 2am. He is awesome and really made sure we were taken care of and had a fantastic time. I can't say enough great things about this venue and the attention to detail, the care they take to make sure events go smoothly and how far they exceed expectations.

    HGI was the first venue we looked at and it was everything we wanted. We had a lot of family coming in from out of town, so we knew we wanted to have our reception in a hotel. The prices can't be beat and the service was amazing. Virginia was there every step of the way and Luis made sure our night went off without a hitch. We couldn't be happier with our experience at HGI.

    Virginia was amazing! I was NOT looking forward to planning a wedding as I prefer as little stress in my life as possible, and she made wedding planning fun. She was responsive and had a lot of creative and helpful ideas to make our day go off without a hitch. The catering and bar staff was also incredible. I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a small, stress free wedding. And their outdoor patio is just great! It doesn't even look like we got married at a hotel.

    Our wedding was out doors on August 24, 2013. The setting was beautiful and the weather cooperated. The food was great and the service wonderful. Hilton provided a flawless wedding and reception.

    Everything was completely perfect! Virginia Perry is a Godsend! She knows all the ins and outs of the business. She made sure that everything went off without a hitch! Luis was in charge the night of the wedding and we've never had anyone take better care of us! The hotel was completely open to whatever we wanted to do. They had plenty of rooms for all of our guests. Everything was clean and well prepared. I cannot say enough good things about the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax!

    Virginia is a great event planner to work with! She made sure we had the wedding reception that we really wanted. She is very attentive to details and the big picture as well. Her staff is also excellent and they all took good care of us.

    This was not a wedding but the 50th anniversary of our wedding. The staff , led by Virginia Perry, could not have been more helpful and professional. The day was wonderful. The food was great and the service was exceptional. From the day we met to start planning until the event, they were great. Their help and recommendations were extremely helpful. I do recommend them highly and believe you would be very happy with an event at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfax.

    We had such a good experience at the Hilton. Virginia, the wedding coordinator, was so helpful, and she thought of every detail. She was very organized and was happy to answer any questions we had. She and the rest of the team at the Hilton did a wonderful job with our reception! The food was excellent, the wait staff was very responsive, and Virginia was there to make sure that everything happened as planned. I didn't have a wedding planner (planned everything myself), so having Virginia oversee the reception was a godsend to us! I didn't have to worry about anything at the reception, the Hilton team had it covered.

    All of the staff here were extremely helpful during the whole process and they all did a beautiful job putting everything together! I cried when I saw the reception site all done before the guests were allowed in, it was so beautiful! I would definitely recommend them for future brides who want a stress-free planning process!

    I have nothing but great things to say about our big day and how it turned out and I can credit the Hilton Garden Inn and its staff for most of it. From the months before to the completion of our wedding and reception we were taken care of in every way possible. Virginia, the Catering Manager, was a tremendous help with not just the planning of the venue with the rooms and food but to helping me with finding and planning all other items associated with weddings.
    I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn of Fairfax to anyone looking to have a wedding.

    WOW! We were so incredibly grateful for the service we received from everyone on staff. We owe a huge thank you and shout out to Virginia Perry, the wedding coordinator who took all of the stress away months in advance. She walked through the details with us every step of the way and made sure we were taken care of. I didn't even have to worry about the decorations, and was able to have full trust in Virginia and her staff to make the ballroom look great (and it did). On our special day, we felt undeservedly spoiled, which was so amazing! I don't know that my husband and I could say thank you enough. We are forever grateful. Our guests are still talking about how much they loved our wedding four months later :). Thanks Hilton Garden Inn!!!! (Especially Virginia!!!)

    This place deserves a five star and then some for making my day so special! I had everything imaginable happen on my day, yet, Virginia and her crew came to my rescue. My photographer and DJ didn't show up! But, Virginia ran in and took some photos with her camera and located a guest who so happened to be a photographer and asked him to assist us. They really made my day extra special. I couldn't believe the customer service from everyone at the hotel. Plus, our wedding decor and food were wonderful. Our guests are still talking about it. My hat goes off to Virginia and her wonderful crew at the Hilton.m

    Amazing! That's really all I can say to describe what a wonderful experience we had working with Catherine and her team. The biggest reason we booked he Hilton, besides the fact that it's hands down the best value in the area (seriously, check it out), you can just tell that Catherine LOVES her job. She was responsive whenever I emailed her a question, and when our invite list grew, she switched our room without any fuss. On the day of, Luis was SO accommodating! My mom is still talking about how wonderful he was two months later. And the room was setup PERFECTLY. They made it so easy, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for any event. Thank you!!

    The Hilton Garden Inn was fabulous for my wedding reception. The staff did an amazing job setting up my centerpieces and decorations. The food was fantastic. Best of all, Catherine did an amazing job helping me through the process. I highly recommend the Hilton!

    We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax. We looked around at other hotel venues and none could beat the value of Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax. Catherine, Luis, Cervando, and Heather were all great from start to finish. The wedding ceremony was beautiful (despite having to be moved inside due to rain) and the reception was great. Everything flowed perfectly. We got so many compliments on the food (we had the buffet with the salmon with citrus basil sauce and chicken marsala) - many people saying the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding! We would definitely recommend this venue to anyone.

    The whole staff at the Hilton Garden Inn were wonderful. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at the Hilton. Many of our guests were from out of town and stayed at the hotel. The hotel provided our guests with a great discount and all of our guests were more than happy with their accomodations. The ceremony, rehearsal dinner, and reception all went perfectly!

    The accommodations were beautiful, and the entire team was SPECTACULAR, every step of the way. You can count on Catherine,Shannon,Louis , and Cervando and his service team to be professional, efficient, and supportive, and all around TERRIFIC to work with.     Catherine Calvin and her staff at the Fairfax Hilton Garden Inn made our ceremony a complete success. All communications were person to person, questions and changes were addressed promptly, anxieties were relieved,the evening just flowed with service that was swift, unobtrusive and so attentive to the least detail.     When we first visited Hilton Garden Inn, we knew it was the right place for our wedding ceremony and reception. We met with Catherine Calvin, the events specialist there. She gave us a detailed tour of the facility and information on wedding packages. We loved the outside courtyard for the ceremony, and we liked the variety of sizes of reception rooms. Some venues we went to only had huge rooms, and with a wedding of our small size, we needed a cozy place. We were also impressed with the hotel rooms for we had a lot of out-of-towners coming to the wedding. From the moment we signed the contract up to the last minute of our reception, Hilton Garden Inn was on top of things. Every detail was planned out ahead of time prior to the wedding day. Any time I had a question, it was answered promptly. The guests that stayed at Hilton Garden Inn from out of town commented on how friendly everyone was at the hotel and how nice and clean the rooms were. The wedding ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. Hilton Garden Inn was a perfect venue for us, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for lovely place for their wedding and reception!

    The Hilton was great to work with and a beautiful venue. Catherine was very responsive to all emails and questions from the time I was looking for a venue up until the wedding. She went out her way to help me with extra requests and they helped set up all decorations we brought in the reception room for us. The food was wonderful and we got many compliments on it. We were able to attend a tasting almost half a year earlier and pick everything out. The garden looked gorgeous for our outdoor ceremony and the cocktail hour and reception areas were wonderful as well.

    When I originally was looking for a venue my budget was a big concern and the Hilton was able to meet all my requirements and fit my budget. It really is a great value.

    Catherine did a great job of keeping us on task and was very straighforward in what she needed with me. She was very easy to work with. The day of the wedding, Luis and the rest of the staff did a spectacular job of taking care of us. Our guests raved about the food (which we also greatly enjoyed) and it was a fantastic evening. The venue itself is beautiful, the hotel rooms are great and I could not be more pleased that we went with the Hilton Garden Inn in Fairfax for our reception.

    Excellent service from Catherine and her team! The space was beautiful. We had nice weather so we were allowed to open our reception up into the court yard and it was breathtaking. Catherine's team could not have been more accommodating or gracious.

    The Hilton Garden Inn did such a fantastic job for our older son's Bar Mitzvah event in November 2008 that we are using them again for our younger son's event in March 2011. Catherine Calvin, Catering Sales Manger, is the BEST! She made our event a success and ensured that all the details and special requests we had made were tended too. We only have positive things to say about The Hilton Garden Inn, the catering staff, and specifically the catering sales manager, Ms. Calvin. We are looking forward to our next event there!!!

    Since the first time that me and my husband went to the Hotel, we liked the hospitality, sympathy, great price and hope for our big day!
    The place is perfect, gorgeous, and my guests could stay until the last minute since they stayed at the hotel. PERFECT!

    I absolutely had the best experience working with this venue. The representative, Catherine Calvin, was very helpful and nice and was always available to answer any of my questions. The food was amazing and the cost was very reasonable. The outdoor space for the ceremony was gorgeous with the fountain and the flowers. The reception hall was very intimate and the right amount of space for my guests. I would recommend The Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax to anyone looking for a beautiful location to get married.

    The ballroom was perfectly set and Catherine and Julio did a fabulous job making sure everything was just right. The courtyard was beautiful with blooming flowers and benches, and guests enjoyed having a choice of indoor and outdoor seating.

    Having found the Hilton Garden Inn through weddingwire, I am pleased to say that all of the reviews that led me to believe that this was the perfect location for my wedding were correct. I had an incredible experience working with the Hilton during my wedding planning.

    I chose this location two years before we were married, & throughout all of our interaction - emails, meetings, phonecalls - I've had an incredible experience. Working closely with Catherine, she was very helpful offering suggestions, giving her opinion & being very flexible with different requests. The team working with her, especially Julio, helped to bring me the wedding that I worked so hard to create. Catherine also recommended wonderful vendors for us - day of coordination, our photographer & florist.

    I am so thankful that I chose them for our location. They continuously put my mind at ease & helped give me the wedding I had always dreamt of!

    This is a great place for a reception. Lots of room, the chance to taste the menu and meet vendors and see the variety of choices available if not using any outside vendors. Choice of rooms for reception depending on size of group. Nice setting, nice rooms, friendly staff, good price for wedding block of rooms. The above link says ceremony and reception, but we did not have the ceremony at the Hilton.

    My husband Zack and I were so pleased with the level of professionalism we were given. Catherine, Julio and the entire staff of the Hilton Garden Inn went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was perfect in every way. We were even upgraded to the bigger ballroom!!! We were overjoyed and excited to have our special day where we knew we were being taken care of in every way. The food was delicious, ballroom was perfect and our bridal room came with a bottle of champagne and an AMAZING assortment of fruits and chocolate covered strawberries! I couldn't have imagined a more perfect vision of our wedding venue! Thank you so much for everything!

    My wedding went WAYYYYY better than what me and my Husband imagined. It was seamless; the staff was PERFECT, they did anything and was SOOOOO professional. Definately worth every penny.     What can I say!! The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn Fairfax are unbelievable!! Catherine Calvin is just amazing!! She treats your wedding as if it is her very own. She was there every step of the way. Whenever I had a question Catherine was immediate in her response. The venue is awesome with a beautiful garden!! We had a fabulous cocktail hour outdoors before the reception. The reception was perfect!! I never had to lift a finger. Julio was absolutely perfect. He set everything up beautifully and was on point the whole night!! As the bride and groom a lot of time you never get to eat or enjoy yourself. With the Hilton that never happened. We were treated as if we were the only people in the room. I would highly recommend this venue for all of your banquet needs.

    We had the most memorable reception at Hilton Garden Inn. The dessert was great, table setup and decorations were awesome, communications was also great, and the service with personal touch was the best. The reception place was big enough for 50-70 friends to hangaround with small dance floor. The sparkles at the departure went great on their garden with water fountaion and flowers. The staff was always there to help when needed.
