  Amazing Photographer!

  We loved working with Henderson! He shot our engagement photos back in January 2018 and our wedding with his wife Renee in November 2018. We could not have been happier with both experiences! Both Henderson and Renee are so personable, professional, and engaging. They made taking even the most formal and awkward photos easy and fun. Our very large and lively bridal party and many of our wedding guests all commented on how great they were. We felt like they both genuinely cared about our wedding and capturing all of our special moments for us. They also were wonderful about managing our timeline and keeping track of where we needed to be. I don’t think the day would’ve gone half as smoothly as it did without them. We would highly recommend Henderson to anyone!

  We really enjoyed having Henderson and Renee be a part of our day. Everything went super smooth and their friendly attitudes and timely manner is a huge reason why. All of our guests really enjoyed working with them as well. We will cherish our beautiful photos for years to come. I highly recommend them!

  I seriously can not recommend Henderson and his wife Renee enough. From the moment I met them I wanted them to be a part of our wedding. Even if they happened to already be booked that weekend, I told my husband that I wanted them to come as guests! Their persona and energy for providing the best experience for the bride and groom is truly unmatched. From the initial consult, to the engagement session, and the many questions I had prior to the wedding, they truly made it so I knew we were in good hands on our wedding day. Our friends and family all commented on how fun they were and really added to the overall experience. They love to chat (and Renee can definitely dance!), but are so professional and provide the best quality photos. Henderson is always very timely in his responses as well and we had our wedding pictures (all 837) just 3 weeks after the event. I hope that you will at least set up a meeting to talk with Henderson and Renee because I assure you as soon as you do you too will be convinced!

  The BEST photographer out there! He has done my wedding and two friends' now and everything I've seen has been amazing. He is outgoing, friendly, funny, and so easy to work with. His work is worth every penny (and then some). We are so pleased with our photos and recommend him to everyone we know! You can't go wrong with Henderson.

  My wife and I would hands down recommend Henderson Lewis Photography for everyone. Henderson and his wife, Renee, were amazing. We were both very happy with their services.   We had a great experience with Henderson and Renee. They were recommended to us by a close friend and we were already familiar with their style and personalities.   We couldn't have been more pleased with Henderson! He and his wife Renee spent the entire day with us, both shooting photos from 10am - 10:30pm. They were so incredibly pleasant to work with. We definitely thought they did a great job, and we were AMAZED how many of my family and friends mentioned to me afterwards how much they liked both of them. They were professional but genuinely friendly - just what we'd hoped for.
  
  When we got the pictures, we were thrilled. We had an excellent mix of posed and candid shots and everyone at the wedding was included. The pictures were all excellent quality. Also, there were NO issues with copyrights or any of those horror stories I've heard from other couples - at the end we just got a CD of everything!
  
  I highly recommend Henderson Lewis photography!

I could not believe the amount of energy, excitement, and fun he and his wife, Renee, brought to our wedding. They were more like guests then photographers and everyone loved them! I went with his silver package and added a book and we had 2 photographers all day, from 9am - 10pm. Their help and dedication to making our day feel special is unlike any photographer I have ever seen.

  Photography was the hardest thing for me to book. I'm a very picky person and I wasn't excited about anybody I had talked to. Fortunately, I came across Henderson at a bridal show and after seeing his images and speaking with him extensively, I knew he had to be a part of my day. His photos are incredible, but what really made him a "must have" was his positive attitude. On my wedding day, Henderson arrived at the salon around 10:30. For the next 12 hours, he worked nonstop with a smile on his face! I ended up with over 700 amazing photos. We do not consider ourselves a photogenic couple, but Henderson made us feel relaxed the whole day. We didn't see him take over half the photos we ended up with. In short, He does great work while being friendly and on time.

  OK, so a little back story… I was first introduced to Henderson and Renee Lewis when they photographed my sister-in-laws wedding a few summers ago. They did such an amazing job with her wedding I knew when it came time for my wedding I had to book them!
  So when my husband and I got engaged, priority number one was to book Henderson. I honestly waited to book my venue and set a wedding date until I knew Henderson would be available on that day. I know this sounds crazy, but he is THAT good.
  The weekend of the wedding Henderson and Renee flew in early (yes, I flew them up from NC for my NH wedding… again, he is THAT good.) so he could get familiar with the venue location and lighting. The morning of the wedding Henderson and Renee were waiting for us when we showed up at the salon (at 9:30 am) and were with us the entire day until the end of our reception at 11. I never saw them stop working not even for a drink, food, or to use the bathroom, I honestly don’t know how they do it!
  My husband and I were both so impressed with how the entire day turned out, and we feel we owe a lot of that to Henderson and Renee. They set the tone for the day, and made everyone in such a great mood (so much so that we have gotten some rave reviews from our wedding party about how “awesome” Henderson and Renee were!). Throughout the day Henderson and Renee took over 1,000 pictures and they never ran out of ideas and were so accommodating when I wanted certain pictures taken. In addition, they really help managed the flow of the day, so we were never running around like crazy or stress over time. I cannot say enough good things about this dynamic couple! I highly recommend them to anyone, anywhere! Even if Henderson is not located near you, I would tell you to fly him to your location. I promise you, you won’t regret it!

  At the risk of sounding like I'm exaggerating, Henderson is the best wedding photographer I've ever seen. We talked frequently before the wedding, and he had some great ideas for what kinds of pictures to take, but he made it clear that the decision was ours and he wasn't going to push us to do anything we didn't want to.
  
  He arrived early enough to get some great pictures of the venue in the morning and I think he was one of the last people to leave after the reception was over, which means he was taking pictures for over 12 hours. He even brought his wife with him, so he could be in two places at once and not miss anything. Henderson was always right there when we wanted a specific shot. We realized pretty quickly that he knows what he's doing, and we got some amazing pictures that we never would have thought to ask for.
  
  I don't have to say it if you've seen his pictures, but his work is excellent. It's clear that he puts a lot of work into making sure each picture comes out perfectly. He's really good with young children, too, and now I have some great pictures of my nephews.
  
  In short, your wedding is a lot of work and stress, but Henderson actually makes things easier, and with great results.

  Amazing! Henderson and his wife Renee were awesome to work with! We did an engagement session throughout downtown Charleston and at Sullivan's Island in addition to having him photograph our wedding. He was always on time, prepared, friendly, and professional.
  
  I gave him 5 stars on value because even though the quoted price might seem higher than other photographers, you are paying a flat fee to get exactly what you want. He will be there until the job you hired him for is finished and not just a certain set number of hours like most photographers in the area. On our wedding day he was with us for 12 hours. We did getting ready photos, some bridal photos, a first look, off site wedding party photos, the entire ceremony and reception until our get away car pulled away.
  
  We haven't gotten our wedding pictures back yet, but if our engagement photos are any indication, I am positively certain they will be spectacular!! He provides you with a mix of traditional and journalistic photos and has a great eye for 'artsy' shots.
  
  I would hire him again in a heartbeat and highly recommend him to anyone getting married in the Charleston, Columbia, or Charlotte areas.

  These guys were the best of the best! Professional, fun, entertaining, I could go on and on. They were there all day with no complaints, made everyone feel comfortable and even added to the whole event as a whole. To this day our guests and us still say how awesome they were!! And the photos!! Amazing!! We really could not ask for anything more, they went above and beyond our expectations! We got everything we wanted and more! Hands down the best! I really can't put in to words how great they were. If your looking for high quality, professional, fun, dedicated, reliable, amazing photographers... Then these are the ones for you! You will not be disappointed, but surprised with the service! It felt like they were friends! And I barely noticed them taking pictures, but when I got all of them I couldn't believe how they caught every perfect moment!!

  My favorite part of my wedding was Henderson. Hands down! My husband and I loved working with Henderson. He is a professional beyond his years. His quality of work is out of this world. We have received numerous compliments on our wedding photos. He is extremely easy to work with and makes you his priority! He showed up at 9am on the day of our wedding and did not leave until after we were gone. His pricing is great because he does not charge per hour, so you have him for the entire day. He is everything with you on your big day without being intrusive. He and his wife (his second shooter) dress wedding appropriate too. Book Henderson NOW!

  I would highly recommend Henderson and his wife for any photography need. He did my daughters engagement, bridal and wedding photos. We have not seen the wedding photos yet but the engagement and bridal were wonderful. Very personable and dedicated to what he does.

  Henderson and his wife worked from sun up to sun down (and beyond) the day of my wedding. They spent several days preparing for the event by checking out the church, reception hall, and other photo venues. They accompanied the girls and I to the salon in the morning and then split up so they could capture both the guys and the girls getting ready. They were prepared for anything and went above and beyond any expectations I had. They did miss a beat but they were anything but intrusive. They are comfortable going with the flow but they also make sure to get all the shots that any bride and groom would want. If the preview photos they posted are any indication of the quality of their work I cannot wait to see the rest of my wedding photos!!!
