    Incredible Pittsburgh-Based Wedding Coordinator

    Alyson was an absolute godsend for my wedding in October 2025. After doing the initial planning on our own, we hired Hello Productions and Alyson to be our coordinator a few months before the wedding to help with all the details of scheduling, vendor management, and day-of logistics. Alyson was so prepared and helped us answer all the questions that we didn't even realize we needed to think about. Everything was so well organized that we had the wedding day planned and ready to go down to the minute about 2 weeks before the big day. It was so amazing to know that everything was figured out way before our wedding day, and then ON the day, it was so easy for us to relax knowing that Alyson and her team would take care of anything that possibly came up. I don't even know if there were any issues at my wedding because everything felt perfect to me and I was never even brought into any potential issues if there were any!

    All this to say, Alyson was absolutely incredible and so easy to work with, and I'd 10000% recommend her and Hello Productions to anyone planning a wedding in Pittsburgh 💕

    Awesome Planner = Awesome Wedding

    We're so thankful we had Christina McLachlan as our wedding planner. From our very first meeting, we got along seamlessly. She got to know us as individuals and as a couple to help create the wedding day of our dreams. There is no way we could have done it without her. To organize all the vendors, rentals, venue, timelines, etc. is so overwhelming, but she made it look easy! Not only did we get a spectacular coordinator, but we gained a true friend. Christina is somebody you can trust and count on to get the job done. We hold her near and dear to our heart. Because of her, we had a BALLER wedding and made memories that will last a lifetime.

    You always hear about how stressful weddings can be, and Allanah and Hello Productions helped us make sure that wasn't the case for us.

    We could not have asked for a better wedding, and we could not have done it without our planner Allanah.

    We began working with her about a year-or-so before our eventual wedding date, and she helped us every step of the way, from choosing a venue and date, to picking our vendors, to making sure everything went smoothly the day of. We were planning our wedding from out-of-state, so we couldn't be there for most of the meetings and planning, and she ensured that wasn't ever an issue. We ended up extremely happy and impressed with all of our vendors, and that was thanks to Allanah for helping connect us to the folks that would work best for our vision within our budget.

    We touched base here and there over the first few months, but as we approached our wedding date is when it really became apparent to us just how helpful Allanah was. She came with us to our tasting, helped us with coordination in the leadup, and truly worked her magic on the day-of.

    We were not stressed in the least in the leadup to our wedding, and she was making sure everything was working behind the scenes. Allanah was with us the entire wedding day making sure everything was running smoothly with the venue and the vendors. We had rain on the day of our wedding, and Allanah made sure the venue pivoted. She had everything adjusted seamlessly, and it ended up being a perfect day.

    You always hear about how stressful weddings can be, and we're thankful that wasn't the case for us.

    Best Event Planners Out There - Hands Down!

    We contracted Ashley Kurkiewicz with Hello Productions for the "Final Details & Day-Of Wedding Coordinator" package and it was one of the best choices we made for our 150-guest wedding. Ashley and her team went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. We even had guests comment on how amazing they were. Ashley and her team's expertise was so very much appreciated and allowed us to make decisions without thinking twice, knowing that they have our best interests in mind. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

    Christina Planned Our Dream Wedding!

    We worked with Christina McLachlan as our wedding planner, and simply put, she was amazing! Our wedding would not have happened without her. We live on the west coast, but we wanted to get married in Pittsburgh near family. Christina worked with us for about 1.5 years in total, from helping us look at venues at the very beginning, to running the whole show on our wedding day. She was always very accommodating of our time zone difference, willing to FaceTime us after we finished work (her 8pm). Also, she let us ship things to her house so we didn't have to fly everything across the country, which was so thoughtful. She helped us execute our vision for exactly what we wanted and made working with all of our vendors a breeze. Christina helped us throw an amazing wedding while staying within our budget. In the week leading up to our wedding, Christina made sure all vendors were on the same page, everything was ordered and printed, and that we knew the timelines for everything. We were able to fully experience and enjoy our wedding knowing that any problems would be taken care of. And, Christina's work speaks for itself! After our wedding, my newly-engaged cousin immediately asked for Christina's contact information and signed up to have her plan his wedding. We were so fortunate to have found Christina and highly recommend her planning services!

    10/10, cannot recommend enough!

    I can't say enough good things about Christina with Hello Productions and the Full Wedding Planning Package. From the beginning, she was able to take my abstract ideas and inspiration photos and bring them to life with the most inspiring, on the nose, design deck. She then took everything one step further to bring that design deck to life on my wedding day in a way the exceeded my expectations. On the day of, she made up for all the ways in which my venue was disorganized and everything went perfectly. There was a tornado warning the entire day of my wedding and Christina kept her cool in such a way that I was completely unaware of this until after the fact! Not only was she professional, creative, and organized she was also just amazing to be around. By the end of my wedding day I was so sad it was over, not just because the entire day was perfect but because that meant I wouldn't be talking to her regularly. If you are planning an out of town wedding, have a busy schedule, or just don't have family involvement in wedding planning I HIGHLY recommend Christina and her Hello Productions team.

    Day of Coordinator

    My husband and I booked Hello Productions for our September 2023 wedding and could not be happier with our decision. We chose the day of package and had so much support weeks leading up to our wedding. Our coordinator was Shannon Stover and she was THE BEST. Shannon and her team went above and beyond for us. We credit her for making our day as perfect as it was and can not thank them all enough!

    Alyson was the best!

    We had the pleasure of working with Alyson as our Day-of-Coordinator. She was such a thoughtful and calming person to have in our corner during our wedding. From convincing the bride that she really truly didn't have to worry about doing anything, to going to find pitchers to serve water when my caterers disappeared, I can't say enough good things about working with Alyson. Having her there really let us (and our parents) just focus on having a blast celebrating our wedding.

    The Perfect Day!

    If you are looking for Day of Coordination services, look no further. My husband and I had already made all the big decisions for our wedding, but we both knew that we didn't want to be stressed on the day of and truly wanted to experience every moment of our magical day. Our coordinator was Christina Affinito, and she was a dream to work with. She is organized, friendly, timely, brain when you don't have one (Bride brain is a thing!), and will help make your wedding a dream. Leading up to the big day, Christina helped create a perfect timeline of events. This became the foundation of our big day and truly the blueprint to event success. On the big day, Christina and her crew (Maddie and Alexandra) set up the venue perfectly. From the Welcome Sign down to the personalized coasters, everything was perfectly set and waiting for our guests to arrive. All of our guests even complimented how wonderful this team was. At the end of the night, they had everything packaged up and ready to go home. My husband and I didn't stress even a moment. The only thing I wish I could have done differently would be that I didn't get the opportunity to hug Christina, Maddie, and Alexandra. THANK YOU HELLO PRODUCTIONS TEAM, you all helped create the perfect day to start Andrew and I's forever! We are forever grateful for your work and will recommend you to everyone we know!

    Hiring hello productions was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process!

    Purchasing the day-of coordination package for our wedding day was hands down the best money we spent on our wedding. Alyson was an absolute dream to work with! Everything turned out exactly how I dreamed it would, and knowing that her and her team had everything under control meant I could genuinely relax and really focus on the joy and excitement of the day. On top of executing all the ideas that were floating around in my head perfectly and keeping everyone on schedule, she sewed my dress back together not once but TWICE (a loop on my bustle broke and I danced too hard and broke a strap). What sounds like most brides' nightmare didn't even register as a problem (and honestly makes me laugh thinking back on it now) knowing that Alyson was there to rescue me! I can't recommend Hello Productions enough.

    No Worries on the Wedding Day!!

    Christina was our wedding coordinator, and she is just such a sweet person! She truly cares about making your day what you envision! Over the time we worked with her, she truly became a friend! Also, our wedding day ran flawlessly!! We truly never had to worry about any logistics on the day off. We were able to enjoy our day and Christina and her team helped to create such a beautiful wedding!!!! It was the best day of our lives, and we were so happy to have Christina as a part of it!!!!     Alyson made our wedding day a breeze! From our first meeting, I knew that Alyson and Hello Productions were the correct choice. She is warm, competent, professional, and calm. She helped coordinate everything and meeting with her made the whole process easier. On the day of the wedding, Alyson and Danielle took care ofmaking sure everything was set up, cleaned up, and where it was supposed to be. She truly made the day perfect.     Stress-free day thanks to Hello Productions

    My husband and I hired Hello Productions more specifically Alyson Huth as our day of coordinator for our wedding. Part of our dream was creating a stress-free wedding that was idyllic and magical. We really wanted to enjoy our day without having to answer a million questions. Alyson took all of our stress away so we could enjoy our day with our family and friends which is priceless. Alyson and her assistant did a beautiful job putting all of our decor together to create a dreamy space that all of our guests could enjoy.     Amazing day-of coordination & design by Christina!

    I used Hello Productions for day-of coordination and design for my wedding on 7/16/22 and Christina McLachlan was my planner. From my first conversation with Christina, I knew she was a perfect fit- she is kind, professional, detail-oriented, and listened to everything that I wanted for my wedding day. Christina played such a crucial role in bringing my design vision to life, but even more importantly, allowed me to plan with my wedding with significantly less stress and made it more fun and exciting. We unfortunately ran into some issues with my caterer in the weeks leading up to the wedding and Christina truly went above and beyond to take care of the problems and advocate for me. I had complete confidence that my wedding day would be perfect and seamless with Christina leading things (and it absolutely was!!!). Christina was such a pleasure to work with- so wonderfully professional, but also felt like a friend that was helping me plan my wedding. Future brides, if you are considering hiring a planner/day-of coordinator, HIRE CHRISTINA!!!! She is just simply the best.

    Absolutely amazing!

    My daughter’s wedding was at Hartwood Acres 7/9/22. Vendor setup can only begin at 10:00 am day of event. The amount of work setting up in such a short time frame seemed overwhelming to us. But Allanah from Hello Productions carried out day of coordination perfectly! The transformation of the venue from 10:00am-2:00 pm was nothing short of magical. Her helpful, pleasant demeanor made it easy to work with her. I highly recommend Hello Productions and Allanah!

    Fantastic Support from Hello Productions

    I can't thank Allanah and Hello Productions for helping make our wedding the event of a lifetime! She was supportive, handled all "emergencies" before I even had time to be concerned and helped make my vision come to life. She was great with emails and connecting me with the right people. She listened to budget concerns and helped us get our the perfect vendors for us!     The Best Money We Ever Spent

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about Hello Productions and especially my coordinator, Alexandra. From the moment I inquired about services until the wedding itself, she and her coworkers were nothing but helpful and supportive. She was beyond organized and on top of handling unexpected changes. Getting a wedding coordinator always seemed like something a little over-the-top for me, but having Alexandra and her team proved to be invaluable not just from a logistical standpoint but also from an emotional one. She was so supportive when I felt mired in details and probably put in more hours than she should've for doing day-of coordination! On top of everything, the fee they charged was incredibly reasonable for all the work that they did. If you're at all on the fence about it, go with Hello Productions, they are the absolute best. Thank you guys again for such a fantastic day!

    One-of-a-kind

    We are so thankful for Allanah Ebenstein; we could not have had the successful wedding we did without her. She was perfectly matched with us, and from day 1 we knew we were in good hands. I am a planner, and I loved putting together our wedding. That being said, Allanah knew when to let me do my thing, and she also knew when to weigh in. She was AMAZING at advocating for us when it came to catering needs, venue accommodations, and so much more. She always thought of things that were outside of the box, and there were many times where things were accomplished and I never even had to bother thinking about them. We hired Allanah through Hello Productions for full service planning, and this was one of the best decisions we made. From the constant contact, timely responses, vendor recommendations, and solution-focused approach to all things wedding related, Allanah exceeded our expectations. In short, we would happily hire her again for all planning needs, and we would HIGHLY recommend her for your upcoming events.

    One of the best decisions we made...

    The main reason I wanted to work with Hello Productions is because from our very first conversation, Christina made me feel like someone else was just as excited about not only bringing our wedding vision to life but also, and more importantly, our relationship and what got us (me and my now husband) here – and I knew instantly that I wanted her to be part of our wedding day. She got to know us on a personal level during the planning process and it made such a difference in how everything came together.

    On our wedding day, both of us, our parents and other family members were able to fully enjoy every moment and not worry about anything – Christina made sure of it. She and Alexandra (who is also amazing!) were totally on top of it. Plus, their existing relationships with our other vendors in the Pittsburgh wedding community added to the day. Everyone was on the same page and it flowed so well. Our wedding felt like a dream and we could not have asked for a better vendor team to make it happen.

    Christina & Alexandra went above and beyond to make sure we were happy (and I don’t think we could have been any happier!) leading up to and throughout our entire wedding. Truly, I cannot thank them enough for helping to make our wedding so special and memorable.

    Christina and co are the best!

    Christina was our day-of wedding coordinator and she did an absolutely fantastic job! We communicated with her via email and phone in the months leading up to the wedding, and she was extremely professional and provided helpful advice in many instances. She and the Hello Productions team took care of all the details (venue set up, coordinating the night with all the vendors, personally packing up and bringing items to our hotel towards the end of the night, etc.) during our wedding day and helped execute and cater to our vision. Christina did an amazing job and we were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her on our special day!

    Best money spent!

    Christina went above and beyond all expectations. I was planning a wedding through COVID (meaning many changes needed to be made last minute) and I truly do not know what I would’ve done without her. Through my mini freak outs, Christina knew exactly what to do and what to say to not only make me feel better but fix whatever problem we faced. She truly got to know me as a person and therefore was able to cater to me and my needs perfectly. That being said, she was easily able to gain an understand of my vision, what I liked and didn’t like, and helped me execute exactly what I was envisioning. Day-of I didn’t have a single worry (as it should be) and everything went smoothly, which I can thank Christina and Hello Productions for.
    I was originally planning on not hiring a wedding planner, but I am so glad I did. Without a doubt, the best money we spent throughout the wedding process. I recommend all brides hire a planner. All in all, you can’t go wrong with Hello Productions, specifically Christina!

    Highly Suggest!

    Christina and her crew absolutely made my wedding day! I never stressed or worried about if things were done, or what happens if an issue pops up because they were on it! They took care of any little thing I needed (setting the venue up, dealing with vendors, packing up cars the night of with our items, and so much more). If you’re wondering if you should invest - the answer is yes! Not only did I not have to worry, but my mother and rest of my family were able to enjoy the night as well! I would hire Christina again in a heartbeat, it was well worth it!!

    An enjoyable experience to create a perfect day!

    Christina from Hello Productions did nothing for us except hit homeruns!! She walked us through EVERY SINGLE aspect of our wedding and made planning our big day an absolute breeze... we had no idea how much went into planning a wedding until we met Christina. It was only overwhelming for a quick second and then she literally held our hand the entire way by making suggestions and giving us all of our options. She helped us to stay on budget and save money while still getting every single thing we wanted. Our wedding could not of turned out any more perfect and the process of pulling of our perfect dream day was actually fun! We looked forward to all of our zooms, phone calls and meetings with Christina. She is not our wedding planner anymore but now our friend. She is an awesome person in the absolute right job space for herself... we have already recommended her to friends that are recently engaged!     Stress Free Wedding Day

    Christina from the Hello team was our guide through the entire stressful time of trying to plan and replan our wedding due to COVID-19. While we only hired her and her assistants for Day Of Coordination, she went above and beyond in March and April 2020 to make sure we were moving forward in a matter that brought us peace.
    Fast forward to when we finally got to celebrate our big day in June 2021 and her and her team made our day extra stress free. Christina was super positive, on top of it, and even helped us with last minute needs. Since we were planning all of this from out of town, she definitely helped us have peace of mind up to the big day. Her assistants were also very positive and flexible. Together they took care of everything day of. They helped bustle my wedding dress, and even danced with the flower girl when she asked before the party got started. We would definitely recommend Hello Productions to friends in the Pittsburgh area. Day of coordination was definitely worth it and we are very pleased with our decision to work with Hello Productions.

    Cake Protector Extraordinaire

    Christina and her team were a dream to work with from the beginning! From our first phone conversation Christina got me feeling excited about my wedding again since at the time I was feeling a little overwhelmed and just stressed about the whole thing. When on my wedding day one of my vendors had an issue and reached out to me directly instead of her, she went to war for me with this particular vendor. This vendor happened to be our transportation as well so she ended up driving me and my dad in her own car from our reception venue to our ceremony venue. Then during our reception we made some last minute changes to our day of timeline and we had a mini 10 minute dance party but our cake was on the dance floor, her and her assistants guarded our cake with their LIVES while us and the rest of our crazy guests danced the following 10 minutes away. I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator to help manage all of the bumps in the road that occurred on the day of my wedding.

    Allanah was amazing!!

    We cannot thank Allanah and her team at Hello Productions enough for making sure our wedding day was perfect. We hired her less than 3 weeks before our wedding when our venue coordinator unexpectedly resigned. She truly saved the day and relieved us of all our stress! We were all smiles the entire reception knowing that we were in good hands and didn't have a thing to worry about.

    I sent her pictures of our "vision" before the wedding, and my jaw dropped when we walked into the reception because she nailed every. single. detail. Allanah went above and beyond for us, between offering to drive our decorations to the venue the week of the wedding, bringing us glasses of water on the dance floor throughout the night, and sending my bridal bouquet to the preservation company for me after the wedding so we could jet off to our honeymoon! She also made sure our decorations were packed nicely at the end of the night to allow for an easy pickup the next day when we were exhausted. (And so much more!)

    I never thought a day-of coordinator would be needed since I'm pretty organized, but our only regret is that we wished we had hired her earlier into the wedding planning process! She is truly a gem and will make sure your day is incredible.

    AMAZING services.

    Natasha Learn was our planner for the last 2+ years and I am BEYOND grateful for her and her services. She quickly became a part of my family and she was insanely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. She was available to me throughout this time and made everything so fun and easy. She was compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our wedding day. We had waited a very long time for this and Natasha made sure that everything was absolutely perfect.     Do yourself a favor and hire Natasha at Hello Productions

    As a mother of a now 21-month old, with a full-time job, living in NC, my fiancé and I knew we needed a wedding planner for our out-of-state wedding in Pittsburgh! I interviewed a couple of planners and felt immediately comfortable with Natasha (Brody) Katic. She has an amazing ability to stay calm, collected and take fast action when needed. These attributes were an absolute Godsend when our May 2020 wedding was postponed due to Covid-19 and rescheduled for August 2020. When some of our initial vendors retained their deposit and informed us that they were not available for the new August date, Natasha found new talent quickly and they did an amazing job (Thank you Sky's the Limit Photography and DJ Underdog!) Three weeks before our August 15th date, our chosen venue for the reception was not going to be open so we had to replan the ENTIRE reception in 21 days! Natasha immediately found a beautiful outdoor venue at Shady Elms Farm that was actually available, all inclusive and simply amazing! The compliments on style, detail and the flow of events keep coming in. Cramming all the paperwork and payments and calls in the last weeks got pretty intense while also trying to work from home with a baby. When the weight of it all got too much, she stepped in and did everything she could to help and even put her therapist hat on when I needed an ear. Let it be known that Natasha Katic didn't just plan our wedding, she replanned a full reception in three weeks during a global pandemic. With every detail in place on the day of, you would have thought we had the full year! If you had any shadow of a doubt about her abilities, this should ease your mind. Thank you so much Hello Productions for choosing to stay with us and helping us on our journey during such a unique and uncertain season!

    Couldn't have done it without them!

    Allanah and Ashley were incredible to work with! We had to postpone our original wedding and replan a much smaller wedding in the midst of COVID-19. I cannot say enough about their help in this process. They minimized our stress and were so supportive and positive in the process. Our wedding turned out better than we could have ever imagined.     Natasha Learn is amazing!

    I honestly do not know what I would have done without Natasha Learn as my day of wedding planner. I just got married in November 2019, and my wedding was perfect in large part due to Natasha. She was so much more than a day of planner, and we discussed all of the details of my wedding for many months leading up to the actual day. She always made me feel at ease and was so encouraging when I was worried about something. When I would ask for advice on a particular topic, Natasha would always have a prompt and direct response that made my life so much easier and less stressful! Whether it was regarding favors, start/end times, or the flow of the day - she was always on it and knew what to do. She was so well organized, and she made the most detailed "day of" timeline for my wedding that I have ever seen. Every moment of my day was accounted for, and it took all of my stress away so that I could just sit back on the morning of my wedding, feel beautiful, and have a mimosa! The day before my wedding, Natasha came to the venue and we reviewed my vision. She helped so much with set up and had so many great ideas. When I walked into my venue the night of my wedding, it was like a fairy godmother had pulled off the most romantic look I had ever seen. It was perfect. It was like she had pulled it right out of my dreams. Natasha added so much warmth to the décor and knew exactly where to place things to make everything flow and look perfect. The night before my wedding, Natasha even drove an hour plus away to pick up something that we forgot for our rehearsal dinner. It was incredible and so sweet of her. On the day of the wedding, her team directed the whole flow of the ceremony and reception, and everything went so smoothly. They also cleaned up after for us, and everything was packed so neatly and organized! When I looked at the boxes at my parents house, it was such a relief. Natasha will take away your stress throughout the whole wedding process. To have such a professional, strong woman on your side will make your day so much more amazing. If someone was getting married in Erie, PA or any of the surrounding areas, I would tell them that they must absolutely hire Natasha Learn. There would be no other option for me!

    Natasha Learn made our special day even more perfect than we could have imagined! When we first met for our introduction meeting, we knew immediately we made the right decision. Natasha’s attention to detail and expertise made the whole process from start to finish memorable and enjoyable. Every wedding meeting we had with potential vendors could not have been done without her.     Absolutely amazing!

    Hello Productions and Natasha Learn were an absolutely dream to work with for our wedding! Natasha Learn was our wedding planner and we absolutely loved her. We chose to have Natasha with us from the beginning to the end and it was honestly worth it. When asked any advice in wedding planning my first response is to hire a wedding planner after working with Natasha.. Natasha was a dream to work and communicate with. Natasha was super organized and very detailed oriented. Natasha was always on top of everything and really listened to what we wanted for our big day. We started planning our wedding while we were living in Austin TX and we were nervous about how we could pull this off from miles away. We knew we could trust Natasha from the start. The whole decision making process was SO easy with Natasha. Natasha provided us with a detailed budget tracker and timeline of “to do” tasks from the start. We started with monthly to do list and then as we got closer to the wedding we worked on weekly/daily to do list. We told Natasha our vision and she pulled together options for every single vendor, décor, save the dates, invitations etc. She pulled together our vibe and theme from the start. Natasha set up all communication with our vendors making it super easy. If there was ever an issue or something we needed to take care of Natasha was already on it. Natasha attended all of our vendor meetings and was super prepared with questions we already discussed. Natasha was well spoken, organized and professional in person and through email. There was a big sense of ease and comfort in knowing Natasha was making sure we were sticking to our budget. Our wedding was an absolute dream! Everything came together so perfectly. My parents were so pleased with the timeline of events and the vendor set up for the day of the wedding. My biggest concern was making sure I trusted someone for the day of the wedding because I knew my family would be with me getting ready. Everything ran SO smoothly for both bride and groom. Natasha made me feel so calm and relaxed on my wedding day. After the wedding, Natasha and her team handled clean up and personally delivered everything to my hotel. We were able to soak up and enjoy post wedding bliss with our family and friends. We have received SO many compliments from our wedding and it is all because of Natasha. I highly recommend Natasha Learn and Hello Productions. You will not be disappointed!

    Best decision we made!

    If you are stressed about planning, I highly recommend Hello Productions!

    I chose the the Beginning to End Planning Package and worked with Natasha. It was WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

    My wedding was at Phipps Conservatory and we live in Florida, so everything we were doing was from long distance. Natasha was extremely organized and provided me with a detailed budget tracker, multiple timelines, vendor spreadsheets, and monthly/weekly to-do lists. She created multiple vendor searches and provided me with options and contacts for every single detail. She created a personalized mood board and helped me find favors, decorations, a website, invitations, save-the-dates so that everything was on theme! She helped me set up vendor appointments and accompanied me on conference calls and meetings when needed.

    During the wedding, her and her team were so helpful! They set up everything, printed and delivered all of my signs, coordinated all contact with vendors. She was cool, calm, and collected and made me feel relaxed and taken care of! I was able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything! After the wedding, I was able to leave and enjoy the rest of the night, her team handled clean-up and delivery to my hotel!

    Natasha was so easy to work with, responsible, organized, extremely professional, and an absolute joy! During vendor meetings she had lists of questions and made sure everything was correct and what I wanted! She answered every email, text, and phone call in a timely manner.

    I highly highly recommend Hello Productions and you will not be disappointed! I do not have one single complaint!

    Hiring a wedding planner was the best money we ever spent! Natasha was so professional, resourceful and organized, and she was an absolute dream to work with. She has planned so many weddings that she has an incredible depth of experience and knowledge about what works in what venues and she helped us find professional, amazing vendors to round out the team.     Hello productions was the best. I worked with Natasha Brody and she became like family as she helped me plan my wedding for almost a year and a half. She knew exactly what my vision was and knew who to talk to and what to do. She made every step of the way a breeze and so much less stressful.     Natasha Learn kept me sane and organized

    I am so, so glad that we hired Natasha Learn for our wedding. We had actually already had a venue coordinator that came with our reception venue, but since the wedding and reception were in two locations, I wanted to hire one person to act as the go-to. So I hired her as a day-of coordinator and she was worth her weight in gold. I had many guests say that it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended, and I give a lot of that credit to Nathasha’s work on coordinating a seamless night.

    Even though she was a day-of coordinator, she started doing a lot of scheduling, phone and email correspondence, and checking details with me about a month prior to the day. It was so nice to be able to hand over my 2+ years of planning to her and trust her to execute it. And she did so perfectly. She was very organized and helped me stay sane, and she always took every challenge I threw her way with a huge smile and enthusiasm.

    I had a lot of moving parts during my wedding. There was a church that wasn’t exactly easy to work with, a large bridal party, two bands, and 14 vendors in total. Almost every vendor was independent, so I didn’t make it easy on her.

    I think the best possible thing I could say about Natasha’s work was that on the day of the wedding, my husband and I had an amazing time and even if there was chaos in the background (still to this day not sure if there was) we never saw or felt it. Thank you Natasha for your hard work and professionalism - you helped create an event that I and many others will never forget!

    Couldn't have had our dream wedding without Natasha!

    We don't have enough words to describe how wonderful it was to work with Natasha the 8 months leading up to our wedding weekend. We had two weddings on two separate days (Hindu and Christian), and with Natasha by our side, it felt seamless. Family and friends were amazed and impressed that this Hindu wedding was her first to plan! She was a calm force throughout the weekend, and her presence just made us feel like we were always in control. Everything from both days felt like true representation of who my husband and I are. We still get compliments of how beautiful the weekend was, and we owe it all to Natasha and her team!

    Hiring Natasha Learn for our day-of coordinator was the smartest thing my husband and I did for our wedding. I can get very easily overwhelmed but Natasha made sure that did not happen. A month before the wedding, Natasha took over all the final details and made sure all my vendors were confirmed and created the best, most organized timeline for us. I did not have to do a single thing for the day of the wedding except get ready and relax because of Natasha! She was also very helpful in answering all my emails if I had any questions about weddings in general, or if I needed any decoration inspo. She was the best! I would recommend Natasha Learn to any bride that needs or wants any type of wedding coordination.

    Natasha did a wonderful job with our day of services (the package we chose). She was very responsive, and helped us make sure all went according to plan on the day of our event as well as during our rehearsal. She was with us every step of the way the entire week leading up to the event, and was beyond professional and helpful at every turn. In fact, when we ran out of alcohol, she went above and beyond to ensure more could be purchased--she didn't even bother my husband or I, she simply asked the dads!     There literally aren't enough words to describe how amazing Natasha Eger was for our wedding. She is incredibly professional, sweet, on top of her game, communicative, and organized. She is everything you want in a coordinator or planner.

    She was the first coordinator I spoke with, and I knew right away she was the right choice. I did a lot of planning and organizing ahead throughout the year leading up to the wedding, but my plan from the get go was to do all sorts of work up front and then do my best to just live in the moment and enjoy the day. Natasha was integral to this actually happening.

    She was easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions. She was my advocate leading up, especially with some of the tougher to deal with and/or track down vendors. I had someone who had my back and would ask the tough questions and get the answers!

    I was so confident in her that I honestly had little to no stress on my wedding day. I didn't show up to our venue until I was about to walk down the aisle, and as a slightly Type A personality, it's amazing that I could do that! Haha. I just knew she knew what I wanted and would do her best to make it happen. I trusted her to make decisions in my absence.

    Another very important thing to add is that we had our wedding outside on my now husband's (!!) family farm, and so there were A LOT of moving parts, and Natasha and her team handled them all with ease. I can't say enough!! She is the absolute best.

    Natasha Brody was our comprehensive wedding planner and she did an awesome job. We worked with her for 18 months, and she never made us feel judged or crazy in our thoughts, plans, etc. When our photographer went rogue and disappeared the week of our engagement pictures, Natasha stepped in and recommended an AMAZING alternative (and, huge thanks to Adam Michael for being amazing). Lastly, I am a type A / OCD type of girl but I was fairly low maintenance / indecisive with all wedding items ... I can imagine it was a combo that could drive a planner nuts! However, with all the "I don't know. What do you think? Oh, this looks cool on pinterest" SOMEHOW Natasha completely nailed my vision - when I opened my eyes I couldnt believe how perfect it was for me and my husband. And, I did not have the slightest bit of anxiety or worry throughout the entire day - I just knew Natasha had it! I still couldn't tell you if there were any hiccups because she was that good ... everything went off perfectly and I know it's to her amazing talent and organization. Thank you again, Natasha ...

As a couple living in FL planning a Pittsburgh wedding, her and her team went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch! Natasha listened to all of our visions and made our dreams become reality this past April. I was absolutely speechless walking into my reception because it was everything I had ever dreamed of turned into real life.     We worked with Ashley for our wedding . It was such a great experience having her as part of our team as the day of coordinator. I felt like she was much more than that. She really took a lot of stress and responsibility off my shoulders after she joined the team. We were budget-conscious, and I can say that the money we spent for her services, we got the most value out of. Our reception flowed beautifully. She knew exactly what elements were critical for the reception and made planning it very easy. I'm very detailed oriented and organized, so finding someone who is even more like this than me was a breath of fresh air. She paid attention to every minute detail and scheduled everything down to the minute. The evening of the reception flowed incredibly, and I didn't have to worry about anything. She made it so much fun for me. I would strongly recommend her and the Hello team to anyone who is getting married.

    Natasha was absolutely amazing to work with. She went above and beyond what I would have ever expected and cannot thank her enough for being such a HUGE help on my wedding day. All of my worries were lifted having her and her team working on bringing my vision to life at our venue. She is extremely flexible and really listens to what you want.     Having received a pointer from one of our groomsmen that we’d be dumb not to get a day-of coordinator, Kell and I reached out to Hello Productions less than two weeks prior to our wedding at the Renaissance Marriott Hotel in Pittsburgh, PA. We were put in touch with Natasha within 24 hours of reaching out and after a quick introduction call, we signed a contract covering rehearsal preparation and various day of coordination activities.

    Natasha was wonderful to work with throughout the process. She provided a very detailed questionnaire covering all aspects of the two-day event (rehearsal + wedding). After we quickly filled that out and provided her with a list of all our vendors, she hit the ground running confirming timely arrival of items such as flowers, cakes, etc., and ensured all vendors and Renaissance staff were on the same page with the plans.

    While we don’t believe it to be the norm, a combination of what we think was fairly good preparation on our part combined with her experience, skills, and dedication to ensuring the event went smoothly showed that you can pick up a day-of coordinator really late in the game. We haven’t been to 100’s of weddings, but we’ve participated in quite a few and can definitively say that Natasha did a fantastic job of walking the line between making sure things were executed as planned while not acting like a drill sergeant doing so. She rolled with the punches without straying from her sweet demeanor. We’ve seen plenty of examples of other coordinators that were way too far on either end of the spectrum. Not Natasha, she nails the required balance.
    Being organized, professional, kind, and not too serious to have plenty of laughs with you all the while delivering the results you’d hope for, Kell and I would highly recommend her for couples looking for someone to help coordinate their wedding.

    We hired Natasha Learn to coordinate our wedding and it was the best decision we made during the entire planning process. She is excellent at communicating and problem solving and has a real gift for taking on our vision and executing it perfectly.     We loved working with Natasha Brody as our beginning to end wedding coordinator! We first met with Natasha shortly after getting engaged, and were impressed by her organization, wedding style ideas and great communication. Natasha was very flexible with planning our meeting times to accommodate me and my husband’s work schedules, as well as helping coordinate vendor meetings when my mom could make it from out of town. Speaking of vendors, Natasha’s recommendations were all outstanding! With so many vendors to choose from in Pittsburgh, she really helped guide us in the right direction with narrowing down our options and made suggestions on how many vendors to meet with before making a selection. Natasha is very organized and kept us on track with important deadlines, which can easily be overlooked especially during the last couple months when all the final details are coming together. The day of our wedding we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Natasha made sure everything went off without a hitch from the day of timeline to our reception set up, break down and everything in between. We were really able to enjoy our wedding day and have fun without any behind the scenes stress. We originally hired her for day-of-coordinating but because we were planning our PA wedding all the way from Los Angeles, we asked her to coordinate some other aspects as well. It was the best decision we made during the entire planning process. She took so much stress off our plates and had creative solutions at the ready for every problem we encountered. She helped us secure reliable vendors that matched our vision and our budget. We did a lot of the work ourselves and on the day of she made sure everything was executed exactly how we had envisioned it.     Natasha is an actual angel. I hired her to act as my day-of-coordinator for my May 27th wedding, and she was the best financial investment I made in my wedding day. As far as I know, the day went 100% as planned, even though I'm sure that's not true. Natasha and her team made sure everything went smoothly and that I was kept from any external stress on the day. She also helped my husband and I wrangle our crazy family for a rehearsal, which is a feat in itself. She was also great about keeping in contact with me via-email, which was my preference since I was planning my wedding while working a full-time office job. Everything about this process with her was EASY. Super-duper-easy. I would recommend her services to anyone looking to enjoy their wedding day...she is a MUST HIRE!!!

    I worked with Kim Allera from Hello Productions for the 2-3 months leading up to my wedding and day-of coordination. It was the best decision we made - she made everything so easy and stress-free. Most brides are so stressed for the few weeks leading up to the wedding and I was completely calm and able to enjoy the time with my then fiancé. Kim made sure all of the vendors knew the exact schedule, she helped set up as needed the day of, along with an assistant of hers, and took everything to our room when the reception was over. I can't say enough wonderful things about her!

    I used Hello Productions for the day of my wedding and I am so happy that I did. Getting a wedding coordinator the the day of was a bit of a splurge but I do not regret it. My wedding was at the Pittsburgh Opera House and everything had to be brought in and set up, which is a huge undertaking. My wedding was also a huge DIY wedding, so having the extra support there the day of to help set up and make sure everything ran smoothly made me feel so much better. Natasha and her staff were just so great, very detail oriented and attentive. I really can't say enough about these ladies, they were so great! Brides, if you are on the fence about a wedding coordinator, get one! At least a day-of coordinator. You will thank me later!

    I worked with Kim Allera for my recent wedding and she was AMAZING. She went above and beyond my expectations of what a planner should do and was so helpful leading up to the wedding. She took so much stress off of me and handled everything from contacting my vendors to running errands making sure everyone got what they needed on time. There was a vendor or two who were tough to get responses from at times and she was persistent and got everything handled which was a huge help for me trying to plan during crazy work weeks. I am a last minute person and she helped me get everything together and stay on top of what needed done. I would highly recommend using her if you want to wake up the day of the wedding feeling stress-free knowing you covered all of your bases!! She was very responsive and I don't know what I would have done without her-- especially the week of the wedding!

    We hired Natasha for full planning services for our ceremony at Heinz Chapel and our reception at the Music Hall Foyer at the Carnegie Museums and she was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly organized, calm under pressure, super responsive, had an amazing eye for design and had great relationships with numerous wedding vendors. . .all traits which are must haves for a wedding planner! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we are not aware of any issues or anything that went wrong, which is the biggest testament to a wedding planner since if there were any hiccups (which I’m told happens during everyone’s wedding day!) she handled it perfectly and importantly made it so we were not aware of anything.
    Also, in the month leading up to the wedding, the museum switched the exclusive caterer and we were a week out without a signed final catering contract which is of course is a nightmare. She was able to keep us calm and went above and beyond in sitting down with the museum and new caterer by herself to make sure everything was worked out with the catering and exactly how we wanted it. She also went above and beyond in decorating the reception venue and it literally took our breath away when we saw it for the first time as it looked like something out of a bridal magazine.
    All in all you could not ask for a better wedding planner for your big day!

    I cannot give enough compliments to Hello Productions, especially Kim Allera, who was our day of coordinator (also had Christine with her that day, who was fabulous!).
    We were under the assumption that if we hired a day of coordinator, that was what we got. Not the case - she was so much more! Kim helped us from the get go, was always there with any questions we had, and gave advice any time we needed. She was so organized and our wedding day was flawless. I cannot put a price on the fact that I had pretty much no worries that day, so the value portion to us was through the roof!
    I initially met with Kim not long after hiring Hello. We talked basics, then she reassured me she'd be reachable by phone/email at time for advice or whatever I needed. We communicated pretty frequently for several months. Closer to the wedding both my husband I met with her and tied up loose ends. She then met with us again at the venue to get a final idea of what our ideas were.
    As there was a Friday wedding at our venue, EVERYTHING had to be done the day of. She and Christine came and transformed an empty barn into exactly what I had in my mind...amazing! The great service continued up until she left at the end of the night - they took all of our gifts/cards/valuables back to our hotel and packed safely into our room.
    Do yourself a favor and get a day of coordinator (if not a planner) and make it Hello!!

    From the moment I first spoke with Kaitlin from Hello Productions in Raleigh, I knew it was a wedding planner match made in heaven. Kaitlin brought so much enthusiasm, knowledge, expertise, and willingness to go above and beyond for us throughout our entire wedding planning process. We brought her on board as our wedding planner 10 months before our big day and she researched and helped us select many of our vendors, answered so many questions, served as the primary contact with our vendors, provided advice, design help, and helped us achieve our vision for our big day. I affectionately dubbed Kaitlin as the Keeper of My Sanity. She made the often stressful and time consuming wedding planning process so easy for us and, dare I say, delightful. Whenever I had a request or thought, she would find the answer and take care of it. I always felt calm, knowing she had it all together. She even helped us donate our flowers to an organization that distributes them to hospitals and nursing homes. Our wedding was on a Saturday, and the next day she took all our flowers to the drop off location. On the day of our wedding she coordinated all of the deliveries and set-up, which can be complicated at the venue we chose. She was so sweet and professional throughout the entire day (with vendors, my family, and guests) and my family all remarked how happy we were that she was there to make everything go so smoothly. She even brought all of our personal items back to my parents' hotel room while we continued the party late into the wee hours of the night. She will go above and beyond for you, maintains a constant positive attitude, and troubleshoots anything that comes up. Book Kaitlin with Hello Productions for your wedding! I can't say enough good things about her. Thank you, Kaitlin! We really couldn't have done it without her.

    My experience with Hello Productions and Natasha was Amazing!! Natasha is super helpful with literally everything you can imagine. She took over contacting vendors for me, keeping track of the budget, offered tons of recommendations for everything and lots of help with the design aspect as well. She attended all the meetings with me with my vendors and gave her thoughts and input on design and decor in a polite manner without being pushy. She suggested great things that went with my overall design thoughts and the atmosphere I wanted to convey at my wedding. Natasha was able to keep all the vendors in line, the details covered, the seating chart assistance, and was there to handle any crisis. On the day of the wedding her and her team were wonderful as well. They made sure the venue looked great, everyone was where they should be, the gift table was looked after, and the timeline flowed as planned. They also brought everything up to our hotel room packed up nicely afterwards which was such a great relief. Truly I think Natasha and Hello Productions are a great company to work with and they will do everything they can to make sure you have a flawless wedding day!

    We hired Natasha for the day-of coordination, and it was by far the best decision we made. Not only did she ensure a flawless execution of my vision, she went above and beyond her "day of" duties to help us plan our Pittsburgh wedding all the way from Colorado. Natasha was on the ball from the very first meeting, to the point where she remembered which red wine was in which of my glasses during the tasting after I carelessly mixed them up! Her recommendations were spot-on and she was able to deal with my strong preferences & opinions in a very graceful way.     Natasha Brody was so helpful while planning my daughter's wedding. She was stationed with the navy in Japan and Natasha was very understanding of trying to work with lack of communication at times. She took my daughter's vision and perfected it. The day of the wedding was so easy because she took care of all the details.

    Natasha was fantastic. She met with us nearly a year prior to our wedding in Pittsburgh since Ashley was unable to make the original meeting. From then on, Natasha exceeded our expectations. She was thorough, responsive to emails, made us feel super important, and attended all the (numerous) meetings I set up in Erie and over the phone with our vendors to make sure all was smooth throughout! The final execution of the event was flawless--so much so, that I cried when I saw the final design of the reception space. I was blown away. The value for the services provided can't be beat.

    Colleen was AWESOME. We went into our initial meeting with Hello Productions over a year and a half prior to our wedding thinking that we were only going to hire someone to help us find our venue. Instead, we decided upon the full wedding planning package and have not regretted it once. Colleen is the epitome of professionalism. She listened to everything I said I wanted and expanded upon it to make it better. She was creative and did it in a way that allowed my husband, parents and I to save money while still maintaining our vision. I wanted whimsical and romantic and she gave me that and so much more. Not once was I stressed out over details because of Colleen's meticulous planning and organization. She even worked her magic and helped with getting extras from vendors! :) She is worth her weight in gold and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding or a better person to work with.

    We are thrilled with the services provided by Natasha and the Hello Productions team at our June 14, 2014 wedding reception at the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh. Kudos to Natasha for giving us the idea to check out the Children's Museum when I needed help finding a venue. My parents (who just met Natasha that weekend) commented on how organized and professional the team was throughout the entire event. We had a great time, and a lot of our guests told us that it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to.

    Colleen Geletko of Hello Productions did a fantastic job helping us plan our wedding! I was always a little intimidated by the big, wide wedding world. From the beginning, I felt Colleen had a genuine interest in who we were as a couple, and wanted to know more about our personal sense of style and taste. She took this knowledge and used it to bring a manageable amount of fresh, interesting options to every meeting. From months out, to the big day itself, and even in follow-up a month later, Colleen was also our true advocate in dealing with vendors. Most admirably, she handled a totally unforeseeable mid-ceremony accident with grace and speed, and kept the whole night running smoothly! Our wedding was the most beautiful, inspiring, romantic event I have ever been a part of. I would recommend Hello Productions to anyone who asked! Thank you, Colleen!

    After we became engaged, I was uncertain how we would handle all the planning and details of a wedding with the demands of a very busy work schedule and family life. Since this was our second marriage, we were also surprised by all the changes in weddings so I really felt that we needed some direction. I decided to look into having a wedding planner and I actually read the reviews from other brides about Ashley and decided to contact her. From the moment that we met Ashley, we felt confident in her abilities- Ashley is a true professional with exceptional expertise and good interpersonal skills. And, she is a very caring person! She introduced us to a great network of vendors of products and services that saved us so much time and stress. Ashley kept us on schedule with everything that needed to be accomplished and handled so many small details with everything from making appointments with experienced vendors to keeping checklists and coordinating the details. The day of the wedding was so wonderful and stress-free because Ashley and her team handled everything and there are so many things to coordinate and manage on that day! She was also a wonderful support to me personally as the bride when I really needed it. Even our family and some guests commented on how helpful Ashley and her team were the day of the wedding to accommodate what was needed. My husband was skeptical at first of having a wedding planner and didn't see the need for one but after our experience with Ashley and Hello Productions over the past year and at the wedding, he definitely changed his mind and said he is so glad that we had Ashley. We are truly grateful to Ashley for our amazing wedding!

    Having a day-of wedding coordinator allowed my loved ones and me to relax and truly enjoy the day instead of having to worry about all the little details- she was a contact for the transportation, made sure everyone went down the aisle at the right time, was loaded with band aids, snacks and other necessities, and perfectly handled all of my tip envelopes!
    Leaving everything in Natasha’s capable hands let me enjoy the best day of my life!

    Natasha Brody representing Hello Productions assisted us in putting together a baby shower. Was a huge help finding vendors and nailed it with Bella Christie's for desert table! Two years ago Hello Productions created our daughter's wedding and here we are again acquiring them to assist with baby shower! Any event I would ever have the first phone call is Hello Productions!

    Colleen from Hello Productions was amazing! I couldn't have had such a fantastic wedding if it wasn't for her guidance and coordination. I hire her to day-of-coordinating, but I got so much more. She understood my needs and was able to pull off some pretty unique ideas flawlessly. I would recommend her to anyone I knew that was getting married!

    I couldn't be happier to have worked with Hello Productions, specifically Natasha. As an out of town bride it was hard to accomplish every task, but Natasha made sure to take care of everything that I could not. She is organized, calm, and full of ideas. She goes above and beyond and she really made sure that my wedding day was perfect. I know that I (and my mom) would not have gotten things done as smoothly without her. On the day of the wedding, Natasha and her team took care of everything. They made sure that we stuck to our schedule and they dealt with all the odds and ends so that the rest of us could enjoy the day. I would highly recommend her, and the company, to any bride.

    We worked with Hello Productions, specifically Natasha Brody. our wedding planner for our daughters wedding. Natasha offered a wealth of knowledge with excellant recomendations for every componant of the wedding. She was responsive to all of our questions and extremely proactive in making sure every detail of the wedding to include all vendors, ceremony and reception sites coordination was perfect .. We always felt like we were her only customer with the individualized attention she paid to every detail-- and always with a smile on her face. She made what was already a happy occasion a wonderful day for the bride and groom and the entire family. I would not hesitate to utilize her services again

    Ashley Moss and Hello Productions were recommended to us by our florist who felt that (due to the amount of details involved in my daughter's wedding), we might need (at least) a "day of" planner. We met with Ashley and felt that she was the perfect addition to our wedding vendors. We have never made a better decision. Ashley exceeded our expectations, and assisted above and beyond what we could have ever hoped for. Ashley was always organized, kept us organized, was easy to reach and prompt to respond to questions or concerns. She competently managed vendors, family, and everything and anything else that came along with her always calm, caring, professional manner. Her assistants were also very kind and helpful. I highly recommend her services to anyone planning a wedding or any type of event. It will be the most important decision you make. It was for us. My daughter's wedding would have never been as perfect without Ashley's expertise.

    We used Hello Productions to plan our wedding at J Verno Studios on June 1, 2013. Ashley Moss was wonderful. We met for coffee about a year before the wedding to go over my vision for the big day. Ashley was very knowledgeable about all aspects of wedding planning from logistics to décor. She listened to my ideas and developed them into a reality. We were in constant contact from day one and Ashley was always available and quick to respond to my questions or concerns. She was flexible with meeting with me and vendors around my schedule which was very hectic from working two jobs and going to school. The vendors that Ashley works with are awesome as well, especially the florist, Dee’s Florals. I showed them a photo from Pinterest and they recreated it and actually made it look even better! Ashley walked us through the timeline of events during our rehearsal, and even though it was a bit overwhelming, I felt confident that things would go smoothly because of our wedding planner. The wedding day went off without a hitch, it was absolutely perfect. I was blown away with what Ashley & her team did with our ceremony & reception space. I was not stressed at all, the day of the wedding all I had to do was show up & have fun! I highly recommend Hello Productions for your wedding or special event, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again, Ashley, for an amazing wedding day!

    Being a wedding and event planner myself, my friends were surprised to hear I hired an event planner for my own wedding. But I wouldn’t have been without one! Every weekend, I see firsthand all the work that happens behind the scenes to make an event successful and knew that I didn’t want to be without someone who I could completely trust and who would coordinate the day-of details and handle any last minute emergencies. As an event planner, I also have high expectations of how an event should be and the ONLY planners I would use are those at Hello Productions. Not only did Ashley coordinate day-of details, she was there in each step of the planning, helping me think of things I would never have thought of myself. I recommend Ashley and Hello Productions. I can’t wait to have another event to plan so I can work with Ashley again!

    Best money spent on my wedding!

    I hired Ashley Moss of Hello Productions for Day-Of Wedding Coordination for my wedding on October 20, 2012. Out of all the money I spent, Ashley was the most worthwhile because she ensured all of my vendors were successful. As a publicist, I know what it takes to efficiently and successfully execute an event. I knew that I needed someone professional to ensure that all of my planning was followed through and so that I could enjoy without worrying. Also, my Mom could enjoy the day without being responsible for carrying out plans. Our wedding took place at the West End Overlook, a city park, and Soldiers & Sailors in Oakland. Neither venue has a coordinator who oversees your event. As part of the Day-Of package, Ashley met with me a month before the wedding and went over everything that was to occur and each vendors responsibility. Then, she contacted each vendor and confirmed details. Several issues arose with the vendors and she handled them without me having to worry. Ashley helped keep me calm and collected during a stressful time. For the rehearsal dinner and day of the wedding, Ashley coordinated with ease. She also brought two assistants who were great. She was extremely organized, knowledgeable about the industry, made great vendor suggestions, helpful in making decisions and professional. She made my wedding day exactly as I had planned. My bridal party, parents, in-laws and guests all commented on how smoothly the day went because of her. I would absolutely recommend Ashley Moss and all who work at Hello Productions!

    My husband and I decided to hire Hello Productions to help plan our wedding because we are both busy working professionals who travel a lot with our jobs. We selected the complete package that helped us plan our day from the very beginning. Hello helped us choose our vendors, set the appointments and joined us on every one of our appointments. The vendors that were recommended were fantastic and we were so pleased with all of them too. My husband was skeptical in the beginning to spend the money on a planner, but in the end he agreed that it was the best money we spent on our wedding. The week leading up to the wedding I was completely stress free, as Hello was taking care of all of the last minute details that the bride (and groom) typically worry about. Hello coordinated all of the vendor pick ups/drop offs and coordinated the entire timeline for all of the planning leading up to the wedding and the wedding itself.
    If you are considering hiring a wedding planner I HIGHLY recommend that you call Hello Productions. We worked with Ashley and she was amazing! If you want to simplify the planning process and have as little stress as possible leading up to your wedding day (and on your wedding day) I would suggest hiring Hello Productions! They helped us plan the wedding of our dreams and we couldn't have done it without them!!

    I worked with Hello Productions, specifically Lindsey Bradley to help with day of planning. We had a wonderful experience with them! Lindsey was wonderful to work with and was such a huge help! We felt very comfortable and relaxed that our wedding day would go smoothly and be perfect with Lindsey there.     The very first thing I will tell any future bride (or MOB) is to call Ashley immediately. While we had already confirmed venues and various vendors, the constant coordination became a bit too much to handle. In stepped Ashley. She coordinated / confirmed all vendors and details, suggested additional vendors and negotiated on our behalf. We could not have been happier, more pleased with her services. Our daughter's wedding day was spectacular. So very happy we found Hello Productions.

    We selected the DOC package and Desiree did a great job making sure that everything went smoothly. I did a lot of DIY before the wedding so it was nice to be able to have someone else there the day of the wedding putting everything together so that I could relax and just enjoy the day.
