Working with Kelsey was amazing! She is so organized and knowledgeable, knew our venue well and was so helpful in finding and communicating with our vendors. She helped us stick to our timeline day of and did such a great job with both setting up and tearing down our decor. She is so kind and definitely saved us from a lot of stress. This is the wedding planning service to hire!

I am nothing short of impressed with the planning and execution that Jordan Walters of Harper Bond Events did for my son's destination wedding. It was a very small wedding of 48 guests -- all from out of state, but I wanted to enjoy the day of the wedding and not have to do a thing. Jordan impressed me from the very beginning with her detailed questions and desire to make sure the wedding was up to our standards -- and her company's! I have planned many events through my work, so I know a good planner when I work with one. I hired Jordan about two months prior to the wedding. She asked all the right questions and was in contact with me throughout the process. And the day of the wedding, she did everything she promised and more. She handled everything like the pro that she is and made sure it was the perfect wedding. I can't thank her enough! You should not hesitate -- or delay -- one bit to hire Jordan or her company for your perfect wedding!

Cut the stress and feel like your bestie is helping you plan

Jordan was more than incredible. I originally was against having a planner because I didn’t want to spend the extra money. Then I realized that it was going to be myself and my mom and bridesmaids trying to set everything up instead of enjoying the morning before. But what I received was so much more than just having someone to set up. And let me tell you, it was MORE than worth it. Especially since I was planning my Colorado wedding from Florida. I felt like Jordan and I could be best friends. Throughout the process, we emailed regularly, and I received the best guidance and advice. She was always honest and realistic about everything that could and couldn’t happen, which was extremely appreciated. She recommended and connected me with great vendors that allowed me to make my wedding vision come true. On the wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She flawlessly set everything up and went above and beyond throughout the night. Like even hiding behind a table to help guide us without being seen 😂 It was so nice to be able to visit with everyone at the end of the night while she made sure everything was packed up and ready to go. I knew I could trust her on our big day and I was able to just soak everything in knowing she had everything handled. I couldn’t be more grateful that she was part of our special day. Weddings are expensive and a very important day. After all the time, money, and effort spent, Harper Bond Events will ensure that you’ll get to enjoy the day and the day will go by smoothly! You should definitely contact them ASAP!

Wonderful service and great experience overall!

We had Jessica as our day-of coordinator and she was incredible. Every interaction we had was very fun and easy but also thorough and professional. She made a point of understanding our vision and meeting our needs as well as offering great suggestions and helping ensure nothing was overlooked. The actual day of our wedding is where we really saw the true value of her skills. She flawlessly and seamlessly executed the timeline we had worked out ahead of time, which was very detailed. She helped make everything easy and stress-free while being cheerful and attentive throughout the whole event. We couldn’t have been in better hands. Overall, Jessica met and exceeded our expectations for a day-of coordinator and was also so friendly and kind, we’re incredibly grateful. Highly recommended!

Make your life easier - hire them

I knew from the beginning I wanted to hire a day-of coordinator. I'm a very detail-oriented person, but knew I'd need time to relax and decompress the day of my actual wedding. Hiring Harper Bond Events (and in particular our coordinator, Mandy) went so incredibly above and beyond my wildest dreams. Our families could not stop talking about how efficient, thorough, and helpful Mandy was. We had a pretty large wedding (about 165 people) and an inordinate amount of wrangling was required. Not only was Mandy very responsive prior to the wedding, but she was in about 45 places at once during. I don't know how we would've done it without her.

Happy I hired help!

Jessica was a key part of our big day, from making sure the ceremony ran smoothly to many other small touches that created a perfect big picture. She was extremely knowledgeable about our venue (Boettcher Mansion). I didn't hire a day of coordinator until later in the process but I'm glad I did and it was worth the money.

Kelsey was such a great day of coordinator. She was responsive, respectful, professional, and kind. We had a great wedding and as far as I know there were no issues with anything. No one I'd rather trust

I was honestly a little controlling over wedding planning so I thought it was going to be difficult for me to give up that control on our wedding day to actually enjoy it. I WAS SO WRONG! Jordan was an amazing coordinator and was so great with communication before the event and there is no one I would have trusted as much to organize and set up our big day. I am so grateful we met her and I would recommend her 1000%.

Best Coordinator Ever!!!

Wow! Harper Bond Events is the best! I worked with Mandy to help me plan my wedding and it couldn’t have been smoother or gone better. Immediately she was so easy to talk to and really put me at ease with things that I thought were stressful. Communication was amazing and I know if I had any questions I could go to Mandy. She handled everything from talking with my Vendors for timelines, rehearsal, and creating the plan day of during our walk through! Wonderful Experience

First, I would like to say that having a day of coordinator was the best decision we could have possibly made for our wedding. We had the good fortune of getting Mandy from HBE to coordinate our special day. She is amazing! Not only did she work with us to create a great timeline, somehow she also managed to keep our crazy wedding (party) on track the entire time. Mandy was quick to respond to all of our emails, questions and updates, and did a great job of making sure we were all on the same page. We could not have asked for a better coordinator, or a better wedding day.

Jordan is an absolute rockstar

I can't say enough good things about Jordan. She was supposed to take the weekend of our wedding off for her birthday and took us on anyways. I was trying to decide if we even needed a planner/ coordinator and I'm so glad we decided yes and even happier that we worked with Jordan. She did an excellent job making sure everything ran smoothly and took all the stress that goes into planning/ the day of away. If you want peace of mind on your wedding day and feel assured that your vision will magically come to life and everything will be handled, Jordan is your gal. She is absolutely amazing and she get s**t done. She knows exactly what questions to ask to make sure she understands exactly how you want your day to be. She’s intentional in every conversation to make sure everything is properly communicated and she will make sure everything is kept in line so your day goes off without a hitch. I had to make unfortunate last minute changes to seating charts, wedding party processional etc. She made those changes with ease and was also such a cheerleader and positive voice through all of the last minute stresses. Must have Wedding Coordinator

We selected HBE at the very beginning of our journey as it was a preferred vendor at our venue. We are so happy we did. She helped us with vendor recommendations and advice through the whole process. Little did we know how long that would be! We were twice postponed due to COVID so we've been working with Jordan since early 2019 to plan for our April 2020 wedding. She helped us reschedule not once, but twice. Her ala carte menu of services helped us to piece together what we wanted to do ourselves and what we wanted extra help with. She is responsive and helpful every step of the way (as is her team - since we originally had a different coordinator from her team.) We were happy with all of it! On the day of, as she told us would happen, we hardly saw her, yet everything went according to plan and she kept it running. She is fantastic and we highly recommend working with Harper Bond Events!

A perfect wedding and reception.

My daughter was married on September 3, 2021 at the Denver Botanic Gardens, followed by a reception at Mitchell Hall. From beginning to end, Kelsey was the ultimate professional. She was extremely well organized, asked all the right questions, and made sure that everyone knew what needed to be done by whom and at what time. The ceremony and reception couldn't have gone better. You know everyone is enjoying themselves when it's time to leave but no one wants to go. We hired Jessica Shipman through Harper Bond Events as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding and we couldn't be more pleased with our decision. Jessica was on top of everything from start to finish. Definitely recommend Harper Bond

I can’t express how fortunate we feel about having found Harper Bond Events. We started planning my daughter’s wedding two years ago. Then COVID hit and all plans were canceled. Jordan was so very responsive to how we would need to move forward. She reassured us that once everything returned to some normalcy the wedding of our dreams would happen. And it did. It wasn’t our original vision, it turned out better than the original plan. During the pandemic my daughter married, became pregnant, and had a beautiful baby girl. The reception might have been out of order but it couldn’t have been better. And thanks to Jordan, who handled everything from planing, to set up, to managing the whole evening, all we did was show up and celebrate our blessings and finally being able to enjoy them with family and friends.
For those of you who might think, like I did, that you don’t need a wedding planner, forget those thoughts. You do! It’s so worth the cost to be able to relax and enjoy while someone else takes on all the attention to the details.

Harper bond events and Jordan are absolutely incredible! They did an incredible job to help with all the planning, they think of everything and you’ll be so prepared for everything. The Perfect Coordinator

Oh, where to begin! My wife and I weren't initially planning to have a Day-Of coordinator, but now looking back there's no way we could have pulled off our Big Day without Jordan/Harper Bond Events!

Jordan kept us organized and on a timeline that really helped with our (unexpected) extra year of planning, not to mention offered wonderful recommendations and pointers to ensure everything went smoothly. Jordan also never left us hanging on responses and made certain all details were accounted for on our Wedding day. By the end of the process Jordan truly became a friend that we knew we could rely on, which alleviated more stress than we even know. I couldn't give a higher recommendation if you are in looking for a Day-Of coordinator or Wedding Planner.

Excellent experience leading up to and on the day of our wedding!

Harper Bond provided incredible service as our day-of planners, and I truly believe that our wedding wouldn't have been as seamless without them! Jordan was an excellent communicator throughout the process and I was comfortable including her with all communication I had with vendors. I am so glad we had her support during the final walk through and especially in the last week leading up to our event. The day of the wedding I did not stress about any last minute details at all! She came and found me and my husband whenever there was a transition time or something to be aware of, but otherwise she handled everything beautifully and was a pleasure to have around! I couldn't recommend Harper Bond more highly as wedding coordinators.

if you feel like you need one more of you

We wed on 9/18/2020 in Stonebrook Manor in Colorado.

We decided to hire Jordan about six weeks before our wedding and so glad we did; because of her, we enjoyed our day of being a bride and a groom as she took care of everything else. She attended and coordinated our rehearsal along with our pastor. On the wedding day, she set up the decorations, directed all the vendors, guests, and ushers, managed the timeline, and so many other things that made our wedding run smoothly. Flexibility had to be our motto this year, and she was terrific at that. We changed the ceremony order three weeks before the big day because the bride's family wasn't allowed into the country; and attended via a live -stream instead. Among other things, we developed a plan B for our autistic daughter, who played ceremony music, and for our toddler flower girl. We had no wedding party or family in town, so Jordan filled that role of an adviser and coordinator typically done by mothers and wedding guests of honor. Also striking was how all the preferred venue vendors worked together - Jordan, photographer, DJ, and the venue; I think going with the venue's preferred vendors was a great decision on its own.

Snowy October Wedding

Harper Bond Events took such good care to make sure our wedding was wonderful! So many of our guests were still talking about our wedding weeks and months after. Jordan was so easy to work with and had all the timing just right. She even handled a minor crisis without skipping a beat! We highly suggest issuing her for your big day, or for any event.

From our very first meeting, she helped us outline every single detail and created my dream wedding vision. Absolutely Amazing Experience!

Working with Jordan and team was amazing. As a very particular Type A bride with A LOT of ideas, Jordan seamlessly helped execute them on the day of. She always listened to what we wanted even if it was a bit quirky, but she also gave us the insight from experience and asked questions that caused us to think about things in a different way. Despite the amount of work that had to be done, she helped make the week and day of our wedding enjoyable and stress free. Jordan was also our officiant and we wouldn't have had it any other way! We would absolutely work with Jordan and Harper Bond Events again.

Best choice we made.

There was a brief moment where my husband thought we wouldn't need a day-of coordinator - the first time we met with Jordan he was ALL IN. I don't know what we would have done without her! She is so personable and organized. On the day, we didn't have to think about a thing and she is the reason everything went so smoothly. Also, even though we only paid for day-of services, she was willing to answer any questions I had about the planning process and share her tips which we really appreciated. We can't thank her enough for everything!

Jordan really saved us!

Our wedding would have seriously fallen apart if it wasn't for Jordan! Harper Bond Events is a preferred vendor of the venue we picked, Stonebrook Manor, which is why we originally contacted them. From the moment we met her, we knew Jordan was someone we wanted to work with. She came prepared for our first meeting with her, and explained thoroughly how everything was going to work. She literally saved the day from disaster! She made sure to direct everyone on what to do, how to walk, where to go, just to make sure it was perfect for us. The one person you should clearly spend your money on

Jordan Harper was absolutely essential to our wedding’s success. We hired her as a day-of-coordinator and her services were the best thing we spent money on for our wedding. My wife had the nightmare scenario of an allergic reaction on the day of our wedding, but because Jordan had helped us plan the day in such detail (timeline, coordinating with vendors, and even last minute decoration decisions when our florist didn’t follow through) everything still went smoothly. Her attention to detail and level head made our special day stress free. If you’re wondering if you need a day-of-coordinator, don’t think; just sign on with Harper Bond Events.

Jordan was amazing! I am very organized and did not think I needed a coordinator at first, but my husband knew better and recommended we hire Jordan to relieve some stress from my family and I - he was so right! Our wedding as perfect and we were able to relax and enjoy with family and friends knowing that Jordan had everything covered! She knew the right questions to ask and gave great advise to help us make decisions. Jordan took care of everything from moving people from place to place seamlessly to pinning on boutonnieres when no one knew how to bustling my dress when my sisters had trouble! I could not have done it without her!

Would hire her again!

Jordan and her team where always on top of things with our wedding. Even though I found myself to be pretty organized with wedding planning, Jordan was able to point out things that I hadn't even thought of in order to make our day seamless. Consummate Professional - Best decision ever!

Where to begin to thank Jordan at Harper Bond Events?! Highly organized! Consummate professional attending to all details known and unknown. We had made many of the decisions regarding venue, photographer, music, flowers in advance and were not certain we needed a Wedding Planner. Thank goodness we decided to go with Jordan for the month before and day of! She mapped out every detail of who/what/where/when and guided us thru remaining vendor decisions. She created and managed all the miscellaneous paperwork and educated us on tipping etiquette. Jordan and her team calmly steered the ship through the day of with last minute unpredictable weather plans. It was wonderful to have Jordan be the one point of contact for all our vendors as well as a legion of family and friend ‘volunteers’. A seamless and highly enjoyable hand-off!! Our one regret is that we should have had Jordan stay thru the entire evening on the day of. Would not hesitate to recommend Jordan and her team for any/all aspect of your Wedding!!

Marina was amazing! High energy and excited to help with whatever we needed. Her great ideas to make things easier for us were so helpful and appreciated. Thank You Marina & Harper Bond Events!!

100% worth the money! I thought at first the I wouldn’t need a wedding planner (or even a day-of coordinator), but after talking with a few friends who had recently been married, I decided to set up a meeting with Harper Bond Events. I am SO glad I did! My initial meeting was with both Jordan and Marina (the lead planners), and they were so awesome at explaining to me what they did and answering a ton of my wedding planning questions in general. They were so fun and bubbly, and made me feel so comfortable and excited about my day. The services I decided to book with them were both pre-planning and day-of services, all of which I thought were completely necessary. Marina was assigned as my lead planner, and she did such a great job helping me coordinate my transportation and hotel blocks, creating my timeline and communicating with my vendors, and helping me organize all the details of my wedding day. When my wedding day finally arrived, I was so confident in Marina and relaxed because we had gone over everything single detail before-hand. I was able to enjoy time with my family and friends (and of course my groom), without having to worry about answering questions or phone calls. Everything was executed beautifully and I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell you if anything went wrong because Marina ran the day so smoothly. I honestly have no idea what my wedding would’ve been like if I hadn’t found Harper Bond Events, and would recommend them to everyone getting married, no matter how big or small your wedding is!

Marina helped make our day everything I hoped for!

Marina was AMAZING! She made our wedding day everything we hoped for and more. As the bride, I didn't want to have to worry about setting up decorations or having my bridesmaids set up, and she took care of all of that and more. She was so organized and asked me so many questions before the wedding that I didn't have to worry about anything being missed or wrong. I was so happy with how everything turned out and can't thank Marina enough for her hard work and professionalism that made my day so wonderful. We used Jordan and her team for day of coordination (which really entails much more than just day of!) plus some extras as we wanted to do as much on our own as we could. From our initial meeting to the day of our wedding, Jordan was so easy and enjoyable to work with. She was prompt in her responses, very organized and paid very close attention to details we never even thought of. I first met Jordan at the Colorado Bridal Show, called her and met with her privately. She really listened, and clearly knew much more than I did about the entire process. She helped me find the perfect venue and florist! She reminded me when I needed to have the invitations out by, and answered all the questions that came up along the way. Then, she ran the rehearsal, making sure everyone knew where to stand, when to walk, and providrd tips for the best photos. Finally, the day of, she arrived early, made sure everything was set up, coordinated the entire ceremony, and came back at the end of the reception to help clean up!! The majority of the compliments I received were about her professionalism and knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend Harper Bond Events for any party planning!!!

Jordan is amazing! She was always there for me throughout the planning process. I could always text or email her with random questions and she would respond quickly. She helped me think about small details that I would have never come up with on my own. Her day-of coordination was top-notch. Everyone and everything was exactly where it was supposed to be when it was supposed to be there. She seamlessly coordinated all the vendors and made sure they knew the schedule as well. She was also there any time I needed her during the reception. When I had difficulties bustling my dress, Jordan was there and bustled it with ease. We hired Jordan to help with our wedding planning this July and she was absolutely outstanding. Jordan made the process simple and was very meticulous in her planning for an entire year before the wedding.

I hired Jordan for day of wedding coordination and it she was invaluable! She was professional, detail oriented and on time for all our meetings. Where do I even begin?! Jordan is not just another wedding 'vendor' - she's a true partner throughout the entire process!
We were comfortable putting our trust into her for planning one of the most important days of our lives, and she didn't just deliver - she exceeded our expectations. From our very first meeting, I knew I was in good hands - she really took the time to get to know my husband and I as a couple, and the vision she pulled together for our wedding day was better than we could have ever imagined! She has strong relationships with wedding vendors in the area, but she was always our advocate through it all, and handled any vendor issues head-on and quickly! I did not worry about one little thing at my wedding. I knew Jordan was there conducting the event and had full confidence in her as my coordinator. I was not disappointed in any aspect! Loved her!!

My wedding day was stress-free thanks in part to Jordan Harper. She provided expert advice and hands-on work. I would also highly recommend paying to add another pair of hands to help her -- she has an assistant who saved us a lot of work and worry. Great service at very reasonable price.

Jordan was an amazing help on our special day. The week before our wedding I thought everything was under control and then realized even though I was really organized that I wasn't going to be able to make sure everything was done the way it was planned and that I would need help. I called Jordan the week of my wedding, she sat down with me and I hired her only a few days before the date. She executed our day flawlessly especially with such short notice. We had a pretty complicated set up with two different locations and she was able to make sure that both locations were completely set up, while making sure I have everything I needed and directing everyone! As the night went on she continued to surprise me, she even moved our luggage to the honeymoon suite from our separate rooms so we would be comfortable and wouldn't have to think. Jordan managed all the vendors, took care of payment and also cleaned up the entire venue and brought all the decorations back to the bridal cabin. She made my wedding night and the next day completely worry free and I will forever remember that day as being stress free and wonderful instead of stressful like so many other brides because of Jordan's help.

My (now) Husband and I had set up a meeting with Jordan. When I first met her the first thought that that came to my mind was she was organized which is exactly what I was looking for for the most important day of my life. Jordan asked questions about me and my (then) fiance to get to know us better, what are likes were, what are thoughts were for our big day etc. I really liked how engaging she was. Jordan presented her packages (which had many different options!) My fiance and I didn't have to look any further, she was EXACTLY what we were looking for. I chose one of the most detailed packages, basically I needed Jordan for everything and she gave me a sense of trust that I knew would be vital for this day. During the entire process Jordan was organized, she was prompt, and the vendors she recommended were awesome. I used every recommendation she had with the exception of my liquor vendor who i randomly stumbled upon one day. Jordan was able to stay within our budget which was huge for us as well, she had an entire spreadsheet of where the money would go and how much would go to each category, it was very cut and dry and easy to understand. Jordan was born to be a wedding planner! I can't thank her enough for making my day come to life, helping me make my vision become reality and making my wedding day fall nothing short of PERFECT.

Harper Bond events was absolutely amazing. Jordon knew so many hints and tips that really helped and she was prepared for ANYTHING. I would recommend Harper Bond for any event. They were prepared, flexible, professional and always happy. I don't think our wedding would have gone as smoothly as it did if it weren't for Harper Bond Events. Thank you Jordon.

Jordan was absolutely amazing! My wedding turned out absolutely perfect thanks to Jordan. During our reception Jordan noticed that we had forgot to bring jars for transporting flowers following the wedding so she made a quick run to get us some, the best part is that she handled this in a way that I never even knew it had happened until after the reception was over.

Jordan helped us so much with all the details of our wedding. Personally, my favorite thing about her was how she knew exactly what I was talking about, even though I'm so horrible at translating ideas into words. She took the time to really make sure we were getting everything we wanted our of our wedding, especially since we were out of state. When we talked to her you could hear the confidence in her voice, and I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help make our wedding, and even our rehearsal, a success. I can't recommend having at least a day of coordinator, if not a full blown wedding planner, enough. I had absolutely NO stress on our wedding day thanks to Jordan. I told her she was in charge, she could call the shots, and it was the best decision I made. She handled anything and everything. I didn't have to worry about vendors, guests, food, drinks, anything. If they had questions she had the answers. I'll never be able to our into words how thankful I am that we hired her.

Choosing Harper Bond Events was the best decision I made with my wedding planning. Jordan was great at getting back to me right away, she was really organized and great at keeping me on track. I had so much confidence in her and I knew I could just sit back with a glass of champagne and relax on my wedding day. She took care of absolutely everything, and was putting out fires left and right without me even having to know about it. Let's just say that if it wasn't for Jordan, I would have had MUCH higher blood pressure. HBE was the perfect choice for us!

Important Piece to the Puzzle

Marina was wonderful to work with! We decided on bringing in a day of coordinator pretty late into the process and she was able to jump right into things! She was very organized and attentive to the timeliness as we were coming down to the wire, and helped us get all our vendors organized. Patient and professional

I was a bit of a reluctant bride-- not really interested in planning a wedding, making decisions about decor or food. Jordan from Harper Bond Events was extraordinarily patient with me. She just kept calling, emailing, or texting-- very polite, never pushy, but keeping me from completely dropping all the balls involved in wedding planning. And that's when she was "just" providing day-of services!

The day I was most grateful for Jordan's time was our final walkthrough with the venue and the caterer. All three vendors were professional, but Jordan was there to fill the gaps-- oh, the bride didn't pick out centerpieces? Jordan has a rental service and provided simple but lovely centerpieces for the table.

I didn't see her most of the day of the wedding because she was doing all the running around to get stuff set up so I didn't worry about anything. One of my more discerning guests (who was quite critical of some other aspects of the wedding), praised Jordan's part in making the wedding run super smooth.

My fiancé and I hired Jordan to help us coordinate our wedding at Stonebrook Manor a few weeks ago (August 2016). We are very disappointed with the service we received. Please think again before hiring her for your event. There are many other GREAT wedding planners out there. 1. Jordan did not have realistic expectations for us (which she did not even talk with us about) she wanted us to supervise her on our wedding day (which there was no way for us to do, bc, it was our wedding). 2. She kept disappearing all the time (after the ceremony she was nowhere to be found, during reception she was no where to be found and there were many more times where we couldn't locate her. She did no uphold good professionalism or care about our event at all. 3. During the reception I needed her and was running around looking for her, I found her hanging out in the lobby and talking with her mother (whom she brought to our event w/o even asking us first if that was ok to do). 4. She bustled my dress so bad, I tripped on the way to the reception and my maid of honor had to re-bustle it. 5. After the ceremony Jordan did not escort guests inside and again was no where to be found. 6. Jordan did not communicate well, have a good attitude or was helpful, she put more stress on us than anything else. When we contacted her letting her know how deeply upset we are with her, we did not even receive an apology from her. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please do not book her for your event and do not trust the price, because you will regret it. We are very very disappointed with her work. We are not sure why she is in this business if she cannot treat her customers well, run the event smoothly and do a good job.
