Hannah was such a blessing for us. As a 2020 bride, I 1) didn’t have any clue what I was doing, even if it was a normal year and 2) COVID-19 threw us through a loop. Hannah answered every email and question I had without hesitation and it was like having my close friend with me with how much I could depend on her.
We were complimented MULTIPLE times on how smooth and beautiful the wedding was, and I couldn’t agree more. We had the dream team with us on our big day. And I don’t have a single regret about any of it. If you are even considering Hannah for your coordinator, stop looking and book her. Like, now. -

Honestly, hiring Hannah was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. She was always available, kind, friendly, professional, and organized. She gave GREAT advice throughout the whole process. All of her ideas were on point and incredibly helpful. She did everything with the utmost intentionality and kindness. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we didn't even know about it because Hannah took care of everything! My entire family was able to enjoy the day because she was all over all the details. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, family-oriented, organized, knowledgeable, and splendid to work with coordinator, Hannah is your girl! We would recommend her over and over again. It doesn't get better than hiring an event coordinator who feels like a friend at the end of it all! -

Best choice you’ll make!
Hannah was a saving grace for our big day! The best choice we made and money spent was on having Hannah for our wedding, “ day of coordinator”. She is the sweetest person and captures every detail you ask for! She kept me sane during the stress and helped make our wedding more than We could have ever dreamed! -

Living an ocean away from where we would be getting married, I needed someone who would help me handle and organize things on the home-front until we arrived in Colorado for our wedding. That's exactly what Hannah did! Not only is Hannah incredibly organized, but she is so kind and thoughtful in all that she does. Hannah's patience with me was remarkable and I can't thank her enough for helping our big day go by without a flaw, or at least that she kept quiet from me, which I appreciate! :) Truly, hiring Hannah was one of the best things that we could've done for our big day. -

I don't know what we would have done without Hannah!! I did not stress about one thing on my wedding day because I knew Hannah would take care of it before I even knew about it. We hired Hannah as our day of coordinator, but she was so much more then that. Hannah is thoughtful and gives amazing recommendations on how to make your day special! She is organized and is always thinking one step ahead!
I 100% recommend hiring Hannah as your wedding coordinator, not only will she bring things you haven't even thought of to your attention, but she will make sure your event goes smoothly. We were extremely blessed to have HKE in charge of our special day! -

I worked with Hannah and her sister, Emily, to make my dream wedding day a reality. Both made the wedding planning process easy, with their guidance, recommendations, and attention to detail. Before my wedding, we talked about every detail of the wedding - Emily and Hannah covered EVERYTHING and made sure they understood how I wanted things. On my wedding day, I did not worry about anything. I just relaxed because I knew I was in good hands. If you're looking for a day-of-coordinator, I cannot recommend Hannah Kathyrn Events more! -

Hannah deserves so many more stars than 5! Hannah and her team made our wedding day flow seamlessly. I never had to worry about where to be and when because Hannah was so on top of it! The day before the wedding we had an issue with the rental company not having our plates. Hannah had this taken care of so fast that I didn't even have one second to have to worry about a thing! She handled our chaotic crew with kindness and grace, and if something went wrong with the day, I truly had no idea! Our wedding day, and month leading up, had no stress! Probably because Hannah took on all of the stress for us ;) If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, Hannah is hands down the best choice! -

Hannah Kathryn Events is absolutely incredible! Hannah and Emily were a dream team, and we couldn’t have planned our Colorado wedding from Florida without them. Hannah was amazing at helping us curate the perfect wedding design. She created a formal mood board that beautifully captured our vision and style, making the design process so fun and seamless. Once the design was finalized, Emily took the reins and made sure our dream wedding came to life. Emily was fantastic with all the details—she managed the timeline, coordinated with vendors, ensured all the decor items were ordered, and handled the setup and takedown on the wedding day so quickly and efficiently. Everything ran smoothly, and it allowed us to fully enjoy our day without any stress.
If you’re looking for a planner who is talented, organized, and dedicated to making your wedding dreams a reality, we can’t recommend Hannah Kathryn Events enough! -

Hannah with Hannah Kathryn Events was a dream come true! I’ve worked as a wedding photographer, and I know how important a wedding coordinator is. Hannah exceeded every expectation I had!
Working up to the wedding she was very communicative. She checked in and showed that was very invested in our wedding day. She helped me remember small details and gave great advice and planning tips. She even made a to-do check list which was very helpful.
The day of the wedding, I had zero stress because I knew Hannah and her team would have everything covered. She handled timeline, transitions, decor and details, and even managed other vendors and guests when needed. Our guests made note of how hard she worked, as well as how personable and kind she was to everyone.
If you’re needing full service planning, or even day of coordination, Hannah Kathryn Events is the best company you could ask for. We seriously could not recommend Hannah enough! -

We LOVE Hannah!!
Hannah was the best wedding planner I could have asked for! She relieved so much stress from me during the entire planning process. I purchased her month of planning package, but she went above and beyond to answer any and all questions that I had during the entirety of my wedding planning process! She knows the wedding industry inside and out and is able to give excellent advice down to the last detail! I found when I was planning with her that there were so many things I would have not even known to do if I hadn’t worked with her! Also! She’s so much fun to chat with and get to know!!! I HIGHLY recommend Hannah!!! You truly will not be disappointed working with her:) -

Hannah is worth every penny and more! Hannah created and ran a flawless wedding. Thanks to her I was planned for every moment and if anything went wrong, I still don’t know about it because she took care of everything. My photographer who has been in the business for 10+ years told us she is one of the best, organized and easy to work with they have EVER seen. Having a Hannah as your wedding planner is easily one of the best choices you can make. -

Hannah went above and beyond on and before my wedding day! She was so professional and I felt at ease knowing she would have everything under control for my big day! I’m a planner and organizer and a little controlling! Ha! but it was easy to just let Hannah do her thing! I showed her pictures and we talked about my vision and she made it come to life! She also took care of contacting vendors even during the pandemic to make sure everything was on track! I am beyond happy with EVERYTHING! I will always recommend her to anyone that asks!

I was bad at wedding planning. I was disorganized, easily stressed, and completely out of my depth. Hannah stepped in and took all of my disjointed ideas and half-booked vendors and made my wedding perfect. She guided me through exactly what questions I needed to ask my other vendors and gave me detailed checklists to work through all the details I never would have thought of. Hannah is professional, competent, and composed. My wedding day was the absolute best day of my life so far, and I owe so much of that to Hannah. -

If you read only one thing about this review, please know that Hannah and her team truly make it so you and your partner do not have to think about a thing on your special weekend. Except to just have fun and be in the moment.
Hannah and her team were truly a joy to work with. When we started to engage with Hannah around 2 months from our wedding, she immediately calmed our nerves. She came to our initial meeting with a whole checklist of items that we filled in together, making sure we kept track of everything that needed to be completed and when. She also brought up items that we didn't know we needed which was super helpful.
Leading up the wedding, having Hannah start to engage with some of our vendors was super helpful. She kept tabs on logistics planning, payments that needed to be made, and always provided helpful suggestions for my now Wife and I to think about.
Where Hannah's services were truly amazing was wedding weekend. She expertly organized and ran through our rehearsal. Her leadership, calm demeanor, and professionalism were so helpful in wrangling our large party to know exactly what they need to do for the procession. It gave me (truly a nervous wreck) a sense of calm heading into the biggest weekend of my life.
During wedding day, she coordinated with the parties to help get us there, made sure we were dialed in for the ceremony, and along with our DJ made sure we stayed on time throughout the reception. Truly an amazing experience and would highly recommend her services to any couples. -

Wedding saviors
I truly don’t know where to start - so let me begin by saying Hannah literally SAVED my wedding. Hannah was the planner for my sister’s wedding and when I witnessed, first hand, her ability to conduct a perfect wedding, I knew she was an absolute must-have for my wedding day.
There was unexpected and crazy fallout with my venue that left me, a month out, with no florist, buses, or rentals. I was truly at my wits end. Hannah literally and figuratively held my hand and worked with me to dig us out of what seemed like a wedding-ruiner moment. By the day of the wedding, she had single-handedly ensured that I not only had everything in place that I needed, she also made sure it was everything I had dreamed of wanting.
Specifically, I want to call out that I was left unexpectedly without a florist - a month out. My fellow brides will know what a nightmare that is. Literally no one in the area was available. Hannah volunteered her brand new floral business to do our flowers. This was a considerable feat, it was an out of town wedding, their FIRST wedding as a florist business, and we were literally weeks out. Not to mention, she was also my planner and had to juggle all of that responsibility as well.
Hannah and her sister, Emily, miraculously made it ALL happen. I would have settled for anything at that moment, but they gave me the exact perfect replica of the vision I had in my head. Down to the poppy anemone bouquet and lavish fountain installment I had just assumed would not be possible given the circumstance.
All that to say, Hannah and Emily are top tier people and top tier professionals. They are punctual, knowledgeable, selfless, and amazing advocates. In my opinion, not choosing them as your planners or florists would be a massive mistake. I am indebted to them forever - they truly made my wedding perfect. -

Kayla Sent on 09/21/2018I 100% recommend Hannah Kathryn Events to any future Colorado brides out there! My husband and I hired her as our day of coordinator but she was SO much more than that. My venue actually required a day of coordinator and I am just so grateful that they did but more grateful that I found Hannah. I would have tried to do it on my own if they hadn’t required it but looking back I don’t know how I could have without Hannah and her assistants. I knew little to nothing about planning a wedding and although I had already chosen all the big stuff like the vendors and venue, Hannah gave me such useful pieces of advice and ideas about how a typical wedding goes but also how we could make ours unique and special. She was so organized and always kept us on track-asking us questions along the way that had never even crossed our minds! She had never been to the venue we chose and when she came with us for our 30 day walk through the venue owners were absolutely blown away by her and asked if they could keep her cards to recommend her to other couples! Hannah made our day so special and everything went off without a hitch. We can’t thank you enough!

Hannah and her sister team are absolutely incredible! My husband and I found Hannah through our venue’s Instagram and after seeing photos of all the weddings that she has coordinated, we knew we had to have her coordinate ours as well! Hannah was such a sweet and calming presence from day one and all the way through wedding day. She helped our very overwhelmed brains keep calm and organized throughout the planning process, and on wedding weekend she was the best wingwoman! We had a few bumps in the road during wedding day: our wedding cake collapsed before the event and Hannah was immediately communicating with the bakery in order to get us a new one. It rained during our ceremony and Hannah helped us calmly decide if we wanted to keep it outside with our guests sitting under umbrellas, or move it inside. We ultimately decided to move it in and before we knew it, Hannah and her team moved the whole set-up inside like magic! She helped me by fluffing my train multiple times since I didn’t have a bridal party / someone else designated to do it. She scrubbed the stain out of the front of my dress when I accidentally spilled tomato sauce on myself, and so much more! If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator who feels like a best friend, Hannah is your girl!
We also had Hannah do our floral design, and let me tell you, she completely nailed it! She outdid my Pinterest wedding board and made our venue look even more beautiful than I imagined! It made so much sense to have Hannah both coordinate and design our florals because she was already very familiar with our vision from coordination planning, so she was able to make our florals fit in so perfectly with every other element of our wedding. After our wedding day, I dried my bouquet and now have it displayed on a shelf in my home. It still looks beautiful and I love looking at it and thinking back on the memories from our special day!

I loved working with Hannah! She was always on top of everything. She is very organized and kind. I thought I had everything figured out but when we met up there was so much more. She walks you through every step and I also trusted her expert opinion. We were especially thankful for how our dog was treated he is blind/diabetic. Our wedding day flowed magically all thanks to her. -

Hannah is an absolutely incredible coordinator! She was super helpful when we had two reschedule our wedding twice due to covid. She really understands the details and helped guide us through things we wouldn't have even thought of! I felt like she really listened to our wants and needs with our event and helped us make it a reality. At one point in the wedding, a few vendors were asking me questions and she could tell I was overwhelmed. She asked me, 'do you want me to take care of this for you?'. I said yes and she took care of it! She also went above and beyond my expectations - when my mom's uber never showed, she drove her back to her hotel room, which I know was out of her way. I have so much gratitude for Hannah! -

Hannah Kathryn Events did such an incredible job as our month of planner for our August wedding in Colorado. Hannah and Emily were so organized and professional throughout the entire process from start to finish. But most importantly they were helpful and caring and truly did whatever they could to make sure it was the best day of our lives and absolutely no stress was felt by myself or my husband. Hannah helped us coordinate everything with our vendors, she created our wedding timeline and worked with the photographer/videographer to make sure their ideas were included as well. The day went off without a hitch and they worked so well with all of the other vendors/venue/etc. I would hire this team again in a heartbeat!!! Thank you Hannah and Emily, you sure do have this wedding coordinator business down!!! -

Aaahhhhmazing!!
This gem took our wedding on 2 weeks before we were to get married. We had some issues with our original planner and had to find someone ASAP. When we met her the first time she was prepared, willing to work and energy I needed!! On our wedding day, she took care of everything, made sure everything was running smoothly. Most of all she made sure my husband and I enjoyed ourselves! Every bride needs Hannah as their right hand woman! She is sweet, caring and the best! You would be dumb not to book her!! -

We love HKE!
Choosing HKE as our wedding planners was the best decision made for our wedding. We originally chose them as day-of planners, but added on their design services. HKE created a cohesive packet around our theme; from plates, to flowers, to the little touches, they made our vision come to life. Hannah and Emily also were wonderful to communicate with, and took on communication with all of our vendors. Our photographer said HKE was the most professional and helpful planners she had worked with. On our wedding day, seeing Hannah and Emily brought us to tears. They were organized, efficient, kind, and calm. Our day was perfect because of them! -

Hannah was the reason my wedding was as perfect as it was. Even through having to post pone it because of Covid, she even helped me through that.
She was there for me in so many different ways even before the day of my wedding. I could rely on her for whatever was to come. She helped answer my questions beforehand and on the day of she saved the day a few different times!!! One of our flower boy's pants were wayyy to big and Hannah saved him from walking down the isle holding his pants up. She made me feel so relaxed and in control and I could never thank her enough. I would hire her again if I were to get married again. Any large event Hannah can more than handle. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their planner. Thank you SO much for everything you did for us Hannah!
