Best Wedding Planner Ever!!

Heather is the bomb.com! I was an anxious, very nervous bride but Heather was there every step of the way. My now husband did not want me to have a wedding planner because he was so confident that I could do it myself. But, HEATHER definitely showed him that she can handle it ALL! My family loves her, her team, and also the vendors she recommend that I would want to be apart of my wedding! All they could say was “WOW! I pick the right person! She was on top of everything!” My husband groomsmen that’s having a wedding said they wish they had Heather! I can go on and on of how awesome she is! Best wedding planner ever!

Heather Deserves a Standing Ovation!!

Bride: What an incredible night we had!! We hired Heather for partial wedding planning a little over a year ago. She was warm, welcoming, and understanding right off the bat. She treated us like family throughout the entire process and her genuine positivity and excitement were infectious. Heather was always available when I was feeling overwhelmed and she knew EXACTLY when to give a few tasks to my husband to help ease my stress. Her vendor recommendations all ended up being extraordinary AND within our budget. Life would be a lot easier if I had Heather all year around. I’m honestly going to miss working with her.

Groom: We can not say enough about Heather as a wedding planner. She went above and beyond to make our day run smoothly including surprising my wife with one of her favorite home cooked meals for the reception. Heather built a great relationship with us and was like a second mother through the entire process. She kept us on track, on budget, and as minimally stressed as possible. If you are thinking about hiring an event planner we would recommend Heather 100%.

Best planner ever

Heather and her team at Guest List should be at the top of your list of vendors to hire for your wedding day. From our first meeting I had a sense of relief about how our wedding would go - from big details to the smallest she had an idea and all the answers! Communication was excellent and she was always on top of things! She has a massive warehouse full of rental items to make your wedding special and picture perfect! My bridal party, family and friend loved having Heather as our planner and wish I had another chance to do it all over again because planning with Heather was so much fun and easy! I promise you won’t be disappointed in using Guest List Events for your wedding day!

HIGHLY Recommend for the Perfect Wedding Day!

I seriously cannot recommend Heather and her team enough! She was the perfect day of coordinator and helped make sure every detail was well thought out and perfect through the planning process. We had our caterer go bankrupt a month before the wedding and Heather was able to find us an even better caterer to do everything we needed. She helped run a smooth rehearsal dinner, and made sure everything ran perfect day off. If anything went wrong we didn't know about it. She is very knowledgeable and organized. Our wedding day was perfect and I truly believe it's thanks to Heather and her team!

Best Wedding Planner!!

Guest List Events (specifically Heather, the owner) was more amazing than I could have ever imagined a wedding planner to be. Heather was incredibly knowledgeable, ALWAYS had an answer, has amazing connections and relationships with other vendors, and has the best and most bubbly personality that always makes you feel comfortable and excited. She's also very responsive, which is so important in planning a wedding. I am extremely indecisive, and she helped me through every single decision, whether it was something minor and small to the big things. She is very good at reading people and catching on to their vision, she easily knew exactly what I wanted and provided me with guidance on making that come to life. My wedding day was flawless thanks to her and everyone else at GLE. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it! Her goal was to truly help me have the wedding of my dreams and she more than succeeded. I cannot recommend GLE enough for planning your wedding. I wouldn't have gotten through it or had the wedding I did without them. Thank you for everything, Heather and GLE, you helped create a day we will never forget!

Heather is everything you need in a planner! She’s supportive, creative, has a fantastic network and is always on point. Heather was absolutely amazing!!

Heather was such a pleasure to work with. She is incredibly friendly and professional and very responsive. She went above and beyond in so many ways. Not only was she an amazing planner and day-off coordinator, but she helped SO much with all of those little decorative details that bring it all together. She made welcome signs, bar menus, food menus, printed out pictures for the sign in table, you name it. Heather was easily the best wedding coordinator we could have dreamed of hiring. Elvis "Thank you very much"

I asked my bride of 36 years to marry me all over again with a total surprise proposal/wedding night. Elvis impersonator, acoustic guitar cake, all Elvis/50's everything. Heather was awesome, gave me ideas and found little details that would have never been missed; but sent the night over the top. Elvis guitar picks instead of flower peddles etc. My wife would not go to Vegas the first time and have Elvis marry us in the chapel. So Heather/Guest List Events took my crazy dreams and made it a night my wife will never forget. It is like Heather could read my mind. Heather took my budget and stretched where she could and kept me from wasting money and got me the most bang for my buck. She even kept me calm 48 hours before the wedding and helped me keep the secret. Professional, caring, empathic at times even. She came highly recommended from a good friend I trust and I can see why now.

Having Heather was the absolute best decision!!

Heather made our wedding day turn out exactly how we hoped. We live 5 hours away and didn’t have a clue about vendors like food, flowers, etc and she did it all! The venue we chose, The Historic 512 in downtown Fort Worth, is beautiful but a blank canvas and she made it come to life. It truly looked like something you see on Pinterest. I have zero creativity and decorative skills and even with my poor descriptions of what I wanted, she managed to bring my vision to life, exactly how I imagined.
If you have any reservations about hiring Heather, don’t. You will not regret it and your day will turn out better than you can imagine if you let her work her magic. Literally, she works magic.

Wedding Planner

Heather was above and beyond. She is a go-getter and does it all with a smile. She had a huge inventory with variety of style and colors to match any wedding theme. Though a wedding planner can be an additional expense, Heather worked to help budget and advised ways to cut costs and encouraged where to splurge. Day of Coordinator

I need to take a moment to tell you how much your team is appreciated. My daughter’s wedding was at Bethel Rock in Leonard, TX. I don’t know what I would have done without Gabby and Christine. Setup was a breeze for me because they literally did it all! They were professional, gracious and just amazing! Packing up at the end of the night was kind of a nightmare and they tried very hard to keep me calm cool and collected! I highly recommend your services!!

Amazing Coordinator

Heather was amazing. We hired her has a month of coordinator and I wish we hired her sooner. She was able to put all the right touches for my wedding day. Anything I asked, she made happen. She gave us advice for things we may need the day of. Things I didn’t even know, she either brought or told me to bring. She has all of her own decor so we didn’t have to spend a dime on extra things. She had everything on time, reached out to all my vendors, and created a great timeline for the night. She was incredible !

Hire Heather ASAP!

When we finally decided to plan our big day we didn't know where to start. We interviewed several wedding planners before making the decision. During the process it was obvious Heather was top-notch, so we booked her immediately! Heather not only has the expertise, but an amazing creative eye and a warehouse full of decor to make any day special. She also connected us with some of most amazing vendors (i.e. Scott Yoder Photography & Rainflorist Designs) that helped contribute to the most memorable day of our lives. Heather found out our vision and ran with it. She planned and executed a flawless event of which we never once stressed over. We could have never done this without Heather and her team!

Heather is worth her weight in gold!

We hired Heather as our day of coordinator but she did so much more than just help us on the day of the wedding. As the MOB I had no idea how I was going to put this wedding day together. With so many moving parts I was beginning to panic. In steps Heather with her organization and her expertise. I was instantly at peace. The wedding day was so smooth due to the way she organized and helped orchestrate everything. She went beyond our expectations from setting up our wedding day timeline, writing programs, framing pictures and bringing decor elements for our welcome table. Our wedding day was seamless. We loved every minute of our wedding day and could not have done it without Heather.

I can’t begin to explain what a gift Heather was. After our first conversation I cancelled the appointments I had with other planners. I just knew she was the one. Heather is an angel from above!!! I am so so happy I had her by my side throughout my wedding festivities- she was easily my favorite vendor. My husband and I hired Heather for our wedding reception and SHE WAS A LIFE SAVER! We litterally could not have done it with out her! Amazing! Couldn’t have done it without Heather.

Heather was absolutely amazing. My husband and I truly could not have done it without her. She helped from the very beginning when I didn’t even know what I had envisioned for the wedding. She went to all of my appointments with me to help make the best decisions and keep me informed with the vendors all through our planning. On the day of the rehearsal dinner she helped my in laws tremendously on name cards for the table and more decorations for the room. Now for the wedding day, I can’t even put into words how much she did. She provided the chargers, the alter, the photo back drop, all of the table settings, the center pieces, she wrangled all of the bridal party together so it ran smoothly, and most importantly made sure we had everything we needed and were having the absolute best time. I rarely had contact any vendors and people which definitely took stress off my plate. Heather was one of the biggest parts of our special day and would recommend her to anybody!

Heather is so talented. Her vision is unlike anyone else. She turned my big day into a day I could only dream about before. I have been to other events that heather coordinated, so I knew I wanted her to plan my wedding. Everything was beautiful and as perfect as it could be. I will only recommend Heather. Incredible wedding planner

Hiring Heather for my wedding was the best decision I made in the whole process. She was always available and offers a wealth of knowledge on vendors, contracts, and so much more! She even helped me re-plan my wedding after we had to downsize for COVID, and she made the process easy and painless. She decorated our reception venue so beautifully, and managed to keep our second line even though we changed to a backyard ceremony. She also went out to get us a late night snack at the end of the event which did a lot of good for our groomsmen!

Heather is a god-send

We had debated on whether or not to hire a coordinator for our wedding day. Hiring Heather was hands down the best decision we made. From the moment we first met Heather, we could tell she was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and exactly what we were looking for. We wanted someone to handle all of the details day-of so we and our families wouldn't have to worry about it. Heather nailed it.

Even though we only hired Heather to be our day-of coordinator, she was actively involved leading up to our wedding day to ensure that all items and tasks were covered, assigned, and ready to go. If you're debating on hiring a coordinator, hire Heather and thank us later. Seriously can't say enough good things about her.

Couldn’t have imagined our day without her!

We hired Heather as a day of coordinator. ATTENTION: even if you want to plan your whole wedding yourself, a day of coordinator is a MUST HAVE!! Therefore you have to have Heather! She literally did everything imaginable from the big things to the smallest details. She acted as our right hand woman and our advocate. She is hardworking and very sweet!! She also always keeps your budget in mind and goes above and beyond. Booking her was one of the smartest decisions we made! No regrets whatsoever, well maybe I shouldn’t have been so type A and had her do more of the planning, would have saved me in a few areas!

A stress-less wedding day

Heather was so easy to work with and made our wedding day so stress-free! She was very organized, had thought of every tiny detail , and the things I forgot or didn’t think about — she had already taken care of. I was super impressed with how accessible and flexible she was the week before the wedding especially, and she worked so hard on the wedding day: behind the scenes, setting up, organizing other vendors, and cleaning up at the end of the night. She even put leftover pizzas in our getaway car — which was so appreciated!
I also recommend their decor package. She provided so many things that we would of had to buy and never use again or rent, including napkins, linens, vases, flower girl/ring bearer accessories, and more. Plus their team will help clean up at the end of the night. Which is very helpful!

Great experience

Heather was super helpful and flexible with us throughout the process and in light of the many adjustments and changes we had to make due to COVID! The best day ever!

Heather absolutely was amazing!! About 45 days out we had to postpone/move our wedding date from May to June due to Covid-19! We already had all of our vendors paid for and could see the light but Covid had other plans! Heather jumped in and coordinated through email and phone those stubborn vendors and made everything fall into place!! She also dealt with random text from me freaking out about pretty much everything!!! Heather went above and beyond as our wedding planner!
Our wedding wouldn’t have been the most INCREDIBLE, BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT day if we didn’t have her from the beginning!!
I will forever speak of her talents and affordability to anyone I know getting married!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Heather is absolutely amazing! She is hands down one of the best things my family did for our wedding. Heather is amazing!

My husband and I both agreed that we wouldn’t have had such a smooth wedding without Heather as our day-of coordinator. She took charge and took so much stress off of our shoulders. We even spent extra for her decor package and the venue looked amazing! The day was a whirlwind and I didn’t have the chance to see the cute decor at the guest entryway table and the dessert/hot drinks station but the pictures I saw were adorable and just how I wanted my wedding to look. My old coworker referred me to Heather and I will definitely be referring her to my friends getting married in the DFW area. You won’t regret it. Thank you so much Heather!

Passionate and Professional

Heather at Guest List Events truly cares about your wedding! She was great at taking the things I knew I wanted with the flowers and the color scheme and helping me figure out how to make a complete ceremony and reception. It was so nice to not have to stress about making the bookings and handling the vendors. When the big day came everything was in place, she kept everyone on time, and I was tempted to take some of her decor home with me!

Couldn't do it without Heather

My husband and I are both busy professionals, our wedding was on Nov 16th, 2019. We had about 6 month to plan a wedding in Dallas, TX from Michigan and Ohio, yeah, I know. We really couldn't have done it without help from Heather! She is very knowledgeable about everything about wedding (even like how to tip vendors); very very helpful about finding the right vendors (not only good quality, but also good value), we only needed to come to Dallas twice before the wedding; very thoughtful about saving money for us (she offered many items for us to use during the wedding, many times even before we ask her, so we didn't have to purchase or rent a lot of stuff); and most of all, she is so cheerful, happy and excited every time we met with her when finding vendors, rehearsal, the wedding day etc... even though she has done plenty of weddings. My husband and I both loved our wedding and had good time, and everybody who talked to us after the wedding told us it's a beautiful wedding, they enjoyed it. She is truly wonderful! We are so glad that we hired her as our wedding planner!!

Always There For Me!

My favorite thing about working with Heather was I felt like she was always there for me. I was the first to be married in my family (and was in my first year of teaching) so we were all new at this, with very little free time on our hands. We hired Heather for her full-service planning and she outlined every step for us. But what meant the most to me was that I could text her with anything I needed, any time. Where do I get tulle skirts for bridesmaids? When do I send out invitations? Can I have both my parents walk me down the aisle? What makes good bridesmaid gifts? She was my Wedding Fairy Godmother. When our baker forgot our groom's cake, she ran out to pick one up for us (the groom's dad was waiting for chocolate cake, lol!). She brought us Chick-fil-a while we got ready before the ceremony. She printed our engagement photos and framed them near the entrance. She worked with all our vendors so well that I felt like I walked into the venue and everything was magically set up perfectly. We couldn't have done it without her. We would still be looking for a venue right now without her!

Simply Wonderful!

Heather is amazing. Actually amazing doesn’t even describe how the level of service she provides is. If there were a school for wedding coordinators, she should run it. Every little detail, every little emergency, she is ready and prepared to help with and handle. Weddings are the one instance to where you need a service once, but if we needed her services again we would use them each and every time. Thank you for making our day just that much more special! Couldn’t have done it without you!

My favorite vendor at my wedding!

Heather was truly a lifesaver for me from the moment we met! From great advice for vendors and timeline to providing tons of decor at no additional cost, she really made all of my dreams come true and helped me manage all the stress of my wedding. Although she was technically my “day of” coordinator, she helped me from the moment I signed a contract with her and was always available via text and email to answer questions I had. We met with her a few weeks before and did a walkthrough of the venue and she was so knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and concerns. She helped set up on the day of and coordinated with all of my vendors so I didn’t have to worry about anything! She also dealt with all of the drama with guests/family we had to be sure my day was stress free and it really meant the world to me. My entire family LOVED Heather and we would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take your vision for an event and make it into a reality! She is truly an angel and goes above and beyond for her clients. Thanks for my dream wedding Heather!!

DFW's BEST Wedding Planner!!!

I met Heather at a bridal show and after talking with her for a few minutes I knew she was exactly what I was looking for in a wedding planner! It was clear to me that she understood my vision and would do whatever it takes to help make that vision a reality! So, I decided to hire Heather and let me tell you…hiring Heather was hands down the BEST decision I made! Thanks to Heather, the planning process was as easy and stress-free as possible. She met with me MANY times throughout the process and was in constant communication with me to answer all of my questions and provide guidance every step of the way. She was extremely flexible, always finding time to meet whenever and wherever was most convenient for me. She even stopped in the middle of moving to come meet with me at my wedding venue to do a last minute walkthrough! She is full of great knowledge and will help make your dream wedding come to life for as little as possible. She was so affordable and WELL worth every penny (and more!!)! She has an entire warehouse full of decor that she lets you use for no additional cost, which not only was a huge money saver but also so much fun to go through and pick out!! On my wedding day, my caterer showed up late and Heather (and her assistant) stepped up and made sure everything worked out without anyone noticing. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful and exceed my dreams! Heather is the sweetest, most hard-working person and I really can’t express just how thankful and grateful I am for her! Best Wedding Planner in DFW!!

Hiring Heather with Guest List Events was absolutely the BEST investment I made for our wedding. Her services were invaluable to us and our families! She took what would have otherwise been an incredibly stressful day and turned it into a beautifully orchestrated event we could sit back and truly enjoy. Having Heather there for the wedding meant that our wedding party and family were not burdened with the responsibilities of decorating, dealing with vendors, or cleaning up! We were able to relax knowing that every detail had been accounted for and that Heather would be ready to handle any situation that could arise. I can’t express how much more enjoyable our wedding was for us, our families, and our guests because of our decision to hire Heather.

During our initial meeting, I knew Heather was the planner I wanted to work with. After talking for just a few minutes, I already felt comfortable with her and she made me feel more excited to begin the planning process! Her experience, creativity, and knowledge of vendors made me confident that my wedding would be in the hands of a professional. In addition to the peace of mind I knew we would get from working with a full-service planner, one of the biggest draws to becoming a Guest List Events Bride was that you have access to their massive inventory of all things wedding decor (Linens, Frames, Lanterns, Wedding Signs, Chargers, Cake Stands, the list goes on)! This was an amazing benefit as it saved us a ton of money and the headache of dealing with all the excess decor after the wedding was over.

If I could give one piece of advice to any engaged couples out there, it would be to hire a professional full-service wedding planner!! (For any couples in the DFW area, look no further than Guest List Events.) I cannot overstate the value of working with Heather throughout all the planning and especially on the day of our wedding. As a bride, you will invariably invest a ton of time, energy, and money into your wedding. You cannot afford to leave your event to chance or inexperience. Hiring a professional planner is the best way to ensure your wedding runs exactly the way you want it to and that you get to enjoy it as much as possible. Heather created and executed the dream wedding for us and we are confident she could do the same for any couple out there!

Guest List Events - Heather Henson

I can't rave enough about this awesome lady. She kept us on schedule and directed us to cost saving vendors. On the day of the wedding she was at the venue from approx. 10:00 a.m. to after midnight. She also has loads of decorations that you can use at no additional cost. My daughter said it was her dream wedding and we owe it to Heather from Guest List Events. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER AND HER TEAM!!!!

Best Wedding Planner

I met Heather at a bridal show, and her vendor booth caught my attention because it was decorated so cute! I researched other wedding planners, so I could get different quotes, but in the end I chose Heather because she was affordable and offered so much. Hiring Heather was one of the best decisions I made! She went above and beyond for my wedding, so much so that I felt like I was underpaying her. She met with me several times before my wedding (I only did the partial planner package) and was willing to drive anywhere in the area to meet me. She worked around my work schedule and was super flexible. She has a huge warehouse full of rentals that she lets you use for no additional cost, which saved me so much money. On the day of my wedding she decorated my venue exactly how I imagined it and kept everything running smoothly. We had a couple of minor mishaps and she resolved the issues right away. I can't thank Heather enough for making my wedding day so perfect. Planning a wedding is stressful, but Heather definitely helped relieve some of that stress.

Perfect Wedding and the Sweetest Planner

My husband and I had the most absolutely perfect wedding day, thanks to Heather and Guest List Events! (If anything actually went wrong, I still have no idea...) Heather joined me after I had gotten many larger parts of the planning accomplished and began to feel overwhelmed by the small details. It’s hard to put into words how much my husband and I liked working with Heather Henson with Guest List Events. Working with Heather on my daughter’s wedding was a wonderful experience. She is friendly, professional and very easy to work with. Not to mention - a very hard, conscientious worker. My daughter and I found that she went above and beyond our expectations and put our minds at ease in every way. She listened to my daughter’s design preferences and did a beautuful job bringing it to fruition. We had so many nice compliments. It was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy the day with my daughter knowing all was being taking care of. Where do I begin with Heather Henson... I always joked with her by calling her my fairy god mother because she did whatever it took to make my day perfect and me feel beautiful. You see, I’m the opposite of a bridezilla... I’m the bride that came with an outlandish theme request (sprinkles), indecisive, and didn’t know what i really liked but she turned my weird theme into more than I could ever imagine. She was there every step of the way, rather it was picking my venue, cake testing, seeing my dress, picking up my dress, and i could go on and on. She took our budget and was realistic on what we could include in the wedding and did everything she could to make our dream a reality. We used Heather for my sister’s wedding as well and knew when it was my turn we couldn’t do it without her. When my now husband proposed my dad said alright well our first expense is paying Heather because you can’t get married without her, which I obviously had no problem with! She is more than our wedding planner, she has turned into family and a friend. I love you Heather and I can never thank you enough for what you did for my family.

I am a wedding photographer, my first time working with Heather and guest list events was phenomenal. I shot a wedding for a couple who had to throw everything together EXTREMELY FAST (I'm talking like 1 month to plan and execute) due to a family member who was growing increasingly ill. Heather did an excellent job working within their budget and super tight time frame. The best part? No one who walked into that wedding would have guessed that it was all thrown together in a month's time. Nothing was left out, the reception/ceremony area was stunning. HOLY MOLY!!!! I cannot express enough, the gratitude I have for this woman!!
I am absolutely blown away at what Heather does. Our wedding this weekend was nothing short of amazing and I can't contribute that to anyone but her. She dealt with all the vendors, decorated our entire venue, she was a calming voice I could count on for months before my wedding.
We were responsible for everything at our venue (which was perfect) but even better, SHE DID IT ALL. All of the things that I didn't have, which was almost everything, she provided... from vases and lanterns, floating candles and BEAUTIFUL mirrors, to baskets, a wagon for the babies and extra greenery.. I could go on. She pulls out all the stops!!
Truly, she is worth far more than she charges!! I have an will forever recommend her to anyone I know. My day wouldn't have been half of what it was without her!!

Heather is AMAZING! We had so many of our guests complimenting her during the reception. We gave her our colors of red, white, and blue, then told her that we did not want it to look like a 4th of July wedding. She turned what we wanted into a warm, cozy, and romantic setting for a winter wedding. She was able to translate the vision we had in our heads into a reality. It was perfect and lived up to everything we wanted out of our special day. Heather is so patient and helped to make everything so smooth. If I mentioned being stressed she told me to relax and breathe and maybe have a bubble bath and a glass of wine.

Heather did an amazing job! Everything was beautifully decorated and set up and she made sure everything went as planned. She made sure that we didn't have to worry about anything and that was a huge blessing to make the day perfect!

Heather was absolutely amazing! We all know that weddings don't always run as smoothly as planned, but Heather was ALWAYS on her A-game. As the Maid Of Honor to the bride, I was truly impressed. The wedding party had 18 people (grooms and bridesmaids), so you can imagine that it was a bit overwhelming at times. Heather was professional, calm, understanding, and she always had a quick solution to any problematic occurrence. She also has not one but two largely sized and air conditioned storage units containing wedding props, decorations, and assortments with much variety. I believe she said she still had more...but the collection was fabulous and flexible for any type of wedding. She is the best, and I highly recommend her!

I'm not sure where to start. Heather is the epitome of professionalism. When trying to choose a day-of coordinator, I was overwhelmed with some who monopolized the time with their own ideas and 'fluff', while ignoring what I was trying to ask for. Heather was the exact opposite. In our initial meeting to 'test the waters', she was concise and straight to the point, while still extremely warm and friendly.

She listened to my ideas for decor, seating, etc., and added her own touch to make our wedding look GORGEOUS. We used the day-of planning option only, but were able to meet a few times in the months leading up to the wedding, and she would sporadically send ideas over and reply quickly if I had any questions. She has units full of beautiful wedding decor for free use - this is HUGE. We saved an incredible amount of money on things that would otherwise have been used only once and then discarded or stuffed into a garage: cutesy signs, flicker candles, vases, table runners, you name it.

Not only did Heather help make our wedding look beautiful, she and her helpers made the entire event flow seamlessly from setup at 9 AM to breakdown after our 9:30 PM sendoff. She incorporated the photographer's timeline into a wedding day timeline, distributed payments to vendors, and helped break down the venue in record time. The biggest feat? She somehow managed to corral a large, boisterous bridal party at the rehearsal as well as the wedding.

I am so grateful I found Heather, she was my saving grace. She was amazing and met all of my needs, and some really awesome ideas. I am the first to get married in my family so there was a lot I didn’t know. Also, she has a huge inventory of decor you get to choose from to help decorate your special day, I thought this was great because a lot of that stuff you won’t ever use again. She answered all of my questions even if it was a late text message, she was always going out of her way to help us in any way. I highly recommend her, she’s the sweetest!

We hired Heather for a partial coordination package and she was worth every penny. I hired her about 1 year after getting engaged and 6 months to the big day. I wish I would have hired her sooner because all her advice and suggestions were spot on. The wedding day itself ran smoothly and when the weather didn't cooperate, Heather was able to be flexible and adjust accordingly and still keep everything in line with our vision.

Choosing Guest List Events and having the opportunity to work with Heather was such a blessing!!! Heather was my day of coordinator - she was absolutely AMAZING! I cannot recommend her highly enough. She started working with me months before the wedding to get an idea of my vision and the timeline. She created a detailed timeline and even brought lots of her own decorations. She handled everything so well - the day went off without a hitch. If there was anything that went awry, I had no idea it was happening. I'm so grateful for her - she truly made my wedding so easy and perfect. I know my wedding would not have gone so smoothly without her there.

Heather Henson was a huge blessing to us she thought of everything! She is very professional and calm and a very hands on coordinator. This is my second daughter's wedding and I was hoping to have a great experience and it blew me away how great she was. She is very detail oriented and organized. Heather with Guest List Events is THE BEST! As a bride who didn't have a clue, hiring Heather as our wedding planner was the best thing I ever could have done. She is a true miracle worker and really made the whole experience enjoyable. No matter how much support you have from friends and family, planning a wedding on your own is completely overwhelming. Having a vision and making it actually happen are two very different things, that's where Heather comes in. She's endlessly thoughtful, creative, and makes everything fun. My favorite part was her ability to mold any idea into something completely unique and special for our wedding. After attending several weddings for my close friends and family, I can truly say our wedding was completely our own, just ours! The perfect day, our perfect way! Heather made it all possible and so easy. She diffused every issue and bump along the way. After months of planning our out-door, garden wedding, I woke up 3 days before to find 100% chance of rain. It could have been a total nightmare, but not with Heather by my side. I made one quick phone call to Heather and she already whipped up the perfect plan B for the indoor ceremony site. Then on the day of the clouds parted and the sun came out, a complete miracle. Heather was there to quickly switch everything back to the out-door site just 1 hour before the ceremony was scheduled to start. She was 100% there for us & made our dream day come true.
I can rave on and on about her, but it comes down to two simple things: she's the best & you'll be glad you booked her. Worth every penny!!!!

Heather is amazing and sooo helpful! Once I hired her all of my stresses went away because she took over everything and dealt with all my vendors, making sure everything was set for the day! But, even when I thought she had already done so much, the day came and I could not believe the work she put into decorating making the day uniquely ours! The ceremony and reception area was decked out with decor, most of which she supplied! It would have never looked the way it did if she hadn't been there! She also made sure the night ran smoothly and that everything, everywhere was taken care of! She's the best!

Heather was absolutely wonderful! She was amazingly organized, had great resources, was wonderfully creative, and was so incredible to work with. She was flexible, well prepared, and always quickly understood what was important to the bride and groom. Heather made our daughter's wedding and reception flow so smoothly and ensured they had the type of event they wanted. Heather was absolutely amazing. I found her a little over a month before our wedding. From the initial meeting, I knew she was going to be great to work with. She has a genuine love for what she does and you can see it when you meet her. I myself tend to be a slight control freak but Heather put me at ease for our wedding day. She was always available if I had any questions. She was there for our rehearsal and was able to bring a few items that I needed for our wedding day. On our wedding day, SHE WAS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! All the weddings, I have been apart of and been to I really thought my day was going to be STRESSFUL but she took care of all my worries. I got to truly enjoy my day. She took all of my decorations and ideas and turned the venue into our dream wedding!!!!

My family and I chose to work with Guest List Events for my daughters Sweet 16 party. Heather helped us with every last detail of planning our party, starting a month out from the actual date. Heather was extremely professional and reliable. She answered all of my questions very promptly and always followed through. Heather reached out to help us with any questions or concerns that I had. She even handled last minute issues that came about close to the party day and the day of the event. For the day of the Sweet 16, Heather created a fantastic timeline of events and made sure the whole Party ran smoothly. The day after the party my daughter was so happy that Heather was there to make her day perfect. It was definitely the best choice that we made for her special day. We were at ease during the party, and our family did not have to worry about the anything it was all handled. We were all able to enjoy the celebration and not stress, thanks to the wonderful service Heather provided. Having Heather at our event allowed me the chance to focus on my daughter and actually have time to celebrate with family and friends.

Heather was an angel of a wedding planner. My wedding would not have been anywhere close to the dream that it was without her. She is so talented and is great with a budget. My husband and I were were on a tight budget, but I don't feel like I missed out on anything because she was so great with cost savings suggestions. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Heather was nothing short of amazing. I'm not a very experienced host, so planning any event on my own is very stressful. I found Heather as a guest of absolutely gorgeous wedding she planned & designed. When it was time for me plan my next event, a wedding shower for my best friend with a guest list of 300+, I knew exactly who to call!! My favorite part about working with Heather, as soon as she arrives you instantly feel relief. She's got such a vision & can bring to life exactly what you want. She's got the magic touch to make everything feel effortless and instantly personalized. She really turned every room in the venue into its own unique area for the guests to enjoy, but all showcasing a clear focus. This made it so easy for the guest to understand what to do & where everything was; gifts, guest book, honeymoon fund, beverages, food & mingling. I cannot sing her praises enough. With an eye for class and impeccable taste, Heather took care of EVERYTHING so even I could enjoy every moment! I will definitely be using her for anything I need in the future!!!
