  Where do I even begin?! I did SO much research to find the perfect wedding planner. Originally from New York, I literally knew nothing about wedding planning in Miami. Thankfully, after weeks and weeks of searching I found Guerdy. I saw an interview Guerdy did about how she incorporated butterflies into a wedding for loved ones that had passed. I knew then that Guerdy was who I wanted to work with! We scheduled our first meeting and I remember leaving that meeting with so much peace knowing that I would have nothing to worry about in a time that can be so stressful for any bride. Guerdy truly understands the process and really focuses on making sure every detail is executed to perfection.
  She literally put together the wedding of our dreams! From the venue, the design, the flowers to the rest of the vendors it was a fairytale wedding. She even included such a unique touch for our guests. Instead of doing a guestbook she decided to incorporate a wish tree where guests could write us wishes for us to read and keep. I loved how much she listened to my taste and would make the perfect selections for our special day. I am forever grateful for the beautiful job that Guerdy and her team did! From beginning to the very end -it is truly a day that I will never forget. Thank you to Guerdy for being such an amazing wedding planner to work with! Not only is she the best in the business but she has the sweetest personality. I would pick her over and over and over again! I want to get married again just to have her create beautiful magic again! Ps...the flowers are from her own flower shop❤️

From the bottom of our hearts we applaud her professionalism, creativity, and for executing our vision with precision and for doing it with such grace. The floral arrangements were absolutely amazing and the ballroom gorgeous. You gave us a wedding that looked like a million dollars and all our guests thought we won the lottery. I believe we did when we found you and chose you to produce our wedding.
  
  Guerdy, you are in a league of your own and we feel truly grateful that you were on this journey with us. It was in my opinion, the “best wedding ever” and you made all of my dreams come true.   If you are getting married in Miami, I definitely recommend Guerdy. She is absolutely amazing. What I love about her is her energy, style and the fact that she can do wedding planning and floral arrangements because she owns both companies. Consider it a "one stop shop"!!!

  I 1000% recommended Guerdy. As a florist and her decor are incredible. She is one of the rare vendors that you can trust whole heartedly to just "get it." You can give her a word or theme and she can create this vision of exactly what you wanted but didn't know how to achieve- which is a really incredible talent. Not to mention her taste is just exquisite. I think the mark of a great artist is one who knows when to stop and/or when less is more. Her work makes a statement, definitely, but it's never past the point of good taste which is such a delicate balance. My husband and I were looking through our wedding pictures the other night and both of us were just so amazed, again, at how beautiful she made everything.
  
  As far as customer service, Guerdy is great. She is so friendly, I actually had fun when we would have meetings! She will work with you and is very flexible. And I have to say this, when you have her attention she is 110% she remembers nuances from stories you told her months ago and is really there and attentive. Lastly, and most notably because this is a true testament to the kind of business she runs, the morning of my wedding I was supposed to receive the bridal party's flower's at my house. When her assistant, Tom, who was supposed to deliver them got into an accident, she called or texted my sister, and had them at the church. I had absolutely no idea until after the wedding. Which was fantastic. She and Tom also tended to all the candles and made sure they were lit all night long which was just another example of their stellar service.

  A must to hire guerdy!

  Guerdy and her entire team are the TOPS in the event planning world! We hired Guerdy when we planned our daughter's wedding weekend at the St Regis Bal Harbour January 2020. It was a destination weekend with majority of guests coming from the New York area. Guerdy coordinated every aspect of the weekend with every vendor. Décor Concepts, Tastings, Photography, Videpgraphy, Invitations and more. She attended all my meetings either in person or on line. She is SO ORGANIZED!! Did not miss a thing and made sure all the small details were special which was like the perfect thread weaving all the fabrics together. Guerdy planned a Friday night rehearsal dinner where all guests wore white and the décor was impeccable and clean with Blue Hydrangeas. Each person place seating had there own mini challah with custom printed liners. The night was perfection and turned into an amazing welcome dance party!
  Saturday - the wedding day was timed to the minute. We woke up and Hair and Makeup began, set up and on time. and we followed her timeline to the minute ALL DAY LONG!
  The day was flawless. She had the vision to create each space where it felt inviting full of "eye candy". The cocktail reception she used cabanas with floating plexiglass where she had custom escort table walls built. The chuppah and ceremony were clean and white with just the right amount of movement in the evening breeze. Rose petal cannons shot out wishing a huge MAZEL TOV and capturing the perfect photo-op. Our reception room was INCREDIBLE!! A unique table design with some lounge feeling seating, a special watercolor dance floor with hanging roses above. There are no WORDS to describe the look of the room. Please go to GUERDYDESIGN on Instagram and look at her story titled "SATNICK WEDDING" The details are what makes Guerdy stand apart!! She had the bride and grooms' photo on Hotel Key cards, Welcome bag goodies, paper cones with truffle French fries! The after party was a creative genius all done by Guerdy! She took letter that the kids wrote to each other and recreated them on a dance floor which also served as a foyer to the main ballroom. The space was electric filled with a laser light show, mirrored DJ booth and candy shelves. We all partied until the wee hours of the morning with swag and FUN FUN FUN!! HIRING GUERDY is a MUST for a flawless, creative, organized perfect event!

  Guerdy and her team at Ocean Flowers made all my wedding dreams come true! My vision was executed to perfection and I cannot recommend them enough.   Guerdy and her wonderful team created a "FAIRY TALE WEDDING"! They allowed us to experience a seamless "MAGICAL WEEKEND" from Friday night rehearsal dinner to Sunday brunch! She is extremely talented, creative, and was very receptive to all of my ideas and suggestions. Her organizational skills and fabulous attention to detail allowed me to enjoy all the weekend festivities with confidence that everything would be perfect. And it exceeded all our expectations!!! The Chuppah was absolutely MAGNIFICENT and the dinner reception room evolved into a GORGEOUS, ELEGANT, enchanted garden with a modern flair, but done very tastefully. The accolades from my guests were unending.... We were from out of town and every vendor she recommended was outstanding. From the make up artist to the band, to the videographer to the photographer!!!! My guests never wanted the weekend to be over.... All she wants to do is make her clients happy!! Working with Guerdy was like working with a friend. I can't wait for our next event together!!

  Guerdy Abraira and her team made our dream wedding a reality! They did our wedding planning and event design. We planned a Miami wedding from New York and they made it stress free and fun! Guerdy and her team were always responsive and kept us organized and on time. So much so, that I was able to do absolutely nothing but relax the week leading up to my wedding. Guerdy's attention to detail is incredible. She completely got my vision and took it to the next level. She put us in touch with the best vendors who were all trustworthy and amazing. Guerdy transformed the ballroom into a complete fairytale, even the vendors were blown away! It was the most beautiful room I have ever seen! Not only is Guerdy beyond talented but she made the process so much fun and we miss her already! I cannot recommend Ocean Flowers enough.

It was truly a magical wedding that my friends and family are still talking about. Just amazing!! If you want the freshest flowers, with the best designer use this company. Guerdy thought through all the details to create my vision and even let us use her light up "love" sign as a cute decor for the night. It was such a fun experience and process working with her team. Truly talented!! I still stare at the photographs at how amazing everything turned out. Thank you thank you ! xo

Seriously Guerdy was in all the details, so many of them that I didn't think of, she reassured me all throughout.   Ocean Flowers can only be described in superlatives! Guerdy and her team created the MOST beautiful chuppah and flower arrangements for our wedding. I still can't stop talking about Guerdy's creativity and her beautiful, creative designs. I would absolutely recommend Ocean Flowers to anyone getting married in South Florida!!

  Guerdy was amazing!!! I was planning my wedding from across the country and she made me feel comfortable and I knew I was in good hands! I got quotes from several different vendors and Guerdy was able to do the most for my budget. We had a Jewish wedding and Guerdy made us the most beautiful chuppah!!! She really went above and beyond for us, I can't thank her enough!

When I walked down the aisle to chuppah, it was so serene and beautiful all lit up against the dark sky and water. When I walked into the party room, it was transformed to sleekness and charm. Loved working with Guerdy and her team! Highly recommend for every budget and every style.

  Choosing someone that will capture your wedding day vision just as you see it can seem impossible. For our wedding, I would not have trusted anyone but Guerdy to execute my wedding vision into a reality- and she went beyond what I had envisioned. Knowing I had Guerdy allowed me to enjoy the wedding planning process and my wedding weekend. She is truly a genius at what she does, and I would recommend her 10x over to everyone.   Guerdy and her main designer, Tom (?) was excellent. She worked with my planner to create my vision. My guests gasped at the vision she created. She's on the top of her game and really reasonable for what she offers.

  Guerdy was awesome! I was recommended to her by my friend who is a wedding planner. I wanted someone who would do an amazing job, be professional, and make my reception look fabulous. I got all of that with Guerdy! I gave her a price point and she was able to do everything I wanted within it. She was super responsive with our emails, answered any questions I had, and gave me great feedback. She even met me at the reception space to go over everything. My flowers came out amazing. My center pieces were spectacular! I was very happy with the job she did.

  I wish I could post a picture of the fabulous work Ocean Florist did on my wedding. The ceremony space and reception space were SPECTACULAR!!! Guerdy was a pleasure to work with and captured the feel of my wedding PERFECTLY. She actually does a great deal more than the average florist and my only regret is not hiring her to be my planner. If you book Ocean Florist, you will not regret it!

  Guerdy is AMAZING! When I first met her and showed her pictures of ideas I liked, so many of the ideas were actually her work. She was a great value but it might have been because I got married in January which is a quieter month. Guerdy is sooooo full of energy and you can tell she really loves her job. When I entered the ceremony room before the ceremony took place, I was blown away. The room was exactly how I imagined it would turn out. The ballroom centerpieces and the sweetheart table were exactly as I described to her and the centerpieces were just as they were in the sample. Everyone raved about how gorgeous the wedding was! Thanks Guerdy!!

  Ocean Florist was recommended by our wedding planner, and as soon as we met with Gurdy, we knew why. She is amazing, so enthusiastic, passionate, and professional. She takes the time to listen to what you want, and respects all budgets. We loved our flowers and would highly recommend using Ocean Florist!

  Guerdy at Ocean Florist really saved my butt! My husband and I were on a tight budget and I decided to cut flowers to save money, figuring that our venue looked great on it's own, plus it was really hard to order flowers and deal with vendors from across the country. The week of our wedding rolled around, we arrived in Florida and had some last minute cancellations. I decided on the Wednesday before our Saturday wedding that I wanted a bouquet and flowers for our wedding party, called Guerdy and she made it happen!
  
  Not only did she manage to squeeze us into her calendar, but she had an even the same day as ours and we were super busy with international guests and had no time to meet or even talk much on the phone. I emailed her one photo of a bouquet I liked (with out of season flowers and the color of my bridesmaids dresses, plus the flower colors I didn't like, and she arranged it all better than I even imagined it could be. I am very, very picky, AND I didn't want to spend much money and even I LOVED what she managed to pull off for us. I think it was a great value for our money, the flowers were gorgeous, her delivery charge was really small compared to other quotes I got, and she came to the hotel and handled everything before I even got back from my hair appointment.
  
  While we had a truly awesome photographer who could probably make anything look great, I really feel like the flowers made our photos look amazing. I got a very different hot pink bouquet that completed our pics in a way that nothing else would have- can't imagine our wedding without the flowers.
  
  So- if you're getting married in Palm Beach or Miami or Ft Lauderdale and want modern, creative, perfectly done flowers- Call Ocean Florist!

The owner of Ocean Florist sinply asked me a few questions such as: my colors, any themes, bridal party, etc... I explained the flowers I would like to use and I pointed out an example from her website that was my taste... and she created the most perfect, gorgeous center pieces I have ever seen. I got so many compliments on them from all of my guests. They really stood out and were so unique and memorable. They took my breath away.... I was so extremely beyond pleased with the outcome.
