  FLAWLESS EVENT! 10/10
  During the beginning of the event planning stages, there is a fairly quick realization of the numerous parts, people, vendors, functions and actions and the importanace and timing of each. It truly can be overwhelming. I would never think about having and/or being able to fully enjoy an event with a competent coordinator! With Tori and Golden Sage, I honestly never thought once about the mechanics or who, what, where of the event. I was the father of the bride and from my experience the entire event was incredible, flawless, amazing and Inhad the time of my life!

  Originally, I wasn't planning on hiring a coordinator, I figured I would find a distant, organized friend to help me with the minor details on the day of. But after thinking about it more and everyone else convincing me otherwise, we made the decision to hire Tori. WOW I needed her! She also saved us money with her recommendations of vendors. She was always a phone call or email away for the wedding pre-planning. She also helped me put a service staff together, which they were wonderful! On the day of she helped manage the misc tasks and make sure everything was ready to go. Thank you Tori for all your help, your kindness, and your organization. You're amazing!

  Tori coordinated my son's wedding at the end of August at the Madonna Inn and the rehearsal party at Flying Caballos Ranch(including food trucks at the ranch for dinner and dessert) Tori went above and beyond our expectations, including finding another food truck the day before the party because one of the food trucks broke down. Everything was seamless and she handled the unexpected obstacles for us

  Yall!! Tori is AMAZING!!! I really could go on and on about how much she helped through the wedding weekend but I dont think it would do her justice. We hired her for our wedding weekend and Im so happy that we did. She went above and beyond not just over the weekend but from the time we hired her to make sure our wedding weekend was exactly the way we wanted it. She stepped in and worked with so many moving parts over the two days and everything went off without a hitch.. I had several people come up to me during the weekend to comment on just how smooth everything went.. One would think this would be a no brainer but sadly you'll see it isnt.. Hiring her was such a gift. I never once worried that something wouldn't get done- she made sure of that... I would highly recommend her and already have to several of my friends that are engaged and some that are soon to be!

  I don't even know where to begin... Tori is AMAZING!! Our big day was more than PERFECT and a lot of it can be credited to her! Being that I'm kind of a planner and a little bit of a control freak, I thought it was going to be so hard to let go and completely relax on the big day, but Tori made that possible. I was so at ease because she made it so easy to trust her to make it all work. She went above and beyond and I seriously can't imagine the weekend without her. She is so sweet, so accommodating, so flexible, and she was made to do this. Having her is priceless! If you get a chance to book her for your wedding, JUMP ON IT! You can thank me later :) thank you again SO much, Tori! We are forever grateful.

  We simply couldn't have pulled off our wedding without Golden Sage Events. I had multiple people tell me that they couldn't believe how smooth everything went! From recommending awesome vendors, to scheduling, to wrangling our wedding party, and even cleaning a red wine stain off my wedding dress - Tori can do it all. We absolutely loved working with her!

  We simply couldn't have pulled off our wedding without Golden Sage Events. I had multiple people tell me that they couldn't believe how smooth everything went!   Tori was absolutely amazing! She helped us from start to finish figuring out what we wanted and how to manage all 200+ guests. My husband and I worked directly with Tori on multiple occasions to go over logistics and remaining items to be addressed. She was always responsive and helped point us in the right direction with some great recommendations for vendors. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and she helped wrangle our crazy families to keep them in line! Not only is she fun to work with but helps work around your schedule to make sure our wedding planning went off without a hitch!

  I originally was not going to hire a wedding coordinator. Most of my job consists of planning and I thought it would be easy enough. Well, about six months out I realized that I was very wrong, and decided to schedule a meeting with Tori. My husband came with me to meet Tori, and we immediately felt at ease and knew hiring her was a step in the right direction. He probably didn't want to say anything, but I was becoming a bit stressed :-) We were behind on getting our invites out, tailoring (plus a few more details), but Tori jumped right in and let us know that everything was going to work out just fine. We met several times over the next few months to make sure everything was falling into place. Knowing that someone is there on your wedding day to have your back is a very comforting feeling. Last minute runs to the store, coordinating with vendors, handling payment for everyone, etc. Believe me, there are more details than you can imagine! My husband may have been more nervous than me, but I was able to relax while I was getting ready and really be in the moment. Our wedding day was one of the most amazingly fun, kick ass days of our lives thus far, and if we could have a repeat of that day, we would hire Tori every single time.
