Kim and Sierra went above and beyond to make my wedding day truly unforgettable. From the very beginning they were extremely responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly. They offered thoughtful ideas and helpful feedback throughout the planning process which made everything feel easy and well supported.
On the day of the wedding every detail was handled seamlessly from coordination to setup allowing me to fully enjoy the moment without stress or worry. The flow of the day felt effortless and everything came together more beautifully than I could have imagined.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning. The view, food, and overall layout created such a warm and elegant atmosphere that truly impressed all of our guests. Everything was picture perfect.

We recently hosted our daughter's wedding welcome party at The Club at Glenmore in their outside gazebo. It was just truly exceptional! The venue's stunning views, elegant atmosphere, and impeccable service created an unforgettable experience. The staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring every detail was handled. Guests couldn't stop raving about the beautiful setting, cozy fire pits, and delicious food. I would also like to make a shout out to Kim Hayden for being the absolute best and treated us with such kindness. From start to finish, the event was seamless, making it the perfect start to our wedding weekend. Highly recommend The Club at Glenmore for your special occasion.

Kim Hayden was amazing to work with. Kim thought of (and remembered) every detail I told her. She was 100% on board with my vision and made it happen. I was able to use my own china which I had collected for my special day. We got married on the 10th Green, had the cocktail hour under the Pavilion and then our reception was in the Ballroom. The Glenmore had a champagne wall for my use, linens, lanterns, bars, and even candle holders. We added some of our own touches, but Glenmore is full service. From the prosecco wall, the the lighted hedge behind our cake, to putting our printed menus in the perfect spot. Our wedding was perfection. The views are phenomenal. The food was delicious - we served buffet style to make sue of my china and the kitchen did it all right. We had plated salads (tomato and mozzarella) then buffet steak, shrimp in grits, gnocchi with vegetables, roasted potatoes and asparagus. Everything was amazing. The Glenmore was so accommodating. They let us add a sparkling rose and rose to our wine choices - which felt so right with our theme. They had a hedge to put behind our cake table, which we added a personalized sign to, flowers and fairy lights. Glenmore let us have a photo booth in the ball room lobby, and we used their gorgeous farm tables to set out framed photos and favors. I had the absolute best time at my wedding. I highly recommend the Glenmore as a venue. It has gorgeous views, super friendly staff, they are diligent and 100% know how to throw a wedding. I have no regrets entrusted them with my special day and I have the absolute best memories. Thank you Kim and Molly!

We held my son's rehearsal dinner here in October 2024, and from start to finish, we were thrilled with the venue, the food, and the staff. Kim, the event coordinator, made sure that everything went exactly as we had envisioned it, and all of the guests were complimentary of the beautiful view and the wonderful dinner. Thank you for making this such a special event for us!

Jack and I could not have imagined a better venue for our wedding than The Club at Glenmore in Keswick, Virginia. Growing up in Charlottesville, I knew that I wanted to get married in my hometown. Wineries are a popular choice in Charlottesville, but they are mostly located in the surrounding counties which require a long drive from hotels. Winery weddings can also require coordinating a lot of rentals (decor, tables, chairs, etc.) and finding a caterer. After researching all of the venues around Charlottesville, we chose The Club at Glenmore or many reasons.

One, the beautiful and convenient location. Glenmore was conveniently located only about 10 minutes from our hotel block on Pantops which made it easy for guests and shuttles. Even though the location is close to town, it is situated inside a beautiful gated neighborhood with views of the mountains, rolling horse pastures, and well maintained golf course. So it feels like it's out in the country without actually being that far away from town!

Two, the full service. Glenmore provides so much for its couples! It has an amazing on-site chef so we did not need to find a separate catering company. This was one of our main deciding factors! Couples even do the food & wine tasting at the venue which makes for a fun day trip :) Glenmore provides all of the ceremony chairs, reception chairs, tables, glassware, serving ware, flatware, etc. So we did not need to rent anything except purchase some decorations. Speaking of decorations, Glenmore has many decor pieces that we were able to use! They have arbors, prosecco walls, a boxwood wall for photo opps, votive candle and holders, charger plates, up-lights, bistro lights, etc.

Three, the amenities. Getting ready spaces, ceremony locations, cocktail terrace, reception ballroom - Glenmore has it all! Glenmore has a beautiful bridal suite that the ladies in my bridal party were able to use all morning. The bridal suite has plenty of room to get ready in, hang dresses in, store decor in, and even take pictures in. There is a separate space downstairs where the guys can get ready in too! We all enjoyed spending the morning and early afternoon together in these spaces while eating breakfast and lunch prepared for by Glenmore! The space was also convenient for our vendors too. They could come and check in with me throughout the morning since I was getting ready on-site. There are many ceremony locations to choose from if you want your ceremony at Glenmore. We actually switched our ceremony location within about 2 weeks of the wedding and Glenmore was very accommodating with this switch. Finally, the beautiful ballroom was another major deciding factor for us. We had our wedding in the summer, so we knew we wanted to have the reception indoors in an air conditioned room.

Four, the staff. Glenmore takes pride in providing top notch service to its clients. Kim, the event coordinator at Glenmore, helped us so much from start to finish. She walked us through the wedding process, answered the many questions we had, worked with all of our vendors, met with us for our tasting and walkthroughs, made sure that all of our requests were met, and coordinated the entire Glenmore team on our wedding day.

If you are looking for a beautiful full-service wedding venue with everything including an amazing on-site caterer, top notch staff, convenient location, and gorgeous views, Glenmore is the place for you!!

We couldn't have imagined a more perfect location to host our wedding cocktail hour and reception. Not only was the Glenmore staff accommodating, attentive, professional, and kind, but I sincerely feel like they went above and beyond (both before and during my wedding) to make our day special. From the beautiful bridal suite to the delicious food (really... their chef is fantastic!), Glenmore provided the perfect setting for a Charlottesville-area wedding. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

I don't give 5 stars often (always room for improvement, you know?), but I do for The Club at Glenmore! We had our wedding here and our day couldn't have been better imagined.
Kim is the most thoughtful, professional, and helpful woman. She makes it all seem so effortless, and even with the "what if" scenarios we came up with she always had a plan! She worked SO well with our vendors and if anything went wrong I had no clue about it!
The chef and kitchen staff really outdid themselves too! The food was perfection, no one had anything negative to say about it, and so many went for seconds and thirds there was nothing left. You can tell they put their hearts and souls into their jobs and that's hard to find customer service like that now a days.
The flow of the day was so smooth and I'm sure there were countless others behind the scenes assisting and each one helped us stay stress free and present during our big day!
The pavilion and ballroom are spacious and beautiful we hardly felt the need to decorate.
Highly recommend this venue!

The Club at Glenmore provided the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner for 50 people. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding job that Stacy Burleson, the Event Sales Manager, did in planning and executing our rehearsal dinner.

The decor of the venue was stunning; the nice new deck allowed us to enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course; and the coordination of all the elements, from the seating arrangements to the delicious menus, were flawless. Stacy and the team worked diligently to ensure that everything ran smoothly, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy this special occasion with our loved ones and friends.

The Rivanna Room is big enough to comfortably accommodate 50 people with the Open Bar and Tee / Coffee Station moved to the adjacent room. The brand new deck, which was in exclusive use for the rehearsal dinner guests, provided ample additional space for the guests to socialize outdoors. The soft background music created warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The food was an absolute delight!
We started the event with multiple appetizers of stuffed mushrooms, ham biscuits, spanakopita, chicken wraps, shrimp cocktail, and beef tenderloin crostini. The main dishes included two options: beef short rib and spinach / tomato stuffed chicken breast. The presentation of the food was as impressive as the taste. Also, we were allowed to bring our own ethnic cakes, and Stacy surprised the bride and the groom with the cake cutting at the rehearsal dinner.

This evening set the perfect tone for the joyous celebration to come. We will wholeheartedly recommend The Club at Glenmore and Stacy to anyone looking for a beautiful venue and a talented and reliable event planner. It truly exceeded our expectations.

When we signed our contract with Glenmore, we truly had NO idea what a blessing it would become. It was difficult for us to find an indoor venue in Charlottesville that was classic and formal but still captured the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains and could accomodate our guest count. We lucked in by finding Glenmore and the event branch of The Club that Stacy is building. Stacy runs a tight ship and did not let a single thing fall through the cracks. She listened to every one of our desires for the day and brought them to life joyfully! She worked alongside our planning and photo teams beautifully and the energy was PERFECT. We were hit with QUITE the summer thunderstorm but the Stacy managed to make it seem planned?! Sweeping our guests in from cocktail hour on the terrrace, relocating the champagne tower, and adjusting the timeline to accomodate for the weather as if she was controlling the storm herself - in AWE! Glenmore went ABOVE and BEYOND with every detail of our wedding day and just absolutely blew us away. Dinner service was unbelievable - the staff was truly servant-hearted and tended to our guests with unmatched hospitality. The plated dinner option elevated our event and put a spotlight on the meal. The food was just as phenomenal as it was during our tasting and all of our guests were singing Chefs praises - as were the bridesmaids and myself after lucking into breakfast & lunch from the Club too while getting ready in the beautiful and cozy bridal suite. This alleviated so much pressure from our families to navigate orders and delivery - it was so seamless! The bridal suite was a perfect fit and that was quite the feat for my bridal party of 13 + 4 hair and makeup artists! The bars were so efficient and so accomodating to our wishes with specific wine choices and even getting to WOW our out-of-town guests with the local treat that is Bold Rock Cider! The ballroom itself is stunning and neutral to fit any palette - Stacy worked wonders and graciously made what felt like hundreds of changes to the layout until I felt it was perfect - and it really was. The first time seeing our reception space made over brought me to tears of pure joy.

The all-inclusive package made the world of difference in our planning and coordinating experience and was so much weight lifted off of our shoulders knowing so many pieces of uor wedding puzzle existed in-house in one place with people that work together daily. I underestimated the value & importance that this would have in alleviating stress beforehand!

As a bride who considers herself WELL-researched, I don't think there is another venue or team that could've executed our wedding day as flawlesslly as Glenmore did. The Club was everything I dreamed of and more!

The Club at Glenmore made our wedding absolutely amazing! From the very beginning when we first visited to the day-of, the whole team was super warm and kind. Stacy and her team were incredibly accommodating and super helpful with suggestions to make the day run smoothly, constantly checking in with us to make sure all of our guests were taken care of. We had several older guests who needed mobility accommodations, as well as many with dietary restrictions, and Chef and Stacy worked diligently to make sure everyone had a great time at our wedding. On top of all that, the location is stunning! Our guests couldn't stop complementing us on the views from the pavilion and 10th tee :) We couldn't recommend them enough!

My son and his fiancé wanted a very small wedding, just parents. I approached Stacy Burleson at the Club at Glenmore to see if she had any ideas. Not only did she have ideas, but she had contacts, decorations, music, even best photo spots. She completely committed to making this the biggest little wedding ever; even the chef made a personal appearance to tell us about his special menu for the event. To say it was a success would be an understatement. We will definitely be using Stacy again for other events.

The Club at Glenmore was a beautiful venue for our son's rehearsal dinner and welcome party. The ballroom is elegant - but in a charming, non-stuffy way, with interesting wide-plank hardwood floors and contemporary light fixtures. The views are amazing and the brick patio was the perfect place for cocktails in the early summer evening. A gorgeous place with wonderful food and excellent service! And Stacy was amazing to work with, helpful and available in the months of planning and the weekend event itself. Great experience!

We had so much fun! Everyone was so easy going and flexible. We celebrated our daughters college graduation with a group of friends and everyone had the best time!

We could not be happier with Glenmore! The ballroom is beautiful! Beth and her staff is amazing! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was beautiful and breathtaking. My mom and I were pleasantly surprised they were already setting up when we dropped things off the Thursday prior. We received many compliments regarding the beautiful of Glenmore, the professionalism of the staff, how wonderful the food was, and many more to add to just how amazing the guests thought the venue was. We could not have been happier with Glenmore and highly recommend to any newly engaged couple!!

We had our wedding at Glenmore Country Club on April 5, 2009. It was an even better wedding than we had dreamed of. The setting was beautiful, food was delicious and the service was impeccable. People at Glenmore is extremely friendly. We have received so many compliments from our guests. Our parents were so happy about it. My husband and I live in two different cities which made our planning even harder and more stressful. However,Glenn, the executive director at Glenmore, gave us so much help from the beginning to the end. He is such an expert and so nice to work with. We had a morning ceremony which means we had to be there to prepare quite early. Glenn and his team were there at 6:00 am to help us on every details. Our big day was flawless even without a coordinator. We are so grateful. We would like to let more people know how great they are.

My daughter's wedding reception at Glenmore Country Club was absolutely perfect. The setting was beautiful. We were lucky to have a beautiful day. The cocktail hour on the patio was lovely with the mountains and golf course in the background. Several of our guests got great pictures of the sunset over the mountain. The ballroom was a perfect size for our 160 guests - plenty of room to move around between tables and a spacious dance floor. We had a sit down dinner and the food was delicious. The service was impeccable. Glenn, the events manager is a pro and Jason the chef, amazing. You don't need a wedding planner when you have it at Glenmore - they do everything for you and bend over backwards to accommodate your every need.

I have received so many compliments from our guests about Glenmore.

I had to plan my wedding while I was still living out of the state; the people of Glenmore made the process very easy for me. The location is beautiful and the service is amazing. We didn't have a "wedding coordinator" but the staff at Glenmore were so helpful, we felt like we had one. They have an amazing chef on staff, the food was amazing, we got a lot of compliments from our guests. As a vegetarian, I was very specific on my food choices and the chef was very helpful in "tweaking" recipes with amazing results. We had our ceremony and reception at Glenmore and everything and I mean EVERYTHING went smoothly thanks to the people at Glenmore.
Great place, beautiful location, excellent service, yet affordable. Highly recommended.

Our Ceremony and Reception were superb!! The professionalism of Beth at Glenmore Country Club was fantastic!! She was a pleasure to work with! The room was amazing, the service profound, and the food was delicious!! I only hope I get to attend another wedding at Glenmore because everything was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for a better location!!!!!!

The event coordinator was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the venue itself and different possibilities for variations of the vision I had for my event. However, sometimes it seemed like she wasn't really listening to what I was saying regarding what I was looking for and had her own idea of what would be best at that site. That being said, she knows much more about the site than I do and she was very responsive to my ideas with this exception.

Portions of crab were not as expected. Actually was embarrassing. Steaks were good, as was the service and the cake. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Sorry to say that the lady I worked with to coordinate our reception is leaving to join her husband at a resort property.

We had our wedding in September here

Our wedding was beautiful, and the staff did a good job of helping us facilitate our day. They were undergoing a shift in positions, so my point of contact changed two different times- once just 3 or 4 weeks out from the wedding. They did not do a good job of communicating this change, and it left me wondering if they would be able to manage what I wanted/if they would communicate that well. The day turned out lovely, and Stacy was very professional. Unfortunately, I did feel talked down to during the final weeks leading up to the wedding. Additionally, there were details of the wedding that should have been communicated about further prior to the wedding. The path to the ceremony was not what we discussed, and the grain served at dinner was not what I asked it to be. I definitely have grace knowing that she was new to the transition, but I did experience some hiccups with this venue. I would recommend this venue since they handled the event very professionally, but their communication was lacking many times throughout the process.

The catering was great, but they really need to work on their management. I was e-mailed and asked for money by people that I didn't work with. I asked when they needed the full payment several times with no firm due date. Two hours before my ceremony I was informed that if they did not recieve $15,000 with in 30 mins they would not allow my guests past the gate. We had an agreement that we had the venue untill 1:00am and they tried to end my reception at 9:30pm. Then, when I wanted to talk with the coordinator about these problems I was told that he had already gone home well before the end of the event.
