  Couldn’t be happier

  I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with genesis. My fiancé also has had nothing but positive from them. They are so helpful and responsive anytime you go in to get help. I had a diamond that was lose and they were so quick to help me and get it back quickly. Very professional, helpful and kind people who work here . Makes it so easy to get what you need done.

  Engagement ring

  My fiancee and I both have baby faces despite being in our mid-20s. We went to 5 different jewelry stores in one day when we went ring shopping and no one took us seriously, and a few were even insulting. I suggested that we make one last stop at Genesis. We are both so glad that I did! Everything was excellent from the moment we walked in the door. They weren't pushy, they treated us with respect, had an excellent selection, and overall turned a really frustrating experience into a great one. I can't say enough nice things about them. They have my business for life! My only suggestion is, maybe a few less radio commercials please?

  I absolutely love my one of a kind engagement and wedding band rings!!! Gorgeous. Highly recommend. Quality is amazing. Warranty is spot on. Excellent customer service!!!

  My fiance, with the help of my best friend, picked out my dream ring at Genesis. It is beautiful and I was so happy with how well he did. My fiance said the sales associate asked to see a picture of me so she could determine my ring size... and she hit it dead on. Not sure how someone is able to do that but she did and it fits/looks gorgeous! My fiance also knew I wanted a rose gold band, which Genesis made happen!

  My fiancee purchased my engagement ring at Genesis Diamonds. I needed it sized, and they took the best care of us from the moment we stepped in. We went back to purchase my wedding band during a special sale event. Their quality and prices, matched by their amazing client services, can not be matched. I would recommend them to anyone I know (and don't)!

  Tara is the best!

  I cannot tell you how amazing our experience was with Tara. I showed her this custom ring I had found somewhere on the internet and told her I wanted something similar. The FIRST ring she picked out was it. She nailed it!! I am so in love with this ring it was exactly what I wanted and what I explained to her. Tara was so patient with me and I really felt like she actually cared and was so enthusiastic. It made the entire experience for my fiancé and I so amazing. She has even taken the time to personally follow up with me to make sure the fit is perfect and I am more than happy with it.

  Incredible Customer Service

  I decided to surprise my girlfriend with an engagement ring that i picked out on my own. It was a special order from one of their vendors which typically has a no return policy .
  I totally missed the mark on what i thought my GF liked , and was so upset thinking i was going to be stuck with a ring that she didn't love .
  After talking with Robert , he put me at ease telling me that he would do anything possible to make her happy , and that's exactly what he did .
  We looked at every ring in the cases , and came up with another design that a vendor made , and she absolutely loves .
  In my opinion , there is no other place to even consider buying from !!

  One month of quarantine wear

  ONE MONTH OF QUARATINE WEAR CHANGING DIAPERS ON MY 6 MONTH OLD CHILD. That's what I got out of our $4000 purchase. My fiancé and I went in to tell staff about their obviously faulty jewelry and we got Robert, a salesmen, tell me I'm a liar and that there is nothing he can do for us. When we said we'd like to return our wedding bands that have never been taken out of the bag since they are forcing us to pay off a diamond that was poorly set and exists no longer for the next 5 years, he laughed in our face and told us to get out of the store. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. It's not worth them stealing your happiness. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.
