I’m here looking for words on how to start this review… Vanessa Fuller and her team will be forever in mine and Eric’s hearts ❤️ from day one as our full on wedding coordinator she did not disappoint us! We had many laughs and amazing times together and I simply cannot think of anyone else to do everything that you did for us in a year until our big day. Everything was perfect. She took out all of the stress from us, and I had nothing to worry about… when I tell you not one single leaf was out of place… BELIEVE ME! Because she worked so hard to see us happy! Vanessa got ahold of all the vendors, coordinated everything and if I could recommend one person to plan your beautiful day it’s her. She is now a good friend of ours and I hope we can live many more beautiful and memorable moments together! We love you Vanessa! You’re the best #WeddingPlannerVibes 🤍🥹 -

Vanessa Fuller and her team made our wedding an unforgettable experience. My wife and I planned our wedding ourselves but we wanted someone to help us reach the finish line and take the reins leading up to our big day. We were so thankful to have worked with her.
Vanessa spent a little over thirty minutes on the phone with me answering questions so I could learn more about her month-of coordination package. Later that evening, I spoke with my then fiancé and shared the details of our conversation. The very next day we let Vanessa know we were in!
Soon thereafter, we had an hour-long phone call going through all the details about our vendors, our wedding party—you name it. Vanessa took detailed notes and provided us access to Aisle Planner to help track everything. It was helpful for all of us to see the same information at the same time. Throughout the month, and especially in the days leading up to the wedding, Vanessa was in constant contact.
Vanessa was integral to our rehearsal the night before and even more so on the day of the wedding. She and her assistant were at the venue for the better part of 10 hours managing all the small details—place cards, gift table, centerpieces, etc. She made sure we looked prim and proper before our procession. She helped with our photo shoot. She also made certain we had the time to sit and enjoy our food. Vanessa was a rockstar!
They knew how hard we worked to plan our wedding. The care taken to ensure our vision became a reality shone through. We cannot recommend Fuller Events Co. enough. -

Vanessa was a saving grace for this Mother of the Groom!!!! I literally could fill this page with all the details Vanessa and her creative cohorts helped me with. From Linens to Lashes and even and emergency Cake delivery dude I can't thank you enough! We have no more wedding for this Momma but I will recommend the Fuller Team any day of the week! -

Vanessa and Al,(Fuller Events), we can’t thank you enough for making my son and daughter-in- law’s special day so much more wonderful. During the planning stage you responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had and definitely worked with all of our suggestions, wants and needs. The day of the reception, as the DJ, Al was more than we could have imagined. He kept everyone up and dancing and energized all our guests. (I don’t know where he gets his stamina from!)
Thank you so much for all your help, assistance and guidance. You definitely exceeded our expectations!

I am so happy I found Vanessa. She was incredible! Planning a wedding was more difficult and exhausting than I could have ever imagined. I am a very indecisive person and wanted everything to be perfect. After my first conversation with Vanessa I knew I found the right planner. She made me feel confident throughout the planning process and answered all of my stupid questions. I would text Vanessa a question and get a response back within seconds. I also loved our free dance lesson we got. Vanessa felt more like a friend throughout the entire planning process. On the wedding day we were so happy to have her. She checked in with us consistently seeing what we needed and communicated with our other vendors so we could really enjoy our day. We love you Vanessa! -

My Experience Working with Fuller Events
Vanessa was absolutely amazing to work with. She made my wedding day 100% stress free and I am the type of person that usually stresses over everything. Throughout planning my wedding, Vanessa was so organized and always quick to respond to my texts, even late at night. Vanessa and her team truly went above and beyond to make our wedding picture perfect. I could not imagine our wedding without her. She was more than a wedding coordinator, she was a very calming presence to my husband and I, and I am walking away from this experience with a new friend! SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! -

I hired Vanessa Fuller Events for my wedding as a wedding coordinator for the day of my wedding and a month prior. Her package included a free dance lesson, countless communication including calls, text, and email. And a meet and greet several times. She also was present for our rehearsal ceremony. Vanessa and her team were amazing. I do not know how the flow of our wedding would have happened without her. Our wedding was partially outdoors and inclement weather forced us to make some decisions that she coordinated for us without the bride (me) stressing out. She communicated with all vendors on our behalf and distributed our tips for us during the wedding. She also stayed after the wedding to clean up everything and place it in our hotel room so we could enjoy mingling with our guests. Another bonus. Her husband Al is a MC for an entertainment company and provided our music for us along with an talented DJ! Her contract was very easy to follow and straight forward and provided reminders for any payments we needed to make. I highly recommend hiring her team and her husband for your wedding. I am so grateful for all the details she provided us and we learned so much about things we did not even think about. Thank you Vanessa! -

We used Vanessa Fuller Events for our wedding planner and for our entertainment.
Vanessa was Excellent! During this crazy time, she was great to work with. And was very flexible. When we needed to reschedule from our initial date, she was instrumental in helping me ensure that we were able to move all of our vendors.
We used Al to provide music for the ceremony on the beach, the music on the pool deck for the cocktail hour and the entertainment for the Reception. He was awesome! The dance floor was full the entire affair. Serge, the DJ was great and the addition of a live drummer added to the whole experience.
Vanessa and Al make a great team! -

Vanessa is AMAZING! We definitely wished we would’ve hired her sooner. I can be a huge procrastinator and she got my rear in gear as soon as she came on board. She provided us with timelines and would do weekly check ins to make sure we were on target. She helped us choreograph our first dance too which turned out so good! That is already one of our favorite memories. She played mediator as needed and never made me feel bad during my Bridezilla moments. I never would’ve survived the weeks before or the day of the wedding without her help. She kept track of little things like making sure I was comfortable in my shoes, reminding us to eat during the party, finding me snacks when I felt hypoglycemic, and she captured SO many amazing moments on our day. I had no idea she was even taking the pictures/videos. HIRE HER, she’s worth every penny. 🥰🥳💗 -

Vanessa was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning she was kind, attentive and helpful. She offered us a dance class and it was perfect! She allowed our chemistry to be the main focus and taught us a few moves to make our first dance wonderful. The day of our wedding she was on it. She wouldn’t let me (the bride) become overwhelm at all. She handled every complication with grace. She also ensured our reception went smoothly. We loved it! Vanessa is great!! -

My wedding took place on December 28, 2013 in the Boca Raton and Delray Beach area. Vanessa Fuller assisted in coordinating the evenings events in a professional manner. One thing that particularly stuck out to me was that the evening of our wedding it happened to rain( don’t tell me that is good luck!). Vanessa and her husband went above and beyond to help make sure that by the time the evening‘s events began the entire outdoor venue was dried. I learned later that she worked tirelessly to dry the tables and chairs and the dance floor. Her upbeat personality made the evening fun and her direct communication made things run smoothly. I would highly recommend her to help plan any event to be sure that it is memorable. -

My husband and I had Vanessa and her husband Al work our wedding back in 2014. It was the best experience and I won’t ever regret it. They were excited with us, they cared about what we wanted and truly helped to make sure it happened. They were on the ball - didn’t miss a beat and they did not disappoint! ALL of our guests loved them. I have been invited to endless events that they have worked and they just do. not. ever. fail. Their energy level is outstanding and they really do get everyone involved with their contagious smiles and eager attitudes. Vanessa Fuller is AMAZING to work with! She is sharp and very equipped with the tools to help make the best day ever for the bride. She is outgoing and super helpful. Honestly, I would recommend this entertainment company over any other company that I have ever seen work an event. Make no mistake and hire Vanessa Fuller!! -

The best wedding planner
We cannot say enough good things Vanessa Fuller Events! We used Al and Vanessa for their Planning and Entertainment Services… Perfect Duo team! Vanessa assisted my mother and I with designing, planning, and executing setup, tear down, and every detail of our COVID backyard wedding at my parent’s house.
Vanessa is very organized and genuinely passionate. Her professionalism and ever-determined demeanor is truly admirable, and was very Intentional about making sure I as the bride was taken care of while also making sure everything got done. I couldn’t believe how hard she worked. I was blown away. She constantly checking in on me, always negotiating with the vendors for us. She organized and coordinated across all of our vendors, and offered thoughtful advice along the way. She is extremely experienced in the industry and has many connections throughout South Florida. She is not only an amazing wedding planner but an amazing friend.
Al made sure the reception went smoothly and he kept the party going. He invested so much time to get to know us and make sure they understood exactly the kind of feel and mood we were looking for with lighting and the perfect music selection. I have pictures to prove that EVERYONE was on the dance floor that night! They even took extra time and helped us rehearse our first dance together.
All of our guests were extremely impressed with how the wedding turned out; beautiful, special, intimate, and unique.
This team is truly unbeatable. They give their all to ensure that your special day is perfect, and the wedding planning process is smooth and seamless.

When my daughter told me she was getting married Vanessa was my first phone call hands down! I am in the wedding industry myself and have worked with Vanessa in the past... however this was a great opportunity to experience being "mother of the bride".
Vanessa was fully involved with the wedding planning. Circumstances had it so that I had 2 short months to plan this wedding... however she was by my side helping me plan and execute! I think every parent of a bride is nervous about the Guest Experience! We want to represent our family and this important event at the highest level of elegance.
Vanessa made sure I was able to relax the entire day! Everything was ready and waiting for us at the reception when we arrived! We were able to do a room reveal with my daughter and son in law- and they were so thrilled with everything!
She is a hard worker, loyal, and 100% invested in everything she does!!! I highly recommend her and her incredible team of professionals that work under her!
Vanessa is the best! Hire her! Don't miss out! -
