Where to even begin, Gevony is an incredible wedding planner and anyone would be lucky to work with her! She helped me plan my wedding for about 2 years and was such a pleasure to work & just personally chat with. I had complete confidence and trust in her and she instantly understood the style of wedding I was looking to accomplish. She made my vision come to life and was so extremely detail oriented in the process to ensure everything was checked off the list. I would highly recommend working with Gevony if you're looking for an incredibly talented, easy to work with, funny, kind hearted planner that truly enjoys getting to know her couples and working together to plan the perfect wedding for her clients! Thank you again so much Gevony and until our paths cross again! (maybe 10 year wedding vow renewal :p) -

If I could give Gevony and the entire Foreman Event Co a million stars, I would. Gevony was my wedding coordinator for our October wedding and from our first phone call, I knew she was special. My fiance and I wanted a very laid back and slightly non-traditional wedding and she heard our vision and helped us create the most perfect day of our lives. She had amazing ideas, was respectful of our budget, and advocated for us, when needed, with our wedding vendors. She was incredibly professional, responsive, and I know our day would not have been the same without her. Also, Joanna worked with us on our wedding day and she was a pleasure to work with, too. She was timely, professionally on top of any hiccups that came up, and was incredibly thoughtful about making sure everything ran smoothly until the end of the day. Cannot imagine working with any other team. If anyone is looking for an event team to work with, these are your people. Cannot recommend enough! -

I wasn't sure starting out the planning process how involved I wanted a planner to be. I wanted someone to make sure my ducks were in a row and that everything ran smoothly on wedding day and Gevony went above and beyond in making this happen. We had a quick phone call to talk about packages and then moved into a week of planner with a bit of additional support as needed. We then had 2 zoom meetings as I'm 3 hours away from the venue. These started 1 month out and helped us answer questions we didn't even know we had. She was crucial in finalizing the last minute details and getting everything together on the vendor communication side. Even when I accidentally changed the entire processional order without knowing it, her and Johanna worked with me and made everything go smoothly. They were in constant contact with me during the reception and festivities keeping everything on track. Even with a bar line that caused a 40 minute change in schedule, it all worked perfectly! -

I found Gevony on WeddingWire. I talked to a couple of other wedding planners. But decided on Gevony because of her fast response, good reviews, and her personable personality. She made the whole wedding process easy and seamless. She had everything ready for me to send to the venders. And a month out from the wedding, she took over and handled everything that had to do with the vendors. My officiant was very impressed that I had already a timeline of the ceremony. He said out of all the weddings he has done, I was the first bride to hand him a time line on our first meeting! I told him that I wish I could take the credit, but it was all Gevony! She is truly amazing at what she does, and just a sweet soul! Gevony even picked up the flowers for me on the wedding day. The day of the wedding I didn't stress at all! I knew that whatever may arise, she would handle it. And she did! Truly the best decision I made for my wedding was to hire Gevony!! She doesn't disappoint at all!! She goes above and beyond any expectations! -

I hired Gevony to help my husband and I with day-of wedding coordination and it was the best thing we could have done! She was there for us through the whole planning period and available to answer questions whenever we needed her. Gevony is really good at helping to make your wedding vision happen while offering guidance when you need it. After the wedding I got so many compliments from our wedding party and guests on her ability to make the whole day run smoothly. She's the best! -

My wife (!!!) and I hired Foreman Event Co for day-of coordination and this ended up being far-and-away the best money that we spent on the entire wedding. During our pre-wedding skype chats, Gevony made sure we didn't forget key details and helped us come up with creative ideas that ultimately helped make the wedding more fun for ourselves and our guests.
On the wedding day itself, Gevony made sure that the entire event ran smoothly so that we were able to enjoy every minute without stressing over details around catering, DJ, etc. While we danced with our friends and family, Gevony and her assistant somehow magically packed up most of our stuff without any of us noticing. Multiple family members and friends complimented our wedding planner before and after the wedding.
If we got married 1,000 more times, we would hire Gevony 1,000 more times. -

I could not have picked a better coordinator! Both Gevony and her assistant Sarah were fantastic! They had everything covered such that our wedding went on without a hitch. They helped make sure this day was nothing but magic for my husband and I both and I couldn't thank them enough! They were genuinely happy to help and made sure we didnt have to lift a finger day of. Like so many other couples, my husband and I were pretty intimidated by the price tag that comes with the wedding we knew we wanted. When we started adding up all the costs, we naturally asked ourselves what we could cut. We met Gevony and loved her, wanted to work with her, but didn’t know if it would be the right call for us because of our budget. We went with our gut though and decided to hire her as our wedding planner. What we quickly learned was how essential she was to creating our perfect day. No other penny you spend on your wedding day is worth it if you don’t get to enjoy the day itself! From the decor vision, superb organization, calming tone, and willingness to advocate for us, Gevony not only made our day possible, but kept us sane along the way. You can really tell she has a genuine desire to make the day you dreamt of a reality. I can’t even guess how many times we said we were so thankful we had Gevony on our team, especially the week lead up. Even despite the 70% chance of storms the morning of our wedding day for our outdoor ceremony and reception, she made us feel excited and confident that everything would be perfect. And it truly was. Hiring Gevony will ensure your guests are swooning over the decor, your wedding party gets where they need to, your parents figure out how to work an elevator, you get outdoors when your heart is set on it, you have a cheerleader when you’re getting nervous, your car is packed and ready to go at the end of the night, and most importantly, you get to focus on having the best day of your life with the person you love the most. Hiring Gevony was the best decision we made for our wedding. We had a destination wedding which comes with its own set of challenges. As our big day approached it became very apparent to me that we had an amazing teammate that was all about our vision for the day. We absolutely loved working with Gevony for our wedding! If you aren't sure about hiring someone to help; I promise the day of you'll love that you did! Gevony ensured that my vendors knew what to do, helped the very large bridal party stay on target, and assisted with any issues that may have come up (such as non-RSVPers and running out of seats). She always helped ease my mind throughout the whole day that everything was fine. I couldn't have asked for a more smooth, perfect wedding day and I owe so much to Gevony for making that happen -

Planning a wedding is tough but Gevony with Foreman Event Co. made the entire process seamless and stress-free! From our structured meetings about vision and budget to the details for the big day, Gevony helped and encouraged us through the whole wedding planning process.
Gevony has a multitude of local contacts, great ideas, and always puts the bride's/couples wishes first. The day of our wedding she took care of every little detail and question so vendors etc. wouldn't have to come talk to me (I actually got to enjoy the day!).
We LOVE Gevony and HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone getting married. Trust us, the money spent on her as your wedding planner is 1000% worth it for a stress-free, fun wedding day! -

Katie Sent on 04/27/2018Gevony was such an awesome wedding coordinator to work with. I knew from the first phone call I took from her that we would love working with her. She is so organized and so helpful. I honestly do not know how our wedding day would have gone if we did not have her to help us out. She thought of so many things that we would have never thought of until the day of and would have panicked. Our day of the wedding was flawless cause of her as she really helped with assisting the crowed on where to go and do next. Gevony is 100% on board for whatever the bride and groom want or need as well which is a great trait to have as well. Also, we did go ahead and bought the package so we could have her for the rehearsal and thank goodness we did. I do believe that our wedding was seamless due to all her help and coordination.
