Tara and her team are absolutely incredible!! My husband originally hired her when he proposed. I was so impressed that I reached out to her when I started planning our wedding. We hired her for several services she offers including florals, coordination, and decor. The decor package was an absolute bonus--it prevented me from having to search stores for matching frames, vases, linens, signage, etc., store it, and then have to get rid of it all afterwards. She answered all my questions and gave advice throughout the entire planning process. Her experience and expertise in the industry made her an asset to planning our big day. I communicated with her what was most important to me and she was able to help me find ways to fit it all in my budget. I sent her tons of inspiration pictures and she took all of the information in and brought my vision to life. She got to the venue early on the day of our wedding and got to work, checking in with me throughout the day. Her calm demeanor is contagious and was exactly what I needed. Flour & Bloom Events was by far my favorite and most impressive vendor. I could not have imagined my day or the entire planning process without her. -

Tara is the absolute best wedding coordinator and florist around! She is so flexible and super easy to work with, she explains everything in the quote, breaking it down to where it’s super organized and easy to understand! I cannot explain how many compliments I received from family and guests at our wedding, everyone said that they’ve never been to a wedding that ran so smooth! Our flowers were just stunning and everything was set up just as planned and was better than I could have even imagined. She was just absolutely amazing and communicated with all vendors and myself in a timely manner. I highly recommend using her for your special day! -

Best wedding planner ever!
Tara and her team are the best wedding planners in Texas! As someone who had worked in the event planning industry for 2 years I knew I needed a super amazing wedding planner. Tara knocked it out of the park! She made my day super seamless and magical. She’s super kind. She is also an amazing communicator! She does a great job at managing all other vendors as well. She made my vision come to life! Please book her! -

I wish I could give Tara a 100 ⭐️ review!! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone. Not only did she execute my vision seamlessly, but she made sure I was happy and taken care of the entire time. From the beginning she was as sweet and helpful as could be. She really helped take the stress and pressure off of us leading up to the wedding and then blew our minds the day of. Tara really made this the wedding of our dreams. She’s so talented organized and kind, all while being able to get things done on time. Our flowers & table settings were stunning. We used orchids, which can be hard to find, but she made it happen. We had a family member make our cake, had we not had that option, Tara also makes beautiful wedding cakes 💓 if you are thinking about working with Flour&bloom, don’t hesitate and do it! You won’t regret it! -

We used Tara for our cake and napkin services, and she definitely helped our wedding cake dreams come true. Not only does Tara make the most beautiful and delicious cakes, but she is also so wonderful and easy to work with. She took the time to get to know us, was so friendly, and was so enthusiastic throughout the whole planning process. She was truly a joy to work with, and I definitely recommend using any of her services. -

I don't know what I would have done without Tara!! She is so talented, wonderful to work with, and went above and beyond for our wedding on Memorial Day weekend! She was our florist, cake baker, AND day-of coordinator. When I came to her, I was really stressed because my husband and I were envisioning a full weekend of events. We wanted to host a backyard welcome party at a house in Kerrville the day before the wedding, which came with its own planning and DIY projects. But Tara was a star and helped us through the whole process, recommended outstanding vendors, worked diligently during the wedding weekend, and just truly made everything so special and so much easier. And, everything she touched was beautiful — the flower arrangements, cakes, details, and beyond. I’m sad it is over because she is a joy and I loved getting to work with her! -

Where do I begin? My husband (already giggling from saying that word) and I are completely indebted to Tara for everything! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!
We live in Houston so having a wedding out in the Hill Country (over 4 hours away) and trying to make our vision a reality seemed impossible at times. Since we hired Tara, we felt incredibly at ease and could not stop telling everyone how it was the best decision we ever made during the planning process.
Tara was not only our wedding coordinator, but also provided our beautiful flower arrangements and delicious cakes. As a wedding coordinator, she went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Every time we asked her for something, she got it done within minutes. I NEVER had to follow up with her about anything. As a bride, you NEED this. Tara is known by everyone in the Hill Country so when you are picking your vendors, they have already worked with her AND will say she is the BEST. When I needed transportation, she knew who to call. When I needed ideas on how to incorporate my pups into the wedding, Tara gave us super creative ideas. She is the one responsible for making my ceremony entrance one that will be talked about for years! During the wedding, I didn't do a single thing. She gets it all done without question.
As a florist, well WOW. I gave her I think a few Pinterest images of what I wanted and she UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. The flowers were perfect and matched the colors and aesthetic so well without me ever previewing it! One thing I appreciate so much is that she never made us feel pressured to add more flowers. She put our budget first and gave us way more than what we probably paid for. Tara also helped with table decor at our rehearsal dinner without charge by getting some greenery from her garden because she didn't want me to waste my money on something else.
As our wedding cake provider, OMG. When I say our cake was the best thing I ate at our wedding, I am telling the truth! One of my bridesmaids wanted to take my leftover cake and her husband was already drooling about eating it on the way home to Houston. We got the Italian cream and lemon and it was so creamy, moist, and absolutely delicious. Tara gave us a grooms cake that was custom designed for my husband. She even got little soccer balls on it to display his love of soccer!
If you are having a wedding in the Hill Country and surrounding areas, you will not regret booking with Tara. She is EXTREMELY professional, efficient, super sweet, and easy to work with. Tara goes out of her way to make your day perfect and isn't trying to just take your money. I would recommend Tara to anybody in a heartbeat. We love you, Tara!

Tara was absolutely amazing. We got married in Fredericksburg which is 5 hours from where we live. I was not able to be around for final decisions and such, but Tara helped out so much with all of that! She explained everything in detail, assured me of the quality, calmed me down when I began to get nervous, and she walked us through the night so smoothly. She was so flexible to our busy schedule and she was on top of it all!! Such and amazing person! The night was just so fun and smooth because of her. I highly recommend Tara to those not around the area but planning on having a Fredericksburg wedding. She was also my florist and every single detail of the night was beautiful!! -

Honestly words truly cannot describe how amazing Tara is! We booked her as our wedding planner, cake baker, some rentals, and florist and we are so happy we did. It was a relief to have a few less vendors to keep track of, which was the first thing that made her stand out. Tara completely understood my vision and made my boho riverside dream wedding come true, with Casey Moore as her trusted assistant! She went above and beyond to find pampas grass for our decor!!! I was absolutely blown away when I saw everything come together. She was easy to talk to and work with, fairly priced, and so sweet and fun (but stern with other vendors when needed, exactly what you want in a wedding planner). We highly recommend Tara for wedding planning, day-of coordinating, cakes, and flowers! -

Tara with Flour & Bloom Events is AMAZING!! Our special day was 11/16/19 and she made us the most beautiful wedding cake I have ever seen. I showed her two pictures that I liked and her final creation was better than I ever imagined. We had a 4 tier cake with two different flavors and both flavors were superb!! I can’t even say which flavor I liked more because they were both equally delicious. Her chocolate vanilla marble with a chocolate mocha cream filling was outstanding and the lemon cake with raspberry buttercream filling was soooo yummy. Her flower placement was also spot on. She is extremely flexible because at the last minute (literally 3 days before my wedding) I changed my cake flavors and she was very accommodating. Her husband also made a custom cake stand just for my cake which was the perfect touch for such a beautiful masterpiece. Her vegan cupcakes are also out of this world goodness!!! I had a dozen made for a few of my guest and they couldn’t stop raving about how delicious they were. I am glad that I found her because our cake was such a beautiful addition to our perfect day!! Thank you Tara!!! -
