All we had to do was show up. Dale was great marrying us. Tiffany and Rosie helped with all the planning and Spencer took amazing pictures of us on the beach. We had the best time. Highly recommend the company. -

Dale is a true professional. From the very beginning, it was clear he knows exactly what he’s doing. We planned the entire wedding remotely via FaceTime and everything ran flawlessly. None of our requests were overlooked, communication was clear and efficient, and the photos turned out great. His recommendation of the location was spot on, he chose a beautiful, quiet beach and perfectly timed everything for sunset, creating exactly the atmosphere we wanted. On site, he made sure we had full privacy and handled the few passersby so we weren’t disturbed. If you want a stress free wedding with everything under control, Dale is the right choice. -

I worked with Dale and Rosye from FloridaWeddings all the way from Ohio to plan the perfect destination wedding in 35 days! They made everything so easy that it was almost unbelievable we pulled it off. I would highly recommend them to any couple that wants to do a more intimate wedding on the beach without all of the hassle of doing the research/work to make it happen. Everything was perfect the day of and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it was.
They walked us through picking our beach location, getting our marriage license, deciding decorations, timing out our day, having a reception area, and so much more. The photographer was included in our package and he did so great despite the limited sunlight he had left in the evening!! Even with the short time frame they had to plan our perfect day, they were continuously pleasant to work with. Again, we were so incredibly happy with how everything went and would absolutely recommend this family business to others. -

We had the most amazing experience with Dale and his team for our small beach wedding! From start to finish, everything was planned and executed perfectly. The entire process was so smooth, they handled every detail and made it completely stress-free. The location was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The decorations were simple, elegant, and fit the setting perfectly. Our officiant Brice was wonderful very knowledgeable about the area, helpful, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed on our big day.
The photos turned out stunning, capturing every moment beautifully, and to top it all off, the price was fantastic for the level of service we received. Dale and his team went above and beyond from beginning to end. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Florida Weddings to anyone planning a beach wedding! -

We started planning our wedding with Florida Weddings in January 2025. They were very good at communicating everything we needed to do on our end with the county as far as permits and for our marriage license. We talked with Rosye throughout the process via email, text and phone and then with Brice our officiant leading up to our ceremony. Leigha, our photographer, was lovely and took some great shots! Overall, we had a great experience and a perfect day. -

Florida Elopement (from Virginia)
My fiancé (now husband) and I decided to plan a small beach wedding/elopement with 11 of our family members while on vacation in Marco Island in July 2025. I was attempting to locate an officiant and photographer in the Marco Island/Naples area when I came across Florida Weddings. I immediately reached out to them in February of 2025 and instantly felt like they were the right fit for what we had in mind. We wanted the most simplistic elopement ceremony without any “extras” and also wanted to take advantage of the photography session to include the rest of our family. Over the 5 months of planning, Dale and Rosye stayed in constant communication with me, making sure every detail, big or small, was discussed and noted. Prior to the ceremony, we chose a Christian ceremony with traditional wedding vows. While we never met Dale in person prior to the ceremony, it felt like, while he was officiating, he had known us for years. It was personal, included our children, and provided such wonderful advice for us as we begin a new chapter in our lives. Our faith is very important to us and this aspect of our ceremony was taken seriously. Dale prayed with us and our entire family while we all held hands and this is a moment we all will remember forever.
Florida Weddings arranged for Steph Jones to provide the photography services. She nailed it!! The photos are amazing, more than I could ever have imagined (and I am very particular about photos!) We didn’t have the opportunity to choose our photographer or know their name prior to the wedding, so this was a huge leap of faith for me. Prior to the wedding, Dale emailed a sample portfolio to so we knew what to expect which was so appreciated. Steph made us feel comfortable and even my husband who isn’t a fan of photos, had no complaints. Steph anticipated we would have the photos back in 4 weeks but much to my surprise, it was just over a week when we received them.
Brides, if you are looking for a simple beach elopement or even one with “extras” such as chairs, an arbor, a sound system, and a sand ceremony, Florida Weddings will not disappoint. They thought about every detail, have excellent communication up to the wedding day, and truly made our day so special.

Top notch! I recently got married in Cocoa Beach, Florida in May, 2025. I chose a destination beach wedding and could not have been more pleased with my wedding day. I was very anxious planning a wedding from Texas and without seeing the site, but Dale and Tiffany were phenomenal to work with and patiently answered all of my questions from day one. They always responded to any correspondence quickly and efficiently from my first inquiry. They were extremely flexible as they most often perform evening ceremonies, but as we were planning on leaving for a cruise the day of the wedding, they were able to accommodate us to be married at 10 am on a Sunday. They also allowed us to have our own pastor to officiate the ceremony, which was extremely important to us as well. There website makes choosing wedding décor very easy, and Tiffany allowed me to combine the coral theme with sky blue sashes and made helpful suggestions for coordinating the décor with my wedding flowers. They also provided a specific list of vendors after purchase of the package which was helpful in choosing our florist, reception site and hotel. On our wedding day, our coordinator, Scott, had everything set and ready to go and texted me a picture of the décor at 0730. He downloaded our music and played our selections on the beach for us. The photographer was excellent, our photos turned out beautifully. Again, I highly recommend Florida Weddings for your dream wedding. -

If you’re looking at planning a beach wedding in Florida – please stop looking because Florida Weddings is THE absolute best. I chose Florida Weddings from a first impression of their website after looking at many. I reached out and got a timely, friendly response and I knew I wanted to work with them.
Let’s just start with the team – supportive, professional, proactive, organized and honestly, Dale, the owner and officiant for our ceremony, was just the nicest guy. Rosye also kept on top of things leading up to the wedding, checking in with me and making sure they had every detail exactly as requested.
The day of the ceremony was perfect. We opted for the ‘Bit of Magic’ package with a videographer. The décor was stunning, the sound quality of the music was great, and we literally had a TEAM (multiple photographers, the videographer, the officiant – Dale). It was literally a perfect dream wedding.
The photography exceeded my expectations. I believe there was over 100 photos taken throughout the ceremony. The photographer patiently waited for the sunset colors to shine and caught some amazing shots of us. So thankful!
If you are looking for a dedicated team who not only loves what they do, but are awesome at what they do, go with Florida Weddings.

Amazing experience!
Our whole experience with Florida Weddings was SO easy! We got married at Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. We planned our big day all the way from Indiana & I asked a lot of questions, but Dale & Janelle answered them all with ease & patience. I received reminders on the weeks & days before the wedding for things I needed to complete or bring to the ceremony. We used our own officiant, so the officiant provided turned into our wedding coordinator, David. He handled the music for us & got everyone down the aisle (we did not rehearse whatsoever & had kiddos with us), yet everything went just as planned! The arch we picked was exactly as pictured & looked beautiful! I am also very picky about photos, but our photographer, Stephanie was just AMAZING! Our pictures turned out so good & I couldn’t be happier with them. She was so personable & kind throughout our ceremony & photos after! We had such a fantastic experience & it was so stress free with the help of everyone. The only thing I paid separately for was my bouquet & the boutonnieres, which were from Marco Island Florist. We highly recommend Florida Weddings :) -

My husband and I got married on May 11th, 2024, and all I can say is that my beach wedding felt like a FAIRYTALE. It was everything that we could’ve imagined and more. Dale was such a great officiant; he was very communicative and helpful, and the ceremony was beyond beautiful. We can’t thank him enough for everything he has done. Tiffany was amazing and she succeeded the look we envisioned for the floral decorations. I love how she was so easy to reach whenever I had questions. Simply Amazing
My husband and I had a wonderful experience. Due to the high chances of rain, we couldn't get married on the beach BUT we were able to take pictures on the beach after the ceremony. Amazing wedding
Dale along with Tiffany and Debbie did an amazing job. From the initial booking process, communication along the way and the final wedding day everything was amazing. We had a lot of hiccups due to hurricane Ian but Dale and his team were very flexible and accommodating to all the changes that we had to make. More than anything there was constant communication between us. They help plan/coordinate with you so you can actually enjoy your day. We went with the circle arch and mixed some of the boho decor items to our liking which turned out beautiful. The photographer and videographer hired by them were also amazing and made us feel so special. Overall, we're so happy with our decision to hire them and HIGHLY recommend to all. Our wedding would not have been the same without them and we're so grateful for them! Do not hesitate to hire them you will not regret it!!!! -

I couldn’t be happier with with how everything turned out for our day! Its been a whole month since our wedding I wish I can go back to that day and relive it over and over again. We are from Ohio and had been planning for over a year over the phone with Dale, Debbie, Tiffany, and Scott! They were with us every step of the way! Debbie and Scott were my absolute FAVORITE people to work with and would be honored to recommend the both of them to anyone looking. Debbie planned with me and even went out of her way to make sure I had back up just incase of rain. Scott was the sweetest officiate I could have ever asked for!
The day started off as raining Cat & Dogs! I didn’t think I was going to get the beautiful beach wedding I wanted. Scott called me an hour and a half prior to the ceremony and asked me what I wanted! He waited to the absolute last minute he possibly could and the sun came out in just enough time for me to have the beautiful ceremony that I wanted! You would of never known from the pictures that It rained ALL day right up until I was about to walk down the boardwalk. Scott was soo professional and was the sweetest person ever to marry us and Im so glad he was apart of our day! -

A wedding dream in paradise!
Dale, Tiffany and Debbie were phenomenal in planning our Destination beach wedding. We had several follow ups and the process was simple with little work to do on our part, we said what we wanted and they took care of the rest. Every single detail was perfect.
Scott our officiant was absolutely amazing. He followed up with us several times including the day of the wedding to make sure things were going great. When we arrived at the beach Scott put us at ease and walked us through the entire process. Scott’s script was beautiful and you could tell it wasn’t scripted or just downloaded, he took time to personalize it.
Our photographer was amazing as wel. He took his time with us and we didn’t feel rushed at all, he made sure he got the perfect shot every time and are absolutely delighted with our photos.
It was absolutely a wedding dream in paradise

Florida Weddings was absolutely fantastic!!! They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding ceremony was absolutely flawless and oh so special!
We are from NJ and had a destination wedding in Destin FL. I found them while searching online and I couldn't have chosen better people to work with. From the very beginning, Debbie walked us through everything and ensured all our questions were answered. She helped with picking out the decor, to filing for all the necessary paperwork. She was always reachable, responded almost instantly, and was super personable and nice throughout the whole process. When we found out the decor we wanted was not available in Destin, Dale and Tiffany went above and beyond and were able to make it happen for us! Bryce, our officiant was also extremely kind and personable and answered all the questions we had about the ceremony flow. The photographer was also amazing and captured the best moment of our lives into beautiful images. Everyone we interacted with in Florida Weddings was truly amazing. They cared so much about making our special day memorable. If you work with them, you will NEVER feel like you're just another couple in their books. I am sooooo happy we decided to go with Florida Weddings for our special day. From start to finish, the entire team (Debbie, Dale, and Tiffany) helped make our wedding day perfect.
We wanted a small, intimate ceremony on the beach with our closest family members. We told them our wishes, and they recommended the most appropriate wedding packages, and helped us choose an absolutely beautiful venue (8th ave beach lawn in Naples, FL).
Like I said, every step of the way there were there to guide us. They were extremely organized and ensured that everything went off without a hitch on our wedding day. From city beach permits, to song choices, to a backup plan for rain, to the wedding license, they made sure that everything went according to plan.
The day of the ceremony was one of the best days of my life. Everything was absolutely perfect. It was scenic, romantic, and intimate. Our officiant was Dale, and he made the ceremony extremely special. Everyone was in tears! And our photographer was absolutely phenomenal!! We are so obsessed with our wedding photos. We will cherish our ceremony and photos forever. I cannot HIGHLY recommend Florida Weddings enough!!! -

My husband and I are from Michigan and decided we wanted an intimate destination wedding with just close family and friends. I came across Florida weddings last Spring and so glad I found them. They were great with communication and had easy packages that included decor, music, flowers, officiant, photographer, and a fruit and water station even! I added a videographer a few months before my wedding and they were so flexible with that (I'm so happy I decided to do that, highly recommend!) All we had to do was show up and everything was all done for us! It was even more beautiful than I imagined, I cried when I saw everything set up. We had about 60 people and every one of them couldn't stop telling us how are wedding was the most beautiful they have seen. I highly recommend if you want a stress free, beautiful wedding! They know what they're doing and you would be supporting a family business which is always nice! -

Absolutely Amazing!
My experience with Florida Weddings was absolutely amazing! I just told them what I wanted and they made it happen, even at a great price! Debbie and Dale were amazing and easy to get in contact and communicate with because being from out of state they made me feel very confident and comfortable about everything (especially during a hurricane!). My husband and I are so happy with our ceremony and how everything turned out. It was a great experience to work with Dale, Debbie and Tiffany! Florida Weddings provides excellent destination wedding planning services. Starting with the fact that we postponed our wedding from last year due to covid and they went with it. Their professionalism and dedication gave us the perfect wedding day without the stress of planning it ourselves. Communication was easy with them (through email or phone). They were all very responsive! I loved my flower bouquet and all I had to do was to find a picture on Pinterest and send to Tiffany. We got married in Sarasota,FL on 4.30.2021. Dale, Debbie, and Tiffany were an absolute pleasure to work with! After postponing our wedding multiple times, we decided last minute to cancel our wedding in Pittsburgh and opted for a smaller wedding in Florida. I started to research wedding planners in Florida and that’s when I found Florida Weddings. We only had three months to plan an entirely new wedding and Dale and his team made that process effortless. I was so nervous to try to plan a wedding form the other side of the country, but Florida Weddings handled almost everything. They provided us with recommendations for beach ceremony locations, hotels nearby, and even reception locations. They also hired a videographer, photographer, and researched violinists for our ceremony. I sent Tiffany a few photos of what I would like the bouquets to look like, and she made the most gorgeous bouquets that matched our color theme perfectly. She even went above and beyond to add a few flowers to our wedding cake when we asked her if that was possible. Dale was our officiant and it felt like he had known us our entire lives. Everything was perfect. Peter was our videographer and Mary was our photographer and they also did a fantastic job. Our wedding video and our photos were beautiful and made us and our entire family cry. I couldn’t recommend Florida Weddings enough!! Thanks for everything! -

Florida Weddings - where to start. First of all, stop looking for a wedding planner because you have FOUND them here!! I can not recommend Dale, Debbie and Tiffany enough. I am a very detailed and organized person so having a group to work with that is also the same - is a big deal for me. Every step of the planning process was truly simple. I never felt stressed (crazy, I know!). We planned our wedding from Illinois, without meeting the ‘crew’ until the day of the wedding. I truly felt like they were all old friends that were helping plan our wedding. AND we planned during a pandemic. Never once did they make me feel like we were planning during a crazy time as it was - which, for a bride is a big deal because there are plenty of other things to stress about! My flowers were breathtaking! I had a custom bouquet and custom swags on the birchwood arch, as well as two hurricane lanterns. Breathtaking! Truly! Tiffany did a wonderful job bringing my flowers to life. I sent her a few pinterest photos and told her my favorite flowers - and wow did she hit the nail on the head! One very special thing to me was I had mentioned my father, whom is no longer with us… his favorite plant is the bird of paradise plant. I didn't order this w/ them because I was thinking I’d have to have a big plant and I was trying to keep things simple. GUESS WHAT - they brought me the most beautiful bird of paradise stem! It was the kindest gesture that could be done on our special day. My heart and my Dads heart were bursting with love that day! Dale was our officiant and his words were so wonderful, in fact - a few tears were shed by my sweet groom...dont tell him I told you ;) - we felt like Dale had known us for years. Our families raved about how great he did!! Our photographer was also AMAZING! We got our photos back quickly too and WOWZA they are gorgeous! She was wonderful at organizing the group photo and the sunset photos are truly breathtaking. I wouldn't change a thing about our day. Everything was perfect. I wish I could relive that day one million times. Thank you so much, Dale, Tiffany & Debbie for making our day absolutely wonderful. :) -

Dale, Tiffany, and Debbie at Florida Weddings were amazing to work with. We contacted them In February of 2020, and our wedding was July 7, 2020. A Dream Beach Wedding Come True
We were married on May 26th, 2020 just as states were beginning to open back up due to the unforeseen pandemic COVID-19. During this time of uncertainty, leading up to our wedding date, Dale, Tiffany, and Debbie consistently remained in touch through email and phone calls in regard to one of the most treasurable days of our lives. We are from WI, so this was very important to us. Not knowing anything that was around the area of Siesta Key they provided a list that included hotels, hair salons, and restaurants which was very helpful in planning our stay. Florida Weddings Company made planning a wedding in 5 months feel effortless and stress free. The open line of communication they have is very effective. They listen and talk amongst one another to make sure no detail is missed. We highly recommend this company to make your special day come true just as they did with ours. Every little detail did not go unnoticed from the flower bouquet and lapel, to the heart in the sand filled with rose petals. Dale did an outstanding job at officiating and making our ceremony memorable and special. Mary, our photographer, who worked along with Dale and Tiffany the day of our wedding did an amazing job at capturing our wedding, so we can relive this moment at any time we wish to.

We looked at numerous venues/vendors prior to deciding on Florida Weddings, and we are so happy we did.
From the beginning, and throughout the entire process, Dayle, Debbie, and Tiffany were amazing to work with. From the largest to smallest of details, Florida Weddings guided us. We loved having one vendor handle all aspects of the wedding, which saved us time and frustration. From the officiating, beach décor, flowers, music, and finally even the photography, everything turned out beautiful!
Debbie was so easy to work with, and kept everything on the timeline, to Tiffany creating my gorgeous bouquet, and flowers for the arch, to Dayle who said the most beautiful words, and spoke as if he knew us our entire lives, we wouldn’t change a thing. They made our day so memorable, and we are forever thankful to them.

Perfect Day!
I would recommend Florida Weddings for any couple that is getting married! Everyone was so nice and helpful from the first phone call all the way up to and including after we received our pictures! We had a very small wedding at Bowditch Park on Ft Myers Beach on Halloween of this year. It was the most beautiful and perfect day that we could have ever hoped for!. The ceremony was beautiful, and every word in it had the perfect meaning to us. I loved the sand ceremony and that we were able to incorporate sand from the beach we were at and also out wedding color into the sand bottle, it looks just amazing. The photographer was wonderful also. She found all the perfect spots and poses. It makes looking back over the pictures from that day all the more beautiful. Dale, Tiffany, and Debbie at Florida Weddings were wonderful to work with. They answered any question I had and gave awesome suggestions for hotels, restaurants, and spas nearby to get my hair done. Everything was spot on and done quickly. Our officiant they set us up with was wonderful as well as our photographer. We had a small wedding with only 7 people in attendance and we still almost had 200 photos from our special day to look at. I was really worried doing a destination wedding as I have never been to Fort Lauderdale before and only picked it since it was close to a port for our cruise. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone doing a destination wedding in Florida! -

We wanted a tropical destination wedding and began the search online. When deciding on a location I was looking for somewhere beautiful but yet accessible without a passport etc. I ran across Florida Weddings that offered all-inclusive packages from setup to even a mini reception! Looking at their pictures I was so impressed! I researched some of the locations they serviced and decided on Marco Island. In the approximately 8 months of planning I worked with Debbie, Tiffany & Dale. They were all so helpful and even when I decided to change a few things about 6 weeks before Debbie was great in getting everything straightened out. The decorations and colors were so perfect!! Even though everything was done on pictures alone; everything matched so perfectly you would have thought hours were spent matching colors. Florida Weddings seem to take everything I envisioned and brought it to reality! My bouquet was breathtaking and couldn’t have matched better! The photographer was so amazing and even though it was hot he moved around what appeared to be effortlessly to get the perfect shots! Exceeded expectations
We had a destination wedding and I was worried because there is no rehearsal of the wedding you just show up the day of the wedding and do it. It could not have been more perfect. ! Working with Florida Weddings was a wonderful low stress experience. The entire process from start to finish was simplistic and enjoyable. I worked primarily with Debbie in the planning process. The team at Florida Weddings has very well-organized documents to complete and discuss that go though every detail of the décor, ceremony, flowers, pictures, license, location, etc. Once complete I was able to send back the document and then discuss live with Debbie to be sure everything was accurate. For our flowers all I did was send over 2 pictures from Pinterest and the bouquet and boutonniere looked exactly like the picture I had sent. I also got succulents in my bouquet and was able to bring them back from Florida and propagate them. Whenever I called, I was always able to reach someone quickly. Scott, our officiant, was so kind, accommodating, and gave us a beautiful ceremony. The decorations were exactly as pictured and discussed in advance. Our photographer did a wonderful job. The photos are absolutely breathtaking, and she got them to us in such a timely manner. The day was PERFECT and the planning process was seamless. I would HIGHLY recommend Florida Weddings for your special day!

We were so fortunate to have picked Florida Weddings, Dale, Tiffany and Debbie helped so much from everything ranging from our options, to suggesting great ideas, to managing nearly everything, guiding us through the process and helping us answer questions we never knew to ask. They sourced and found Great assets additionally including Rev. Brody and the Photography team did fantastic and was so nice! Everyone went above and beyond the scope of their contracts to make the day perfect! We could tell they were all Genuinely caring to make the event what we wanted it to be, from the photographer staying extra and helping with sign placement, to the reverend helping with our own custom ceremony steps and vows, offering great suggestions that all worked out wonderfully, they all went the extra mile outside of what was required and we couldn’t have been happier!

Florida Weddings put together my dream destination wedding on Marco Island - I would absolutely recommend anyone to use this company for your wedding planning services. They are so easy to work with, very responsive, and extremely accommodating. Debbie is a main point of contact throughout the whole planning process. She is so sweet, so helpful, and genuinely is excited for you throughout the whole process, as are Tiffany and Dale!
Tiffany is in charge of helping order your flowers and billing. My flowers were gorgeous- I received a lot of compliments on them! The billing process was made extremely easy! She also was there on the wedding day helping set up the decor.
Dale was our officiant and helped to set up and coordinate our ceremony. He was very thorough in making sure everything was the way we wanted it for the ceremony and allowed us to personalize our vows to fit us. He did such an amazing job officiating our wedding- we received countless compliments on how great he did. We were extremely impressed that he would step out of the shot during important moments (such as when we said our expressions of love and during our kiss) so that the photos that were taken of those moments were just of my husband and myself.
The decor was everything I wanted and more for my dream beach wedding on Marco Island. Our photographer captured our wedding day perfectly and knew exactly what shots to take. She listened to what I wanted and made sure it happened, and I got the photos back within two weeks of the wedding!!

Dale was my first initial contact, and he left the BEST first impression he could've ever made. He answered every question I had, and then some! He put my mind at ease from the very first phone call. Debbie was my main planner and I can't tell you how many times she called to check in and make sure everything was good, or to go over plans or answer my questions, (I called her a couple days before the wedding while she was at the dr and she still answered, that's how awesome she is!) I sent Tiffany a photo of a bouquet I'd found online and asked if she could get me that exact one. When I received my bouquet I was BLOWN AWAY at how it was exactly what I wanted!! Even on our drive home from Destin, to Iowa, Debbie called again to make sure everything was perfect and it was so much more then I could've ever dreamed! Also the photographer they provided was so much fun, and totally down to earth. We loved her too. I would recommend Florida weddings to EVERYONE!!!
