If you are considering a beach wedding, this is the conpany to choose! I'm a Midwest girl who was recommended this company by family, and they did not disappoint! Every aspect of planning the wedding was enjoyable and simplified. The communication was fantastic, and the wedding day itself was beautiful and just what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for more kind or considerate people to work with. They were very flexible with the ceremony and included details that were important to me. All of the decorations were gorgeous, and it was a such a special day. I cannot recommended them enough! -

God gave us perfect weather for the day, but Pat gave us the perfect beach wedding. From my engagement to wedding was less than 90 days, and they pulled this off seamlessly. They were very accommodating when I needed to make changes, and very responsive. I honestly don't have anything negative to say because everything was amazing! -

Absolutely wonderful
My husband and I got married May 11th, 2024 and had the pleasure of working with Florida Sunset Beach Wedding. I chose to work with this vendor because they are a family owned business and they have raving reviews. I primarily worked with Pat and she was absolutely wonderful. She always made herself available, no matter the time of day to answer any questions that I had. A lot of the stress of planning a wedding was alleviated because this vendor pretty much took care of everything from securing the marriage license prior to us arriving in Florida, the permit for the beach, and setting up the gazebo and chairs. I highly recommend this vendor. Our day turned out perfect and there’s not one thing about it I would have changed. Thank you Pat and everyone at Florida Sunset Beach Wedding. -

Pat & her family made our day not only beautiful, but one to remember for a lifetime! I originally contacted Pat in September of 2022 after getting engaged in July of that year with the plan to go forward with our wedding on May 6th, 2023 on Honeymoon Island. God had other plans and shortly after confirming our date, my fiancé (at the time) and I found out we were pregnant and due in early June. We ended up getting married legally at the courthouse in November around our dating anniversary, but still wanted to have an actual wedding ceremony to celebrate our union. So, I contacted Pat and asked if we could move our date to November 25th, 2023. She contacted the island and quickly made it happen for us! Our day was so special celebrating with our closest family and friends on the island where we got engaged and best of all, our 6 month old daughter got to be a part of it too! The professionalism, responsiveness, problem solving and execution was unmatched! If you want a beautiful beach wedding on the gulf of Florida, please hire Pat and Florida Sunset Beach Weddings! You will not regret it! -

Amazing and stress free
Planned wedding out of state from Ohio made process so easy and stress free. Very quick response time with any questions no matter time of day. Ceremony was perfect and made sure picked right time for sunset and pics turned out perfect. Would definitely recommend then to anyone looking for wedding planner. -

Easy-to-use
Pat and her family made everything so easy and simple. She was so friendly and responsive. We went to a beach in Hudson, and she wasn't to familiar with the beach, but she was able to get everything set up. We planned everything in about four months. We were able to come up with our own ceremony and was able to incorporate a unity heart. We wanted something a little different than sand.I say this jokingly, but if I ever get married again, I hope to work with pat and her family again. We also decided on a photographer and the one she works with, was super friendly. All of the guests felt welcomed by Pat and her family, as well as the Matt, the photographer. Thanks again to all you! We appreciate all you've done. -

Weather Chaos turned perfection ❤️
Pat and her family absolutely went above and beyond. Never would we have thought tornado watches, high winds and nonstop rain would interfere with out beach wedding. Pat and her family were amazing and accommodating. They had already set up when the storm blew in knocking everything over and without hesitation helped arrange last minute indoor wedding at the reception gathering. Not only did they have to take down and set up but clean off chairs, arrange in way smaller space but they were friendly the entire time. Soaking wet but never skipped a smile. To end the evening of crazy the storm left us a breathtaking sunset to end the wedding ceremony. Pat and her family are the best! From the first call to walking down the aisle, Pat was so helpful, knowledgeable, and most importantly, cared about giving us the best stress-free experience! They have been doing amazing beach weddings for years and it shows. I’m not a Florida native so she helped reassure me that things would go great from my shoes to the weather. The morning of, there was rain in the forecast, but she reassured me that the whole day was mine and they would work around the rain. Turned out another picnic company we hired said the same thing, but then cancelled because of the rain. The rain cleared for the rest of the day and she had everything ready to go for our sunset wedding! It was everything I asked for and more. She sent pictures of all the decorations before and the arrangements of the flowers and sashes. When we got there we didn’t know my dad would have a wheelchair and that my mom wanted to sit away from people because she was still afraid of COVID and when I asked if we could move the chairs around she assisted without hesitation. She answered texts and emails right away and had documents sent weeks ahead of time and the whole thing is affordable! -

Pat goes beyond the pale to deliver her brides and grooms dreams, even with precious little advance time. I emailed her Thurs asking for the impossible. I expected, and would have been satisfied with, "let's discuss a future date". I was amazed when she replied "I can make that happen"! Sunday evening, just 3 days later, she and her team gave us the sunset wedding of our dreams on Pass-a-Grille Beach. I wouldn't change a thing if I had planned it for months. The setting and decor were exactly as I imagined. The ceremony itself was as special as the setting. The words fit us as though she had known us forever. They will hang on the wall of our new home. We wanted to dance to our song and the team incorporated that seamlessly. Could not have been a more perfect day! Pat was my miracle worker and sanity saver! 5 stars is SO very underrated!!! -

What could have quickly turned into a stressful situation became such a beautiful and worryless day. My wedding was nothing short of amazing. Pat and her team was simply the best, professionalism at heart and such nice people. I heard some unfortunate news on the way to my wedding which had my family and I almost in shambles, Pat and her team quickly stepped in to assure me that my day will still go on perfectly as planned. This family owned business I will always recommend to everyone and anyone! My wedding didnt start on time, due to a little fender bender I had gotten into on my way to the beach, which we were all fine.
I was sooo worried about it being so dark on the beach, but when I arrived, there was light and it was soooo beautiful☺️ not to my knowledge til after the wedding, my guess and family lit it up with their cell phone lights!! the little light we had made is so Beautiful 🥰 I've never been or seen a Night Beach Wedding!!We cant stop talking about it!! My family and friends can’t stop talking how Beautiful it was at night with the moon out too!! Just beautiful!!! Everyone loved the set up and took lots a daytime pics that was soooo beautiful. And the night time pics!! We’re AMAZING!! My heart was filled, my wedding day turned out sooo beautiful!! The Beach Night time Wedding was Everything..it's was Just Amazing!! ! And imma always and definitely recommend Pat and her Family!!

Great experience! When I first called, they told me they wouldn’t be able to do our wedding as we were trying to get married on 2/22/22 which is a very popular date. Pat called back 5 minutes later to ask more questions and decided they could get us our wedding date we wanted. Pat was amazing at coordinating everything for the wedding and was very responsive when I had questions. The price was great. On the date, there was multiple weddings on the beach. My family and I noticed our setup for the date was the best on the beach. You could just tell with the little details in the setup that they care about what they do. The photographer was also great and he gives you all the pictures he takes on the date. He was worth the money. My wedding day was nothing but amazing! Thank you! -

Pat is amazing
We were looking for a beach wedding in Florida and we’re overwhelmed with options as we were planning from NY. This was the only company I spoke to that only books one wedding a day so that their complete focus is on you. All of the other options were booking 5-10 beach wedding “slots” a day! One phone call with Pat and I knew my search was over. She was absolutely wonderful, communicative, handled EVERYTHING A-Z, answered all my questions, and even brought my 10 month old daughter a little lunch box to the ceremony 🥺❤️. 10000% recommend them!!! -

Amazing - best in the bay area!
We can not say enough great things about Florida Sunset Beach Weddings. This family owned business walked us step by step through the entire process/paperwork process of getting married. They would respond within a half hour of any request and made our special day perfect. They are cost effectively, friendly and kind. Our out-of-state wedding was absolutely perfect and it would not have been if we would have went with any other company. Not to brag, but we had our wedding close to another wedding (approximately two beach fronts down) and all of the local/by standers said ours looked better than theirs. The details put into the ceremony, display, etc is top notch.
If you’re looking for the perfect, intimate wedding/elopement look no more! THESE PEOPLE ARE IT! -

My wife cried as soon as she saw the setup
Our beach wedding was perfect. They worked with this when issues came up for the time of our wedding due to a storm. Pat was wonderful with my wife and directing her in the right ways to go about things and advising about the wedding. From The filling of the sands to the throwing of the stones the whole set was gorgeous. Would recommend this for any couple that wants to beach wedding price was great equipment was great very punctual and kept up with us consistently. Amazing Proposal
We really have no complaints, only compliment!
From start to finish this company has been nothing but a blessing! I came to them asking for a weird request- to do my marriage proposal! Even though they only do weddings, the staff were so flexible and willing to help me out! I can tell they aren’t just doing this for the money, they really love to see Love win! From explanations , planning , patience, they were with me through it all and truly helped me create a beautiful experience for me and my fiancé ! We were so thrilled with our beachside micro wedding with Florida Sunset Beach Weddings. I had researched several companies, and contacted a few others. Overall this company was the most accommodating and best priced. Other companies wouldn’t allow simple change in colors within a package or other small things like that. Florida Sunset was SO easy to work with. She worked with me both by email or text and sent lots of pictures just to make sure I was happy with all the selections. They handled everything SO smoothly, we showed up and everything was taken care of. Our marriage license even made it to the house before we were back from the honeymoon! Our photographer wasn’t able to get on site until I got there due to parking, so they happily waited until after we finished all our pictures to take it down so she could still capture detail pictures of the setup. They are a small family owned company, and I am so happy we chose them! You won’t be disappointed if you go with Florida Sunset Beach Weddings! -

Florida Sunset Beach Weddings made our dream wedding come true! Pat and the team were super flexible and professional at all times throughout the planning process which was extremely fast! They were able to make our wedding ceremony happen with such short notice, we were amazed! The ceremony decor was absolutely beautiful, they even incorporated the blue and white flowers I desired for the theme of the wedding. Amazing Beach Wedding
My husband and I wanted a simple and elegant beach wedding and we were not disappointed. Even when we had a crisis with an outside florist, Scott and Pam rescued us and connected us with a florsit last minute! It was a picture perfect day with our Sunshine Skyway Bridge in the background. I highly recommend them for your big day! -

Perfect small beach wedding
I had been working with Scott and Pat to do my small beach wedding. With COVID, we were not able to have our original wedding date and they were so so helpful to help me set up my new date and work around the beach restrictions.
Our wedding was everything we wanted! They did an absolutely amazing job making our wedding just as we wanted.

We had to cancel our wedding due to covid19. But Pat was just so wonderful through everything. She would call and check in on us, she would try and do everything in her power to get things to work out for us. Us being from out of town and also being first responders made it difficult to not only schedule in the first place but reschedule for a future date.
Pat refunded us everything!!! She made sure we were set with everything and told us to contact her if we were able to ever have a vacation again. (Hopefully we can).
I just couldn’t imagine going with anyone else. I was blown away with how caring she was. The fact we got our money back was amazing because we’ve lost a lot during this situation.
Absolutely recommend them because they actually genuinely care and just want people happy. -

Our wedding was last minute, we were over on vacation and decided we would love to get married after 10 years together. Scott, Pat and Stephen made our experience incredible! We were married on sunset beach at sunset. It was absolutely perfect. We planned our entire wedding in 7 days and would not have been able to make it so special without the help of this fantastic company. I would recommend to anyone!
