Brooke was our day of coordinator and she was absolutely made for this role! She took the time to understand our vision on our venue walk through making the bride feel heard and supported. She poured her heart into bringing every detail of that vision to life at both the church and the reception. Calm, sweet, and a natural problem solver, she made our wedding day stress free. You don't know what you'll need on your wedding day until your wedding day! Expect the unexpected! Handing everything over to Brooke with complete confidence was the best feeling on such an emotional day! I could be present all day, without stress!
Flaire Wedding's software, especially the timeline, was incredibly helpful. Things got really busy the week before the wedding, and she kept this timeline up-to-date with every detail of the day. I texted the link to family and friends and they loved it because they had addresses and timelines at their fingertips, including any last minute changes!
Brooke is such a sweet memory of mine on such a fabulous day! They really are the best in the business!

Brooke and her team are truly amazing. She checked in with me many times during the planning season. She gave recommendations for vendors and made sure I completed tasks along the way. I really liked her planning software and checklists! She came with me to the venue for a walk through before the big day and we had phone calls to go over details. She created a timeline for the day and did a lot of communication with vendors once the day got closer! On wedding day, Brooke wowed me. She had every detail set up perfectly, I got to sit back and relax. Everything was thought out, she even sealed the marriage license and kept it safe for us! I was always confident Brooke would do an outstanding job- but she actually blew me away. -

Dream wedding thanks to Flaire!!
Cassie and the team at Flaire truly took my dream vision for our wedding and made it even more beautiful than expected. We could fully trust Cassie and her expertise/taste to run with things, she truly just gets it. We used them for our bridesmaid luncheon, rehearsal dinner and wedding florals and I'm so glad we did. She was also a one stop shop for decor and signage as well, which made our lives so much easier. She takes the time to create your overall vision/decor mood board and goes from there, so they didn't miss a step in the process. Couldn't recommend more. We received endless compliments from guests that they were the most beautiful florals they've ever seen. Thank you Cassie and team for the most beautiful florals! -

Fabulous!!!!
I absolutely cannot recommend Flaire weddings enough! Brooke so expertly guided me through the planning process. We selected the partial planning package, and she laid out everything I needed to manage and track in the months leading up to the wedding to keep us on schedule. She also took the time to really understand our vision for the day, and she gave us multiple design inspiration decks to make sure she matched our ideas 100%. In the few weeks leading up to the wedding, Brooke had everything under control and let me be stress free! She encountered a few hiccups with vendors on our wedding day, but she told me AFTER the fact, and I had absolutely no clue on the day of. That is a true professional- keeping the bride stress-free and the day well managed! And Cassie and her team did a phenomenal job without florals as well. We truly had the best day thanks to Flaire! -

Brooke exceeded my expectations and was such a gem on our wedding day! She was very responsive leading up to the big day and reduced my stress in communicating with vendors to make sure everything was all set.
On our wedding day she was extremely professional and positive. I didn’t have to worry about staying on schedule because she had it all handled and also made sure all decor and details were set up correctly. I was worried about still having our ceremony outside due to weather but she calmed all of my nerves and made sure everything went smoothly, and even had umbrellas in her car just in case we needed them! I also found the planning software that comes with the package very useful and helped keep me on track booking vendors and ordering decor and other necessary items.
The Flaire Weddings team is worth the investment and I couldn’t recommend Brooke enough! -

Brooke from Flaire Weddings was so incredible. I developed a disability known as POTS halfway through the wedding planning process, and Brooke was not only understanding and supportive but she and her assistant were like mini nurses for me all night. I only had one bad flare up thanks to them, which is CRAZY to me considering the fact that I almost cancelled my wedding because of POTS. I am so grateful for Brooke, she was absolutely amazing even outside of tending to my POTS symptoms. I cannot recommend her enough, she MADE our night, I will never forget her!! -

Outstanding!!!
Cassie and her team did an outstanding job for my daughter's wedding! Not only was she our planner, but also our florist. Cassie captured the exact look and feel we were hoping for. She is very detail-oriented; adding unique touches that had a big impact. The reception tables looked like they were right out of a magazine with beautiful garland, centerpieces, candles, chargers, and tinted water goblets. Cassie is very creative and talented. She helped us keep everything moving and flowing right on schedule. Cassie is exceptional and we high recommend her! -

My mom will tell you again and again - Caroline was the best decision. And on the day of, I saw why!
Caroline and Flaire Weddings was very helpful with keeping wedding decisions a priority, having all the vendors in order and sharing a check list of milestones to make sure we get done! As the wedding approached we started having weekly meetings to get all details in order from the time line, photography check list, ceremony order and more! One of the greatest additions, it about a month out she took over communication and coordination with our vendors… it took a load of stress of my mom and I and Caroline handled everything with confidence and with great leadership!
Day of, Caroline was there for everything… she was a great support through the morning, there to lead everyone where they needed to be and stay throughout the duration of the wedding (making sure we ate, we’re standing where we needed to be and when, how to cut out cake, and she even hunting down a wedding guest when I needed them!) - she was beyond incredible and felt like an old friend!
On a day that felt like a blur, looking back on our day I couldn’t have imagined anyone else being there to help us and celebrate with us! -

Cassandra and her team made my wedding day absolutely perfect. We used Flaire for my sisters wedding years ago; and we were so happy I hired them again! I was planning my wedding from out of town, which could have been challenging but Cassandra made it easy! She was incredible at ensuring no detail was missed and the flowers, décor, and overall setup went off without a hitch. Our experience was so amazing from initial in person and zoom meetings to plan all the way until the day of! I cannot recommend this team enough! Thanks to their hard work our wedding was more than we could have dreamed of! -

Cassandra was amazing to work with!
I loved working with Cassandra! She came highly recommended and now I know why. She was attentive, experienced, classy, supportive, flexible and personal in every way. We were challenged with having to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and she handled it with ease. I originally hired her as a part-time assistant but after working with her for a few months I quickly realized that I wanted to secure her for all services. It was the best decision I ever made! She handled it all and I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding without any worries. I can't stop looking at the pictures and reliving the evening. I could not have done it without Cassandra and her team!!! It was a magical evening to say the least and I hope to work with her again when my son gets married. -

Chelsea Sent on 06/30/2013My husband and I were extremely lucky to have found Cassandra, from Flaire Events, to help us coordinate our wedding. Planning our Amelia Island wedding from Charlotte, NC was not the easiest task so we knew right away we would need a wedding planner to help facilitate our needs. We mistakenly booked a different wedding planner early on during our planning but realized soon after we had made a mistake. Many tasks went undone & we felt we were doing all the leg work researching & booking vendors on our own. 3 months out from our wedding & many stressful nights later we decided to part ways with our original wedding planner. One of our other wonderful vendors put us in touch with Cassandra from Flaire Events and we knew right away we had made a great choice. Cassandra knew we had a lot to still accomplish in the 3 months we had left to plan and always made herself available to my mom, my husband, and I to get everything taken care of. She has the most calming demeanor and is super organized so we felt at ease right away.
The 3 months leading up to the wedding zipped by with Cassandra by my side helping with each last minute decision that needed to be made. The day of the wedding she arrived at the house first thing that morning & brought all kinds of goodies, breakfast items, and champagne for my bridesmaids & I. When we arrived at the venue she had everything under control & all of the details we had planned together were executed perfectly. Our only glitch of the day was it ended up raining as we were beginning the outside ceremony so we had to move it inside at the last minute. Luckily Cassandra had already thought ahead & had a full indoor ceremony already set up & ready to go. It made the transition seamless & she saved the day from becoming a disaster! Cassandra from Flaire Events is an amazing wedding planner/coordinator/friend/listener and I would highly recommend her to any bride! -

We hired them about a year prior to our wedding and they were consistently quick on the responses the entire time. They handled everything beautifully for us and I couldn't imagine our wedding without them. I can honestly say that everything on our wedding day went so perfectly because of them. I am living out of state from all my family and many close friends, so I knew I wanted to hire a planner to help me plan and relax the day of the event. I found Cassandra with Flaire Weddings and Events because she had a Day of Event package. It was perfect! We met for a consultation and I could tell that we were going to get along real well. She understood budget ideas and what I envisioned for my wedding day. After I booked her, we met 3 times. Once to talk more formally about budget, etc. One to have a site visit with my vendor and discuss room arrangement. She also worked with my florist closely (Blossoms and Accents) to meet with us and do a mock up table for the site visit. That gave us a picture idea of the linen, chair covers and centerpieces from the florist. That was such a good way to see how beautiful everything was going to look. The last meeting we set up a timeline that I was able to send all my vendors, so we would all be on the same page and everyone would know where to go and what to do when.
The day of, I was completely able to sit back, relax and spend the day soaking it all up! Cassandra ensured that all my vendors arrived on time and were placed in the correct place or that the items delivered got where they needed to go. She had helpers with her that set up all our linen and chair covers, etc. I didn't have to worry about any set up or break down. She made sure the wedding party was set up in place and everything ran according to the schedule.
Throughout the entire process, she was available for questions, recommendations or referrals. I think she went above and beyond what I initially booked her for! Best money I spent on my wedding! The entire day was relaxing and I soaked in every second of it because I knew I could sit back and Cassandra would take care of it. -

Dide Sent on 03/29/2011I did not use Flaire Weddings & Events for wedding coordination, but I did use them for lighting and I must say Cassandra and crew did a great job! I contacted her last minute and she was able to get us up lighting and made us a custom gobo on very short notice. The room looked stunning! Price was reasonable compared to another vendor I contacted.
