MarLea was absolutely incredible. She was super responsive in the lead up to the wedding and then at the rehearsal and the wedding she helped the day run so smoothly. She handled all the vendors, finished decor setup, wrangled all the family members, and even was able to transport my four foot long cake up a huge hill. Literally could not have had the wedding without her cannot recommend enough worth every penny!!! -

I cannot say enough wonderful things about MarLea! She went above and beyond every expectation I had for a day-of coordinator. Not only did she ensure every detail went smoothly, but she also completely redid all of my wedding flowers, making them more beautiful than I could have ever imagined as my florist did not create what I envisioned. Her creativity, attention to detail, and calm, supportive presence made our wedding day truly perfect. From handling last-minute changes to keeping everything on schedule, dealing with rude individuals at my venue she truly made sure I could relax and enjoy each moment. I’m so grateful for her dedication and for the unforgettable memories she helped create. Highly recommend her to any bride looking for someone they can truly trust with their big day! -

Wow, our wedding day would have not been so smooth and perfect without MarLea. I wanted to hire a day-of coordinator so my mom and I could relax and enjoy the day and MarLea was the perfect choice. I did not have to make a single decision or fix a single problem all day. She made our space look beautiful, and was professional and joyful while doing it! She even chased down a loud go cart and dog during the ceremony for us! Absolutely recommend MarLea!!! -

MarLea was AMAZING! We hired her for Day of Coordination and she met with us at the rehearsal to get a grasp of the timeline and set up. After that, she was on top of everything! I never had to worry about if something was getting done, or where I had to be. I said multiple times throughout the day, "MarLea's probably got it" and indeed she did! Even things that we didnt think to plan, MarLea used her expertise to make wonderful decisions that fit our wedding so well! She also worked so well with our family members and friends who were there to help! We loved working with her for even just a couple of days, so I can't imagine how great she would be for full planning! We love you MarLea! -

Absolutely Amazing
MarLea is amazing! I cant even begin to explain how special she is. MarLea went above and beyond for us as we were a small destination wedding. She was always in touch, organized, creative, supportive and loving. There is no amount of appreciation we can give her. Our wedding we gave her freedom to use her talents and she came out above and beyond our expectations! We told her she is family now as she made sure to get to know us, our family and what we wanted. You will not regret working with MarLea! We love her!! -

MarLea is amazing!!! She regularly kept in contact with me in the time leading up to our wedding, did a walk-through of the venue with me and our DJ, did a quick rehearsal with all the bridal party, and was overall super reassuring! I was a little worried about the tight timeline of when our venue would let set-up start, but MarLea and her assistants were totally on top of it and everything was ready on time. She knew exactly what she was doing! The decorations turned out better than I had imagined and the whole day really did feel perfect! I genuinely felt worry-free and chill all day, and I think MarLea was a huge part of that. Her rates are very reasonable, and I highly recommend booking her for any of your event coordinating needs. Thank you, MarLea! -

An excellent day of wedding planner
She was so talented and made herself busy and made sure everything was set up and ready to go right on time. She did not forget anything that was splendid and she made sure it was the way I wanted things to look and go. It’s so worth it to work with her and see how excellent she does her work. We had the best wedding because of Marlea’s talent!

Professional and precise!
Being a wedding coordinator of 15 years, you can imagine how hard it was to turn over the reigns on my wedding day. When we found out it was going to come a monsoon on our day, my stress level went THROUGH the roof. MarLea handled everything that day SO AMAZINGLY taking that stress level down. I had no idea if we would be getting married inside or outside because of the rain and I just had to let go and let MarLea. Everything looked amazing and she handled everything so professionally! -

Marlea was absolutely a joy to work with, she made our day go as smoothly as possible and kept us on time! She seriously saved the day when my venue point of contact overslept and called around until we got access inside all while directing rental set up outside and developing a rain plan. She was so responsive and easy to get a hold of. I highly recommend her to coordinate any events it was so nice to have someone else besides family directing all vendors and guests so we could just enjoy our day! I only wish I would have booked her sooner! I cannot say enough good things about her, do yourself a favor and book with Finch Events! -

I loved having MarLea there with me on my big day! She was very efficient and helped us keep on schedule the whole day. She was very down to earth and really felt like family. MarLea is a MUST for your wedding day. She was also very helpful when changes were made and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She always responded to texts quickly and had great suggestions when I was unsure or just needed advice. Everything went perfect and I couldn't have done it without her help! I had a simple wedding planned, but still wanted help with day of. MarLea with Finch Events was FABULOUS. If anyone had questions, she was able to answer them. She thought of the little details, took care of anything that came up. Overall, it was a great stress lifted off my shoulders. I was able to fully enjoy our big day and be 100% present - without a worry about how things would work out. Highly recommend! -

Out of this world!
There are not enough words in the english language to describe how amazing MarLea is! After my previous venue that came with a coordinator cancelled our wedding, I was left to find a new venue and a separate coordinator 3 months before our date. I posted in a local women's page on facebook and MarLea was the first to respond. After chatting and comparing prices, she was hard to beat. Let me tell you, I would have paid DOUBLE for her services. She is so easy to work with and really customizes her approach to each individual couple and wedding style. All i had for decor were a bunch of dried flowers i got as a wedding gift, some fake vines and wisteria, and vases and i was so nervous it wouldn't look good. MarLea coordinated my whole family (which is hard to do in and of itself lol) to get everything where it needed to be and my wedding was STUNNING! She also made sure we had our food waiting for us at our couple's table after pictures. I am beyond grateful for her and our happenstance meeting. She is an amazing person inside and out, super creative thinker, and just all around wonderful. You will NOT go wrong hiring her for your event! -

Amazing and worth every penny!
MarLea was absolutely fantastic! She was helpful and insigtful, helped me find venders for a few last minute things and made our event flawless! I didn’t have to worry about a thing the day of or wedding, no one had to worry about anything. She was ontop of it and made sure that everything happened on time, helped set a schedule, and keep everyone in line. Our party went off without a hitch thanks to her! She went above and beyond in every aspect of the wedding planning and coordination.

I cannot say enough about MarLea and Finch Events! She was excellent, flexible, and took care of everything! She went above and beyond for our Reception at the Hermitage Hotel. I cannot imagine our wedding without MarLea's help, she made my vision come true and helped organize so much. I genuinely cannot express how grateful I am for everything she did!

Very personable and helpful. Took all the pressure off me for the day off and for the rehearsal the day before. I would not have been able to do this without her. From start to finish, MarLea was highly efficient and kept our event running smoothly! She was willing and effective to complete several extra tasks along the way. Her answer was always, "Sure, no problem I can take care of that!" And while there were a few high pressure moments before our wedding related to some logistical things MarLea just fixed it all leaving us feeling totally at ease. MarLea got along extremely well with all of our vendors and creating a teamwork atmosphere that later in the evening felt like a family. She was just beyond incredible to work with; she was the sprinter at the end of the marathon bringing us in for the win of a most fantastic event. I cannot recommend MarLea enough; we are so grateful to have worked with her. -

Phenomenal
MarLea is the absolute SWEETEST! She made sure our day was absolutely perfect. She was quick to help navigate any issues, recommend vendors, and lend a helping hand. She helped us completely decorate our venue, and communicated with all of my vendors during our big day! Our day was so perfect! She literally took care of EVERYTHING for me, which truly allowed me to enjoy our day. It poured all day until right before our ceremony, and MarLea was quick and flexible to completely flip our ceremony location back outdoors so that we could have our dream wedding! I cannot recommend her enough! She is the kindest soul ❤️❤️ -
