We hired Farm & Fields for our wedding florals and they completely blew us away! I don't know a lot about specific flower names or bouquet types, but they professionally and effectively lead us through the planning process. The flowers and vines were vibrant and fresh. Our wedding day was breezy, and they took all the steps to ensure our florals stayed in place. Our flowers were more beautiful than I ever could have imagined, and we got a ton of compliments from our guests. -

Everything WAS LOVELY. FFE team did my flowers late last year . We had a more spring color palette than fall colors. India was super -knowledgeable about what flowers would work well. The price was excellent and we were over the moon with how everything turned out. Recommend this team for florals if you are looking for a great experience!!!

Where to even begin? Christina and India were an absolute heaven-send during this wedding process. In fact, the whole team was. We hired Farm & Fields for our wedding and floral design. I came in with a pretty specific vision that needed the details ironed out. Christina took my vision and created an event that leagues beyond what I could have imagined. She knew all the best vendors, all the best ideas that were ALSO functional (this was key), and was a true professional during the entire process. India created wonderful signage that matched the linens we had chosen - a true skill! Our wedding date was during the Canadian wildfires - air quality became a huge issue the week of our wedding. For some additional context, our ceremony and cocktail hour were going to be outdoors overlooking the beautiful venue. We had to make a judgement call the day before our wedding to have it outside or indoors. Due to the poor air quality, the judgement call the day before would have to move the entire wedding indoors. Christina was able to negotiate with our venue to make a judgment the call the morning of instead. A true miracle - the air quality had gone back to "good" the morning of our wedding and we could have it outside as planned. Christina was able to make that happen for us - and I could not be more thankful. If words are not enough, please look at the wedding photos - everything you see was designed by Farm & Fields and their vendor team. -

Perfect Vendor
Christina and the whole crew at Farm and Fields Floral Design were amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my daughter's wedding was absolutely perfect. The floral designs were spectacular and the arch was breathtaking. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were during the entire process. They were professional, knowable, accommodating, and informative. Their response time was exceptional, and they made me as the mother of the bride, feel confident and calm, which was incredible. I would not hesitate to use them and they come with the highest of recommendations. Thank you Christina! -

Super Responsive and Excellent Customer Service
Christina and team delivered exactly what we wanted and more at our wedding! They've worked at our venue multiple times before and knew the ins and outs of the venue, what would look good, etc. She offered her expert opinion without being pushy and guided us while ultimately letting us make the final decisions and worked within our budget. The bouquets and floral arrangements were beautiful and survived a blistering hot 100 degree summer day! -

The Farm and Fields Team is exceptional as a wedding planning team and florist. They made my wedding day the absolute best day of my husband's and my life. The key for us was how fantastic their communication was throughout the entire planning process and day of. They went above and beyond ensuring that every little detail was taken care of. The assistance they provided on ensuring we were set up with amazing vendors such as photography, videographer, band, hair/makeup was unmatched, as all of our vendors were amazing thanks to Christina and her team. The florals were breathtaking. Our guests constantly commented on how beauitful all the flower arangements were. The entire wedding day and weekend was flawless as they helped with not only the wedding day but our rehersal dinner and welcome drinks party the night prior as well. This team was not only there for me for all the logistics but on a personal level too, making me feeling at ease on my wedding day and taken care of like a dear friend/family member. I cannot recommend Farm & Fields enough, 10/10!! Thank you Christina and team for making all of my wedding dreams come true!! -

Christina, India and Gabrielle were great. They were engaged during our planning process and even though they were located far away met up several times to talk through our vision, attend the catering tasting and final venue walkthrough. They provided excellent recommendations for our vendors. We were especially happy with our photographers and officiant who were both recommended by Farm & Fields. They created beautiful florals for our wedding and when I decided I couldn't afford tapered candles for our head table, she and her team kindly gifted them to us. They worked so hard the day of the wedding and even helped straighten up the bridal suite, pack up the car and more. India was so great the day of and was willing and able to do anything that needed doing. She was so calming as I was getting ready to walk down the aisle and helped bustle my dress later on. They were so on point the day of the wedding and helped us get through the day! -

I couldn't thank Christina & her team enough for being such an amazing wedding planner and floral designer. I had to reschedule my wedding and she kept in touch for a full year before we started working on the small details for the rescheduled wedding date. Christina and her team were intricate into making everything go so smoothly. We had countless meetings all virtually since I didn't live in the area. Another one of her team members helped represent us when we needed assistance with our catering company. Also, it was so great that this company has both options available to design the florals and then help plan the event. It made it so easy to create the floor plan and provide the best celebration!!
Another member of their team I want to mention is, India. She played such an important role on the actual wedding day that I'll never forget. My wedding dress bustle kept falling down and every time I turned around she was there to help me pin it back up. It's the little things like this that I'll remember because it showed that this company does every thing possible to make the wedding day so seamless and she didn't want me to keep worrying about it! This is an excellent company and I can't recommend them enough for weddings and floral design planning! -

Christina and her team at Farm and Fields was absolutely fantastic! We had them as our month of coordinators and florists. I can’t express how easy these ladies made our month leading up to the wedding with final vendor calls and other odds and ends. Then the day of execution on their end was flawless! As someone who prefers to be in charge during parties, etc, it was surprisingly easy to let go and let the ladies do their job. They were efficient, timely and quick to pivot when the situation called for it. My whole wedding party and parents absolutely loved Marianne, India and Sarah! Despite the fact that it rained and spoiled the outdoor ceremony plan, I didn’t get a chance to feel disappointed since they made the plan B ceremony location absolutely beautiful and romantic indoors. It also helped that they were our florists- I can’t say enough how beautiful their arrangements were!!! As someone who loves flowers but doesn’t actually know the names or styles, the team took my rambles and ideas of what I thought I wanted and made something even better! I could go on and on, but just know- Christina and her team at Farm & Fields are simply the best! They made my wedding amazing and memorable! Thank you! -

My husband and I had planned a very large wedding for May 2020, which obviously had to be completely reimagined once COVID-19 happened. We ended up changing everything about our plans--the guest list, the overall vision and theme, the location, and the date. Without Christina and her team's help, I don't think I could have done it!
I planned my first wedding (the one scheduled for May 2020) by myself, painstakingly pouring over details for over a year before we had to totally pivot. The idea of replanning a new wedding seemed unbearably difficult and emotionally taxing. Hiring Farm and Fields was the best decision I made! Christina took the reins and helped me plan a beautiful micro wedding for 30 people in a totally different state in less than 3 months, and everything went beautifully. I hired her to be my wedding planner and my florist.
I cannot recommend her enough--not only as a planner, but also as a florist. She made sure every detail fit my vision (even with the time constraints, location change, and the pandemic!) and delivered absolutely gorgeous florals for my wedding. The 10 foot garland on the mantle in my venue was a showstopper!
Thanks to Christina and her team, I had the wedding of my dreams in the midst of a pandemic. Thank you so much for all your hard work. I would recommend her to anyone! -

I don't even know where to begin to thank Farm & Fields for making our day so special. We've been Christina Richardson's clients for about a year and from the beginning, she has been very accommodating, communicative, listens to what the bride & groom wants but also gives input and suggestion on where she thinks is best FOR the bride and groom. Christina brought in Marianne Tolley as her assistant later in the process and it was the best decision. Marianne was so calm and really helped the wedding party feel at ease morning of the wedding while at the same time taking care of everything else - timeline, checking in with the bride and groom, etc. Christina was at the venue making sure things were going as planned with the venue so there were no hiccups (or what we knew because they took care of everything!). Both Christina and Marianne went above and beyond and there is nothing we would change about how they operate - they are literally perfect. You can tell they really care about making the day run smooth and they take their job very seriously. Being professional and efficient but also so genuine really is a hard trait to find and Christina's team is all of that. We were checked on throughout the day and if there were any issues, they were handled without hesitation. We're forever grateful we found Christina and her team and was very sad when we had to say our goodbyes. We never felt it was just a client/vendor relationship but almost like family from how they made us feel and showed how much they cared. We love you guys! -

Christina and her team exceeded my expectations for my wedding. 6 months prior to the big day we decided to make huge changes regarding venue and location and they accommodated accordingly :) Christina even flew all the way out to California to make sure everything went as planned. We used Farm & Fields for floral design last year at my wedding near Leesburg, VA. The team was great. I worked with Christina and India as lead designers. Overall they were communicative leading up to the event, and responding well to any questions we had.
The day of the event they were on time, stayed throughout the ceremony to move some ceremony arrangements. They also gave us some complimentary items for our wedding which was thoughtful. -

Florals were fabulous and day-of coordination was worth it!
Christina, Marianne and the rest of the Farm & Fields team are fantastic. We used them for both day of coordination as well as our florals.
The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, fit my vision exactly, and I got many compliments on them.
When I first learned our venue required a day of coordinator, I was frankly annoyed. I'm a natural planner, am organized, and have been the unofficial day of coordinator for three of my friends' weddings. So I didn't think I needed to pay for one.
But in the end I'm so glad we did. We ran into some pretty huge hurdles - postponing our wedding due to covid and having our caterer back out 2 months before our wedding date. And Christina and her team helped us scramble to find a new caterer and navigate the continually changing landscape of the pandemic.
As with any wedding, there were still things that didn't go quite as planned on the day of (bridal party was cued to walk while musicians were still tuning and the head table seating chart wasn't quite right), but it was a huge relief to my husband and I to have Marianne there as our day-of coordinator. She liaised directly with vendors, helped us adjust our timeline in real time, and even became our flower girl's new best friend. Their team saved us from having to ask friends + family to help set up and tear down, which allowed everyone to enjoy the party so much more.
The Farm & Fields team is reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, affordable, and professional. We would recommend them time and again. -

What can I say. Christina is a dream to work with! With only a week’s notice, she brought my intimate wedding to life with breathtaking arrangements, beautiful corsages and cake flowers, and of course, my picture-perfect bouquet.
I asked (totally last minute!) and Christina and her team delivered!! I got so many compliments on my bouquet and all the florals. I couldn’t be happier!
I think what impressed me the most about Christina was that all I had to do was show her my dress, and she pretty much said “say no more” and created a whole look - matching perfect to my style.
The entire process was stress free - I didn’t have to think about anything! I fully trusted her to work her magic and oh man did she. So glad to have Farm & Fields a part of my wedding day. 💕 -

Day of Team was great but not what I asked
Overall this vendor did a good job of communicating and ensuring everything was complete. We had one meeting and two proposals with images and details outlined. The day of team was amazing in helping set up and taking care of details and last minute changes. However with that being said I was slightly disappointed because in our proposals and emails I specifically asked to not have a type of flower and was told it would be substituted but it was in every single arrangement. I have multiple bouquets and arrangements and this flower that I specifically asked not to have and it was noted multiple
times was everywhere which really wasn’t great. Also the fresh flowers were great but due to them being fresh there were petals that looked very wilted so make sure to consider that especially when looking into pastel or white floral where the wilting is more obvious. -

We hired F&F as our full service wedding planners. Throughout working with them for months, I would say overall the planning process went smoothly. It was helpful to lean on them for a sense of direction and to provide vendors for us to work with. Unfortunately, the wedding weekend itself was a bit rocky. The day of our rehearsal, we were emailed that no one from their team would be there for the rehearsal & rehearsal dinner, even though we paid for this service. The day of our wedding, multiple vendors could not get in in touch with the F&F team, so they were calling me (the bride) to handle issues popping up in the moment. Fast forward to the wedding - where we had planned guests to sit in assigned seats for the head table + immediate family tables - no one was sitting where we had mapped out. Overall, some good, some bad, and I hope this review is helpful for others. -

Let me start by saying, if you have a lot of money to spend, they probably would do a phenomenal job. We started with 5K and I went over my budget to 7K to be able to incorporate and try to achieve the look I was going for. If you have at least double that, then you are probably golden. We started with the design board, the image boards, the options and had a couple of calls to go over my ideas and designs. I “thought” we were on track. Because I wanted to add some sustainability to the work, I asked for live trees for the centerpieces for the reception tables. I wanted my guests to be able to take them home and plant them instead of an arrangement that died and was thrown in the trash. There was never a discussion of that being a complicated issue (beyond the trees might not bloom as expected and they would have to fill in with some silk to achieve the look). Ok, I could accept that. My original email and her response are attached, which will explain the review in much more detail. I am also attaching additional pictures. I am giving a 3 star because, from a distance, the overall look for the reception was there. I happen to be a stickler for details and was trying not to stress about it the day of my wedding. Also, the floor arrangements for the ceremony, which were repurposed for the reception, were beautiful. I didn’t appreciate the lack of addressing all of my concerns/complaints and a return of excuses and basically a “hey, we didn’t charge you extra for labor” and as of today, 6/10, I still have not received the refund of 150 for my bouquet. Again, this was clearly a small job for them and they weren’t as concerned, so if you have 20K or more to spend on flowers, you’re probably golden (we had a small wedding, 48 people, including us and we spent 7K on flowers. Wedding wire won’t allow more than 2 imagines and strips the imagines from emails. I am attaching images of the bouquets.

I have been trying to formulate an email to you now that I am back in Idaho and have had a moment to calm down. I know that it won't change anything and what's done is done, but I feel you need to know the impact your company had on my big day.
I was so exceptionally disappointed. So disappointed that it almost overtook my enjoyment of the entire event. At least my guests were unaware of how things were supposed to be.
My bouquet was supposed to be the statement piece, the pop of color, the drama. What you provided was approx 1/3 the size of the actual picture I sent you. There were TWO roses and approx 6 Calla lilies in the bouquet. What I received was about the size of what the bridesmaids should have received. Had I not provided an actual picture of what I wanted, this could have been chalked up to a misunderstanding, but since I gave you an actual photo, I am clueless as to how you got this one so wrong. The roses were dropping petals before the night was over. I was devastated by this.
Below is the exact image I sent you and below that is an image of my actual bouquet. NOT EVEN CLOSE with the exception of being the same flowers I wanted. It was an actual LACK of statement.

The bridesmaids bouquets looked like someone walked into a field and picked a couple of flowers and threw them together. They didn't even hold shape for the night. The bouquet for the bridesmaid was pitiful and I was embarrassed.

My husband's boutonniere the ribbon completely unraveled. We kept trying to tuck it back around but no luck. The photographer will have to edit those photos so you can't tell.
My mom's wrist corsage, the yellow roses (if you want to call them that) looked like they were taken from the bottom of the toss offs and barely survived to get through the night.
The trees (White Japanese Lilac which ended up being White Weeping Cherry Trees) had no blooms which meant a lot of wisteria had to be added. The trees were supposed to be in white resin urns, but instead were in the plastic pots like they came straight from the nursery. What happened to the originally planned trees? and why no decorative urns? I had one table make a comment about ants coming from the "bucket" at their table.
The small vases with flowers on the tables for the cocktail area, if I had the time, I could have done a better job with those.
One positive note I can provide is that the floor arrangements that were then repurposed to the reception, were beautiful.
Part of this is my fault, I should have walked and looked before you left instead of trusting that everything would be correct and perfect. I have learned my lesson and it was an expensive lesson to be learned, but thankfully I have no plans of going through another wedding.
I imagine you will say something like you win some, you lose some and feel you get enough business to be ok with a couple of unhappy customers. I do believe I could have gotten way more with someone else for my 7K. Very disappointing.

First, let me say that I am so terribly sorry our design did not meet your expectations. We take pride in our work, and I know our team worked really hard to make your trees and meet your expectations. It is always our intention to plan and design, so that it does meet the client's expectations and standards.
I have responded to your email below - with comments especially on the trees and the issues that we encountered using tree saplings as centerpieces.
Bridal Bouquet - I will refund you for this. I am sorry that it did not meet your expectations or visions. I typically try to design the inspiration picture as an inspiration only, and not an exact replica of someone else's work. However, we will refund you for this.
Trees - When we went into this design, we had the option of using all 1) silk trees, 2) using branches to create a tree -like structure, or 3) new idea of using tree saplings as centerpieces for guests to take home with them.
Silk Trees - would have been perfectly shaped, and the exact height and cut we were looking for. These trees would have been $389 - $600 without a markup depending on the size .

Tree Structure as Centerpiece - Are created using a base metal structure welded together. We could not use this technique because of the actual sapling and root stems. These run about $750 - $1,200 per tree.
Your Trees - The tree saplings were what we received from the nursery. We go into production and processing ~2-3 days prior to any wedding. They are and were supposed to be saplings to take home and plant. It is my understanding that they grow and flower once they are planted. I trust they will do the same.
They arrived in large, biodegradable rucksack bags for planting. These had to be painstakingly taken apart and then replanted into containers with (2) PVC pipes that were cut and sunk into a container adjacent to the sapling, and encircled with birch branches.
The root stems and accompanying soil were considerably larger than what the ornamental vases could hold. In addition, we needed more stability than what the planter could hold in the center. There was no way of us knowing before -hand what size the root stems and soil would be - they were all different.
We then had to create a tree structure around the sapling with large quantities of greenery branches that were not included in our pricing.
These were the inspiration pictures that we received from you at the beginning of our correspondence, and this was the result. Although these did not meet your expectations, I believe our team succeeded in creating the overall effect you were seeking.

Labor Charges and Costs - Our team was entirely dedicated to creating these for you during the week of your wedding. As per the contract, our labor costs for that week ran slightly over $2K for the work that was done.
Again, I am so terribly sorry that our work did not meet your expectations. We worked extremely hard on these, and while it did not make a difference, we did work exceptionally hard. I will have Daphne, our accounts manager, refund your bouquet this week.
Again, I am so sorry you were not happy with the outcome.

I worked with Christina at Farm & Fields for my wedding in October and at first was so impressed by the floral proposal and how quickly she understood my vision. They were responsive the months leading up to the wedding and then day of was a TOTAL LET DOWN.
The flowers were poor quality, the centerpieces looked nothing like the inspo pics we agreed on, and worst of all they just straight up didn't bring some of the items I paid for! I email Christina the day after to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund for the items I paid for that never arrived. We came to an agreement but SHE STILL HASN'T PAID. I've emailed and called over the course of MONTHS and she's completely ghosted me.
I would strongly consider one of the many other floral vendors in the area because this company is sketchy and unreliable.
