From the very beginning, Faith from Faithfully Yours did an exceptional job helping us plan, organize, and execute our wedding. Her attention to detail was meticulous, and she consistently went above and beyond anything we could have expected or imagined. More than a wedding planner, Faith truly became a friend throughout the process. She was always available to answer my many (many!) questions with patience, kindness, and expertise. Planning a destination wedding in Las Vegas could have felt overwhelming, but thanks to Faith, it never did. If you’re worried about not being able to meet your planner in person before your wedding, there is absolutely no need for concern with Faithfully Yours — she makes you feel completely confident and cared for every step of the way. Her extensive experience in the Las Vegas area was invaluable. She had trusted contacts and outstanding recommendations for every vendor we needed, and each one exceeded our expectations. Whenever we asked for options, she thoughtfully provided two or three exceptional choices, making every decision easier. Well before our rehearsal, Faith proactively reached out to all of our vendors to confirm details and ensure everyone was aligned. At the rehearsal, she confidently led our wedding party so everyone knew exactly what to expect. On our wedding day, she worked seamlessly behind the scenes — calm, organized, and proactive — making sure everything ran smoothly while allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. If Faith tells you she will take care of something, consider it done. She is the consummate professional who truly over-delivers. Calm under pressure, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely fun to work with, Faith made our wedding day extra special. We cannot recommend Faith from Faithfully Yours highly enough. -

Highest 100/10 recommendation for my “day of” coordinator, Faith Chapin of Faithfully Yours. She was so much more than “day of” and made my day look, feel, and flow beautifully. She put up with my constant inquiries for over a year and was just fantastic. She helped me choose and coordinate our tablescapes and flowers. She also printed matching menu cards and a table map on beautiful paper on theme. During the day of she seemlessly took care of the timing and flow of everything and was sweet and supportive along the way. It was a magical day from start to finish thanks largely to Faith! -

Priceless Experience: 10 stars!
I lived out of town and Faith was there for everything I needed and more. She went above and beyond from receiving my mail packages to being my eyes when I couldn’t be there. I highly recommend Faith if you want the perfect wedding day. She made all our dreams come true. I can’t not thank her enough. Thank you Faith! -

I reached out to Faith in November 2022 to help plan our September 2023 wedding.
Our 80 guest destination wedding wasn't the most traditional but Faith was excited to help us plan and execute our three day extravaganza that included multiple venues across Las Vegas.
There's so much to say about Faith (all great things!) but here are the top things she did that made our wedding weekend better:
1. She found our dinner reception venue, saving us $$$ but more importantly, finding us a proper space to host a large group. We initially had our hearts set on a restaurant on the strip that would have given us a party room. With gentle encouragement, she asked us to *just* see Laguna Pool House at Palms Place on our June visit. The minimum spend was a fraction of the strip restaurant AND we had a full buyout. We realized, as non-locals, her expertise as a local herself that we never would have found this spot as an option because all we knew were on strip venues.
2. She is your biggest advocate and solution oriented. We ran into a few issues that put a big kink into our plans. She never hesistated to help us negotiate when we asked, she also went right into action to help us find a suitable after party location when the first one fell through.
3. She is a Las Vegas native, has worked in the hospitality world there ... this leads to great connections. This was the main reason of why we wanted to work with Faith. She knows everyone lol. Our non traditional wedding had us requesting some non traditional things. Mini Elvis? No problem! Specific DJ equipment o rent because we were flying down our own entertainment? Already on the phone with them. IV drip for a large group in our suite? She only asked me for now many guests.
Faith never said "no, we can't do that" to us, it was always a "let me figure it out!" if she didn't have an answer right away.
She also knew how to read the vibe. I like to think I was a very low key bride and prefer to manage things myself (oldest daughter syndrome lol) and I felt she gave me the space and freedom.
I was, until we inched closer to the wedding date. About six weeks out, I really needed support because I took on too much and she jumped right into it and took over, without having to say anything.
She answered all emails and texts, and got right to finishing projects and letting ME know what was done before I was able to circle back to check in.
Bonus - I didn't expect Faith to also be the person to set up our dinner reception! The tables and greenery looked amazing thanks to her!
I highly recommend Faith for any event and wedding planning - she is the Executor! -

Faith was the best decision we made for our wedding. She was absolutely wonderful! No stress and very professional. She delivered a wedding beyond our wildest and most lovely dreams. HIRE HER! She is THE best! -

Faith is AMAZING!!! If you want your wedding day to happen without any flaws, hire Faith and her team. We did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Faith was on it. Allowing us to enjoy the moment, the guests and our day!!! -

We hired Faith for the Day of wedding coordinating and she was by far the BEST hire we did for our wedding. As this was a destination wedding it was not easy to choose vendors but Faith suggested companies that she trusted, she sent us quotes and even got discount prices on some of them. She took care of all the vendors timeline and even informed me when i had a payment coming up. Every email i sent was responded in a couple hours sometimes even minutes! She does not keep you waiting and never makes you feel like you are asking for to much. Anything i needed she had a suggestion for. She made us feel calm and confident during the whole process and helped alot for the preparation wich i didn't even know she would do since we only booked for the day of package. On the day of the wedding she helped with the decorations, last minute details and made sur eveything was going smoothly. We would 100% recommend her for your wedding, she is simply the best you could ask for. -

Faith is the absolute best!
Faith is the absolute best. She made us feel at ease throughout the whole wedding planning process and wedding day. From the get-go, she was prompt and inviting in her responses during the consultation phase. Then she quickly sprung to action with making sure we had all the wedding planning milestones met. She went above and beyond in so many aspects -- like coming to our wedding decor appointments and offering to pick up our uplights so that we could save on the delivery cost. She's dedicated, knowledgeable, decisive, understanding, patient, and has the kindest heart. She also has so many connections in town -- like when she saved us buckets of stress when my now-husband's tux didn't fit right from his online retailer and Faith was able to get him into another tux shop for a fitting the very next day. Faith is amazing at what she does, and she is so humble about it. We're sad the wedding is over because that means we don't get to work with Faith anymore, but we really hope we can stay in touch with her. She was so pivotal in making our wedding dream seamless and magical. Faith is truly the best. You can always count on her. -

Faith came into my wedding journey under unfortunate circumstances. My wedding planner had just ghosted me two months before my wedding and I was so much stress trying to find someone new. My last planner had already taken a considerable amount of money from me and so I was extremely pressed financially. Faith actually heard about my situation and reached out to me telling me she’d like to help. At first she offered to just help with anything and that given my financial situation I could just pay whatever I could. She was so kind and an generous and I can’t even begin to express my appreciation for her. She took over as my wedding planner and really helped make my wedding dreams come true despite the difficulties we initially faced. She was so professional and organized and I really felt like I could trust her, even though I was a bit traumatized over what I had previously been through. Faith is a spectacular wedding planner and I cannot recommend her enough. She is amazing at what she does and she has the best, most generous heart. I think she would be an amazing choice for anyone’s wedding! She is well known in the Las Vegas wedding community and will not let you down! -

Faith at Faithfully Yours was a huge help throughout our planning process and instrumental on our wedding day!
From the beginning she kept us organized and on track. She respected our budget and was especially wonderful connecting us with other vendors in the community and facilitating conversations. When our wedding day rolled around we were able to sit back and relax because she had everything under control! Highly recommend her!!! -

Brianna Sent on 05/03/2015I could not have picked a better wedding day coordinator, Faith was absolutely wonderful! She helped me from day 1 which was 9 months before the big day. One of Faiths best qualities were her almost immediate responses! It usually takes minutes for her to respond and for a bride that was super impulsive and wanted to make decisions "right now" it made it super convenient for me. Faith was able to give a lot of great suggestions for vendors since we were planning a destination wedding, and was more than willing to set up contracts for me. We had a few hiccups the day of and Faith handled everything and made the day a breeze. Thank you Faith for being so great!!!! -

Faith is a type of person that tells you how it is and does not sugar coat anything. She will tell you the honest truth and give suggestions. I needed that type of wedding planner. Our wedding was flawless and everyone had a blast. All my guest had nothing but good reviews. Amanda Sent on 04/25/2013Around 10 days before the wedding I realized that I needed someone to do set-up and decor at the restaurant where our reception was held as the room would only be available an hour before our reservation for this and decor set-up isn't done by the wait staff. I panicked a little and immediately began looking for a coordinator who could help with my problem.
I tried one coordinator that I had heard of previously first but they already had a prior commitment, but did give me a list of other coordinators to try. While waiting for responses from the recommended coordinators, I found a listing for Faith at Faithfully Yours and she was incredibly quick to respond to my queries.
She did 2 hours of work - meeting us at the restaurant two days before the wedding to see the space with us and so we could hand off the decorations to her and then a hour just doing the setup on our wedding day. She was very affordable, especially considering the other coordinators either had a 6 hour minimum or a much higher hourly rate. I really felt like she saved the day and she was SO sweet! If need any help with coordination, I recommend contacting Faith! -

Casey Sent on 09/25/2014Faith was an absolute god send, I’m so happy we hired her to be our Day of Co-ordinator. After a year of dreaming and planning we felt confident that we had everything in place, but as the date neared we soon realized that we were going to need some help. We had 50 people travelling in from all over and the travel logistics alone were starting to require more energy that we had to spare. Once we had Faith on board we were able to relax, knowing that at least on the day, we weren’t going to have to worry. She soon proved way more valuable than that, she went above and beyond to ensure that we were at ease from the moment we arrived in Vegas until she returned the last of our decorations… Faith had all the details handled. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her… the only thing I would do differently is bring her on sooner! -

We were very disappointed by the services (or lack there of) received from Faith. After paying $1500 for day of wedding coordination, my music was messed up, the tables and seating arrangements were messed up, my name cards were not created even though she said she would make them, my mother and sisters had to take over and decorate/organize the reception. The wedding ceremony was rehearsed the night before and everything that was rehearsed was done wrong during the ceremony. My groom and I were announced as the wrong couple (wrong last name) entering the reception and to top it off, Faith talked bad about me (The Bride) in front of our officiant. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. My guests complained about this woman and my family and I were highly disappointed in the services provided on the day that is supposed to be the happiest day of my life.
