We had our fairytale wedding at Disney's Wedding Pavilion earlier this month. We weren't sure if we needed a day of coordinator, so we booked FTWB only a week before the wedding. Thankfully, they were incredibly flexible with our timeline.
Michelle and DeShawna were an essential contribution to our wedding day. It wouldn't have been feasible for our family to set up the decor on our own. They handled it with class and ease. We truly benefitted from Michelle's fantastic advice leading up to the wedding and her mindfulness exercises on wedding day. Most importantly, she made sure that we ate without anyone bothering us!
I highly recommend Fairy Tales and Wedding Bells, especially if you are doing a Disney Wedding! Thank you for everything! -

f you are planning a Disney wedding and want a partner who actually knows how to navigate all the moving parts, we cannot recommend Michelle enough. From start to finish, she was organized, responsive, calm, and completely invested in making our day seamless.
Michelle coordinated all of our outside vendors flawlessly, aligned timelines across teams, and handled logistics we didn’t even realize could become stress points. She ensured the delivery of our extra wedding items to the reception, then personally coordinated their return to our hotel at the end of the night—an above-and-beyond detail that speaks volumes about her professionalism and care.
Equally important, she was a steady presence throughout the process. Questions popped up (as they always do), and Michelle was consistently available, reassuring, and solutions-focused. Her confidence and experience allowed us to stay present and actually enjoy our once-in-a-lifetime event.

We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Fairy Tales and Wedding Bells and our amazing planning team — Michelle, Noelle, and Jen. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and incredibly supportive, making our entire wedding experience feel seamless and stress-free.
Michelle went above and beyond for us in a way we will never forget. The day before our wedding, she took time out of her schedule to come and be with us while the steamer was there, and that meant more to us than we can put into words. Having her there in that moment gave us such peace of mind, and it was just one example of how genuinely caring and dedicated she is to her couples.
On our wedding day, Noelle and Jen were absolutely incredible. They made sure everything ran smoothly and completely took the stress off of us, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. When an unexpected situation came up — my husband’s brother accidentally leaving my husband’s phone and wallet on a bench at Disney — they handled it calmly and efficiently, ensuring everything was taken care of without us ever feeling the stress of it.
Because of Michelle, Noelle, and Jen, our day was organized, calm, and truly joyful. We felt so supported every step of the way, and we are endlessly grateful for their dedication, kindness, and professionalism. Michelle and her team at Fairytales and Wedding Bells are amazing! We are a photography and cinema team that have been working in Central FL since 2004 and are familiar with many wedding coordinators and vendors. However, Michelle and her team are always one of our favorites to work with! They keep things on time and always plan a flawless event. Also, one of the best things about Michelle is her upbeat and loving personality! She always has a smile on her face! We highly recommend Fairytales and Weddings Bells! -

I hired FTWB to help during my Disney Wedding planning process, help during the rehearsal day and throughout my wedding 🙌
Michelle, Jenny and her daughter were my day-of coordinators! They were all great!
Michelle gave me a free consultation call and within the first 5-10 minutes she showed me ways to save easily 10 grand just by changing verbiage in my BEO and I was able to splurge a little without going over budget!
She is the definition of a fairy godmother. I truly mean that from the bottom of my heart ❤️
Starting with booking my rehearsal dinner through Hoop Dee Doo Revue Disney only allows you to have one reservation per person. I was only able to secure 3 tables of 6 (18 seats total) when I needed 28. I tried calling Disney and they were absolutely no help. Since it's not one of the preferred rehearsal spots Disney's Wedding Team wasn't able to help either. I'm not sure what Michelle did or said but she called Disney Dining on my behalf and they were able to secure a table of 10 for us to get our full 28 spots 🙏. Hoop Dee Doo is our favorite dining spot at Disney and it meant so much to us for our friends and family to experience it with us. She even got them to have us all sat together at 2 big tables and we got a special shout out during the show. My husband's best man was chosen as the Toot-Toot Specialist which was even better 🤣
Almost all of my vendors had worked with Michelle previously and were excited to hear she was my outside coordinator!
Rehearsal went smoothly and the FTWB made us feel like Royalty! It was awesome! Both Michelle and Jenny are so knowledgeable about Disney Weddings and we felt at ease the whole weekend!
Wedding Day hubs and I were staying at the Grand in different sections but we kept our room at the Beach Club the whole time so we didn't have to move our stuff. I forgot to grab my contacts and Michelle rushed over there without hesitation to grab them for me so I didn't need to worry 🙏 We ordered quick service for everyone and she helped my MOH carry it back to my room so I didn't have to worry about that too.
My MIL made all of our decor so it was very important to have someone else set everything up so our family and friends could be present during our whole day. Jenny and her daughter took care of everything. My MIL had a vision for how everything needed to be set up and they exceeded her expectations 🙏 they did such a good job! ❤️
At the end of the reception they also took everything back to our room at the Beach Club so we didn't need to worry about anything throughout the whole day.
I am really glad I hired the Fairytales and Wedding Bells team!
I'll definitely hire them again for our vow renewal in a few years too! ;) -

I found Michelle and her team about 3-4 months before my wedding this past June at Walt Disney World's Grand Floridian and she completely saved my wedding and my budget! Wedding planning can be super stressful and overwhelming and just after my first meeting with her she relieved s SO MUCH of that stress. She had so many amazing ideas to help me stay within my budget and smoothly run my events without compromising my dreams on my big day! I absolutely couldn't recommend her enough! I can't even put into words all the thanks, gratitude, and admiration I have for her and her team! If we ever think about renewing our vows she will be the first one I call! Thank you so so much Michelle and the rest of your team for being my real life fairy godmothers!☺️💕✨💍🥂 -

I would strongly caution anyone considering Fairy Tales and Wedding Bells for their wedding or event coordination. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish.
The owner, Michelle, spoke disrespectfully not only to members of my bridal party, but also to members of my vendor team, Disney coordinators, and even members of her own staff. I was later informed by several individuals that her communication style toward her own team was often condescending and demeaning. It took some time for these concerns to fully come to my attention because many people intentionally chose not to burden me with the stress while I was enjoying newlywed marital bliss.
On top of that, multiple personal items of mine were misplaced, and several items included in my BEO were completely missed because their checklist was not properly completed or verified. These were important details that should have been carefully managed, especially for such a significant event.
What was even more upsetting was the way concerns were handled afterward. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a professional resolution, the response from the owner was to silence me by removing me from the Facebook group she claims to own. It became very clear that when someone raises concerns or speaks negatively about her services, they are simply removed instead of being heard.
A wedding vendor should bring professionalism, accountability, and support during one of the most important moments of your life. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I highly recommend future brides and couples do extensive research before hiring this company .

There was more stress put on the Bride and her family by this vendor’s lack of follow through, than if I had not hired anyone at all! Do your own research as there are much better choices available to use at Disney!!! If zero was available I would have given it!
