We hired Amaira and her team at Fab Day events for planning our wedding. Amaira was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and truly made our vision for the day of the wedding come true and gave us our dream wedding. It was an amazing day, and we will never forget it. The day was seamless, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We had the best time and have heard nothing but great things from our guests. I highly recommend that you work with her for your wedding! -

I can’t thank Amaira and her team enough for all the work they did to make my wedding the perfect day that it was. Everyone told me to be prepared for something to go wrong on my wedding day, but if anything did go wrong, I had NO idea because of how amazing and professional Sarah was from the Fabday team. It was incredible to have them finalize details with all of my vendors so I didn’t have to stress about anything the last few days leading up to the wedding, and then Sarah was such a calming force on the day of. I “joke” that I didn’t have to use my brain all day- I could be fully present and actually enjoy every moment from when I woke up to when the party was over. I can’t imagine how stressed I would have been without this team. -

Hiring Amaira and her team is the hands down the best money you’ll spend on your wedding. We hired her for month-of coordination for our NJ wedding, and her and her colleague Sarah honestly went above and beyond to help us have a weekend we genuinely enjoyed. Even though we hired Amaira and her team to step in the month or two before our wedding, Amaira held my hand THROUGHOUT the months-long planning process, advising me on vendors and complex logistics (we had a large backyard wedding.) Her demeanor was that of a trusted friend. Leading up to the day-of, Sarah got up to speed on every last detail we had planned. And on our wedding day, she executed so masterfully that we didn’t have to think about a single thing. Many wedding coordinators can give off intense vibes while at work, but Sarah was so at ease and had a smile on her face. My husband and I got to completely relax and focus on each other, and have the day of our dreams. I honestly don’t know how we would have had as great an experience without them. -

The team at FabDay was a dream to work with from start to finish. Amaira was incredibly patient, helpful and communicative; she had great recommendations for vendors that fit our vision and excellent judgment when we needed to lean on her to make a decision. We were planning our wedding during a very difficult time for our family and Amaira’s compassion made all the difference. It was clear she was deeply invested in helping us have the wedding of our dreams and we are so grateful to her for helping us see the process through. And on the day-of, Amanda and Sarah made everything feel effortless! Special thanks to Sarah who provided a great sense of relief when she arrived at the bride’s getting ready location - she listened thoroughly to all of the last minute details that were stressing us out in the morning and made it possible to relax. We can’t recommend working with FabDay enough! -

Amaira and her wedding planning team are amazing!! If they are available for your wedding date, hire them if you can! I hired Amaira as my day-of coordinator 2 weeks before my wedding at Oheka Castle, after I was unsatisfied with my previous month-of coordinator from another company and am so glad I made the switch. She is attentive, communicative, very efficient, detail-oriented and very smart. My wedding day was a dream and it would've have been so well run if it werent for Amaira and her team. We are forever grateful! -

Amaira and her team we're incredible throughout our entire wedding planning process. They helped connect us with our DJ and Florist, and were instrumental in helping deal with the many stressors and all the moving parts of wedding planning. Our day was absolutely perfect and our run of show was exactly what we had hoped for! We fully would recommend anyone looking for a caring and hard-working planner to use Amaira and FabDay Events! -

Absolutely amazing!!
Out of all the vendors I hired for my wedding day, Amaira was the most integral. I hired her as a day of coordinator but she was so much more than just that and really worked to assuage any fears or concerns I had leading up to the wedding (I had a lot!!). She gave me sound advice, helped me make decisions when I was very indecisive, and diligently made sure everything was organized. I was dreading my wedding day and she was super understanding and her energy made it more enjoyable. I had a TON of issues on the day of my wedding ranging from the set up happening later than expected, missing tables/chairs from the vendor, and timing issues of some important guests. Amaira, Gage, and Grace were SO amazing in handling all of these issues and ensuring that I didn't stress or worry about them. All my wedding guests had a lovely time and were asking about Amaira and her team because they were so impressed with how efficient and beautiful our outdoor farm wedding was. -

must have for all weddings regardless of location
A wedding planner is someone that ideally will handle your wedding logistics to make your life and planning less stressful. We interviewed a lot of wedding planners but we found Amaira to be our favorite. She made her self available whenever we needed her or had questions/worries. All our vendor relations were taken care of by her. Our wedding was a semi destination but that was no problem for her. Without her I don’t think our wedding would have been possible. I would highly recommend FabDay for anyone planning a wedding regardless of their location or size. -

We first started working with Amaira and then closer to the wedding we worked with Gage and they were both fantastic. My husband and I were able to truly enjoy our day, not worry about a thing, and have the best day ever because of Gage. He was extremely trustworthy, was able to corral people as needed, and was a true joy to work with. We didn’t make it easy on him because my husband and I got married on a boat then had our reception semi far away from the ceremony location, but Gage rose to the challenge and exceeded all our expectations. We loved working with Fabday events and especially with Gage because he is organized, thoughtful, ran a tight ship, and is also a great human being.
Go with Fabday events for your day of coordination, you’ll be happy you did! -

Amaira helped plan and coordinate my fall wedding and she was nothing short of amazing. She helped answer all of my questions whether it be by call or text months before the wedding, took her time to reach out to my vendors and helped me make a day of schedule to help keep everyone on time, since I had a large wedding party. She even bought me chick-Fil-a nuggets before my ceremony because she knew I was starving! She kept everything going smooth day of so we did not have to worry! Thank you Amaira🥰 -

FabDay Events was amazing- I could not recommend them more! I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator at first but I soon realized I needed FabDay Events! Amaira was so pleasant to work it’s, I immediately knew I would be in good hands and made the right choice. Gage was our wedding coordinator and he was outstanding! He went above and beyond to ensure I would have my dream wedding and was extremely professional and detail oriented while handling multiple moving parts. There are not enough nice things I can say about my time with Amaira & FabDay Events. She genuinely became one of my friends after my wedding was over!! Her warmth and passion for her job are so evident. She is professional in her organization and methodical approach to each step, she is calming and reassuring as she talks you off every ledge you find yourself on as a bride. She is comforting, kind, and so knowledgeable about the wedding industry and etiquette. Always answered my texts within a few minutes, no matter how late it was, how paranoid I probably sounded, or how trivial the question. I truly would not have had the amazing wedding day I had, without her. Every step of the way, she was there alongside me.
Please take my advice and hire FabDay for full service wedding planning. There will be a lot of mistakes and blips and obstacles in wedding planning, but having someone like Amaira by your side through it is something you will NOT regret!! -

Very lucky to have found Fab Day Events
First let me just say from day 1 Amaira was extremely professional, sweet and she just put me at ease about planning my wedding reception. She listened to my wants and needs and was able to give me exactly what I envisioned. We worked together and planned my reception via zoom and phone calls because of covid restrictions, she still was able to give me exactly what I wanted. She even helped me with parts of my ceremony ( which I did not hire her to do). She truly was amazing and really just took away any stresses I had. She also brought in her assistant Anika to work my reception who was an ABSOLUTE ANGEL. I felt as if she was part of my family.. The catering company I hired completely did not deliver on anything promised and Anika went above and beyond to step in and take over the situation with ease and grace. If I could give her 1,000 stars and pay her what I paid the catering company I’d gladly give it to her because she deserved it all. She truly I would recommend Amaira and her company Fabday Events and her assistant Anika every time .. and if I need to plan another event, I will surely contact them.

Amazing! Had such a great experience!
My husband and I found Amaira and a few other possible event planners when we decided to pull the plug on our original plans of a destination wedding. Due to covid and all the craziness that came along with it, we felt it was too risky to have family members travel. We spoke to a few companies and received prices, but after speaking to Amaira, we had a feeling that was it, our search was over. Not only did some of these other companies lack with quick responses, their prices were so far out of reach. We only gave ourselves a 6 week planning process due to weather restrictions (October on Long Island) and personal preferences. While some other event planners, as well as Amaira told us that was a short timeline, Amaira was the only one who made me confident it was completely doable while achieving the new vision I had. Our new mindset was a fall/chic backyard/tent wedding to finally have our wedding. Amaira was very straight forward and told us from the start that she would “hold our hands” (I was so nervous because my original mindset was on a beach in Dominican Republic. I had no idea what to start with for a wedding at home) and help us plan, however, her assistant would be the person with us on the day of our wedding. A little nerve-racking, but she assured us we would meet her prior and everything would be fine. My husband and I both work in the healthcare field during this pandemic and had VERY minimal time to speak to vendors and that was no longer a problem in my hands because Amaira completely took that off my plate. She was available to speak after long work days and weekends which was very helpful. I really can’t say enough great things. She would do her research, provide me options/her opinions, and ask for my decisions. She set up FaceTime meetings, a tasting with our vendor, came to site visits, organized day of timelines, negotiated prices, and came the weekend before to personally go over all the minor details with her assistant so we were absolutely all on the same page.
The day of went absolutely perfectly. Everything was completely handled as we didn’t lift a finger. We even got to FaceTime her on the day of our wedding during our reception haha. If you are looking for someone to help you make your event come to life, do NOT hesitate to reach out. Thank you Amaira and Anika for all of you hard work and dedication.

Amaira was the most helpful, responsive and supportive wedding planner. She answered emails/texts quickly. As soon as we discussed my vision, she went straight to work contacting vendors. I was never dissatisfied because she completely understood me. I couldn’t have asked for a better person. The pandemic had interfered with the original planning as you can imagine, but Amaira stood by my side every step of the way. I think what I appreciated and loved the most about her, was how much of a friend she was to me. If family got in my head, she quickly grounded me. I barely fell stressed throughout the process. I may be saying goodbye to my wedding planner, but gaining a friend instead. Thank you Amaira. -

The Best of the BEST!
CHOOSE AMAIRA AS YOUR WEDDING COORDINATOR! I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Amaira. Ive worked with wedding planners in the past and I can say working with her was a pleasing experience to say the least. She was organized, kind and helpful and I witnessed her warm professionalism with the bride on her day. She also provided a calm atmosphere for everyone to work and removed all possibilities of jitters!
Our restaurant catered the event with dinner and she made sure we were comfortable and had all the resources needed to serve her wedding. Amaira is detailed and follows up on her promises and tracks progress and time management.
We will be recommending Amaira to future customers at Pasha Turkish for events to coordinate and host. I ALSO WILL BE CHOOSING HER FOR MY OWN SPECIAL EVENTS IN THE FUTURE...BRAVO! A JOB WELL DONE! -

I contacted a number of wedding planners before deciding on Amaira. Not only was she the most reasonably priced, she was also the only one to have showed her patience, flexibility, and understanding at our very first meeting. As beautiful as weddings can be, they are also so difficult with the number of personalities and decisions involved. Amaira was always there as someone level-headed that I could go to for advice, She was prompt, remembered to check in with me during the madness of COVID, and very understanding when it came time to canceling larger wedding plans. I ended up having a beautiful wedding at home and am grateful for Amaira's support along the way (during the most uncertain of times). Hope to be in touch with her again for my brothers weddings :) Would recommend her to any friend looking for a planner! -

I highly recommend Amaira! She made sure that everything flowed smoothly at our wedding. I wasn't planning on booking a day-of-coordinator, but as the planning got more and more stressful, I decided to look for one on Thumbtack. I didn't have a lot to spend on a coordinator, so I messaged Amaira asking if she can cut down on some services. She responded to me that she would want to offer me everything she could and will work with me on my budget. I'm so glad I made the decision to hire her. She is very knowledgeable and detail-oriented, and she helped me get all the details of my wedding straightened out. She brought up a lot of items that I hadn't thought about - this is my first time organizing a 125-person party - and looking back, we wouldn't have had the wedding I had if not for her. Booking Amaira will definitely help you enjoy your wedding day even more! -

Incredible Wedding Coordinator who took off so much stress from the bride’s shoulder
Amaira was wonderful and such an effective coordinator, MashAllah! She was our day of coordinator for a wedding reception in Southern Jersey with 200 guests. Amaira knows how to listen and deliver what her client desires. She’s a strong communicator. I specifically remember how she came up to my husband and I on stage & while we ate dinner to check on us. It made a difference by making us feel more comfortable. I highly recommend hiring her to take off a lot of stress on your big day! Future brides, no matter how much you plan out your big day, stress is almost inevitable. Hire the fabulous Amaira to take off all that stress from you! -

Amaira & her team at FabDay Events were the most essential element of planning our wedding. Initially, when starting our organizing I wasn't going to use a planner. As we started sorting out more of the details and realized how much goes into executing such an event, we found Amaira. She was so easy to talk to and guided us through the initial planning phases. She got to know us as a couple and learned what kind of vibe we were going for. She was able to answer all of our questions and sorted out any issues that came up along the way.
On the day of the wedding her team (Amanda & Sarah) were absolute pros. We had a major wind issue which caused some last minute scrambling, but the team handled every detail. An unforeseen issue that could have caused me a major headache was sorted with competency & efficiency. There were so many elements the team handled without me having to stress. I am forever grateful.

I couldn't have enjoyed my wedding day without the help of my planner, Amaira from Fab Day Events! She attended church, reception venue and floral meetings with us and coordinated the wedding day. She was instrumental in:

- walking us through, managing and executing the day-of timeline
- coordinating the set-up & break-down of decor
- organizing vendor meals
- and most importantly, making us feel taken care of on our wedding day

I think once coronavirus hit, I began to realize the difference between my good vendors and bad vendors. Good vendors have shown compassion and understanding for how difficult it is to reschedule your wedding given the unknown. There is a mutual understanding that it is hard for everyone. I ended up canceling the wedding altogether and decided a private ceremony would be fine for 2021. Amaira was unresponsive, unwilling to compromise or be flexible and was completely cold and rude. I would not recommend her. Sure, others experiences clearly are different but I think true colors show when something like a pandemic hits and all they care about is money and contracts and not mutual compassion and understanding.
As far as my experience, she did no work for me and I feel robbed of the 50% deposit I put down and for finding someone so uncaring. I constantly had to follow up with her if I had a question. Obviously others have had a different experience and I am happy to see that but this was the worst vendor I dealt with when canceling the wedding.
