The short version: My wife and I were just blown away working with Carmen and her team (Jennifer, Sammy, Sharon, Geraldine) – they were professional, supportive, communicative, and helped us plan (and execute!) our special day even better than we could have ever imagined it. We went with the Full Planning package, and honestly will 100% go with the same choice again and again. If you want a worry-free experience planning your big day so that you can focus on the things that make the day so special (and not the many planning things that could potentially get overwhelming at times), Carmen and her team are the way to go.
The long version: When my wife and I first got engaged, the thought of planning a wedding was kind of overwhelming. We both had extremely busy jobs, we were on the road all the time, and neither of us knew what planning a U.S. wedding even entailed. We knew we needed help, and even the initial planner interviewing process was very overwhelming. However, as soon as we spoke with Carmen we knew we needed to hire her. She made us feel super comfortable from the initial interview, and it couldn’t have been more clear what her services were. To date I’m still impressed by how clear the proposal was detailing out the differences across the packages (leaps and bounds above what we got from other planners) – and this level of professionalism, clarity, and attention to details only got even better over our time working with Carmen.
The months over which we were planning the wedding went by quickly, and I don’t think Carmen and Jennifer could have made things any easier. Every step of the way they held our hands, checking in on progress and giving us an idea of the big milestones to come. Carmen had the perfect balance of giving us her professional recommendations (which were fantastic, we loved all the vendors she recommended / screened) while also letting us make our decision if we didn’t 100% agree with her. It was clear that she was helping us plan OUR day. We especially loved the design phase as it’s clear that Carmen puts a lot of thought into every little detail and somehow managed to put on paper things we struggled to articulate well ourselves. Given my wife’s and my busy schedule, Carmen was the exact partner we needed to get through this process in a way that we can enjoy it as opposed to being overwhelmed.
Come wedding day, Carmen and her team (Sammy, Sharon, Geraldine) were a DREAM. I’m personally extremely process oriented and type A, but I was able to put my phone away and not worry about the schedule one bit because I knew the Evermore team had it all under control (and they did!). Our entire wedding party to date would still talk about how impressed they were with Carmen making sure the right people and the right things were in the right places at the right time. My wife and I were able to just focus on us and the moments on the day that made things magical without having to worry one bit about the logistics. The design of the whole thing came together so well and we were left speechless when we first saw the reception setup shortly after the ceremony. It was such a beautiful day thanks to all of the hard work put in by the Evermore team.
All this is to say that we LOVED working with Carmen and her team. My wife and I are the biggest fans and would recommend them to anyone looking to plan their special day! -

There are truly not enough words to express how grateful my family and I are for Carmen! From the moment we hired her, she exceeded every possible expectation, both as a wedding coordinator and as a design planner.
Carmen’s coordination process is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced! She immediately set us up in her planning portal, which became our organizational lifeline. It included everything: a customizable wedding reception layout, a suggested checklist with realistic timelines, a thorough budgeting sheet, a secure place to upload all our contracts so nothing ever got misplaced, etc. She had clearly thought through everything a couple could possibly need. I was able to contact her anytime with questions, and she always responded quickly with detailed information/suggestions.
Unlike most coordinators who come in just a month before the wedding, Carmen started taking the reins three months out. We had five scheduled Zoom check-ins beginning at that time (and she welcomed additional calls anytime we needed them).
About two months out, she fully took over communication with all vendors (with myself copied on everything so I could still stay informed, while removing the stress of being the primary contact) to make sure we had all the information we could possibly need for each vendor team, each with their own specific requirements. In those last months she became our steady guide, contract expert, and voice of reason. And on the wedding day, she provided full-service management that made everything run flawlessly.
The design process with Carmen was equally extraordinary. At the very beginning, she created multiple design boards, all with their own aesthetic directions, to help us explore and clarify our overall style. Once we chose our style, she created the most in-depth design presentation ever, with ceremony visuals, reception tablescapes, floral concepts, décor ideas, etc. She even provided multiple pricing breakdowns based on which elements we wanted to include, which made it so easy for us to make decisions confidently and with full transparency, while protecting the vision we wanted. Everything she created felt thoughtful, personal, and aligned with our vision.
Carmen is one in a million. She is kind, quick to act, impressively organized, calm, and truly the definition of the right-hand person every bride dreams of having during one of the most chaotic seasons of life.
On my wedding day, I felt calm… like genuinely calm! My bridesmaids and even my mother couldn’t believe how relaxed I seemed. My ease was 100% because of Carmen. She prepared all of us (because it takes a village!) for that moment. We walked through every detail and every minute of the day multiple times ahead of time. There were no unspoken decisions, no surprises, no last-minute scrambles (and if there were any, I still don’t know of them which further shows how amazing she is at her job). I trusted her completely, knowing she always acted with my best interests in heart and mind. Because of this, we had the calmest morning, and most joyful evening with all of our loved ones!
Now that the wedding is over, I miss talking to Carmen! She became such an important part of this journey, and I genuinely can’t imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. If I could do it all over again, I would do it exactly the same way, with her by my side.

My husband initially chose Carmen because they went to the same school, and I have to admit, I was sceptical. I worried it might end up being two against one. I could not have been more wrong. From the very beginning, Carmen treated both of us as individuals and worked tirelessly to merge our ideas into one beautiful, cohesive event that felt authentically us.
One of the first signs that she was the right fit came after our initial meeting. We shared a frustrating story about another planner who refused to work with us unless we increased our (already healthy) budget. Carmen immediately took our budget seriously and promised to make magic within it, and on that, she delivered.
Even while she was going through a difficult time personally, she remained a consummate professional. We would never have known what she was facing because she always made us feel like her top priority. Whether it was a late evening Zoom to accommodate my teaching schedule or a weekend email reply, she was always responsive, thoughtful, and fully invested in making our vision come to life.
Carmen also connected us with the perfect vendors. She knew exactly who would match our personalities and bring our ideas to life. Our photographer captured the day in a way that still takes our breath away, our florist executed our language of flowers vision flawlessly, and our DJ kept the dance floor packed all night long. Each vendor felt like an extension of us, and that was entirely due to Carmen’s insight, relationships, and ability to see who would be the right fit for our style and energy.
We came into the process with very strong opinions about certain things and complete indifference about others. Carmen gently helped us understand how each element contributed to a cohesive vision. When she needed to steer us in a better direction, she did so respectfully and with clear professional reasoning, never dismissing our ideas, but showing us how to elevate them.
On the day of the wedding, we truly had zero cares. I had been anxious because my family can be… let’s say, “passionately opinionated.” Carmen took the time to understand the dynamics and navigated every idiosyncrasy with grace and diplomacy. She managed to honour everyone’s opinions while still protecting our vision. My family felt respected, and I felt completely at ease, which I did not think was possible!
Our wedding day exceeded every expectation we had. At the end of the night, we even convinced Carmen to join us at the after-party for a drink, a moment that made it clear she was not just our planner. She had become a friend. We can not wait to include her in the personal milestones to come, not just as a planner, but as someone who has become part of our lives.
We cannot recommend Carmen and the Evermore team enough. They are talented, organised, kind, and utterly dedicated. -

I simply don’t have words to express how amazing Carmen and her team are. When I tell you we hit every obstacle (think starting with a venue that was under construction) I mean it and yet Carmen walked us through the process with grace, compassion, and expertise. She was an utter joy to work with and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. I was 3,000 miles away from my venue and vendors and there was never an issue. Evermore made everything work with my schedule having meetings when it was convenient for me and scheduling walk throughs when I was in the area. Even my now husband gave a glowing review when the night was over. -

Carmen/Evermore Occasions is incredible. She combines organization, creativity, and design talent with the best energy leading up to and on your wedding day. From our very first call, we felt lucky to have found her. Even with us not having clear vision, she helped us figure out what we truly wanted and she made it happen better than we ever imagined. The end result was the perfect wedding day.
Carmen’s vendor recommendations were excellent, and we trusted her completely. Her monthly Zooms and responsiveness to my many questions made planning feel smooth and stress-free. On the day itself, she and her team worked behind the scenes seamlessly so we could be fully present and enjoy every moment. I truly felt no stress about the event and was able to put all my effort into just being a bride and having the best day.

Carmen and her team at Evermore Occasions are a must for your wedding coordination! Even though we used her for 90 day coordination, we met with her throughout the year leading up to our wedding to help stay on track on all our planning and tasks. She was very organized and always willing to give honest advise on anything we asked (is this right for a vendor to be saying, how much should we really tip, etc). Carmen even came with us to the rental showroom and helped us understand that we could actually save money by swapping out some of the default catering items with other higher end options. The wedding day went off without a hitch, or at least we never heard of anything go wrong, as her team was on top of every detail of the day. Having a ceremony and reception in two separate spaces was not easy and her team divided and conquered, especially on a hot summer evening with a high chance of thunderstorms! I would highly recommend Evermore Occasions! -

Carmen and the entire Evermore Occasions team are a must hire for your wedding. Carmen is kind, patient and understanding. She helped us build our dream wedding. Her monthly zoom calls (which turned into 2x a month in the final months before the wedding) were extremely helpful to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Carmen is an amazing advocate for couples especially when working with difficult vendors. We hired Carmen to support with our design and she really knocked everything out of the park. She understood our vision and helped us turn our dreams into a reality. Carmen attended our catering tasting, rental meeting, and floral meetings with us to ensure that our design was cohesive. On our wedding day, Carmen ensured that everything went seamlessly and went above and beyond by having a meteorologist on call to ensure that our guests didn’t get rained on. Carmen and the entire team at evermore occasions was by far the best investment we made for our wedding! Carmen is a true Wonder Woman, and we are enormously glad to have worked with her! I would highly recommend Carmen and her team to any couple getting married!

We had an exceptional experience with Evermore Occasions for our wedding in August 2024, and I can’t recommend highly enough. Carmen’s expertise was evident from the beginning as they worked with us to expertly managed every detail. Through their AislePlanner app, we meticulously discussed and documented everything from inspiration photos and checklists to guest lists, seating charts, budgeting, and timelines.
Carmen and her team were incredibly organized and kept us aligned with every decision. Their attention to detail was impeccable, covering everything from communicating with wedding VIPs to organizing the ceremony setup, reception seating, favors, place settings, and ensuring compliance with venue regulations. They even handled the napkin folds and breakdown with precision.
