  We had an exceptional experience with Evermore Occasions for our wedding in August 2024, and I can’t recommend highly enough. Carmen’s expertise was evident from the beginning as they worked with us to expertly managed every detail. Through their AislePlanner app, we meticulously discussed and documented everything from inspiration photos and checklists to guest lists, seating charts, budgeting, and timelines.
  
  Carmen and her team were incredibly organized and kept us aligned with every decision. Their attention to detail was impeccable, covering everything from communicating with wedding VIPs to organizing the ceremony setup, reception seating, favors, place settings, and ensuring compliance with venue regulations. They even handled the napkin folds and breakdown with precision.
  
  On the wedding day, Carmen and her team guided us seamlessly through the timeline, which had the perfect amount of buffer to accommodate any unexpected changes. We were kept informed about any issues—like one guest feeling unwell—only as needed, allowing us to truly enjoy our day. The positive feedback from our guests about the event’s flawless orchestration was overwhelming.

  An absolute gem

  Carmen is an absolute gem. She is super organized, very thoughtful and has incredible taste. She was very open to what we wanted and never tried to impose her opinions on us, but also turned our half-baked ideas into pure magic. Our wedding was beautiful and such a blast, and everything went so smoothly for us - from our very first planning call to the last song on the dance floor (and even beyond). Her team was also totally on it and was always kind, respectful, professional and great at communicating. Recommend her a thousand times over.

  Dream Wedding Planner!

  Carmen and her team made wedding planning easy and enjoyable. From the beginning, Carmen worked with us to develop an aesthetic that was elegant and personal to us. If we had a specific vision for something, she showed us how to execute that vision within our budget. If we weren’t sure what we wanted, Carmen presented us with different design options to help us figure out what we liked. She had great ideas, and we trusted her judgment completely.
  In choosing vendors, Carmen presented us with various options within our budget and gave thoughtful notes and recommendations. If we wanted to consider vendors outside our planned budget, Carmen was always ready to discuss additional options as well as ways to offset additional costs if we decided to spend more in one category. We trusted Carmen’s recommendations completely, and she never led us astray.
  Once we chose vendors, Carmen made sure our contracts addressed all of our needs and helped us understand industry standards and expectations. As we got closer to the wedding, Carmen took full responsibility for communications with vendors and even fielded questions from our family and wedding party in the lead up to the big day. This was a lifesaver and allowed us to focus on the important things.
  On the wedding day, Carmen and her team ensured everything ran perfectly. Someone from Carmen’s team was always nearby if I needed something--but I didn’t because it was all so well planned! Between the ceremony and reception, Carmen’s team set aside two of every appetizer along with two of our signature cocktails to ensure we got to try everything. When we arrived at the reception, everything looked beautiful. The set up and take down happened so seamlessly we weren’t even aware of it, and anything we were taking home was packed up and placed in our bridal suite waiting for us at the end of the night.
  It really was our perfect wedding. My husband and I, along our families, will always be grateful to Evermore Occasions for giving us the celebration of our dreams!

  Incredible planning experience

  There is truly not enough praise I can give to fully encapsulate Carmen. We started to work together right after I had booked my venue and we were the best team all throughout my wedding planning process. Even when I didn't have a true vision for my wedding in the beginning, Carmen knew just the right things to ask to see what I envisioned and she made all of my dreams come true (and more). During the planning process, Carmen is incredibly easy to communicate with. She sends regular check in emails and kept me in the loop with everything that was being done, needed to be done, and any vendor related updates in addition to zoom/phone calls. The software she uses is also incredibly user friendly and made all of the finer details so easy to visualize. On the day of our wedding, Carmen was somehow everywhere all at once and dealt with any hiccups with total grace. She conducted the set up and tear town with ease- it has truly been a pleasure to experience her work firsthand. Planning a wedding is hard work and choosing your planner is a major part of your big day. They're the person you'll spend the majority of your time with aside from your partner. I would not hesitate to recommend Carmen to anyone looking for an organized, thoughtful, and well-rounded planner.

  Most AMAZING wedding planner!!

  The most professional and organized wedding planner EVER! we had such a great experience working with Carmen. Her attention to detail, organization skills, and attentiveness made us feel so at ease. She is so sweet, down to earth, and personable. We genuinely feel like we gained a friend. Most importantly, she really knows her job so well and made the whole process so smooth for us.
  
  One of the best and most important decisions we made for our wedding was hire Carmen to be our planner. She went above and beyond and made sure we'd have the most beautiful wedding, exactly as we asked for. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better team and we can't thank you enough for everything you did and for making our day the most amazing day!

  Just WOW - the best!

  As a photographer you work with a lot of planners but Carmen is the BEST! She was organized, calm and extremely helpful. I so hope we can work together again in the future!
