  Wonderful in Every Way

  From our first conversation I knew Krystal had the calming and organized energy we needed to help us with our wedding. She was a pleasure to work with and checked in with us each month with a detailed call to make sure we were staying on track. When I had questions or needed a second opinion she was always a quick phone call away and gave me amazing guidance.
  Leading up to our wedding day Krystal was so helpful in putting together our timeline and work though logistical problems. Krystal is very flexible and understanding (we went back and forth on some details) and communicated frequently with all of our vendors. Our wedding day could not have been more joyful or fun, all thanks to every tiny detail Krystal was on top of. Hire her for all of your party needs!

  Krystal Stepped In To Bring the Wedding Day Vision to Life

  I am so grateful that Krystal stepped in to coordinate my daughter’s wedding. I was trying to help her on my own and quickly got overwhelmed. Krystal knew exactly how to best support both me and the bride. She asked questions I had not even thought of that made all the difference for the wedding day. She coordinated vendors and was the keeper of all the details. On the wedding day, she was right there in the mix helping with the final touches. When things went wrong on the wedding day (no fault of hers), I was so grateful she was able to take care of it for me. I only wish I would have thought to have her helping me sooner! She truly went above and beyond :-)

  Ensured a Perfect Wedding Day

  Ashley at Evergreen Events provided excellent support and suggestions throughout the wedding process and made sure our big day was even better than we could have even imagined. Ashley is proactive, helpful, and knowledgeable. Her patient planning helped us to relax and enjoy the day with no stress because we had peace of mind that she would expertly handle any issues that arose. In addition to the superlative service Evergreen offers, I found their pricing structure to be reasonably priced. Both my husband and I cannot thank Ashley enough for all she did in the weeks leading up to the wedding and I would highly recommend Evergreen Events for any kind of event planning you might need.

  I have worked with Ashley with Evergreen Events on several occasions. She has the best eye when it comes to styling and making sure everything is absolute perfection. She is so personable, sweet, and easy to approach. I can't wait to work with her on our upcoming projects and so thankful to be working with such an organized planner!

  I could go on and on about Ashley and her team at Evergreen Events. She made our wedding experience more smooth, enjoyable, and memorable than I could have ever wished for! Her attention to detail and ability to communicate/translate vision combined with her all around people skills and vendor management expertise made my Groom and I feel like a burden was lifted off our shoulders. She even went above and beyond in helping us get connected with live musicians at the last minute.
  
  Even more than all of this, the greatest impact she left on me as a Bride was during the moments of the process when I felt stressed, she was a source of comfort, stability, and encouragement. All the way up to the day of the wedding, she supported every person in the bridal party and made us feel so comfortable and special.
  
  Vendors extended compliments to me about how great she was to work with, and wedding guests/bridal party raved about her leadership and helpfulness during the wedding and reception.

We started working with Ashley just a few weeks before our wedding (we had seriously procrastinated on a lot because my sister's wedding was pretty close to ours) and I don't think we would have been able to pull everything together without her. She held us accountable for meeting important deadlines with vendors, took care of creating our day of timeline, was always willing to help with creative solutions, and most importantly fully understood that it was our day and wanted it to be how we envisioned it. She made us feel so at ease - her peaceful presence was noticed by myself and my (now) husband, but also by my family, our wedding party, and our guests. People raved about how on top of things she was! Honestly I cannot recommend her enough. I'm known for being a pretty organized person, so I was nervous to hand over such important details to someone else, but there would not have been a better person to hand them over to!   There’s no way that my wedding would have run as smoothly without Evergreen events. Ashley is professional and so on top of things. She thought of things I never would have on my own and helped to coordinate everything so that as a bride I wasn’t stressed on my big day!

  Ashley was PHENOMENAL! We hired Ashley for our wedding day-of coordinator, and a quote by my mom: "Hands down, Ashley was the best money we spent in our entire wedding budget." Her skill for detail is incredible and she is the sole reason our wedding day flowed as smoothly and perfectly as it did. Would recommend over and over again. Did I mentioned she didn't tell us it was her BIRTHDAY on our wedding day and she worked over 12 hours straight anyway?! She's one of a kind. So thankful to have worked with her!

  Evergreen Events was so great to work with! Ashley and her team did a phenomenal job bringing together all the elements of a super unique, vibrantly colored wedding in rural Lieper's Fork, TN. As an out-of-state wedding videographer, they helped in so many ways with communication leading up to the wedding day and helped me to get up to speed on everything when I arrived. With so many details that go into a wedding day, I've worked with few wedding planners who do such a great job orchestrating the design of the event and also personally checking in with the bride and groom throughout the day to see if they need anything. Evergreen Events is a no-brainer to take all the details out of your hands so you can enjoy the day!
