  What a terrible business. I purchased a parasol from them and when they finally got around to mailing it, it had a tear in it. I immediatly contacted them w/ pics and they said they would send another for an addition $10. I refused and asked for either a full refund or an undamaged item shipped. They responded asking for my wedding date and then fell off the face of the earth. After about 7 more emails and my wedding a week away, I realized they were not sending a new parasol. When I opened a dispute the response was "We dont give refunds. Were not in the business of fixing mistakes." Enough said...
  It makes me sad to think people treat others that way. Dont count on them to add joy to your day.
