  Life Saver

  I hired Joanne a bit over a year before my wedding and I was absolutely astounded how quickly she jumped in and got our budget in check and got the ball rolling. I was never stressed (except when I couldn't figure out what linen and texture I wanted -- Why are there SO many?!). The day of ran so smoothly. My husband and I were able to relax and spend all our time with our family and friends. Our vendor team worked so well together but we thank Joanne for bringing them all to us.

  Fantastic day-of experience

  We are really glad we booked Joanne as our day-of coordinator. Our wedding did not have a lot of the traditional elements (DJ, wedding party, rehearsal) and Joanne was flexible with our vision and worked with us to adapt things as needed. Despite the day-of title, there was clear and easy communication with her in the days and weeks leading up to the event. Our family was impressed with our detailed down-to-the-minute schedule for the wedding weekend, which was very much drawn from Joanne's template. She also did a fantastic job putting together our ceremony and venue decorations with little guidance from us and a blank canvas at the venue!

  Our Most Complimented Vendor

  We could not have asked for a better “day of coordinator”. From the moment we booked with Joanne, even with just “day of” she was present, flexible, responsive, and was always ready with answers to our questions or helpful suggestions.
  
  The morning of our wedding, my now husband, forgot to pick up part of our order from a vendor and Joanne noticed the mishap, and ran out herself to pickup the left behind item.   Absolutely amazing

  Joanne is absolutely incredible, without a doubt the reason our wedding went as smoothly as it did. Throughout the process she was super on top of things, and quickly answered any questions I had (even if they were really silly, she never made me feel dumb for asking) and was so so kind and wonderful especially while dealing with a sensitive situation we were dealing with while planning.
  Throughout the wedding and the next day at brunch we had several guests come up to us and mention how great she was at keeping things right on time and was kind and helpful to everyone she interacted with.
  1000/10, the best in the area without a doubt.

  Amazing Experience!

  We went with Events to Woo after a terrible experience with another company and couldn't have been more grateful for our planner, Joanne Woo! She was compassionate and extremely insightful with all the details. Our venue had a lot of restrictions but Joanne was able to come up with creative ways to keep our visions true while complying to the rules! Thank you so much for all of your help!

  Joanne was AMAZING and our biggest advocate

  Joanne was seriously a life saver at our wedding. We had several bumps during our wedding planning process and Joanne was really efficient and effective at helping us guide our way through them. She was amazing on the wedding day and we couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. I could not recommend her more. AWESOME!

  I had the pleasure of having Joanne plan and coordinate my wedding. She was the best day of coordination that turned into a full wedding planner because I was just so overwhelmed with my job and move. My friends and family had such a good time and because Joanne was on top of everything, I was able to enjoy my time without an worry at all. I cannot thank Joanne enough for her hard work and time...and I called her ALOT!
