Emily, Jennifer, and Kayla helped us plan the perfect wedding! They had excellent vendor and design suggestions and worked within our budget. They made sure everything went smoothly on the wedding day and throughout the planning process, and I could not recommend their services more. We had a stress free wedding thanks to them, and it was even prettier than I could have imagined. They made the day so memorable, down to every little detail. The team is very organized, responsive, and knowledgeable. You are in good hands with them! They were easy and fun to coordinate with throughout the whole process and made sure we had easy access to all the information we needed. The wedding was stunning and seamless. I could not recommend a team more! -

We chose Events to a T to help plan our wedding in 4 months and it was the best decision we made! Bailey was incredible- from answering every single question we had, to help picking vendors, to making the day flow seamlessly. She handled everything with ease. Nothing went wrong because of how prepared she was. I can’t stress enough how important it is to hire a wedding planner for your wedding. We had NO STRESS on one of the biggest days of our lives. Our big day would not have been the same without ETAT! Tiara is a literal queen and one of the kindest, smartest, and organized humans I’ve ever met. My only regret is not reaching out to them sooner! I must admit, I was one of those brides that questioned whether I’d really need a planner or not. My fiancé and I live in Chicago and looked into getting married abroad, but once we found our dream venue in Milwaukee, WI (The Villa Terrace and Discovery World) we knew we wanted to keep it local when it came to vendors. Slowly, we started connecting with vendors and kept hearing about a company called Events to a T. We finally met them at a vendors event and met Emily who was so kind and asked great questions inquiring where we were in the planning process. She made me feel confident in the decisions I had made so far and shared how ETAT could help moving forward. Long story short, they made our dreams come true!! Every detail to the T! Not only did Tiara make me and my girls feel cared for all wedding day, but she was attentive to my family as well. Down to the tiniest of guests. So if you’re debating on hiring a planner or not, as I was, the answer is Absolutely YES! And I recommend doing it sooner rather than later. And if you’re wondering if ETAT is the right choice, only you can decide that but I will say that ETAT is not just a company, it’s a family. There’s no better feeling than feeling like family! We used Events to a T to help plan our wedding and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. You can truly tell that they are passionate about what they do, and it makes a difference and shows in their work. Andrea, our lead planner was extremely organized, creative, and just overall amazing and super easy to work with. She helped bring our vision to a reality with the design, as well as making sure that the rest of the planning process and logistics of the day went smoothly. On the day of, Andrea and the ETAT team helped everything go perfectly so we didn’t have to stress about a thing and got to truly enjoy our wedding day. They definitely went above and beyond what I would have expected from any planning team and I will be forever grateful to Andrea and ETAT. I would absolutely recommend Events to a T to ANYONE who is thinking about hiring an event planner- just do it, you’ll be so glad you did! :) -

Incredible Experience!
Andrea was our wedding planner and she absolutely crushed it! She was extremely professional, she made sure everything was taken care of, she was able to somehow organize a 300-person wedding flawlessly and I had the absolute best night of my life! She even completely packed up the venue for us and I had to worry about absolutely nothing! It was also so nice that Events to a T is a sister company to our DJ Sound by Design, it made the communication and planning that much easier and the music was absolutely perfect. Not only has she been my wedding planner but she also has turned into a friend and I truly had the most amazing day of my life all thanks to her! Worth every penny! -

Thank you very much ETAT
My fiancée and I got engaged just before the COVID pandemic, so our wedding plans were placed on hold. Over the course of a few years we had discussed what we wanted to do and had started planning ourselves, but my parents eventually convinced us to get a wedding planner. We are very glad we did. Haley was amazing with her documents and attention to detail, including very important things we didn't think about. She attended every meeting we had with vendors and made sure to ask the right questions and got us exactly what we wanted. The wedding itself went spectacularly, many of the guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to (and I don't think they were just saying that). Haley even brought my wife's hairpiece from the florist to our hotel room where we were getting ready. We didn't notice any issues during the ceremony or reception, and knowing our families I suspect because the Haley and her assistants were on top of things handling whatever came up. -

Events to a T: Our wedding guardian angel
Andrea Gonzales-Evans and the entire Events to a T team made our wedding dreams come true. If you're sitting there wondering "Is a wedding planner really worth it?," "Is this the right planner for me?," or "Can I really trust them?," the answer is unequivocally yes, yes and yes.
I was really overwhelmed with the idea of planning a wedding and didn't know where to start. I was also the type of bride that's that fun combination of picky, Type A, yet indecisive and constantly second-guessing my decisions. Andrea and Events to a T made the planning process feel so much more manageable and never steered me wrong.
Every time we had to choose a key vendor (think photographer, florist, caterer, etc.) Andrea provided a spreadsheet of price and style differences among a curated selection of vendors to arm me with the information I needed to feel confident making a decision. She was also there to talk me off a ledge a few times when I wondered if I chose the wrong thing with grace, patience, and empathy.
She was also really collaborative in helping me design my wedding. I wanted to be involved in the design process, but didn't know how to articulate what I wanted. Andrea was a critical creative partner who helped me hone and describe what I actually wanted, and also made the ultimate vision way better than I could have ever done on my own.
Then the week of our wedding, we had multiple crazy last-minute emergencies that Andrea just handled, shielding us from the stress completely. For example, our photographer was in a car accident the day before our wedding and could no longer come, and Andrea stayed up all night sourcing us another photographer that did amazing work (we're seriously so happy with our photos, and there's no way we could have handled this without Andrea's tenacity and dedication to making our day incredible).
Our wedding day was perfect. Our guests literally told us "this is the most beautiful wedding we've ever seen," and it's all because of Andrea and Events to a T. But it wasn't just beautiful, the logistics were amazing. Everything ran smoothly, the food was great, and I never felt stressed because I knew Events to a T was just handling everything.
If you're on the fence, hire Events to a T. You won't regret it. -

We are so grateful that we hired Events to a T to help coordinated our wedding day. And that we were able to work with Haley! We started working with her 3 months out from our wedding date and she immediately put our minds at ease. She coordinated our timeline, provided great check lists, recommendations and forms to keep us organized, worked with our vendors as the point of contact, and helped solve any issue that arose on our wedding day, including a late night food delivery cancellation and replacing an instant camera that broke! She was truly so helpful and professional, keeping our day on schedule so we could enjoy every moment. I don't know what we would have done without Haley! Bailey from Events to a T made our wedding weekend beyond perfect. This is the 2nd time I have used Tiara and Events to a T. I used her for both my daughters wedding. She was excellent the 1st time for a wedding in 2016. She was even better for our June wedding. The bride was a bundle of nerves and basically didn’t sleep the night before. Tiara was so supportive and instinctual with her. She totally changed the first look from the church to doing it that morning. It worked like a charm. My only regret was not hiring her for the whole thing. It was a long engagement and with all the COVID challenges, it would have definitely relieved so much stress. If you do the day of, you still get so much help and organization. If you are hesitant about the money, I promise you it’ll be worth it. You are new at this. Their experience will help and guide you in ways you won’t even know you need help with. All this lets you “ be in the moment” of this special day. -

Tiara and her team were beyond great!!!!! My daughter was planning a 250 person wedding before covaid which we had hired Events to a T. Then covaid hit and completely changed everything. The wedding consisted of 90 people at our home. Tiara didn't miss a beat, she just reorganized EVERYTHING and created a dream come true for my daughter and her husband. My biggest piece of advice to any bride would be: if your budget allows, hire a planner. And if you so choose to take that advice, hire Events to a T. I cannot begin to describe what a gift it was to not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day. I really wanted to plan my wedding myself, so my now husband and I opted for the day-of coordination package, which is really month-of coordination and then some. Emily was our lead planner and she regularly checked in with us pre-wedding. She answered all of my questions promptly and was always available to offer advice or her expert insights. About 4-5 weeks out, she completely took over. She helped me make final design decisions, checked in with all our vendors, set up our timeline - anything that needed to be done, she was on it. When it came to the wedding day, she not only handled every detail, but she also took our vision and implemented it even better than we could have imagined. The look and feel of the day was so incredibly beautiful and I don't doubt it's because we had Emily leading all our other outstanding vendors. Whatever your planning needs are, I'm 100% confident Events to a T can help. They're the best in the business and it absolutely shows! Emily and her team allowed us to truly enjoy and soak in every moment of our wedding day, and that is something you can't put a price on. -

Events to a T was an amazing addition to our wedding day. When we had originally planned our day we did not anticipate utilizing a day-of coordinator. Due to COVID-19 our plans changed drastically, which lead us to working with Andrea... and we wish we found her from the start! Andrea is incredible at what she does and helped our day run better than we could have asked for. Andrea took time before the wedding to get to know us as a couple and supplied us with so many helpful documents that allowed us to stay organized and prepared for all our vendor meetings (we received so many compliments on our organization!). If you think that you don't need a planner/day-of coordinator like myself, think again. We truly had the most relaxed, carefree, and enjoyable day thanks to Andrea and her amazing assistant Molly. -

We LOVED LOVED LOVED working with the ladies from Events to a T. We were blessed to have worked with Andrea and Molly. Andrea was our day of coordinator but she did so much more than just helping us on the day of. Exceptional wedding planners!
Emily from Events to a T was our planner and she is absolutely wonderful to work with! We were planning a wedding at the Milwaukee Art Museum while living in Florida and could not have done it without all of her help and expertise. She helped us find vendors for stationary, flowers, linens, photography, videography, bakery, officiant - and everyone she recommended was fantastic. She was very accessible during the planning process and flexible in meeting with us while we were in town. She kept us on track with our planning timeline, we never felt behind on planning or overwhelmed. Our wedding day was perfect and everything ran smoothly - as the bride, I did not have to worry about vendors, guests, anything - Emily took care of it all! Molly was a rock star! I cannot recommend Events to a T enough. We had an 8 month engagement and during that time also moved across country. Molly was super flexible with meeting up because we had very limited time in Milwaukee leading up to the wedding. From the get go Molly started reviewing my contracts and giving advice on timing for the day. I tend to be overly ambitious so it was nice to have her expertise in helping set expectations. It was great to have her as the point person for all of the vendors so I didn't have to worry about anything leading up to the wedding. We were lucky enough to have both Molly and Tiara on the actual day. They helped coordinate everyone at the church and set up all of our personal touches at the reception. They did a fabulous job bringing all of the final details together and I was thrilled with how our reception ended up looking. They are so organized and fun to work with. Definitely the best money we spent on the wedding. I highly recommend! -

The morning after our wedding my husband (!! still excited saying that word!!) said, "Having Molly apart of our wedding was the best decision of our lives." And he couldn't be more right! Looking back at the day, we could not have imagined what it would've been like without ETAT. Molly was so organized and one step ahead on every minute. She kept our day stress free and we didn't have to worry about a thing. There were so many details and moments I didn't even consider and I thought I was someone who thought of everything! I will be honest and say I was one of those brides who thought I didn't need a wedding planner/coordinator. As the date started approaching I was overwhelmed with all of the logistics, timeline, coordination, etc and started reaching out for a coordinator despite friends & family offering to help with those details (I appreciated their offers but that is something you should definitely leave to a pro!!). It was instantly obvious that ETAT was the best choice after receiving a quick reply from Tiara and having a very detailed call with her. We were lucky to have both Molly & Tiara there on our day and can confidently say our day was better because of them and we wouldn't have had the day we had without them. I am so thankful that I realized the importance of having a coordinator/planner for our wedding day and will be encouraging all other brides that this is a MUST HAVE on your day and ETAT is the BEST choice!!! How do I fit everything Emily did for us over the last year and a half into a paragraph? I can't thank her and Events to a T enough for everything she and they did. Emily went above and beyond planning our wedding. We had a vague idea and feel that we wanted, and Emily took it and ran with it making a concept that we adored. Her suggestions for vendors were incredibly helpful since everything about the wedding world was so new. She proposed creative ideas and solutions, both big and small, that I didn't think were possible. She always included us in any decision. She kept us updated on our budget and cc-ed us on all of our vendor emails. She joined us at meetings on our time and always made herself available via email or phone. She made us feel comfortable about the choices we made, and if we weren't, she would go with us to a second meeting to make sure we were! Always patient and kind. I felt completely at ease and catered to on the day of the wedding because Emily and Molly had everything covered whether that was setting everything up, wrangling guests (and groomsmen), following the timeline, or monitoring the weather (it thunderstormed right before our ceremony when we were trying to get in the church, so she told us to wait on the bus until the storm passed, which made the ceremony start late - but hey - bride and groom are top priority!). Emily invited us to view our dinner reception space before anyone else had entered, which was quite special seeing our vision come to life. It was stunning. You are ALWAYS the priority and you feel that in every decision that she makes from start to finish. I am so thankful to have had her and Events to a T plan our wedding (I wish we could do it all over again). And if you're like me, you will also gain a great friend by the end of it. -

Tiara with Events to a T was the absolute BEST thing I spent money on when it came to my December 2018 wedding. I met with Tiara and two other planning companies and right from the start I knew Tiara was different and I had to hire her. She was extremely detailed, knowledgeable, and friendly during that first meeting and she continued to exceed my expectations from that point forward.
I had so many ideas in my head of what I wanted my wedding to be, but I had no idea how to execute them and pull them all together. After telling Tiara bits and pieces of what I wanted, not even 24 hours later she sent me a power point detailing everything she envisioned from what I told her, and she somehow literally took ideas out of my head (some of which I hadn't even shared with her yet) and put them on paper. Not only did they look good on paper, she brought them to life so beautifully. My wedding was magic because of her. I never had to stress, or ask myself what I had to do next because she was always one step ahead. I can't tell you how many times I told my fiancé and mom during the planning process "Thank God I have Tiara" and I 100% meant it. My fiancé even sprung on me at our rehearsal dinner that he really wanted a small cigar bar at our wedding. When I told Tiara she didn't even flinch, just said "that's why you have me!" and found a way to make it happen not 48 hours before our wedding.
The day and night of our wedding, Tiara and her assistant planner Devin were nothing short of perfection. They were there every step of the way, not intrusive, but always exactly where we needed them. Tiara was the last person I saw before I walked down the aisle, giving my dress a last minute fluff and making sure my hair looked perfect. I looked across the room at Devin right before walking down the aisle as well, and as tears filled my eyes with excitement and nerves, she make eye contact with me and told me to breathe. Something that seems so minor that made all the difference to me in that moment.
After our ceremony and seeing our reception for the first time, it was something out of a fairytale because of Tiara. She stayed until the very end of the night, helped break down the room so that we didn't have to. She even hand delivered all of our wedding cards and gifts to our hotel room while we were out enjoying our guests. Not one single detail was left unturned. I could honestly go on and on (and on) but all I can say is hiring Tiara or any of the Events to a T planners is a must for any bride or groom. You won't be disappointed and Tiara is now a friend for life! I was actually sad when it was all over because I enjoyed spending so much time with her! Do yourself a favor and hire this incredibly talented team! -

Emily and Molly were by far, the easiest to work with. They made my dream wedding come true while letting me feel stress free the day of the wedding. I didn't really have a set idea in mind in terms of decorating so I told them to do whatever would look amazing and they truly outdid themselves. I got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how all the decor looked so perfect. They also helped ensure everything was on schedule and running smoothly. I didn't hear of one single issue. There isn't one single thing I didn't love about these ladies. I would recommend Events To A T to anyone needing even just a day of coordinator. I feel like I walked away making two new friends. -

I worked with Tiara and Andrea on my wedding day and have never felt more stress-free and content on such a busy day. They were on top of every detail (big and small), were incredibly patience and worked SO well with all of the vendors we had hired. I fully trusted them to run the show and get everything handled for us...which they did and then some.
Tiara knew the venue we got married at like the back of her hand (she's an expert at many MKE spaces), so we could leverage her recommendations during all the planning and the day of the wedding. She kept everyone on schedule, while being SO likable and was prepared for everything.

We live in Texas and held our wedding in Wisconsin so we wanted a little help working out some of the details of our special day. Events to a T did not disappoint. We had Emily as our planner and she was amazing. She helped make the planning process stress free and fun! Our wedding day was perfect. Everything ran so smoothly and we were able to truly enjoy our weekend. It was important for us to be able to spend time with our family and friends and Emily made sure that we were able to do that. We did not have to worry about anything all weekend. Our wedding was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend Events to a T.

Chris Sent on 11/07/2017We had the pleasure of working with Andrea. There is no way we could have done this without her working with us. Any of the vendors we needed suggestions on, she gave us a number of great options. The vendors we had her help us select, absolute best. Organization and keeping on us to make sure we were on par with the timeline was a huge help. All the right answers to all of our questions and even suggestions where our likes weren’t necessarily the best options.
Regarding the actual wedding day, she made sure everything went as planned. It was priceless to not have to worry about all of the little things here and there, just enjoyed the day (how it is supposed to be).
If you are wanting a wedding planner, we highly recommend Events To a T. If you are not thinking thinking about a wedding planner, you need to start! -

Chelsea Sent on 10/23/2017Hands down the best decision we made while wedding planning (before wedding planning) was hiring Tiara!! Our day wouldn't have been as perfect without them! I am so unorganized and such a procrastinator about stuff, but Tiara never made me feel bad about this she just calmly collaborated everything with every person for me! Her and her team made my Pinterest dreams come true!! It was such a weight lifted to not worry about things I didn't care about. She handled any problems that came up or anything we didn't feel comfortable doing! In the end though it still felt like our day, she got to know us and made it all about us! Emily was awesome the day of, literally running back and forth between hotels to find my flat shoes for me! I can't thank them enough!! Highly recommend for a full on planner or day of!

I had done most of the planning myself but wanted someone to carry out my vision for the day, and most importantly, I wanted someone who felt more like a friend than just another vendor. Emily was a perfect fit! She did so much more than just making sure everything went smoothly the day of. 6 weeks out, Emily took care of all communication with vendors and before that, did just about anything else I needed. She coordinated everything from getting ready, to the church, to the reception venue (we had separate vendors for everything so it was a lot to coordinate!) She gave me the peace of mind I needed to throughly enjoy my wedding day without a hitch! Everyone in my family was raving about her organization and ability to keep everyone on track. I would highly recommend ETAT. Emily truly made my wedding day perfect!
