Best decision EVER!!

Finding Betsy was hands down the BEST thing that could have ever happened regarding our wedding planning!!! A month later friends and family are still constantly bringing up how much fun they had and what an awesome night it was..... that is 100% because of Betsy. I worried about absolutely nothing not just the day of but the entire week leading up to our big day. We could not be happier with her and everything she made possible for us on this special day. I would recommend her to anyone I know without hesitation. Thank you Betsy for the best day of our lives!!!

Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Betsy and the whole team at Events and Experiences! I used them for month of wedding coordination, as well as florals. Betsy is easy to communicate with and gives wonderful ideas to make your day a dream while also staying on budget. My family and I were able to relax and enjoy our day. When I first met Betsy I knew she meant business! She does such a great job of executing your vision while also keeping you in check. I would often times get off track from my original wants and she would always bring me back to reality and ended up, executing the most amazing night! On the day of your wedding, there’s no Stress, thanks to her ability to somehow handle every element! Knowing everything was in her hands, left me with absolutely nothing to worry about. Very thankful for Betsy and her amazing team! Our day would not have been the same without her and I 100% recommend her for any brides, especially once getting married at Hotel Drover! 😉

Best Wedding Planner Ever

I cannot recommend Betsy enough for her huge role in making our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the initial consultation, she saw our vision and helped make all of our wedding dreams come to life! Communication was seamless throughout the entire planning process. Betsy was always prompt in responding to text messages and phone calls, which made us feel confident and reassured every step of the way. Not only was the planning perfect, but the florals as well. Events & Experiences...truly a wonderful experience!

Betsy Baldwin was one of the best decisions we made for our daughter's wedding. She was actually my husband's gift to me! To all MOB's considering a wedding planner, take some advice: make room in the budget for at the very least her month-of service. LOL Betsy has such a calm presence and seems to float through the event with ease. Betsy also did the flowers for the wedding and they were everything we'd hoped they would be...simply stunning.

Amazing amazing amazing

Betsy was everything we could have asked for and more. Not only did she do all of our planning and design, she did everything floral as well. I only had to send Betsy a few pictures for her to totally get my vision. She was incredibly easy to get a hold of and all of the vendors that she suggested that had worked with her previously had nothing but amazing things to say about her and they were right--she's awesome and made wedding planning not stressful AT ALL. My wedding went off without a hitch and was stunning and Betsy is the reason for all of that! HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL EVENTS!

Betsy was awesome!! We hired her for florals and month of coordination services. She made our wedding day run as smoothly as possible, and provided a very calming atmosphere for us. She was very helpful and quick to respond to any emails, calls or texts I sent her way. Anything that I thought of last minute, Betsy was on it!! I believe everything went so perfectly and without a worry on the actual day because of the care Betsy took beforehand. I would recommend her services to any new brides without hesitation. Not only was our wedding so fun and enjoyable, it looked beautiful!! I showed Betsy pictures of the flowers I was thinking of and she knew exactly what to get while staying within our budget. My bouquet and other florals, like our wedding arch, looked just like my Pinterest finds! Having used Events and Experiences as my wedding coordinators back in 2009 I was confident that they could help me with the Cinderella themed birthday party for my daughter. Complete with horse drawn carriage, a visit from Cinderella, gold and crystal candelabras, chivari chairs, beautiful linens and overlays...everything I needed for a fabulous party. Evelyn was very responsive and was extremely flexible when adding or editing certain items out of the proposal. I would highly recommend E&E for any event.

My family and I were SO thrilled to have Betsy and her team plan our big day. I had the pleasure of being in and attending some weddings planned by Betsy and her team that were fabulous, so I knew we were in good hands. Betsy was absolutely phenomenal! I don’t think this review can explain the amount of detail and passion that went into everything she did for our wedding. Most Organized, Responsive, Professional Planner EVER! The absolute BEST!

Betsy is the absolute BEST wedding planner & coordinator! She helped relieve so much stress by taking so much off of our plate. She has relationships with all the best vendors, puts you in contact with them, sets up meetings, attends meetings, helped us make decisions & choices, etc! She made sure everything was covered on the planning checklist and let's you know which items/vendors need to be selected by when, so that nothing fell behind or was forgotten. And she was an absolute BOSS on the actual wedding day! She had me (the bride) & our wedding party where we needed to be every second of the day and was by my side the whole reception if I needed ANYTHING, kept us on the minute-by-minute timeline schedule at the reception for the first dances, toasts/speeches, cake cutting, wardrobe changes, dance floor opening, passing out dance floor props, coordinating photographer & videographers, facilitating our grand send off & lining up all guests for rose petal tossing, etc etc!!! I cannot recommend Betsy and her company Events & Experiences ENOUGH!!! She is THE BEST!

Betsy was a lifesaver! We originally went to her for just floral, as we had already procured a month of planner. Our planner dropped the ball so we decided to part ways and Betsy offered to step in and provide month of planning. I immediately felt good about it because she was so professional and knowledgeable about the flowers (knocked the other vendor we visited out of the water). She was patient with my mom’s million phone calls, coordinated our vendors, wrangled the wedding party, helped me bustle my dress when we couldn't figure it out, and countless other things I probably wasn't even aware she handled. I could go on and on, but ultimately Betsy was easy to communicate with, very professional, reliable, easy to work with and funny! The wedding came together beautifully and seamlessly with her assistance. I highly recommend working with Betsy!

Betsy Baldwin was originally suggested to us by Lauren Twichell at Food Glorious Food. What a blessing that recommendation was! Betsy created amazing florals and decor for our outdoor wedding (even managed to make it a gloriously sunny afternoon) and the interior spaces were beautifully done. At our initial meeting, she was able to grasp our daughter's vision and keep everything within budget. The florals were breathtakingly beautiful and in full bloom as if on cue. Pretty sure this takes excellent knowledge of the behavior of florals because they were all so very lovely. Betsy also served as our "day of" coordinator and she excelled at that as well. Her professionalism, her personality, her creativity, her ability to keep us organized and on task...she was amazing. Working with Events & Experiences was by far one of the smartest decisions we made for our wedding. The E&E team made our wedding a dream come true, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We opted for the "Month of Coordinator" package as we were enjoying a lot of the planning ourselves and working with a budget. Until you get to that month - and the big day - you just have no idea how amazing it will be to have the help. Lindsey helped tie off all the loose ends with very very little from us... at a time when stress was at its highest. Lindsey's insight on timing and little details we hadn't thought of really saved us so much headache. And on the day of, Lindsey and Courtney made the entire day flow so smoothly - it was perfect!! All my husband, Matt, and I had to do was enjoy the beauty and fun of our special day, and the Events & Experiences team made everything else rock. Timing was perfect, no hiccups, and we even had an adorable snack package waiting for us at the grand exit.

We also worked with Events & Experiences for floral/design work. In our heads, we were considering doing it ourselves as we're crafty and had a lot of theme elements in mind. But the moment we sat down for a consultation, that flew right out the window. Immediately, Kristin and I were on the same page and creating the most beautiful vision together. Matt said he sat back in awe as an almost tangible thought bubble floated between us, building the perfect wedding. The ridiculous part is that when the day arrived, it was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Kristin really surpassed my expectations - it was an absolute dream. She carried each part of our theme throughout, with gorgeous extra touches. Every element was perfect.
We were so lucky to work with E&E, and we hope you will too! Our day was perfect because of their great ideas, friendly service, and commitment to making our day one we will cherish for a lifetime. Thank you, Events & Experiences!!

Betsy is the BEST!

We hired Betsy as our wedding coordinator and florist for my daughters 12/10/2022 wedding at the Dallas Arboretum. She is organized, extremely artistic, gracious with her time and communication, personable to everyone, pro-active, and the perfect calm needed for the day of the wedding. We ended up in a massive thunderstorm that evening which created lots of last minute adjustments. Betsy took care of it all with such professionalism and care- ensuring that the bride and groom, wedding party, family and guests just got to enjoy the wedding and reception with no worries. She is such a gift!

For the most part, I did all of the wedding planning (venue, vendors, color scheme, etc) myself. I guess you could say I knew exactly what I wanted. But the closer we got to our wedding date, the more exhausted I was becoming so I began searching for month of help. Our venue coordinator at Arlington Hall recommended Events & Experiences and I am so glad we listened! Betsy was our month of wedding planner and she also did all of the florals for our wedding. I thought I had done a lot of work in the months leading up to the wedding but I underestimated the amount of work and coordination required during the month of! I couldn't have done it without her. She turned my dream into a reality and surpassed any and all expectations I had for the night (and the flowers). The flowers/centerpieces were exactly what I had envisioned - and I just sent her pictures I liked from Pinterest! She will work with you to make sure you get what you want, or as close to it, and stay within your budget. It was such a perfect and beautiful day that flowed seemlessly, all because of Betsy and her team. She also has great working relationships with a lot of reputable Dallas wedding vendors which helps when you are trying to coordinate and throw the most important party of your life! Even if you think you can do all of the wedding planning on your own (like I did), hiring a month of wedding planner is worth every single penny to ensure you and your family enjoy every second of your big day, and Betsy will make sure that happens!

Betsy was an absolute God-send and my rock through the entire process of planning and executing our wedding. As a florist, she perfectly captured our theme of "modern Dallas chic" and was extremely accommodating in helping me to stay on budget. Betsy at Events and Experiences was recommended to me by a friend for day-of coordinating services, and I couldn't be happier that I took her advice! Betsy talked with me and my mom several times before the wedding to understand what I really wanted and then made the day run smoothly so I didn't have to worry at all.

Betsy was helpful and never bossy, exactly the reassuring personality I needed on a stressful day. She made sure all the vendors were where they were supposed to be and knew what they were doing, and kept the night on schedule. She went above and beyond, putting leftover pizza in our getaway car (the perfect post-wedding surprise) and asking if we wanted to end the party a little early (and making the arrangements for our guests to get back to the hotel right after).

Betsy is an angel!

Betsy was quite easily one of the best parts of my wedding. I hired her as a florist and month of coordinator and she hit it out of the park. She brought all my visions to life. My bouquet was the most amazing flower bouquet I’ve ever seen and exactly what I wanted. She kept the day on track and soooo smooth. If we didn’t have her I really don’t know what we would have done. She’s an amazing person. So easy to talk to. So supportive. And goes above and beyond. She literally put my converse on for me after the ceremony. Fabulous Experience

I'm writing this as the father of the bride. I'm limited, or I would go on and on. Betsy did a fantastic job, and made our daughter's wedding a beautiful event. The Best Decision

Betsy and her staff made my daughters wedding seamless! By far the best thing we did was to have her as our wedding coordinator! She made our day go so perfectly. As mother of the bride I was able to enjoy every moment with no stress. No worries everything they did from decorating. We worked with both Evelyn, for event planning, and Betsy, for florals, rentals, and everything in between. I cannot say enough great things about them and Events and Experiences. Betsy made planning/designing a breeze and had great suggestions to combat my indecisiveness. She was such a pleasure to work with at our design meetings. She helped make sure we were getting the most value for our budget. From candles and flowers, to chairs and linens, to draping and ceremony décor. She saw my vision and executed it perfectly even when I couldn't describe it! The flowers and centerpieces were phenomenal and we received so many compliments on them. Betsy had great suggestions but never pushed us to do anything we didn't want to do. I think we ended up using all of her ideas anyways because she knew just how to tie everything together.

I'm so thankful Evelyn was there to keep things running smoothly so that my mom and I didn't stress on the big day! She had our timeline ready a couple of weeks in advance and was in contact with all our vendors. We didn't have to worry about those things leading up to the wedding. Evelyn was there to solve any last minute issues and had everything perfected before we realized there was a problem. We were most nervous about flipping the room from ceremony to reception but she eased our fears and followed through!

I would absolutely recommend Events and Experiences to anyone looking to plan an event! They truly are amazing at what they do. Thank you ladies!

You deserve to enjoy your wedding

Hiring Betsy was the best decision my daughter made. Not only did she have PEACE of mind but as her mother, so did I! As we got closer to the date, I thought surely I’ll have to run around like a mad woman trying to fix all the little things that may arise, but nope. Betsy and her crew handled everything and besides that did everything: handled the vendors, decorated, beautifully did all flower arrangements, etc! better than I could have ever done myself. And she showed up and stayed calm and collected all the way to the end. Seriously, if you want to actually enjoy the wedding…hire her.

Can't recommend them enough!

Betsy and the Events & Experiences team did my sister's wedding in 2015, and they were at the top of our list when it was my turn to get married. Betsy brought our vision to life, creating the most beautiful head table and florals. In addition to her excellent decor skills, Betsy was extremely helpful for all things wedding planning. She has great recommendations for other vendors and knows what works/doesn't work - it made the process so easy. In addition to this, she was a huge help when our venue booked another wedding reception at the same time as ours and caused some last minute scheduling issues - I don't know what we would have done without her on our side!

We met with Betsy several times before our weekend and she was always punctual, prepared and so much fun to work with. She would give us her opinion when we asked but constantly reminded us that it was our event and always respected our decisions. At the rehearsal, wedding and reception, Betsy did exactly what she said she would do, made it stress free! The bride and groom and the bride's parents were able to enjoy themselves all night because we all knew Betsy was there to take care of everything. My daughter & I were introduced to Betsy Baldwin at the Dallas Scottish Rite Library & Museum in Dallas. Betsy gave us a tour of the Museum with such enthusiasm & knowledge of the building. That was our introduction to a flawless wedding ceremony. Betsy met with us several times, making us feel confidant that she had control of this special day. She is professional & personable. She was the perfect person for us. Betsy also provided the flowers & other items for the ceremony. Because she'd handled weddings at that site previously, we valued her suggestions and they all were perfect. Beautiful Florals!

I had Betsy as my florist for my wedding day and she did a fantastic job! She was super responsive anytime I had a question or wanted to tweak something. Everything was amazing!

I have never written an online review but I am so happy with E&E that I had to take a minute to share!
I wasn't sure that I wanted to hire a day of wedding coordinator-at first it seemed like an additional cost for things that my bridesmaids and family could help with on my wedding day. Looking back, I am so glad we decided to work with Lindsey at E&E and of all the costs of our wedding, this one was well worth it!
Not only did Lindsey make sure every detail of our wedding day was perfect in terms of the decor, timing and logistics that go along with helping the event flow seamlessly, she also gave me valuable advice along the way. From some of the bigger decisions to the tiniest details, she was an incredible resource answering every single email within hours. She also contacted every one of our wedding vendors to make sure they had all the info they needed and confirm arrival times and details. After months of planning, I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day without a worry in the world-I knew Lindsey had taken care of everything. At the end of our wedding night, Lindsey's team made sure that we were sent home with dinner and wedding cake since we didn't have time to eat at the wedding. When we got back to our hotel and started eating, we found a sweet hand-written note from Lindsey. She truly went over and beyond in terms of not just professionalism, but kindness. Thank you Lindsey and E&E for all your help along the way and for making our wedding day so easy to enjoy! Wish we could do it all over again :)

To all MOB's considering a wedding planner, take some advice: make room in the budget for at the very least her month-of service. How could we ask for more? :) Betsy Baldwin and company with Events and Experiences were just perfect! We found Betsy to be organized and focused as a wedding coordinator. Very experienced and confident yet sensitive to the wants and wishes of the bride and family. An advocate for us in dealing with other vendors as well as we negotiated schedules and other details.
We also used Betsy to do the flowers for the ceremony and reception. She was brilliant as a designer and quite simply created flowers that made magic in the chapel and reception hall. We could not be happier with the quality of the flowers and the beautiful designs she made. Plus we felt the value was more than fair. We would not change a thing!
Now, let me say the we are a family in the business of providing funerals and also in the retail florist business as well...so hopefully anyone reading this review will understand that our review of Betsy and Events and Experiences is based on our own experiences in service to the public. You want Betsy on your team!

Betsy Baldwin is an excellent communicator and decision maker. She’s calm, funny, and has Jesus at her center. She always felt available via text and that was really important to me. I loved how she would throw out an idea, but then gradually finesse it as we would talk through it. She is direct, honest, and truly wants the best for you on your wedding day. She was not afraid to get the answers we needed from other vendors. This approach might take some getting used to, but she’s exactly who you want on your team to make your day smooth and easy. I really liked her day-of support too. My parents raved about Betsy and her team all night long!

When it comes to her floral arrangements and tablescape designs - just wow. Classy, bold and beautiful. I was really struggling to imagine how they would look, so we did a mock-up two weeks before. I was so impressed, but then on the wedding day, they completely blew my expectations out of the water. I’ll forever appreciate and love my jewel tone inspired wedding flowers. They were perfect. So grateful for the entire Events & Experiences team for making our wedding day fabulous.

The secret to a stress-free wedding day!

I had the pleasure of working with Betsy and Events & Experiences for both my month of coordination services and floral design. Betsy and her team were incredible to work with from the very beginning. I remember my first intro call with Betsy to determine if I wanted to move forward with services and instantly connected with her - no other vendors made me feel that level of security from the get go. She was able to make my vision come to life with the floral design and the finished product on my wedding day was truly a dream. On the coordination side, I cannot say enough good things. She was able to seamlessly connect with all of my vendors and had to brave some serious load-in challenges at The Adolphus. Betsy was AMAZING! As a bride, planning a wedding can be a little overwhelming, but Betsy's combined floral and coordination services made it all so much easier! We didn't really know what we wanted in terms of floral/decor, and she had some great ideas, and provided great direction to get the beautiful wedding that we had pictured! Betsy was very flexible, and always available if we needed to meet up or have a quick chat about our ideas. The day of the wedding went by so smoothly, and people are still telling me how beautiful and wonderful the wedding was. Betsy Baldwin is just wonderful to work with. Her sweet spirit and "can do" attitude is so calming and reassuring and her ability to lead is wonderful! Betsy also did all of our floral arrangements for the wedding and they were spectacular - even better than what we had envisioned. The flowers that I was able to take home lasted 10 days after the wedding! There is simply not enough space in this review to say how happy we were with everything Betsy Baldwin did for us!

Betsy was so helpful in ensuring everything was discussed prior to our wedding, and making sure it all went smoothly. She is so easy to work with and scheduled regular meetings to discuss what the next steps were. Given her years in the business, she has many vendor relationships and provided excellent vendor recommendations. Not only is she an experienced wedding planner, but she is a florist as well. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, level of contact, amazing florals, and how she managed the rehearsal and wedding day. She is the best and I would highly recommend her!

Incredible Planner/Florist

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding planner/coordinator/florist Betsy. From day one, she brought our vision to life with so much care, creativity, and professionalism. Every detail was beautifully handled, and the florals were truly breathtaking, far beyond anything we could have imagined. She kept us calm, organized, and excited throughout the entire process, and on the wedding day everything ran flawlessly thanks to her.

The best wedding decision we made was to work with Betsy!

From her first pitch to us, through the planning stages, and on our big day, Betsy was professional, organized, and understanding of all our needs. She worked as a team with our vendors and was experienced at the venue we chose. The wedding day was stress free and perfect in every way thanks to her being on top of things, keeping everyone on the same page and on time. Moreover, as a bride I appreciate her thoughtful and kind way of anticipating my every need - whether it’s to bustle/unbustle my gown, carry my purse, or bring me (another) margarita. She is a a rock star and a big part of why we had a beautiful and happy wedding! Could not recommend Betsy Baldwin more highly!!

They did a fantastic job! My flowers were beautiful, exactly what I asked for. I had rain the day of my wedding and they handled everything very well. We had to move the ceremony indoors and they saved me by getting together last minute indoor arrangements. Live these ladies!

Betsy is amazing! She responds immediately, has a wealth of fantastic ideas for decor that will fit your budget, and is a decorating genius! Her floral creations are breathtaking! She worked with me to create a beautiful wedding within my budget and made my life easier with planning and executing my day! Her calming presence is a much-needed antidote to calm an anxious bride's nerves! I cannot recommend Betsy highly enough to help create YOUR special day!

We LOVED working with Betsy!!! She was so wonderful at every single step. She was calm, professional, did exactly what we wanted but also gave her opinions at the perfect time! She made everything go so smoothly the night of and kept everything so organized!! She is also just such a breath of fresh air and so fun! She did my florals and they were stunning. It was such a pleasure to work with Betsy and her team at Events and Experiences! To say that I have a vision is definitely an understatement! My now-husband, my PowerPoint presentation and I met Betsy at her studio and not only did she not laugh...she made our vision come to life! We showed her our vision, gave her our budget and she went to work! Betsy made a point to guide us with floral and decor with what we needed, and areas where we may be able to cut back to stay within our budget. The day of the wedding I honestly had no idea what to expect as I have heard horror stories of how expensive floral can be, and that was not our experience with Events and Experiences but when were final arrived at the venue...we were truly blown away. Everything was absolutely beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. We were so happy my colleague recommended Betsy, and would recommend Events and Experiences to anyone!

Betsy is a one-of-kind service! She not only worked with our daughter to organzine an incredible wedding experience for ALL who were involved, she also provided the most beautiful flowers that we have ever seen at a wedding! On the day of the wedding, she was in control but completely calm, which created a very peaceful but fun day for everyone! We cannot thank Betsy enough for being a huge part of one of the best days of our lives! BTW...she is very easy to work with on all of the planning leading up to the wedding as well!

Amazing, talented & professional!

Betsy is a sweet friend I had worked with as a coordinator in the industry! I loved working with her, so I knew when my wedding came up I wanted her to do my florals! She’s a wonderful planner and florist that I highly recommend! I had her do all of my florals and they turned out exactly as I imagined. Betsy made the day easy and stress-free and I knew I could trust her to make everything beautiful! I had so many compliments on everything from ceremony to reception. Betsy was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was great at listening to my vision for both my floral decor and the coordination of my wedding. Betsy was great at working with myself, my family, my fiancee, and our vendors to achieve everything we hoped for on our special day. I really valued Betsy's expert opinion on many of the tedious decisions that I needed to make. Additionally, Betsy did a great job of coordinating our rehearsal so that we covered all our bases in as brief a time as possible. I loved working with Betsy and would highly recommend using her for your floral arrangements for your wedding and/or coordination.

Events & Experiences + Betsy = 11/10!

I've known the owner, Chelsey, for years and been to several weddings that she has coordinated. She has always done a phenomenal job and works with heart and soul to make sure everything is perfect. For my own wedding, I worked with the lovely Betsy, the lead planner and floral designer. Even with just a few months of planning time, she was a life saver in helping me think through all the details. She was so kind, patient with my questions, and helped me feel confident that on my wedding day, I wouldn't have to lift a finger. And it was so! She made sure everything was in its place, (somehow?!) doing both the coordination AND all the florals. And may I just say they were the most gorgeous arrangements I've ever seen? All I did was send her a Pinterest photo and she created something even better that perfectly tied together our colors and the venue. I could not recommended Betsy and Events and Experiences more highly!

Incredible Experience!

Calm, cool, collected on a drama filled day

As the MOB, Betsy and co were referred to me by a friend...I must remember to send flowers to thank her! Betsy and her team exude confidence. On a day with a hundred moving parts, high emotions, and big expectations, Betsy ran the show like the pro she is. She tended to the bride and groom, kept a drink in my hands, and ran the entire event minute by minute, by exacting minute! Her calm demeanor relaxes everyone. Funny note: at one point in the evening, the DJ started a line dance that I didn't know. I'm out on the floor trying to learn when Betsy steps up and encourages me to watch and follow her! The minutes she senses I've got a grasp, off she goes to help elsewhere. She is all-seeing, all-knowing with a constant smile! You and your daughter will feel so special if you're lucky enough to have Events and Experiences coordinate your day.

Betsy Baldwin was our wedding coordinator and floral designer, and she seriously did a fantastic job. Our wedding venue fell through within the first couple days of us hiring Betsy, and she helped us manage that crises and found us another venue that we ended up loving even more than the first one! Our wedding was big (very big), and Betsy handled everything with ease. With all the logistics and road bumps that came along the way, she was always professional and offered solutions. She really knows how to work with varying price points, and isn't pushy at all (although she has the best taste so I let her choose lots of stuff for us!). Betsy is experienced, fun to work with, and really make our wedding go off without a hitch. If there were any mishaps on the wedding day, we had no idea. I received so many compliments from friends and family about how smoothly and efficiently she coordinated everything from the rehearsal to the reception. Not to mention all the compliments about how beautiful all the flowers were that she arranged! My maid of honor is using Betsy as well!! HIGHLY recommend!! The BEST money we spent for our wedding!

I genuinely could not have been more pleased with the service we received from Events and Experiences. We started in initial contact with Chelsey and then transferred to Betsy and Brooke. These three ladies worked flawlessly together, making sure that everyone one of out needs were met. The flower arrangements that Betsy put together were stunning- and exactly what we pictured!!

We changed things multiple times and never received a single complaint or sense of frustration from any of the girls- when we absolutely deserve it!

The night of our event, Brooke was eager to help with everything we needed. She did way more than we ever expected her to, and was so kind throughout the entire process. I would recommend this company to ANYONE for ANY EVENT!

Every last detail was taken care of thanks to Betsy! She was so easy to work with and really listened to my vision/budget. I HIGHLY recommend as I have no idea what I would have done without her! Dear Chelsey,
Chelsey, you are the reason why people should always hire a wedding planner. There are so many planners out there that ruin a planners name, but you are the reminder why it's so worth having one.

I found Chelsey from an aquaintance and I will never look back. This was the single best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning process. Chelsey start planning my destination wedding from day one. She always went above and beyond for my family and I. She always respected my goals like staying within my budget and even reminded me at times how I couldn't have certain things! She always put me in my place when I needed, but relieved me from any stress that was unexpected. She was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Her attention to detail and unflappable management style were invaluable.

I loved every single second of planning with Chelsey and having her there to handle the details and stressors. We had so much fun with the venue shopping, vendor meetings, food tastings which she arranged, negotiated, and facilitated in Costa Rica. Chelsey handled all of our vendor meetings for us, as well as many of the minor details on the wedding day. I hardly stressed out once during the entire year because Chelsey took charge of practically everything. The wedding week was perfect for my husband and I; and we actually have zero complaints. I do not think there are many brides out there that can say their wedding day or rather week (for me) went perfect. She put our welcome bags in everyone's room all the way to help play songs at our reception! There are so many things that may not go to plan, but Chelsey made sure I never knew!It just felt like we showed up, got married, and then celebrated!

Chelsey, I cannot continue to say enough thank you(s) to justify how you gave me the wedding of my dreams. Thank you for being such a hard working person and doing whatever it takes to make your client happy.
