Sheavonne and her team were absolutely AMAZING. Since I had planned the wedding already I only needed her as a day of wedding coordinator, but her and her team went above and beyond, connecting with me and my vendors weeks before the wedding. She made the day stress free for me and checked in to assist with anything I needed. I also live out of state so she made coordinating with the vendors a smooth process for me. I would highly recommend her! -

Planning a wedding for 60 people in a bustling city can be daunting, but she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She listened to our vision and provided thoughtful suggestions that made our day uniquely ours.
On the day of the wedding, Sheavonne and her team were a calming presence, ensuring everything ran flawlessly. They coordinated with the restaurant staff and our vendors seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without a single worry. Every detail was executed perfectly, from the beautiful table arrangements to the timing of the ceremony.

Sheavonne was a lifesaver on our March wedding day! We hired her to be our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was incredibly responsive to emails throughout the entire planning process, making sure all my questions were answered, no matter how trivial they seemed. Despite the heavy rain, she helped me stay calm and handled every challenge with ease.
Sheavonne’s calming presence and problem-solving skills were invaluable. She managed to coordinate keeping our wedding on the terrace despite the leaky roof from the rain! Her assistants were also fantastic and discreet, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I can’t recommend Sheavonne and her team enough for anyone in need of a reliable and supportive wedding coordinator! -

When people ask us what we learned from planning a wedding, one of our biggest recommendations is hiring a coordinator. We would recommend not just any coordinator, but Sheavonne and her team at Events by Sheavonne.
We hired Sheavonne as our day-of coordinator as she was a recommended vendor for our venue. However, we have the utmost confidence that Sheavonne and her team could coordinate any event, anywhere. We were incredibly impressed with the level of organization that Sheavonne brought to our event. She asked questions that we haven't even thought of, and ensured that every piece of decor for our wedding was accounted for.
On the day of our wedding, we hardly had to do anything but enjoy ourselves and the company of our guests. Sheavonne and her assistants worked tirelessly and efficiently with our team of vendors. We especially appreciated that Sheavonne designated time for a private moment for ourselves immediately after our ceremony. We did not think of including this in our timeline and in retrospect, it was so nice to have this moment in our day.
Thank you, Sheavonne and Events by Sheavonne, for your professionalism, attention to detail, and positive energy you brought from the day we met you to the end of our wedding. We know that the day wouldn't have been as successful and stress-free without you all! -

Sheavonne and her team were absolutely perfect for our Brooklyn wedding. We hired them as a day-of coordinator, but their work ended up going way beyond that. They coordinated much of the preparation and logistics for of all our vendors, and helped us form a coherent and workable schedule for the full day. On the wedding day, Sheavonne and her team handled all of the vendor arrivals and made sure things were progressing as planned, allowing us to enjoy a stress-free big day. We could not recommend Sheavonne enough for any event. -

Sheavonne was everything and more that we could have asked for! Our wedding was somewhat complicated, involving multiple different locations in the NYC area, and involved boarding and disembarking from a cruise boat. However, this was no challenge for Sheavonne and her team. She effectively resolved so many small problems before they turned into full-on crises during the entire weekend of our wedding-typically, she'd have a potential issue thwarted (e.g., missing flower girl basket, delayed ceremony start) solved before we could even bring it to her attention. She served as our day-of coordinator, but her services went so far beyond just the "day of". Sheavonne and her team were fully on top of coordinating with all of our vendors months in advance, walking through the event space, developing and keeping us to a timeline, and making sure that everything ran efficiently. They also have excellent contacts in the NYC area and helped us with a few last minute vendor bookings. In addition to everything, Sheavonne and her team are extremely prompt, thorough, reliable, and just wonderfully kind, pleasant, and a joy to work with. We cannot recommend them enough! -

Sheavonne and her team absolutely killed it for our intimate wedding at the Wythe Hotel!! She was so easy to work with from start to finish. She is extremely organized and made a detailed timeline for the day of and was diligent about getting that timeline around to all the vendors. On the day of, she and her assistant handled everything exactly as we had discussed and if anything went wrong we certainly never knew it. We felt like we were in good hands with her team and couldn't imagine doing it all without her! Our wedding was the best day ever and I would recommend her to anyone. -

We just got married at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, and Sheavonne, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream!
From the moment we met Sheavonne, it was clear that she knew the ins and outs of the Wythe Hotel like the back of her hand. Her connection with the venue staff and all of our other vendors was simply amazing. It's like they all spoke a secret language that kept everything running as smooth as butter!
She was always available, promptly assisting us with any questions or concerns we had. She had a cool, calm, and collected vibe that made us feel at ease during the entire planning process.
On the big day, Sheavonne kept everything on track, and managed to make it all look so easy. She and her team were everywhere at once, making sure that every detail was perfect and that we were having the best day of our lives!
If you're getting married at the Wythe Hotel (or anywhere, really) we highly recommend Sheavonne! She's a wedding superstar, and we can't thank her enough for making our day absolutely perfect! -

The vendor that made all the difference in my day
I had the pleasure of having Sheavonne as my day of coordinator for my wedding at Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn in December. Sheavonne is a fairy god mother. Anything that you can think of, anything that you need, she’s already one step ahead of you. If you want to have a relaxed and stress free wedding, Sheavonne is your person. Her professional, calmness, endless knowledge, and just all around great personality felt like an absolute gift. I can not recommend her enough, absolutely amazing! -

Events by Sheavonne is the best wedding planning and coordinating team all in one! We first learned of Events by Sheavonne from a good friend of mine who worked with Sheavonne on another friend's wedding event. We knew Sheavonne was going to be great to work with from this recommendation, but she exceeded our expectations in every way. Sheavonne advocated for us throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day. She sent the best vendors our way. She was always organized and patient with us (and our many questions). It was such an amazing feeling to come to the end of the planning period and trust that our wedding day was in good hands with the EBS team. We had no doubts that we made the right choice booking Sheavonne as our wedding planner and coordinator. She is highly recommended!!
